Hunter Biden Avoids Jail in Plea Deal After He’s Slapped With Federal Tax and Gun Crime Charges: ‘Our System Is Broken’

First son Hunter Biden has agreed to plead guilty to federal tax charges as part of a deal with the Justice Department that will likely keep him out of jail and spare him a trial, according to a court document filed Tuesday.

The charges, first reported by NBC News, amount to a slap on the wrist at the conclusion of a five-year investigation into the 53-year-old that has focused on money he received from overseas business interests.

President Biden’s son will plead guilty to two misdemeanor charges of failing to pay federal income tax, according to a letter submitted to federal court by Delaware US Attorney David Weiss.

According to the charges, Hunter failed to pay at least $100,000 he owed in income tax in both 2017 and 2018. . .

As part of the agreement, Hunter has also agreed to enroll in a pretrial diversion agreement on the felony charge of illegally possessing a firearm as a drug user after he lied on a federal gun purchase form in October 2018 about his addiction. Hunter Biden’s Former Business Partner Devon Archer in Talks to Testify About Bidens’ Alleged $10M Ukraine ‘Bribe’

Hunter Biden’s former business partner Devon Archer is in talks to comply with the House Oversight Committee’s subpoena regarding his knowledge of the Biden family’s alleged $10 million Ukraine “bribe” and additional Biden family business transactions.

On Monday, the House Oversight Committee requested Archer testify Friday, but he is instead negotiating a later deposition, a source familiar with the situation told Breitbart News.

Archer, a Biden family business associate and Hunter’s “best friend in business,” was in legal trouble in 2022 for defrauding a Native American tribal entity and was ordered to pay a $43,954,416.75 judgment to the victims.

Prior to his arrest, Archer served in 2014 with Hunter Biden on the board of Burisma, a Ukraine-based energy company. Archer was also photographed playing golf with then-Vice President Joe Biden in Southhampton, New York, in 2014. In 2016, Archer resigned from Burisma’s board after his arrest. Hunter Biden Deposed in Child Support Case — And Baby Mama Shows Up

First son Hunter Biden was questioned under oath in his Arkansas child support case Friday — with the mother of his out-of-wedlock daughter showing up to watch her lawyers grill the political scion about his finances.

President Biden’s 53-year-old son was deposed by attorneys for Lunden Roberts as part of his bid to lower his $20,000 monthly child support payments for their daughter Navy Joan Roberts, 4.

Hunter arrived at the Little Rock office building for the deposition in a five-car motorcade flanked by members of the Secret Service. Roberts arrived minutes later, according to the Daily Mail.

The deposition began at 9 a.m. local time and was over by 11 a.m.

The 32-year-old former stripper made the “highly unusual” move to attend the questioning session, a source told the outlet, where her lawyers were expected to probe Hunter — a former high-paid lobbyist — about his earnings from business deals abroad.

Senator Reveals FBI Informant File References 17 Biden Audio Recordings (VIDEO)

By Daily Wire. An FBI informant claims a foreign national has more than a dozen audio recordings of conversations with President Joe Biden and his son Hunter stemming from an alleged $5 million bribery scheme involving Ukraine, a U.S. senator revealed on Monday.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) said an FD-1023 file in the FBI’s possession, which has been shown to members of the House Oversight Committee with redactions, makes reference to these recordings and should be revealed to the public. Grassley has been working with Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY), who has used subpoena power to pry more information from the FBI about the allegations.

“The 1023 produced to that House committee redacted reference that the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversation with them. Seventeen such recordings,” Grassley said in a speech on the Senate floor, noting he has seen the document with fewer redactions than what oversight panel members were given.

“According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses 15 audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden,” Grassley said. “According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then-vice president Joe Biden. These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort-of insurance policy for the foreign national in case he got into a tight spot.”

Burisma Boss in Alleged Biden Bribe Scheme Claims to Have 15 Taped Conversations With Hunter, 2 With Joe: Grassley

By New York Post. The FBI source who reported President Biden’s alleged role in a bribery scheme said that a Ukrainian businessman claimed to keep as “insurance” 15 audio recordings of first son Hunter Biden and two of Joe Biden, a Republican senator revealed Monday.

Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) made the staggering claim in a Senate floor speech after FBI Director Christopher Wray last week allowed House Oversight Committee members to see a redacted informant file about the claim that Hunter and then-Vice President Joe Biden received $5 million apiece to serve the interests of Burisma Holdings owner Mykola Zlochevsky.

“Congress still lacks a full and complete picture with respect to what that document really says. That’s why it’s important that the document be made public without unnecessary redactions for the American people to see,” said Grassley, accusing the bureau of needlessly redacting information about the recordings from the file shared with House lawmakers.

“Let me assist for purposes of transparency,” the 89-year-old went on. “The 1023 [form] produced to that House Committee redacted reference that the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversations with them. Seventeen total recordings. . .

The senator concluded: “So, as I’ve repeatedly asked since going public with the existence of the 1023, what, if anything, has the Justice Department and FBI done to investigate? The Justice Department and FBI must show their work. By New York Post. A trove of photos from Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop that were published on a new website last week includes a litany of never-before-seen images depicting the first son’s former hard-partying ways — and family life.

The nearly 10,000-image catalog includes a perverse mix of family photographs and naked snapshots of himself in hotel rooms surrounded by drug paraphernalia and scantily clad women.

Several pictures capture the nude 53-year-old Hunter alongside a tattooed woman in bedazzled mesh lingerie.

By Daily Mail. Almost 9,000 photos from Hunter Biden’s laptop have been published online by right wing nonprofit Marco Polo.

The 8,864 pictures posted on bidenlaptopmedia.com include hundreds of images of the First Son taking drugs and having sex with prostitutes, as well as family photos and everyday snaps.

The photos include 7,032 mostly from Hunter’s MacBook Pro iPhoto app, 1,832 from a backup of his iPhone XS, 428 ‘live photos’ (short videos taken on an iPhone), 674 images sent in text messages, 579 screenshots, 40 sent via WhatsApp, and 111 others.

The images are dated between 2008 and 2019. Some have geographic coordinates attached, showing Hunter took photos in Hawaii, Cabo San Lucas, Kosovo, the Dominican Republic, western China, London, Paris, Rome, Belgrade and across the US. . .

Child Support Case Judge Threatens Hunter Biden With Jail Time

An Arkansas judge on Monday issued an order threatening Hunter Biden with up to a year of prison time and a $20,000 fine if he fails to provide financial information and appear in court next month to answer questions from the counsel of his child’s mother.

Last year, Hunter Biden opened up his paternity agreement with Lunden Roberts, the mother of his child, citing “a substantial material change” in his “financial circumstances, including but not limited to his income.” Hunter Biden’s payments are $20,000 per month, a calculation based on income.

Hunter Biden’s financials could reveal information about his family’s business deals and his anonymous art sales.

For example, they could reveal how much Hunter Biden earned from his interest in BHR Partners, a Chinese state-backed investment fund founded just days after Hunter and President Joe Biden visited China in 2013. Hunter Biden held a ten percent stake in BHR Partners through an entity called Skaneateles LLC. Documents obtained by Breitbart News revealed Skaneateles LLC is controlled by Kevin Morris, Hunter’s top attorney, who also paid Hunter’s IRS debts. Extensive Hunter Biden Laptop Archive With Nearly 10,000 Photos Published on New Website

An immense catalog of photos from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop were published Thursday on a new website, as the first son faces ongoing investigations into his overseas business affairs and potential tax and gun crimes.

Nearly 10,000 photos taken between 2008 and 2019 will be hosted at BidenLaptopMedia.com after a former Trump White House aide apparently spent months scanning the digital archive, redacting some images and publishing the rest.

“The number one thing we’re about … is truth and transparency,” Garrett Ziegler, who founded the nonprofit Marco Polo, told Fox News.

Among the redacted pictures are those that display private information, such as Social Security, banking and credit card numbers.

Hunter Biden’s Defense of His Gun Crime Is Really Something

Apparently confirming again that first kid Hunter Biden did, in fact, lie on his background check form to purchase a firearm while using drugs, lawyers for the controversial son of President Joe Biden have announced that the Second Amendment itself will be used as a legal defense if Hunter is charged with a crime related to that purchase. . .

From Politico’s scoop:

The president’s son is the target of a Justice Department investigation scrutinizing his purchase of a gun in 2018 — a time when he has said he was regularly using crack cocaine. Federal law bans drug users from owning guns…

His lawyers have already told Justice Department officials that, if their client is charged with the gun crime, they will challenge the law under the Second Amendment, according to a person familiar with the private discussions granted anonymity because they are not authorized to speak publicly. That could turn a case that is already fraught with political consequences into a high-profile showdown over the right to bear arms.

The dispute would come as the White House fights to tighten gun laws. And it could put conservative gun-rights enthusiasts, who typically criticize the Biden family, in unusual alignment with the president’s son.

‘Missing’ Biden Family Corruption Probe Witness Speaks Out, Living as Fugitive in Undisclosed Location

By New York Post. Gal Luft, the “missing” witness in the House Oversight Committee’s Biden family corruption investigation, has told The Post he is alive and living as a fugitive in an undisclosed location.

The former Israeli Defense Force colonel vanished from Cyprus last month while on bail awaiting extradition to the US on seven charges.

He denies the allegations, which include five charges relating to the Arms Export Control Act of conspiring to sell Chinese products to the United rab Emirates, Kenya and Libya, as well as a violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, and of making a false statement.

Luft claims he was forced to skip bail because he is the victim of a political persecution by the US to protect Joe Biden and his son Hunter, and brother Jim.

White House visitor logs show Alex Soros, chair of his father’s far-left Open Society Foundations, maintains a high degree of influence with the Biden administration. Over the course of more than two years, Alex Soros visited the White House at least 17 times, according to visitor logs obtained by Fox News:

Alex’s most recent visits include three meetings between February 8th and 10th, records released Tuesday show. The visitor logs list Jon Finer, the principal deputy national security adviser; Jordan Finkelstein, special assistant to the president and the chief of staff for senior Biden adviser Anita Dunn; and Mariana Adame, the adviser to the counselor of the president, as the individuals who greeted Alex.

It remains unclear precisely who Alex may have met with for the sessions, as the records can contain White House staff who book appointments, meet the guests and take them to other personnel.

The three most recent visits come on the heels of his 14 prior visits to the White House. And while the younger Soros has taken advantage of the Biden connections, he’s also maintained close contact with Democratic lawmakers, which he often boasts about and posts on social media.

DeSantis: Hunter Biden Would Have Been in Jail ‘Years Ago’ if He Were a Republican

Republican presidential candidate Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla) ripped the Biden Administration apart during his trip to Iowa, claiming that Washington D.C. has been “weaponized.”

Promising to send President Joe Biden “back to his basement,” DeSantis also fired shots at Hunter Biden, who is currently under investigation by the GOP for its shady overseas business dealings.

Going into his fifth year of being investigated, the governor claimed that Hunter Biden “would have been in jail years ago” if he were a Republican.

“Two different sets of rules depending on whether you’re a member in good standing of elite society or not,” DeSantis said. “We have a bureaucracy that our Founding Fathers would find unrecognizable. It is an unaccountable, weaponized, administrative state that unevenly wields authority depending on its targets.”
