Republican Senator Ted Cruz said he has no reason not to believe Internal Revenue Service (IRS) whistleblowers regarding their testimony about the Biden family, including one career government employee who is a “gay Democrat married to a man.”

President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter, have been investigated by GOP-led House committees since Republicans took over the House majority based on alleged criminalities associated with Hunter Biden’s former position on the board of Ukraine gas company Burisma, as well as purported contact with foreign entities regarding financial dealings.

Cruz’s entire Monday episode was about the IRS employees’ testimony and how U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland could be impeached “if what they’re saying is true.” . . .

Gary Shapley, one of the whistleblowers who Cruz is not referencing, told the House Ways & Means Committee in a May 26 deposition that he had evidence that the Department of Justice (DOJ) “provided preferential treatment, slow-walked the investigation, did nothing to avoid obvious conflicts of interest in this investigation,” according to transcripts. Latest Whistleblower Reports on Bidens Are Ultra Explosive

The latest whistleblower reports about the business dealings of the Biden family sound less like a mere whistle and more like a five-alarm fire bell.

Steadily, almost inexorably, the reports released late last week raise the likelihood that President Joe Biden was involved with his son Hunter’s obviously disreputable business dealings. Steadily, almost inexorably, it becomes more likely that elements of the Justice Department took unusual steps to protect both Bidens from legal accountability.

Denials from Attorney General Merrick Garland, who has blatantly politicized the Justice Department and greatly undermined public trust in the justice system, don’t sound credible. And the plea deal afforded Hunter Biden looks not just lenient but corrupt.

Let’s start by considering the plea deal on its own terms. Hunter Biden apparently will receive probation for two misdemeanor counts of failing to pay taxes, as if he were merely culpable for careless error or inordinate delays in payments. Yet if one of the new whistleblower reports is true — and so far, all of them seem quite credible — then the Biden son veered well beyond that level of “mistake.” Instead, if true, he likely committed the sort of willful, intentional tax fraud that should trigger tax felony counts.

Two heretofore believable whistleblowers say Hunter Biden claimed a sex club membership and multiple payments to prostitutes, including for expensive plane fares, as if they were legitimate business expenses. Clearly, these could not possibly be the result of a confused interpretation of IRS regulations. Nobody within even light-years of reason could read tax laws as permitting the expensing of hookers. The repeated attempts to take tax write-offs for illegal sexcapades can only be intentional dodges of paying money due to the Treasury. Hunter Prosecutor Tied to First Son’s Business Partner

Derek Hines, an assistant U.S. attorney at the Department of Justice working on the Hunter Biden case, reportedly had a close professional relationship with a former FBI director whose firm has extensive business ties to the Biden family.

Hines’s LinkedIn page lists him working for former FBI Director Louis Freeh at his private company, Freeh Group International Solutions, as a special counsel between August 2013 and February 2015. Hines was one of the prosecutors to sign off on Biden’s recent plea deal.

An email had previously revealed that in 2016 that Freeh, then a partner at the Delaware-based law firm Freeh, Sporkin & Sullivan, worked with Biden on a job consulting deal regarding the prosecution of Romanian real estate tycoon Gabriel Popoviciu. Popoviciu reportedly paid Biden at least $1 million for help with his case. In April 2016, Freeh gave $100,000 to a trust for two of President Joe Biden’s grandchildren.

In July 2016, Freeh responded to an email to Hunter Biden, “I also spoke to [Joe Biden] a few weeks ago and would like to explore with him some future work options. I believe that working together on these (and other legal) matters would be of value, fun and rewarding.”

Hunter Biden Photographed Himself Smoking Crack Behind the Wheel and Driving 175Mph Down a Las Vegas Highway: Report

Photos taken by Hunter Biden himself show him taking drugs from behind the wheel while driving through a residential neighborhood as well as speeding down a highway heading towards Las Vegas, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The Daily Mail obtained photos of President Joe Biden’s son racing down a highway outside Las Vegas in his Porsche 911 at a mind-boggling speed of 172mph.

The picture displayed the dashboard, clearly indicating the speedometer at this alarmingly dangerous level. According to the outlet, this hazardous act allegedly occurred on August 1, 2018, while Hunter was traveling to Las Vegas for a rendezvous with multiple prostitutes.

These details were supposedly revealed through text messages found on the laptop, where Hunter can be seen coordinating with the prostitutes and inviting them to join him in his hotel hot tub.


Another photo, dated June 12, 2018, shows the First Son driving through a residential area in Arlington, Virginia, at a speed of 35mph, all while holding a crack pipe in his hand. Hunter Biden Invited to State Dinner With Merrick Garland, Whose DOJ Maintains Probe Into Him

President Joe Biden invited Hunter Biden to a state dinner last week at the White House with Attorney General Merrick Garland, whose Justice Department maintains an ongoing probe into the president’s son.

Although Hunter Biden reportedly struck a plea deal with U.S. prosecutors on gun and tax violations, the case remains an open question in the hands of a judge who could block the tentative deal.

“Representatives for the White House and Justice Department would not say whether the president’s staff gave the attorney general a heads up,” the New York Times reported this week. “Mr. Garland was not at the same table and stayed resolutely on the other side of the pavilion, at least while reporters and photographers were there to watch.”

Reportedly, Hunter Biden’s invitation to the dinner comes as Joe Biden is “consumed” with Hunter Biden’s scandals and allegedly pushes back on White House aides who raise objections to their proximity. Angry’ Joe Protects Hunter From Aides: ‘Hands off My Family’

President Joe Biden, who is reportedly “consumed” with his son Hunter’s scandals, allegedly angrily dismisses White House aides who believe Hunter Biden’s controversial history might politically hurt his father.

“It’s consumed him,” a person close to the president told NBC News.

According to the network’s report, the president “resents” any suggestion of a degree of separation between the two men, one a lifelong politician, the other a Yale Law-trained lobbyist with a history of earning money in sectors in which he has little to no experience.

In recent days, White House aides reportedly tried to speak with Joe Biden about the continual drip drop of damning evidence streaming from Hunter Biden’s foreign business transactions, but NBC News sources report Joe Biden’s response was “outright angry” towards anyone who would challenge him on the subject.

Hunter Biden Seen Smiling After Being Questioned for 6 Hours in Lawsuit Brought by Laptop Repair Store Owner

First son Hunter Biden was quizzed for more than six hours Thursday as part of the civil lawsuit brought by Delaware computer repair shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac, who came into possession of the privileged political scion’s now infamous laptop in 2019.

Hunter, 53, did not answer questions from a Post reporter as he left the Wilmington law firm where his deposition took place.

Mac Isaac had sued the first son for defamation last year, alleging he left the store owner to twist in the wind for years while falsely insisting that the laptop was not his, that it had been stolen or that his information had been hacked.

Biden failed to retrieve the laptop from Mac Isaac’s store in April 2019 — despite attempts by Mac Isaac to contact him.

IRS Whistleblower Says He Was Barred From Taking ‘Certain Investigative Steps’ That Could’ve Led to President Biden; Hunter Got $8.3 Million From Foreign Sources

By New York Post. The IRS whistleblower accusing the Justice Department of interfering in the Hunter Biden tax fraud probe claimed in a new interview that his team was prevented from taking investigative measures that “could have led us to President Biden.”

IRS supervisory agent Gary Shapley, who delivered bombshell testimony to the House Ways and Means Committee in May related to the five-year-long tax fraud investigation of first son Hunter Biden, made the assertion in a sit-down with CBS Evening News that aired Tuesday.

“There were certain investigative steps we weren’t allowed to take that could have led us to President Biden,” Shapley told CBS reporter Jim Axelrod.

Shapley emphasized in the interview that the investigative procedures the Justice Department purportedly blocked his team from completing were a necessary part of the probe.

IRS Whistleblower: Hunter Got $8.3 Million From Foreign Sources, We Can’t Recoup Taxes on $400K in Unreported Burisma Income

During an interview with the Fox News Channel aired on Wednesday’s broadcast of “Special Report,” IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley said that Hunter Biden got around $8.3 million from China, Ukraine, and Romania and that there is “no way to recoup” taxes owed on $400,000 of unreported income he made from Burisma in 2014 and unreported 2018 income.

Shapley said, “Concerning Hunter Biden, I feel like we have a very good grasp on the income flows, yes. … It was around 8.3 million from 2014 to 2019.”

Whistleblower No. 2: Hunter Biden Willfully Evaded Millions in Taxes Through Elaborate Scheme

Hunter Biden agreed to plead guilty last week to two misdemeanor counts of failing to pay taxes on time, but according to the second whistleblower whose testimony was also released last week by the House Ways and Means Committee, he also willfully evaded paying millions in taxes in an elaborate tax scheme.

According to the second whistleblower — the lead IRS case agent for the Hunter Biden investigation whose name is redacted — Hunter Biden set up a scheme involving a Ukrainian natural gas company he sat on the board of and a Chinese business associate to willfully evade paying taxes.

The whistleblower said Hunter Biden had already owed hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes long before his father became vice president. In 2014, when the Joe Biden was in his second term as vice president in charge of Ukraine policy and when Ukrainian natural gas company, Burisma, put Hunter on its board of directors, Burisma paid Biden $666,667 to do little or no work.

According to the whistleblower, Hunter Biden received the money from Burisma, and instead of reporting it as income and paying taxes on it, he put that money into a Chinese firm run by one of Hunter Biden’s associates, who then “loaned” the money to Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden Prosecutor Told Six Witnesses He Couldn’t Charge Outside Delaware: IRS Whistleblower

The federal prosecutor tasked with investigating Hunter Biden told at least six witnesses last year that he lacked authority to charge the first son outside Delaware and was denied special counsel status, according to an IRS whistleblower — and now the House Judiciary Committee wants to talk to them.

Delaware US Attorney David Weiss made the shocking disclosure at an Oct. 7, 2022, meeting with top IRS and FBI officials — contradicting sworn testimony from Attorney General Merrick Garland, IRS supervisory agent Gary Shapley told the House Ways and Means Committee last month.

“He surprised us by telling us on the charges, ‘I’m not the deciding official on whether charges are filed,’” Shapley recounted in his May 26 testimony, which the committee released Thursday.

“He then shocked us with the earth-shattering news that the Biden-appointed D.C. U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves would not allow him to charge in his district,” added Shapley, who said Graves’ refusal to prosecute meant that Hunter, now 53, would not face tax charges related to “foreign income from Burisma [Holdings] and a scheme to evade his income taxes through a partnership with a convicted felon” in 2014 and 2015.
