Apparently confirming again that first kid Hunter Biden did, in fact, lie on his background check form to purchase a firearm while using drugs, lawyers for the controversial son of President Joe Biden have announced that the Second Amendment itself will be used as a legal defense if Hunter is charged with a crime related to that purchase. . .

From Politico’s scoop:

The president’s son is the target of a Justice Department investigation scrutinizing his purchase of a gun in 2018 — a time when he has said he was regularly using crack cocaine. Federal law bans drug users from owning guns…

His lawyers have already told Justice Department officials that, if their client is charged with the gun crime, they will challenge the law under the Second Amendment, according to a person familiar with the private discussions granted anonymity because they are not authorized to speak publicly. That could turn a case that is already fraught with political consequences into a high-profile showdown over the right to bear arms.

The dispute would come as the White House fights to tighten gun laws. And it could put conservative gun-rights enthusiasts, who typically criticize the Biden family, in unusual alignment with the president’s son.

‘Missing’ Biden Family Corruption Probe Witness Speaks Out, Living as Fugitive in Undisclosed Location

By New York Post. Gal Luft, the “missing” witness in the House Oversight Committee’s Biden family corruption investigation, has told The Post he is alive and living as a fugitive in an undisclosed location.

The former Israeli Defense Force colonel vanished from Cyprus last month while on bail awaiting extradition to the US on seven charges.

He denies the allegations, which include five charges relating to the Arms Export Control Act of conspiring to sell Chinese products to the United rab Emirates, Kenya and Libya, as well as a violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, and of making a false statement.

Luft claims he was forced to skip bail because he is the victim of a political persecution by the US to protect Joe Biden and his son Hunter, and brother Jim.

George Soros’ Son Visited Joe Biden’s White House at Least 17 Times

By Breitbart. George Soros’ son, Democrat megadonor Alex Soros, reportedly visited the White House at least 17 times since President Joe Biden assumed office.

White House visitor logs show Alex Soros, chair of his father’s far-left Open Society Foundations, maintains a high degree of influence with the Biden administration. Over the course of more than two years, Alex Soros visited the White House at least 17 times, according to visitor logs obtained by Fox News:

Alex’s most recent visits include three meetings between February 8th and 10th, records released Tuesday show. The visitor logs list Jon Finer, the principal deputy national security adviser; Jordan Finkelstein, special assistant to the president and the chief of staff for senior Biden adviser Anita Dunn; and Mariana Adame, the adviser to the counselor of the president, as the individuals who greeted Alex.

It remains unclear precisely who Alex may have met with for the sessions, as the records can contain White House staff who book appointments, meet the guests and take them to other personnel.

The three most recent visits come on the heels of his 14 prior visits to the White House. And while the younger Soros has taken advantage of the Biden connections, he’s also maintained close contact with Democratic lawmakers, which he often boasts about and posts on social media.

DeSantis: Hunter Biden Would Have Been in Jail ‘Years Ago’ if He Were a Republican

Republican presidential candidate Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla) ripped the Biden Administration apart during his trip to Iowa, claiming that Washington D.C. has been “weaponized.”

Promising to send President Joe Biden “back to his basement,” DeSantis also fired shots at Hunter Biden, who is currently under investigation by the GOP for its shady overseas business dealings.

Going into his fifth year of being investigated, the governor claimed that Hunter Biden “would have been in jail years ago” if he were a Republican.

“Two different sets of rules depending on whether you’re a member in good standing of elite society or not,” DeSantis said. “We have a bureaucracy that our Founding Fathers would find unrecognizable. It is an unaccountable, weaponized, administrative state that unevenly wields authority depending on its targets.”

New Messages Show Bidens Offering ‘Safe Harbor’ to Hunter as He Flails Over Scandalous Reports

In 2018, Hunter Biden’s world was collapsing.

It appears that Hunter was in a free fall and his uncle Jim Biden reached out in newly discovered messages to offer him a “safe harbor.”

The exchange is an insight into a train wreck of a life of the scion of one of the most powerful families in the country.

However, it is also insight into a world of influence peddling where millions simply evaporated in the coffers of the Biden family.

On their face, the messages seem to contradict public statements from President Biden on the foreign-influence peddling that used to fund Hunter’s drug-infused, self-destructive lifestyle. Report: Hunter Biden Claimed He Was Broke at Child Support Hearing After Flying on Private Jet (VIDEO)

Hunter Biden claimed he is quite poor during a child-support hearing in Arkansas despite reportedly traveling there in luxury.

He apparently flew to and from the courthouse on a private jet that belongs to his friend, Kevin Morris, the New York Post reported Saturday.

The outlet said the jet left Los Angeles the morning of April 30 and flew to Washington, DC. It reportedly took off again an hour later on its way to Arkansas. It landed at an airport located just over 30 miles from the Independence County Courthouse where the hearing took place the following day.

Not long after the meeting, the jet took off for D.C.

Hunter Biden Accused of ‘Playing Games’ in Child Support Case

Hunter Biden is dragging his feet and “playing games with discovery” in a child support case — a “hallmark Biden litigation tactic,” the mother of his out-of-wedlock daughter claims in new court papers.

President Biden’s 53-year-old son has been trying to lower his $20,000-a-month child support payments to former stripper Lunden Roberts — with whom he shares 4-year-old daughter Navy Joan Roberts — a move that Roberts has vowed to fight.

“Mr. Biden does not want to disclose his income and assets, says that he is somewhat financially destitute, while he lives on a mountain overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Malibu, has Secret Service protection, and enjoys his time abroad (which he has also lied about in discovery),” Roberts’ lawyer Clinton Lancaster wrote in court papers Friday.

Lawyers on both sides have filed a slew of court papers arguing over whether a deposition by Biden’s lawyers of ex-Trump White House aide Garrett Ziegler should go forward Monday.

Roberts, 32, wants to call Ziegler — the 27-year-old founder of nonprofit Marco Polo, which published a 644-page analysis of the contents of Hunter’s infamous laptop — as an expert witness at the July trial in the Arkansas child support case. This Is the Latest Development in the Biden Family Corruption Investigation

By Townhall. . .Rep. James Comer (R-KY), chair of the House Oversight Committee, revealed that a top witness in his investigation has gone missing. No, I’m not joking; this person is lost (via Newsweek):

Representative James Comer, a Kentucky Republican, admitted on Sunday that his fellow Republicans lost track of a key witness in an investigation about the Biden family being involved in an alleged bribery scheme.

The Kentucky Republican and Senator Chuck Grassley, an Iowa Republican, wrote in a letter sent to Attorney General Merrick Garland earlier this month that they received “legally protected and highly credible unclassified” information from the whistleblower. They also wrote that the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI would have enough information to determine the accuracy and the credibility of the information in the document.

Meanwhile, Fox News host Maria Bartiromo asked Comer during an interview on Sunday Morning Futures about the current whereabouts of the informant.

“Well, unfortunately, we can’t track down the informant,” Comer responded on Sunday. “We’re hopeful that the informant is still there. The whistleblower knows the informant. The whistleblower is very credible.”

Republican Admits Key ‘Informant’ Against Joe Biden Now Missing

By Newsweek. Representative James Comer, a Kentucky Republican, admitted on Sunday that his fellow Republicans lost track of a key witness in an investigation about the Biden family being involved in an alleged bribery scheme.

On Wednesday, House Oversight Committee Republicans released a 36-page memo accusing members of the Biden family of earning millions of dollars during Joe Biden’s term as vice president under former President Barack Obama from a number of Chinese and Romanian companies they claim posed “potential threats” to the United States.

The memo, a copy of which was obtained by Newsweek, includes redacted images of transactions involving a number of bank accounts purportedly belonging to members of the Biden family. It outlines a network of secretive bank accounts connected not only to Biden’s son, Hunter, but to a number of other family members, all of whom Comer, the committee’s chairman, accused of using Biden’s position to curry favor with foreign governments and peddle influence on U.S. foreign policy.

Hunter Biden Laptop Letter Signers Donated Thousands to Joe Biden’s Campaign

At least a dozen ex-intelligence officials who signed the letter linking Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop to Russia steered tens of thousands of dollars to Joe Biden’s campaign and joint fundraising committee ahead of the 2020 presidential election, records show.

The October 2020 letter has come back under the spotlight after a handful of revelations about its origins, including that ex-Obama CIA head Mike Morell testified in April to congressional investigators that then-Biden campaign adviser and now-Secretary of State Antony Blinken “triggered” him to write it. Between May 2019 and November 2020, 12 laptop letter signers boosted Biden with campaign donations to the tune of almost $40,000, according to campaign finance disclosures.

The 12 laptop letter signers spent an average of roughly $3,300 total supporting Biden in 2020, a sum that takes into account how Jeremy Bash, an ex-chief of staff for both former President Barack Obama’s CIA and Defense Department and now the managing director at the Washington, D.C.-based consulting firm Beacon Global Strategies, contributed $18,900 to Biden for President and the Biden Victory Fund.

Bash was appointed in August 2022 by Biden to the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board, which “oversees the Intelligence Community’s compliance with the Constitution and all applicable laws, Executive Orders, and Presidential Directives,” according to an archived version of the board’s website under Obama. Whistleblower: IRS Removed ‘Entire Investigative Team’ From Hunter Biden Probe, per DOJ Request

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) removed the “entire investigative team” working on the Hunter Biden case at the request of President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ), a whistleblower told Congress on Monday.

The whistleblower has supervised the Hunter Biden investigation since 2020, the New York Post reported.

Mark Lytle and Tristan Leavitt, attorneys for the whistleblower, told Congress in a letter:

Today the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Criminal Supervisory Special Agent we represent was informed that he and his entire investigative team are being removed from the ongoing and sensitive investigation of the high-profile, controversial subject about which our client sought to make whistleblower disclosures to Congress. He was informed the change was at the request of the Department of Justice.

Last month, the whistleblower, through Lytle, told congressional leaders that he wanted to come forward with information about “preferential treatment” in Hunter Biden’s case and alleged Attorney General Merrick Garland gave false testimony to Congress when he assured lawmakers that Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss has unilateral authority to make charging decisions, the Post reported. Cigars, Lingerie and a Hot Tub: How Hunter Biden Spent Thousands of Dollars During His Divorce

First son Hunter Biden dropped thousands of dollars on extravagant purchases — including hot tubs, lingerie and cigars — despite his family’s “precarious financial situation” as he divorced his ex-wife Kathleen Buhle, emails from his infamous laptop show.

The now-53-year-old’s unrestrained spending, as detailed by Buhle’s attorney, Rebekah Sullivan, came during the time period when Hunter was apparently in business with convicted Romanian businessman Gabriel Popoviciu, as well as generating money from his board seat with Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings.

“Given that Hunter deposited $126,545 in the middle of November [2016] into the TD account in his sole name, and spent the funds on extravagances such as Georgetown Tobacco $236.81, Cardtronics $605.50, Ladybird Lingerie (not for Kathleen) $75.00, Hus [sic] Shoes $846, the Hot Tub Store $7,450.92, Sierra Mountain Outdoors $1,245.22, Toujours Lingerie (not for Kathleen) $456.75, and Kirna Zabete $1,202, I do not think it is fair to ask Kathleen to cut back on her expenses, so Hunter can continue blowing through the family funds,” Sullivan argued in an email to Hunter lawyer Sarah Mancinelli in January of 2017.

Biden’s lavish spending spree at high-end retailers across the country — from DC’s ritzy Georgetown neighborhood to San Francisco to Nantucket Island — came at the time he was dating his late brother Beau Biden’s widow, Hallie Biden.
