Hunter Biden told his longtime business partner Devon Archer in 2011 that a Chinese mogul who secured the duo a multimillion-dollar deal loved him for his “last name” and the troupe of “very handsome Aryan godlike men” he brought with him everywhere, emails from the first son’s abandoned laptop reveal.

“Your question- ‘why does Super Chair love me so much?’ is easily answered. It has nothing to do with me and everything to do with my last name,” the younger Biden wrote to Archer in a Sept. 22, 2011, missive about his relationship with Chinese businessman Che Feng.

In an aside, Hunter added, “(and I bring along very handsome Aryan godlike men wherever I go).”

Feng — who was referred to as “The Super Chairman” by both Hunter and Archer — helped Biden’s firm, Rosemont Seneca Partners, and James Bulger’s Thornton Group LLC partner with Jonathan Li’s Bohai Capital and lateral launch Bohai Harvest RST, the emails indicate.

On Monday, Archer told the House Oversight Committee that Joe Biden met with Li for coffee while vice president, and later wrote a college recommendation letter for his daughter. Hunter Biden Warned Devon Archer About Potential FARA Violations Right Before Taking Burisma Board Seat, Emails Show

Hunter Biden warned business associate Devon Archer about potential violations under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) right before Ukrainian energy firm Burisma put the two men on its board, according to emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop archive.

Hunter Biden emailed Archer in April 2014 about the value the two would provide Burisma and how they could protect themselves from FARA and other potential legal issues, the archive shows.

“To that end they need to know in no uncertain terms that we will not and cannot intervene directly with domestic policy makers, and that we need to abide by FARA and any other US laws in the strictest sense across the board,” Hunter warned Archer, according to the laptop archive.

“The contract should begin now- not after the upcoming visit of my guy,” he continued. “That should include a retainer in the range of 25k p/m w/ additional fees where appropriate for more in depth work to go to BSF for our protection. ‘Total Clown Show’: CNN Buries Devon Archer, Hunter Biden Revelations

CNN buried the story Tuesday of Devon Archer’s explosive testimony at the House Oversight Committee the day before, which implicated President Joe Biden in his son Hunter’s influence-peddling schemes and suggested the president lied to the country.

Archer testified, among other things, that Hunter Biden had put his father on a speakerphone to talk to his business associates at least 20 times, contradicting repeated claims by the president that he had never spoken to his family about their business affairs.

He also confirmed that Hunter Biden made money from business deals in China, debunking another one of his father’s denials. And he said that Hunter Biden’s role on the board of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma had been to help pressure his father, who was then the vice president, to stop a Ukrainian prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, from investigating it, confirming an accusation by President Donald Trump in 2019 that Democrats vehemently denied as they tried to impeach Trump and remove him from office.

Archer’s explosive testimony, however, did not even make CNN’s top 5 stories on Tuesday morning, which led with poll numbers that have Democrats worried Trump could defeat Biden in 2024, but included a story about a recall of a popular pickup truck.

Devon Archer worked closely with Hunter Biden for years. Starting in 2009, the two co-founded the investment firm Rosemont Seneca alongside John Kerry’s stepson – Christopher Heinz.

In 2013, Archer and Biden partnered with Chinese private equity investor Jonathan Li to establish a China-backed investment fund called BHR Partners. The investment firm is supported by some of China’s largest financial institutions – including the Bank of China. . .

In 2014, Archer and Biden joined the board of Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings.

Records also show that Archer visited the White House in 2009 for a “holiday reception,” then in 2011 for a “group tour,” and a meeting with then-Vice President Joe Biden in the West Wing on April 16, 2014 – just days before Hunter and Archer joined the Burisma board. Devon Archer, the Man Who Will Testify to Congress About His Business Dealings With Hunter Biden: Who Is He?

By Fox News. Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s longtime friend and business associate, is expected to testify on Capitol Hill Monday and share intimate details about foreign ventures he worked on and the level at which President Biden was allegedly involved.

Archer is set to appear before the House Oversight Committee Monday and is reportedly preparing to tell lawmakers that President Biden met with dozens of Hunter’s business associates while he was serving as vice president between 2009 and 2017.

Archer is expected to detail the meetings he witnessed that both Bidens attended—either in person or via telephone. Archer will reportedly testify that Hunter would specifically introduce his father to foreign business partners or prospective investors.

Archer’s intimate knowledge of the business arrangements come after years of working closely with Hunter, including on the board of Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings with him, beginning in 2014.

Archer also co-founded investment firm Rosemont Seneca alongside the president’s son and Climate Envoy John Kerry’s stepson, Christopher Heinz. Archer served as managing director. House Oversight Members Confirm President Biden Was Present During Son’s Foreign Business Phone Calls (VIDEO)

Hunter Biden’s former business partner reportedly confirmed to the House Oversight Committee that President Joe Biden was on more than twenty calls with his son during a closed-door hearing on Monday, where Republican members pressed for details about alleged foreign business dealings involving the president during his time in the Obama administration.

Devon Archer, who served as a director of Ukrainian energy company Burisma alongside Hunter Biden, reportedly ignored questions from the press as he walked into the O’Neill House Office Building. The committee was expected to interview Archer for approximately five hours, where Republican and Democrat members rotate between hour blocks to investigate the key witness, who has alleged Hunter put then-Vice President Joe Biden on speaker phone roughly two dozen times as Hunter spoke to his foreign business partners or investors, beginning in 2014.

Oversight member Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) told The Daily Mail that Archer said, “the Bidens were in the actual business of influence peddling.” . . .

“We have Devon Archer coming out and telling the truth that Hunter Biden and Joe Biden spoke over 20 times about his business deals, not about the weather, not about what was for lunch about his business deals,” Greene added.

Ex-Hunter Biden Partner Devon Archer Testifies Joe Biden Was on Calls With Foreign Patrons ‘For the Brand’

By New York Post. . .A source familiar with Archer’s nearly four-hour closed-door interview said that Archer testified that Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holdings added Hunter to its board in early 2014 because of the Biden “brand” as his dad led US policy toward Ukraine.

Archer also stated that Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky — who allegedly told an FBI informant he was “coerced” to pay $10 million in bribes to Hunter and then-Vice President Joe Biden — and company executive Vadym Pozharskyi in late 2015 put intense pressure on Hunter to enlist the US government to help oust Ukrainian prosecutor-general Viktor Shokin, who had investigated Burisma for corruption.

He said he witnessed the then-second son, Zlochevsky and Pozharskyi step away as they “called DC” to discuss the issue, the source said — without specifying what, if anything, Archer said about the recently surfaced bribery allegation.

Archer also said Hunter Biden put his father on speakerphone more than 20 times during business meetings to promote “the brand” — including at a Paris dinner with reps from a French energy company and while in China with Jonathan Li of BHR Partners, a state-backed investment fund co-founded by Hunter in 2013 after he introduced his father to Li in Beijing during an official trip.

Archer further confirmed that then-Vice President Biden attended an April 2015 dinner at Washington’s Cafe Milano with Pozharskyi and former Moscow first lady Yelena Baturina, as previously reported by The Post. Biden’s ‘My Son Has Not Made Money on China’ Debate Lie Isn’t Looking Too Good Right Now

In the months leading up to the 2020 election, President Joe Biden denied on multiple occasions that he ever discussed business with his son.

One of Joe’s most infamous and specific lies was, “My son has not made money in terms of this thing about — what are you talking about — China,” which he delivered from the stage during the second presidential debate in October 2020.

Five days before the debate, the New York Post reported on emails from Hunter’s abandoned laptop detailing how the younger Biden pursued business deals with one of China’s largest energy companies in an attempt to cash in “for me and my family.”

The Post also uncovered evidence that some of these arrangements involve a “big guy” who sounded an awful lot like then-Vice President Joe. Hunter was going to get this mysterious man to exchange political favors for millions of dollars, a fact which was later corroborated by a highly credible confidential human source.

When former President Donald Trump brought up the “laptop from hell” onstage on October 20, Biden countered with conspiracies that the laptop was Russian disinformation. Biden, Hunter, and the FBI knew this was a lie but proceeded to tout it for months after the election anyway. House GOP Probes Justice Department Over Bungled Plea Deal With Hunter Biden

House Republicans launched an investigation Monday into how the Justice Department bungled a plea deal with Hunter Biden so badly that a judge sent them back for a mulligan.

The committees conducting the probe said several parts of the agreement were “atypical,” to the point where the federal prosecutor who led the defense had to admit under questioning that there was no precedent for this kind of arrangement.

Among the aberrations were one provision that ruled out future prosecutions on other crimes beyond the scope of the current case, and another provision that limited the government’s ability to prosecute Mr. Biden should he violate the terms of the deal.

The committee chairmen, in a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, demanded to know how the bizarre arrangement was reached and whether it was the Justice Department or Mr. Biden‘s lawyers that first suggested the unusual arrangement.

“The Department’s unusual plea and pretrial diversion agreements with Mr. Biden raise serious concerns — especially when combined with recent whistleblower allegations — that the Department has provided preferential treatment toward President Biden‘s son in the course of its investigation and proposed resolution of his alleged criminal conduct,” wrote Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith and Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer. Hunter Biden ‘Broke the Law,’ Democrat Rep. Says

The Democratic wall of silence surrounding Hunter Biden is beginning to crumble — with a prominent congressman admitting that President Biden’s troubled son is a crook who should be “held accountable.”

“Let me say something that you never heard a Republican member of Congress say in the four years of the Trump administration, which is that if Hunter Biden broke the law, he should be prosecuted,” Rep. Jim Himes (D-Connecticut) said on MSNBC in a Friday interview.

“And it is clear that he broke the law with respect to taxes and possibly the ownership of a handgun. He should be held accountable for that.”

Himes rapped Republicans for not calling out former President Trump, 77, when he was indicted, but said Hunter Biden should be prosecuted and convicted if he used his father’s influence to commit crimes.

Hunter Biden Plea Deal Wording Proves It: DOJ Sought to Protect Joe; Hunter Just Admitted in Court to Partnering With Communist Party-Linked Chinese Businessman

By New York Post. With the text of Hunter Biden’s plea deal now public, it’s no longer possible to deny that the Justice Department’s been bending over backward to protect the Biden family — including President Joe Biden.

“The United States agrees not to criminally prosecute [Hunter] Biden . . . for any federal crimes” related to the case, the deal reads.

It left only the possibility of “prosecution for any future conduct.”

No wonder Hunter and his attorneys were convinced he’d be off the hook for other crimes, such as those related to foreign lobbying — and, perhaps, bribe-taking, influence-peddling or other corruption.

Hunter’s Plea Deal Was Meant to Protect One Person: Joe Biden

By New York Post. The Justice Department finally gave up pretending to investigate Hunter Biden and preemptively offered him blanket immunity for years of possible criminal activity. Why waste time, right?

It is increasingly evident the extraordinary plea agreement that fell apart was set in place to ensure the president’s name wouldn’t be dragged into any investigation. . .

The government didn’t release the text of the plea agreement — it usually does — but a leaked copy shows that the wide-ranging, intentionally vague promise of immunity for crimes committed from 2014 to 2019 was curiously buried on paragraph 15 of the Pre-Trial Diversion Agreement.

On numerous occasions during the hearing, Noreika asked the government prosecutors if they knew of any precedent for a plea deal that offered immunity for “crimes in a different case.” Every time, the answer was no. In one instance, a federal lawyer admitted Hunter’s immunity was “crafted to suit the facts and circumstances.”

Hunter Biden Just Admitted in Court to Partnering With Communist Party-Linked Chinese Businessman

By Daily Caller. Hunter Biden admitted in court that a businessman linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) had been his business partner, according to a transcript shared by the Republican House Oversight Committee on Thursday.

Biden testified that Ye Jianming, former chairman of CEFC Energy, had been his business partner, when asked by the court, transcripts state. The House Oversight Committee has alleged that Ye sought to cultivate a relationship with the Biden family, and towards that end wired millions of dollars to Hunter Biden’s businesses and associates through a complex laundering scheme.

“The fourth paragraph says during the calendar year 2017, you earned substantial income including just under a million dollars from a company you formed with a CEO of a Chinese business conglomerate. Is that the same or a different Chinese company from the one you referenced earlier?” Judge Maryellen Noreika asked Hunter Biden.

“I started a company called Hudson West, Your Honor, and my partner was associated with a Chinese energy company called CEFC,” Hunter Biden replied.

Newly Uncovered Emails Don’t Look Good for Hunter Biden

We all know Hunter Biden’s laptop from hell was a treasure trove of illicit and icky emails, photos, and more that provided a picture into the troubled life and wild extracurriculars of the son of Senator-turned-VP-turned-President of the United States Joe Biden. But new emails — not obtained from Hunter’s laptop — reported by Insider show that the First Kid’s practice of using his proximity and access to then-VP Biden for supposedly personal business was an apparently lucrative pay-for-power scheme.

In two previously unreported emails “sent by business contacts of Hunter Biden” unearthed by Insider, the younger Biden “requested an annual retainer of $2 million to help recover billions in Libyan assets frozen by the Obama administration” in which Hunter’s father was second-in-command.

In one email sent on January 28, 2015, “Sam Jauhari, a Democratic donor with businesses in the Persian Gulf, who was helping spearhead the Libya project” wrote to “Sheikh Mohammed al-Rahbani, another Obama campaign donor involved in the proposal.” Here’s what the email said:

Per phone conversation I met with #2 son. He wants $2 per year retainer +++ success fees. He wants to hire his own people – it can be close circle of people for confidentiality. His dad is deciding to run or not.

His positives are he is Chairman of UN World Food Program, son of #2 who has Libya file, access to State, Treasury, business partner SofS [Secretary of State] J. [John] Forbes K [Kerry] son and since he travels with dad he is connected everywhere in Europe and Asia where M. Q. [Muammar Qaddafi] and LIA [Libya Investment Authority] had money frozen. He said he has access to highest level in PRC [China], he can help there.
