Hunter Biden Sues Ex-Trump Aide for Posting Infamous Laptop Files Online

Hunter Biden filed a lawsuit against a former Trump administration aide in California federal court Wednesday, alleging he illegally posted contents of his infamous “laptop from hell.”

The lawsuit accuses Garrett Ziegler, his company, and 10 unnamed defendants of improperly “accessing, tampering with, manipulating, altering, copying and damaging computer data that they do not own” in violation of the Golden State’s computer fraud laws.

“By engaging in the conduct alleged herein, Defendants have engaged in unfair and unlawful activities in violation of the [Computer Fraud and Abuse Act] and California Penal Code section 502,” attorneys for President Joe Biden’s son wrote.

The suit focuses on what conservatives have dubbed the “laptop from hell” the younger Biden apparently left at a Wilmington, Delaware, repair shop. It was discovered by Republican operatives in the weeks before the 2020 election and has become the focal point of corruption allegations pointing to Hunter Biden. IRS Whistleblower Reveals David Weiss ‘Not the Deciding Person’ in Hunter Biden Case

Contemporaneous notes handwritten by IRS supervisory special agent Gary Shapley during an Oct. 7, 2022, meeting about the tax fraud investigation of first son Hunter Biden indicate Delaware US Attorney David Weiss said he was “not the deciding person” in bringing criminal charges.

The notes were released Wednesday by Shapley’s lawyers following a transcribed Sept. 7 House Judiciary Committee interview of Baltimore FBI Special Agent in Charge Tom Sobocinski, who attended the meeting and told the panel that he couldn’t recall the exchange.

“Weiss stated — He is not the deciding person,” the handwritten notes from Shapley say.

The document was released one day after House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) launched an impeachment inquiry into President Biden’s alleged role in his son Hunter and brother James Biden’s foreign business dealings.

“Mr. Sobocinski was one of seven attendees in the October 7, 2022 meeting,” wrote Shapley’s lawyers Tristan Leavitt and Mark Lytle in a letter accompanying the release of the handwritten notes, which contained redactions made by the tax-focused House Ways and Means Committee. ‘F—ing Spy Chief of China’: ‘Irregularities’ Found in DOJ Probe of Biden Associate

The Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation and prosecution of CEFC China Energy Co. boss and Biden family associate Patrick Ho displayed “irregularities,” including concealing known connections between the Chinese Communist Party-linked entity and the Bidens, and communication between Hunter Biden and the FBI agents involved in Ho’s case, according to a memo by the Heritage Foundation Oversight Project.

Ho, infamously referred to as “the f***ing spy chief of China” by Hunter Biden, was arrested in November, 2017, and convicted in December, 2018, in the Southern District of New York and sentenced to 3 years in prison for violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and money laundering. Ho’s first phone call upon his arrest was to Hunter Biden, who was allegedly providing legal services to him at the time.

Now, a memo by the Heritage Foundation obtained exclusively by Breitbart News alleges that since Ho’s conviction, “significant evidence has emerged identifying concerning irregularities with the DOJ investigation and prosecution,” including that “DOJ was aware of connections between the Biden family and CEFC at least as early as 2017 and that they acted to conceal this information from the public,” as well as “contacts between Hunter Biden and FBI agents related to Ho’s arrest,” and “a leak of investigatory information in the Ho case.”

The memo cites the fact that Ho was under FISA surveillance during a period where he was in “regular communication” with CEFC and the Biden family, which would indicate the FBI and DOJ had knowledge of their business arrangements in at least 2017, and probably in 2016.

The memo also cites evidence that the DOJ redacted mentions of the Biden family — specifically, Hunter Biden — in the evidence presented at Ho’s 2018 trial. Hunter Biden Claims He Was ‘Embarrassed’ by Laptop in Deposition — But Still Denies It or Contents Are His

Hunter Biden testified recently that he was embarrassed by “offensive” content published from his laptop after he dropped it off for repair at The Mac Shop in Wilmington, Delaware on April 12, 2019 – but still denies that the laptop or its contents are his.

The First Son provided confusing and often contradictory testimony under oath on June 29 during a six hour deposition related to a defamation action brought by John Paul Mac Isaac, the owner of the now defunct computer repair shop, who accuses Hunter of falsely insisting the laptop was not his, or was stolen, or that his information was hacked.

Hunter is countersuing Mac Isaac, accusing him of illegally distributing his personal data, and invading his privacy.

Portions of Hunter’s deposition are revealed for the first time in the opening brief of a motion filed by Mac Isaac, in Delaware Superior court late Thursday, to dismiss the countersuit with prejudice.

Hunter refused to admit in his deposition that he visited The Mac Shop twice in April 2019, despite Mac Isaac presenting evidence that Hunter signed a work order and provided his contact information. Obama, Clinton and Biden All Used Secret, Fake-Name Email Accounts to Hide Their Actions

I am surprised that anyone is surprised that, as vice president in the Obama administration, Joe Biden used email accounts under fake names to loop his son Hunter into official US government business.

This is how the Obama administration rolled.

When high officials were involved in a dodgy activity they wanted to shield from public disclosure laws, they frequently used pseudonymous email accounts.

That included President Barack Obama himself.

As I argued at the time, one of the main reasons the Obama Justice Department whitewashed Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s criminally negligent mishandling of classified information, through the lawless homebrew server system she set up for doing official government business, is that Obama was implicated. Federal Prosecutors Intend to Indict Hunter Biden Before End of Month

Special Counsel David Weiss plans to indict Hunter Biden before the end of the month, according to a new court filing.

“[T]he Speedy Trial Act requires that the Government obtain the return of an indictment by a grand jury by Friday, Sept 29, 2023, at the earliest,” Weiss wrote Wednesday.

“The Government intends to seek the return of an indictment in this case before that date,” he said.

The filing was made upon a court order to provide a status update on the case on or before September 6, 2023.

Revealed: Leaked Email Exposes Former CIA Agent’s Role in Hunter Biden Laptop Cover-Up Scandal

It has come to light that a former CIA counter-terrorism agent, Nada Bakos, concealed her employment at Twitter during the height of the Hunter Biden laptop controversy. . .

The controversy surrounding Hunter’s laptop caught fire when the New York Post published an exposé revealing the faces of CIA operatives responsible for playing down the information on Hunter’s laptop.

These operatives co-signed a public letter undermining reporting on the contents of the junior Biden’s laptop and telegraphing that it was merely a smear campaign to keep his father out of the White House. . .

Bakos, who was one of the co-signees and had her picture on the front page, was working at Twitter at the time. However, her job at the social media monolith remained obscure until now.

Investigative journalist Texas Lindsay probed the matter and discovered an email sent by Bakos, which indicated a scramble to secure her social media profiles after appearing on the cover of the New York Post alongside other former intelligence officials. Email: Biden Used ‘Robin Ware’ Alias to Email Hunter About White House Hire

Then-Vice President Joe Biden used his “Robin Ware” alias to email Hunter Biden in 2014 about a potential White House employment of then-Deputy White House Counsel John McGrail, emails from Hunter’s “laptop from hell” show.

On June 23, 2014, Hunter emailed “Robin Ware” from a Rosemont Seneca Partners email address.

“Before you fill position pls talk to me—– J. McGrail very much wants to serve as detail fr treasury,” Hunter wrote.

“Re Johnny call me right away Dad,” Joe Biden’s alias replied minutes later. . . .

On a separate occasion, “Robert Peters” alias received an email about a scheduled call with then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, who fired Viktor Shokin, the prosecutor investigating the Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings. Oversight Committee Seeks Flight Logs for Every Time Hunter Biden Used Air Force Two to Further the Family Business

Early Wednesday, the chair of the House Oversight Committee dispatched a follow-up letter to the national archivist requesting travel records and related documents from Joe Biden’s time as vice president. The documents request suggests that while vice president, Joe Biden allowed his son to accompany him on international trips to facilitate Hunter Biden’s recruitment of foreign investments in the Biden brand — adding more evidence to the already overwhelming mountain of material implicating the Biden family in a pay-to-play scandal.

Last week, Fox News reported that Hunter Biden traveled to at least 15 countries with his then-vice president father. And according to Hunter Biden’s former business partner, Devon Archer, during one official trip to China as vice president, Joe Biden met with at least one of his son’s business associates in Beijing. During other international trips, Hunter also worked to develop the Biden brand with various meetings and conversations.

Oversight Chair James Comer told The Federalist “then-Vice President Joe Biden abused Air Force Two by allowing his son to jet set around the world to sell ‘The Brand’ to enrich the Biden family.”

To uncover the details of what Comer calls “yet another example of then-Vice President Biden abusing his public office for his family’s financial gain,” the Oversight chair requested the national archivist provide the committee access to an array of documents that may reveal the extent of the scandal. In the letter, Comer sought access to the manifests for any Air Force Two or Marine Two flights on which other Biden family members or business associates, namely Eric Schwerin, Devon Archer, or Jeffrey Cooper, traveled during Joe Biden’s time as vice president. Comer also requested copies of “all documents and communications from the Executive Office of the President (including but not limited to the Office of the Vice President) to or regarding certain Biden family members or associates” and related to travel on the vice president’s aircraft. Intriguingly, the House Oversight chair also sought any documents concerning “security incidents” on Air Force Two or Marine Two during Biden’s vice presidency. Intimidation Tactic? DOJ Official Reportedly Approached IRS Whistleblower About Hunter Biden Accusations Before He Testified

A top Department of Justice (DOJ) official reportedly approached IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley in April about potentially investigating his allegations that DOJ prosecutors gave Hunter Biden special treatment.

Shapley was contacted by Associate Deputy Attorney General Bradley Weinsheimer, who said he wanted to look into Shapley’s assertions that the DOJ slow-walked and obstructed the Hunter Biden investigation, the whistleblower’s attorneys told the Daily Mail. . .

Weinsheimer, an aide to Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, emailed Lytle on April 24 asking to set up a phone call after Shapley came forward anonymously with allegations of misconduct in the Hunter Biden case, the Daily Mail reported. Lytle told the outlet he spoke with Weinsheimer the next day and provided a brief overview of Shapley’s accusations.

Shapley’s plans to come forward to Congress were first reported by the Wall Street Journal in April prior to his identity being revealed. He said in a letter to Congress that he wanted to blow the whistle on “special treatment” toward Hunter Biden. Shapley revealed his identity in a May 24 interview with CBS News just before he testified to the House Ways and Means Committee.
