By New York Post. The IRS whistleblower accusing the Justice Department of interfering in the Hunter Biden tax fraud probe claimed in a new interview that his team was prevented from taking investigative measures that “could have led us to President Biden.”

IRS supervisory agent Gary Shapley, who delivered bombshell testimony to the House Ways and Means Committee in May related to the five-year-long tax fraud investigation of first son Hunter Biden, made the assertion in a sit-down with CBS Evening News that aired Tuesday.

“There were certain investigative steps we weren’t allowed to take that could have led us to President Biden,” Shapley told CBS reporter Jim Axelrod.

Shapley emphasized in the interview that the investigative procedures the Justice Department purportedly blocked his team from completing were a necessary part of the probe.

IRS Whistleblower: Hunter Got $8.3 Million From Foreign Sources, We Can’t Recoup Taxes on $400K in Unreported Burisma Income

During an interview with the Fox News Channel aired on Wednesday’s broadcast of “Special Report,” IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley said that Hunter Biden got around $8.3 million from China, Ukraine, and Romania and that there is “no way to recoup” taxes owed on $400,000 of unreported income he made from Burisma in 2014 and unreported 2018 income.

Shapley said, “Concerning Hunter Biden, I feel like we have a very good grasp on the income flows, yes. … It was around 8.3 million from 2014 to 2019.”

Whistleblower No. 2: Hunter Biden Willfully Evaded Millions in Taxes Through Elaborate Scheme

Hunter Biden agreed to plead guilty last week to two misdemeanor counts of failing to pay taxes on time, but according to the second whistleblower whose testimony was also released last week by the House Ways and Means Committee, he also willfully evaded paying millions in taxes in an elaborate tax scheme.

According to the second whistleblower — the lead IRS case agent for the Hunter Biden investigation whose name is redacted — Hunter Biden set up a scheme involving a Ukrainian natural gas company he sat on the board of and a Chinese business associate to willfully evade paying taxes.

The whistleblower said Hunter Biden had already owed hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes long before his father became vice president. In 2014, when the Joe Biden was in his second term as vice president in charge of Ukraine policy and when Ukrainian natural gas company, Burisma, put Hunter on its board of directors, Burisma paid Biden $666,667 to do little or no work.

According to the whistleblower, Hunter Biden received the money from Burisma, and instead of reporting it as income and paying taxes on it, he put that money into a Chinese firm run by one of Hunter Biden’s associates, who then “loaned” the money to Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden Prosecutor Told Six Witnesses He Couldn’t Charge Outside Delaware: IRS Whistleblower

The federal prosecutor tasked with investigating Hunter Biden told at least six witnesses last year that he lacked authority to charge the first son outside Delaware and was denied special counsel status, according to an IRS whistleblower — and now the House Judiciary Committee wants to talk to them.

Delaware US Attorney David Weiss made the shocking disclosure at an Oct. 7, 2022, meeting with top IRS and FBI officials — contradicting sworn testimony from Attorney General Merrick Garland, IRS supervisory agent Gary Shapley told the House Ways and Means Committee last month.

“He surprised us by telling us on the charges, ‘I’m not the deciding official on whether charges are filed,’” Shapley recounted in his May 26 testimony, which the committee released Thursday.

“He then shocked us with the earth-shattering news that the Biden-appointed D.C. U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves would not allow him to charge in his district,” added Shapley, who said Graves’ refusal to prosecute meant that Hunter, now 53, would not face tax charges related to “foreign income from Burisma [Holdings] and a scheme to evade his income taxes through a partnership with a convicted felon” in 2014 and 2015.

Whistleblower: Hunter Biden Deducted Payments to Sex Club, Hookers on His Taxes

President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, allegedly deducted tens of thousands of dollars in payments made to a prostitute and a sex club from his taxes, according to an IRS whistleblower.

An anonymous IRS criminal investigator to the House Ways and Means Committee during a June 1 interview that Biden improperly deducted these expenses on his 2018 tax forms. The whistleblower claimed Biden underreported his total income by unto $500,000, or $267,000 using “the most conservative approach.”

“So he underreported his total income by $267,000, if you are using the most conservative approach, and that is a tax loss of $106,000,” the whistleblower told congress. “So that includes deductions for personal wages and salaries paid, personal travel expenses paid, personal children expenses that he paid, and personal other expenses that he paid.”

ABC, CBS Ignore Bombshell Whistleblower Claims of Hunter Biden’s ‘Preferential Treatment’ From DOJ

ABC’s “World News Tonight” and “CBS Evening News” on Thursday evening ignored the bombshell IRS whistleblower allegations that Hunter Biden received preferential treatment from the Justice Department (DOJ) regarding probes into tax violations.

On Thursday morning, House Republicans released transcripts of two IRS whistleblowers, one of whom provided evidence that Joe Biden was present when Hunter Biden pressured a Chinese business partner to send them millions of dollars, Breitbart News reported.

A second whistleblower also said the DOJ interfered in the effort to investigate Hunter Biden for tax crimes, although Joe Biden’s attorney general recently claimed otherwise.

Whistleblower: DOJ Twice Prevented U.S. Attorney From Charging Hunter Biden for Greater Crimes; Joe Biden, Merrick Garland Implicated in IRS Whistleblower Testimony

By Breitbart. House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith (R-MO) told reporters Thursday that the Justice Department twice prevented United States Attorney David Weiss from bringing stronger charges against Hunter Biden.

Upon the committee’s vote to unseal IRS whistleblower evidence of alleged Justice Department political interference in the Hunter Biden tax probe, Smith said IRS whistleblowers allege that President Joe Biden’s DOJ twice prevented charges against Hunter Biden in Washington, DC, and California in 2022.

Attorney General Merrick Garland told Congress in March that he would have to personally authorize any potential charges levied against Hunter Biden by Weiss. Yet Garland also said Wednesday he gave Weiss “full authority to decide the matter as he decided was appropriate.”

On Tuesday, Hunter Biden agreed to plead guilty to only two federal tax violation charges and one charge of violation of gun laws.

“Testimony shows that U.S. Attorney of Delaware David Weiss tried to bring charges in the District of Columbia around March of 2022 and was denied. Joe Biden, Merrick Garland Implicated in IRS Whistleblower Testimony

By Breitbart. President Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland may face tough questions after Thursday’s release of the testimony of an IRS whistleblower, which was released by the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee.

Republicans released transcripts of two whistleblowers, one of whom said he had seen evidence that Joe Biden was present when his son, Hunter, attempted to pressure a Chinese investor to send them millions of dollars. The whistleblower, IRS Criminal Supervisory Special Agent Gary A. Shapley Jr., also said that the Department of Justice had interfered in the effort to investigate Hunter Biden for tax crimes — contrary to Garland’s claims. . .

Here are five key questions:

1. Was Joe Biden in the room when Hunter Biden pressured a Chinese investor to send money? Biden has said, numerous times, that he has never discussed his family’s business interests. But Shapley said:

[W]e obtained a July 30th, 2017, WhatsApp message from Hunter Biden to Henry Zhao, where Hunter Biden wrote: “I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”

Hunter Biden Kicked Out of $10K Sex Club for ‘Grabbing Women’s A**es,’ Acting Like a ‘Spoiled Child’

Hunter Biden got kicked out of a private sex club for “grabbing women’s asses” and acting “like a spoiled child,” the founder exclusively told The Post.

The president’s troubled son is “a really bad guy — not a good person. He’s just not,” said Damon Lawner, who founded the notorious SNCTM club, where membership ran as high as $75,000 a year. And Hunter’s $10,000 payment led to Lawner receiving an IRS subpoena.

Lawner claimed that the payment was made through a mystery woman in 2018 and that he was later informed of a probe by the IRS criminal division who “asked me about book-keeping and records.”

Lawner said he decided to disclose Biden’s sex club membership after Biden was given a virtual slap on the wrist on Tuesday in an income tax and a gun case after a five-year federal investigation.

The whopping fee, Lawner said, was made through an LLC that hid Hunter’s name and paid by a mystery woman who accompanied the president’s son — “high as a kite and zonked out” — to the club. Photos Place Hunter Biden at Joe Biden’s Home on Day He Invoked His Dad to Threaten Chinese Biz Partner: Report

Photographs from Hunter Biden’s laptop appear to place him at his father’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, on the same day that he used his dad’s name to threaten a Chinese business partner.

The Free Beacon’s Chuck Ross and Andrew Kerr reported that four photos from the laptop show Hunter Biden in his dad’s Corvette on the same day that he sent a WhatsApp to Henry Zhao on July 30, 2017.

According to the transcript provided by the House Ways and Means Committee, Hunter Biden wrote:

I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. Merrick Garland Asked Point Blank If Hunter Biden Plea Deal Is A ‘Different Standard Of Justice’

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland was asked directly whether the deal struck between President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, and the Department of Justice (DOJ) on federal gun and tax charges displays a “different standard of justice” at a news conference in Sweden on Wednesday.

Hunter Biden will avoid jail time by pleading guilty to two tax misdemeanors and entering a probation agreement for a gun charge with the DOJ, prompting criticism that the legal treatment wasn’t as harsh as former President Donald Trump’s. When asked about the degree of punishment Hunter Biden received, Garland referred the reporter to the U.S. Attorney on the case for questions about the investigation’s conclusion.

“From the moment of my appointment as attorney general, I would leave this matter in the hands of the United States Attorney, who was appointed by the previous president, and assigned to this matter by the previous administration, that he would be given full authority to decide the matter as he decided was appropriate, and that’s what he’s done,” Garland said, according to the video clip.

Not a Joke: ABC Analyst Says Hunter Got Harsher Treatment Because He’s a Biden

News Nation host and ABC News Chief Legal Analyst Dan Abrams claimed Wednesday that President Joe Biden’s embattled son Hunter was treated more harshly by the Justice Department than he would have been if his last name had not been Biden.

Abrams joined host George Stephanopoulos on ABC News’s “Good Morning America,” and he argued that Hunter Biden might not have been prosecuted at all if Republicans were not trying to connect the president to his alleged crimes.

ABC’s chief justice correspondent Pierre Thomas set the scene, suggesting that the younger Biden’s alleged crimes were part of a Republican effort to damage President Biden: “Republicans have long sought to make Hunter Biden’s troubles and financial dealings, including those in Ukraine and China, a political millstone for his father. Word of Hunter Biden’s deal set off a political firestorm, with Republicans claiming he got preferential treatment.”
