Here We Go: Biden to Mass Release Illegal Aliens Onto American Streets

The Biden administration plans to release countless illegal immigrants, potentially hundreds-of-thousands of individuals, into American communities as Title 42 ends Thursday and the U.S.-Mexico border becomes completely overwhelmed.

“The head of U.S. Border Patrol has sent out a memo authorizing the release of illegal migrants into the U.S. without court dates if agents face overcrowding as the Biden administration scrambles to deal with a historic surge in migration at the border ahead of the end of Title 42,” Fox News reports. “The memo says that migrants can allowed into the country on parole — a process typically reserved for ‘urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit’ — if CBP faces overcrowding. The memo calls the practice ‘parole with conditions’ as migrants are required to make an appointment with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or request a Notice to Appear by mail.”

“Under a parole release, migrants are rapidly released into the country, do not get an alien registration number and do not receive a court date,” the report continues.

In anticipation of the mass release, Florida issued a lawsuit against the Biden administration for the move and is also ramping up penalties against illegal immigrants who use false or stolen identification.

“Florida seeks a temporary restraining order to preserve the status quo until the parties can brief motions for a preliminary injunction or to postpone the effective date of the new policy. The Biden Administration’s behavior, if left unchecked, makes a mockery of our system of justice and our Constitution. Florida asks the Court to order a response by 4 p.m. Eastern daylight time and to rule on this motion by 11:59 p.m. Eastern daylight time, when the Title 42 order expires,” the lawsuit states. Border City Asks Biden Admin To Use Military Bases to House Illegal Aliens Amid Massive Surge

Officials with the city of El Paso, Texas, are asking the Biden administration to use military bases to house illegal immigrants to relieve a strain on local resources as they prepare for the end of the public health expulsion order Title 42 on Dec. 21, El Paso Deputy City Manager Mario D’Agostino told the Daily Caller News Foundation Tuesday.

D’Agostino suggested that the military house the illegal immigrants on bases like Ft. Bliss as it previously did with Afghan refugees after the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeing nearly 2,500 illegal migrants crossing each day into El Paso and the surge is overwhelming the city’s ability to support those who crossed illegally, forcing many to sleep on the streets.

“What we have been saying to all of our federal partners is that this Title 42 going away, with the numbers we’re seeing today is a true emergency for the community. It’s a federal crisis that’s happening in the border of El Paso. With that, they’re gonna need to do some federal operation, maybe like what we saw with the Afghans,” D’Agostino told the DCNF.

The city accommodated CBP’s release of about 250 illegal migrants per day from custody in August.

Feds Paid for Room Service, Laundry and Babysitters for Illegal Aliens Kept at Hotels

The Homeland Security Department not only put illegal immigrant families in hotels at taxpayer expense but the contract it signed also insisted that they be given five-star treatment with laundry service, mattress choices and guards — not to keep them in, but to keep others out.

Some of those contracting details were revealed by America First Legal, a conservative group run by former top Trump aides, which obtained documents through an open-records request and called some of the accommodations for illegal immigrants “astounding.”

Immigrants were given the option of meat at every meal, 24-hour access to drinks and snacks, babysitters to watch their children, television with programming in English and Spanish, and choices of mattresses for their beds.

The hotels were part of the Biden administration’s response to the unprecedented surge of illegal immigrants that overwhelmed Homeland Security’s resources in early 2021.

The Biden Admin Is Paying to Bus Illegal Aliens to NYC

The federal government is paying to bus illegal migrants from one border town to New York City, a Texas official told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

The city government of El Paso, Texas, is busing illegal migrants to the Big Apple on the dime of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Deputy City Manager Mario D’Agostino told the DCNF Monday. The federal agency covers the travel costs of illegal migrants through a grant program.

“The travel costs for migrants are covered through FEMA’s emergency food and shelter grant. The City/OEM submits for reimbursement on a quarterly basis as the process dictates,” D’Agostino told the DCNF.

“With the goal to provide for the safety of the migrants from the elements and to preserve the community’s transitory hospitality shelter capacities so they may continue to serve our homeless community, OEM [Office of Emergency Management] has sponsored and provided transportation services for migrants out of El Paso, which is reimbursable through FEMA,” he said. Biden Plans to Use Tax-Payer Money to Fund Amtrak to Send Illegal Aliens to American Towns

Rumor has it the Biden administration is on the verge of using Amtrak to transport illegal migrants from parts of the U.S. Mexican border.

According to 19 House Republicans, President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security is planning on using hard-earned taxpayer money to fund the transportation of illegal aliens from the border to cross into the country.

The House Transportation Committee blames Biden’s urgent need to end Title 42 for the massive spike of illegals crossing the border, inciting GOP members to heighten the need to expose the president’s plans.

In a letter to Amtrak officials, Republicans cautioned that Biden may use their transportation services for processing if immigration checkpoints are inundated with new arrivals, furthering the crisis at the border.

“We are concerned about the impact that a significantly greater border surge could cause to your services and the potential use of Amtrak in the Administration’s response to its self-created border crisis,” the letter reads. Border Dispatch: ‘Everyone Who Arrives Here Has Paid’

. . .Over the past year, illegal immigration along the southwest border has reached historic highs, with nearly 2.5 million arrests since last April. U.S. border authorities apprehended on average more than 6,725 illegal immigrants every day in April, the highest number ever recorded. (As of this writing, U.S. Customs and Border Protection has yet to release numbers for May, which will almost certainly be higher than April’s.)

Why are so many coming now? We asked that question to every migrant we spoke to in Mexico and Texas, and nearly every one of them at some point said that they had heard it was a good time to come, that they would be able to get in. They’re not wrong.

What they find upon arriving in northern Mexico, however, is not what many of them expected. For some, like Osniel, Title 42 still represents a real obstacle (although since Joe Biden took office, fewer and fewer illegal immigrants are being expelled under its authority). All of them, though, are drawn into a vast criminal enterprise run by cartels that have in recent years transformed illegal immigration into an industrialized black market. Elias Rodriguez, director of a migrant shelter run by the Catholic Diocese of Matamoros, told us bluntly that “everyone who arrives here has paid.”

Indeed, migrants transiting Mexico must not only make sure they have paid whichever cartel controls the area of the border they intend to cross, they often have to pay off Mexican officials en route to the border. More than one person told us how the bus they were on was stopped in Monterrey, or outside Reynosa, and boarded by federal or state officials who asked for everyone’s papers. National Guard Soldier Feared Dead Trying to Save Illegal Aliens

A Texas National Guard soldier was feared dead Friday after attempting to rescue illegal migrants from a river along the border of Mexico.

“A Texas Army National Guard Soldier assigned to Operation Lone Star has gone missing along the river during a mission related incident, Friday April 22, 2022 in Eagle Pass, Texas. The Soldier has not been found,” a statement from the department read.

“We are aware of reports of a fatality, although those reports are inaccurate. The Texas Military Department, Texas DPS and Border Patrol are working rapidly to find the Soldier. More details will be released as they become available.”

Sources have told Fox News that a body of a migrant was recovered and that officials are treating the search for the soldier as a drowning — using dive teams in the river. Fox reported that his radio and body armor removed before he went into the water were found nearby.

Major City Planning to Allow 800K Illegals Vote in Elections

The New York City Council plans to pass a bill that would authorize approximately 800,000 immigrants who are not citizens of the United States to vote in local elections.

The “Our City, Our Vote” legislation would ensure that migrants who hold green cards, migrants who maintain a legal work status in the United States, and DACA recipients are granted special voter registration forms that are used to obtain a local-only ballot at the polls.

“The legislation calls for training poll workers and community education campaigns to ensure every voter receives the correct ballot,” The New York Times reported.

Outgoing Democrat Mayor Bill de Blasio said he has “mixed feelings” about the legislation because it could dissuade migrants from obtaining citizenship, and he reaffirmed his belief that giving immigrants special voting privileges “has to be decided at state level, according to state law.” The veto-proof majority in the Council, however, plans to move forward with the bill on Dec. 9.

One councilman, Ydanis Rodriguez, told The New York Times that the bill is a good thing for Democrats who can use it to further the talking points claiming that “voting rights are being attacked” across the country. Angel Families: Biden Plan Is $450K for Illegal Aliens, $0 for American Victims

Angel Families, whose loved ones were killed by illegal aliens, say that while President Joe Biden weighs providing reparations-style payouts to border crossers, the American victims of open borders receive no compensation for the federal government’s failure to enforce federal immigration law.

Last month, reports circulated that Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) were working to settle with a number of border crossers represented by the ACLU, who claim they have suffered trauma as a result of former President Donald Trump’s “Zero Tolerance” policy that was briefly imposed in 2019.

As part of the settlement, attorneys with the DOJ, DHS, and HHS are considering a plan that would give each border crosser about $450,000 and family units about $1 million. The total cost of the payouts would reach $1 billion.

Illegal Alien Found Guilty Of Murdering Mollie Tibbetts

An illegal alien has been found guilty of murdering 20-year-old University of Iowa student Mollie Tibbetts by a jury on Friday.

Cristhian Bahena Rivera, an illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested in August 2018 — about a month after Tibbetts first went missing on the evening of July 18, 2018, in Brooklyn, Iowa — and charged with first-degree murder.

Bahena Rivera led investigators to Tibbetts’ body and he said he spotted her jogging, ran up to her, and became angry because she threatened to call the police. Rivera said he then blacked out and took her body from his car trunk and placed her in a cornfield, placing corn stalks over her.

Bahena Rivera first crossed the United States-Mexico border at 17-years-old and headed to Iowa where he has relatives. He worked at the Yarabee Farms dairy farm under the name “John Budd” from a stolen Social Security number.

Twelve jurors, including three Hispanic Americans and nine white Americans from 19 to 71-years-old, found Bahena Rivera guilty of first-degree murder following a nearly two-week trial and less than eight hours of deliberation.
