Hunter’s Chinese Business Partner ‘Attempted to Hide’ Payment From China-Based Firm to Biden Family, Report Says

Hunter Biden’s Chinese business partner attempted to conceal a large foreign payment to the Biden family through a complex laundering scheme, a House Oversight Committee memo alleged Wednesday.

Gongwen “Kevin” Dong, Hunter Biden’s business partner, facilitated the transfer of $100,000 to Biden’s company through an intricate web of limited liability companies in an attempt to hide their original China-based source, a company called Shanghai Huaxin Group, the memo alleged, citing business and financial records. In total, the Biden family received more than $10 million in payments from companies controlled by foreign nationals, the memo states.

In May 2017, Dong created a limited liability company in Delaware called CEFC Infrastructure, to which the “sole equity member” was a company called Hudson West V, where Dong served as the “director,” the memo states.

A week after CEFC Infrastructure’s formation, Hudson West V then “assigned 100 percent of its interest” to a company incorporated in China called Shanghai Huaxin Group, which, in turn, deposited $10 million into CEFC Infrastructure’s bank account, according to the memo.

Hunter Biden’s Ex-Business Partner Urged to Spill Biden Dirt to Avoid Prison

By New York Post. As Hunter Biden faces a potential criminal indictment this week, his former best friend Devon Archer will make his last bid to avoid jail Tuesday when his appeal is heard in a courtroom in lower Manhattan.

As he grows increasingly despondent, friends with knowledge of Hunter’s thinking are telling Archer to accept that the Bidens have thrown him under the bus and that a last-minute presidential pardon has been ruled out.

They have urged him to save himself by using the only currency he has left — his knowledge of the Biden family influence-peddling scheme for which he had a front-row seat for four years during Joe Biden’s vice presidency. . .

Archer was present at meetings Hunter arranged for his foreign business partners to meet with his father or talk to him on the phone.

Biden Setting Stage for Pardoning Hunter as He Frames Potential DOJ Charges as ‘Political Witch Hunt’: Devine

By Fox News. President Biden is setting the stage for pardoning his son Hunter as his Department of Justice weighs a potential indictment stemming from a years-long federal investigation, Fox News contributor Miranda Devine warned.

Devine’s comments come after Biden finally addressed the possibility of his son facing charges during a rare sit-down interview where he dismissed the chance that it would have any impact on his tenure in office.

“That mythology of Joe Biden that’s been around for more than four decades, which is that he’s a lovely family man… moderate Democrat, lunch pail Joe, working class Joe, the poorest man in Congress, and a wonderful family man full of empathy because of the tragedies in his own life. That’s what he’s playing on,” Devine said during “Fox & Friends Weekend” Sunday.

“I think the end game is that he’s setting up… framing this sympathy card so that when it comes time, perhaps in his lame duck period, that he will pardon Hunter and Americans will forgive him because they will say, well, Hunter was a drug addict and Joe just loves his family, and he’s been through enough tragedy in his life,” she continued. “Leave him alone.”

By Daily Mail. President Joe Biden brushed his decision not to attend King Charles III’s coronation on Saturday during a softball interview with MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle by saying: ‘I told him I couldn’t be there because I have this going on.’

Biden, 80, said that he told the king that he would be in the United Kingdom during the summer during the NATO conference. ‘He’s a good acquaintance and we’ve worked together on environmental issues,’ the president said of King Charles III.

The president dispatched his wife to represent the US at the celebrations in London. No American president has ever attended a British coronation. First Lady Jill Biden’s first stop was a meeting with Akshata Murty, the wife of Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

During the MSNBC interview, his first since February’s sit down with PBS Newshour, Biden was asked why voters should choose the octogenarian.

‘I have acquired a hell of a lot of wisdom. And know more than the vast majority of people – I’m more experienced than anybody who has ever run for the office. And I think I’ve proven myself to be honorable as well as also effective,’ he bragged. Karine Jean-Pierre Stonewalls Questions on Biden’s Unacknowledged Grandchild

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre refused to answer questions about Hunter Biden and his four-year-old daughter Navy, President Joe Biden’s unacknowledged seventh grandchild, on Tuesday.

Navy lives with her mother, former stripper Lunden Roberts, in Arkansas. Roberts is currently battling with the president’s son in court over $20,000 monthly paternity payments, which Hunter is seeking to have decreased, according to CNN.

Asked about the paternity case and the White House’s failure to acknowledge Navy, Jean-Pierre refused to answer.

“I wanted to ask about the trial going on in Arkansas with Hunter Biden and the child support. Are the president and first lady monitoring that? And how come they haven’t acknowledged the seventh grandchild?” asked Emily Goodwin, U.S. politics reporter for the U.K.’s Daily Mail.

“I’m not going to speak to that from here,” answered Jean-Pierre.

Huge Development Means IRS Whistleblower Can Soon Explode Biden Family Scandals

The House Ways and Means Committee granted two attorneys representing the Internal Revenue Service whistleblower authority to inspect Hunter Biden’s tax returns and related information. This development promises to accelerate the unraveling of the Justice Department’s Biden family protection racket.

Understanding why requires a fuller understanding of IRS privacy law, so here’s your “lawsplainer.” . . .

Section 6103 of the Internal Revenue Code provides that federal tax returns and “return information” “shall be confidential” and makes it illegal for an IRS “officer or employee” to disclose such tax information. In fact, many view Section 6103’s confidentiality mandate as even precluding a government employee from revealing the existence of an investigation into a taxpayer. However, because in December of 2020, Hunter Biden publicly acknowledged the existence of an investigation into his tax matters after federal prosecutors subpoenaed his business records, the public has long known of the investigation into the president’s son.

Several exceptions to the confidentiality provisions of Section 6103 exist, though. Relevant here is the statutory exception authorizing whistleblowers to disclose confidential information to the House Committee on Ways and Means or the Senate Committee on Finance. That exception guarantees whistleblower protection to government agents who reveal confidential information concerning tax issues to either of those committees.

But because the Section 6103 exception does not also allow a whistleblower the right to disclose the information to his attorney, the whistleblower would be forced to face the committees without the benefit of legal counsel. Further, because Section 6103 defines “return information” broadly to include the nature and sources of income, data collected by the IRS, and “any background file document” or “written determination” prepared by the IRS, the whistleblower also could not legally discuss with his attorney many aspects of an investigation to prepare to testify before the congressional committees. Judge Orders Hunter Biden to Answer Questions About Financials, Sit for Interview Under Oath

Hunter Biden was ordered to answer questions about his financials and sit for an interview under oath in a child support case against his daughter’s mother, an Arkansas County judge ruled Monday.

Hunter Biden will answer the questions from the mother’s counsel in writing, which has the potential to reveal information about the family’s international business ventures and his art sales to anonymous buyers.

The judge also ordered Hunter to sit for an interview in mid-June under oath. In addition, a trial is scheduled for July to determine if Hunter’s child support payments will be adjusted, as he requested in 2022.

According to CNN, Hunter is paying $20,000 per month, a calculation based on his income.

The legal dilemma could produce information about how much Hunter Biden earned from his interest in BHR Partners, a Chinese state-backed investment fund founded just days after Hunter and President Joe Biden visited China in 2013. Hunter held a ten percent stake in BHR Partners through an entity called Skaneateles LLC. CIA Veteran Reveals Why He Didn’t Sign Hunter Biden Laptop Letter

A retired CIA official is opening up about why he did not sign a letter that suggested the Hunter Biden laptop story could be part of a Russian disinformation operation just weeks before the 2020 election.

Dan Hoffman, the CIA’s former Moscow station chief, told Fox News he was “surprised” that no one requested his Russia expertise in discussing the letter before it went public and explained why he did not want his signature attached to it.

“I remember I got the letter, October 18, 2020, and at first glance, it seemed natural to lay the blame at the Kremlin’s doorstep. Remember, Vladimir Putin is in the Kremlin and he’s well known for cloak-and-dagger espionage operations,” Hoffman said. “But at the same time, there was no evidence and the letter noted there was no evidence. And I just felt like we needed to do the forensics. It was a very convoluted story.”

The letter, released on October 19, 2020, with the signatures of 51 former intelligence officials, said the alleged laptop contents have “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation,” but it also stressed the signees did not know if emails being reported at the time were genuine and insisted they had no evidence of Russian involvement. Ex-CIA Moscow Station Chief Reveals Why He Refused to Sign Hunter Biden Laptop ‘Disinfo’ Letter

A former Moscow station chief for the CIA revealed on Friday that he was given the chance to sign onto a letter attacking The Post’s bombshell report on Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop as possibly Russian disinformation — but he ultimately refused.

Daniel Hoffman told Fox News on Friday that he was presented with the letter, which ended up being signed by 51 top US intelligence officials, on Oct. 18, 2020, but didn’t sign it because there was “no evidence” of Russian involvement.

“[A]t first glance, it seemed natural to lay the blame at the Kremlin’s doorstep,” Hoffman said during an interview on “America Reports.” “Remember, Vladimir Putin is in the Kremlin and he’s well-known for cloak-and-dagger espionage operations. But at the same time, there was no evidence. And the letter noted there was no evidence.”

Hoffman explained that the arguments presented in the speculative letter were “convoluted” and would need to be scrutinized by an investigatory agency such as the FBI before being considered credible.

Hunter Biden’s Lawyer Controls Entity With 10% Stake in Chinese State-Backed Investment Fund

Kevin Morris, Hunter Biden’s lawyer, controls an entity with a ten percent stake in BHR Partners, a Chinese state-backed investment fund founded just days after Hunter and President Joe Biden visited China in 2013, a source confirmed Friday to Breitbart News.

After pressure increased on Hunter Biden to divest from BHR Partners due to a conflict of interest upon Joe Biden assuming the White House, Hunter Biden’s lawyer told the New York Times in the fall of 2021 that his client “no longer holds any interest, directly or indirectly in either BHR or Skaneateles.”

Skaneateles LLC, the entity which owns ten percent of BHR Partners, according to Chinese public records from Baidu, was controlled by Hunter as the sole governor until its dissolution in September 2021, a Washington, DC, registration indicated.

But new documents obtained by Breitbart News, first revealed by nonprofit Marco Polo, show the control of Skaneateles LLC is being held by Kevin Morris, Hunter’s top attorney, who also paid Hunter’s IRS debts.
In a document entitled, “AMENDED AND RESTATED JOINT VENTURE CONTRACT of BHR PARTNERS (SHANGHAI) EQUITY INVESTMENT FUND MANAGEMENT CO., LTD. A FOREIGN-FUNDED ENTERPRISE,” Kevin Morris is listed as the Managing Member of Skaneateles LLC. Creepy Joe Falsely Claims He Only Has 6 Grandchildren

President Joe Biden on Thursday falsely claimed he only has six grandchildren, ignoring Hunter Biden’s out-of-wedlock child, Navy Joan Roberts, whose mother Hunter pays child support to — even as he has an ongoing court case to reduce payments.

Navy Joan Roberts, the four-year-old girl Hunter Biden fathered out of wedlock four years ago, was ignored by Joe Biden during a “Take Your Child to Work Day Greet” day at the White House.

“I have six grandchildren. And I’m crazy about them. I speak to them every single day, not a joke,” Biden told children outside the White House. “As a matter of fact, I just got finished going through the calls. And only one of them answered the phone.”

Joe Biden remembered his grandchildren as “Naomi,” “Finnegan,” “Mazie” (nickname), “Natalie,” [No name] “senior in high school,” and “Beau Biden.”

“Guess what, they are crazy about me,” Biden said.
