Biden Issues Over 300K Smartphones With Tracking Devices to Illegal Aliens

More than 300,000 smartphones used to monitor illegal immigrants were given to noncitizens by the Biden administration last month, according to data collected by Syracuse University’s Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse.

Issuing such cellular devices to illegal immigrants is part of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement program called the Alternatives to Detention, which essentially gives the individuals access to U.S. soil before their court dates.

The smartphones, which cost taxpayers $361,218.08 per day, use facial recognition, GPS monitoring, and voice identification, according to ICE.

Jon Feere, former DHS senior adviser and director of investigations at the Center for Immigration Studies, told the Free Beacon last month that the ATD program has already proven to be a “costly failure,” noting that thousands of illegal immigrants have disappeared annually. Soros-Linked Group Wins Multimillion Dollar Contract From Biden to Help Illegal Aliens Evade Deportation

A non-governmental organization (NGO), with financial links to billionaire George Soros, has won a $41 million federal contract from President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) to help illegal aliens evade deportation from the United States.

The Acacia Center for Justice, an NGO with financial ties to the Soros-linked Vera Institute of Justice, scored a contract from Biden’s DOJ to provide “legal services” to border crossers and illegal aliens after they are released into the U.S. interior in the hopes of staying permanently.

Fox News’s Joe Schoffstall reports:

The Biden administration awarded $41 million in taxpayer-backed government contracts to a new liberal nonprofit working to help illegal immigrants fight deportation amid the escalating border crisis, Fox News Digital has discovered. [Emphasis added]

The Acacia Center for Justice, a Washington, D.C.,-based nonprofit born from a partnership between the Vera Institute of Justice and Capital Area Immigrants’ Rights (CAIR), has received six “legal services” contracts from the Department of Justice that carried start dates of Sept. 1, according to records. Illegal Alien Accused of Killing 24-Year-Old Sheriff’s Deputy Had Criminal History but Feds Failed to Deport Him

The illegal alien accused of killing 24-year-old Weld County, Colorado, Sheriff’s Deputy Alexis Hein-Nutz — just one week before her 25th birthday — had a criminal history, but federal agents failed to deport him.

As Breitbart News reported, 36-year-old illegal alien Norberto Garcia-Gonzales has been arrested and charged with killing Hein-Nutz in a hit-and-run drunk driving crash on September 18 just about a week before her 25th birthday.

Garcia-Gonzales was reportedly carrying a fake green card along with a fake Social Security card that he likely used to fraudulently gain employment in Colorado.

New details in the case reveal that Garcia-Gonzales had a criminal record but the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) had failed on a number of occasions to deport him from the United States.

In particular, Garcia-Gonzales was apprehended crossing the U.S.-Mexico border in Arizona in March 2007. At the time, he was given a voluntary order to return to Mexico. China on Martha’s Vineyard: Democrats ‘Hostile and Fearful Toward Migrants’

China’s state-run propaganda newspaper, Global Times, asserted in a column published Sunday that this weekend’s situation on Martha’s Vineyard, an elite Massachusetts vacation destination, revealed that America is a “savage” place and Democrats are “hostile and fearful toward migrants.”

China is one of the world’s least hospitable nations for migrants, with a notorious track record of deporting North Korean refugees who try to escape – and thus, likely face imprisonment in a labor camp or death at home – and severe racist treatment against Africans who choose to make China their home. China is believed to be home to about 1.4 million foreign-born residents, an order of magnitude less than its total population.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis triggered a political firestorm last week by sending 50 Venezuelan refugees fleeing socialism to Martha’s Vineyard, famous for being home to the Obama family vacation estate. Martha’s Vineyard, also home to predominantly Democrat voters, declared itself, during the administration of former President Donald Trump, a “sanctuary” destination. This means it would theoretically welcome migrants illegally present in the United States, a designation that DeSantis’s administration used to explain why it chose the wealthy area as a destination. Another Busload of Illegal Aliens Dropped off at Harris’ House

More busloads of illegal migrants arrived once again at the doorstep of Vice President Kamala Harris’ D.C. home, the third in only a week.

About 5o men, women and children were caught on camera arriving outside of the Naval Observatory.

“The Biden-Harris Administration continues ignoring and denying the historic crisis at our southern border, which has endangered and overwhelmed Texas communities for almost two years… our supposed Border Czar, Vice President Kamala Harris, has yet to even visit the border to see firsthand the impact of the open border policies she has helped implement, even going so far as to claim the border is ‘secure.’ Texas will continue sending migrants to sanctuary cities like Washington, D.C. until President Biden and Border Czar Harris step up and do their jobs to secure the border,” Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) said in a press release.

More than 100 migrants believed to be from Colombia, Cuba, Guyana, Nicaragua, Panama, and Venezuela, were dropped off in an effort to bring awareness to the Biden administration and what their open border policies have done to the country. Governor Activates National Guard to Help Remove Illegal Aliens From Martha’s Vineyard

Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker announced Friday his administration plans to activate the National Guard to assist its efforts relocating the 50 illegal immigrants who arrived on Martha’s Vineyard this week, which prompted panic among the wealthy progressive elites who live there.

The governor’s office said up to 125 members of the Massachusetts National Guard will take part in the effort to transport the migrants to a new shelter at Joint Base Cape Cod, while the commonwealth’s emergency management agency works with state and local officials on setting up services for them.

“Shortly after the arrival of these individuals, Martha’s Vineyard residents joined with local and state officials to create temporary shelter and provide necessities in a moment of urgent need,” the statement said. “However, the island communities are not equipped to provide sustainable accommodation, and state officials developed a plan to deliver a comprehensive humanitarian response.”

Beginning Friday, the commonwealth will voluntarily move the illegal immigrants to the temporary shelter set up at JBCC.

Hillary Clinton Claims Shipping Illegal Aliens Is ‘Human Trafficking’

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Friday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that Republican governors flying and bussing migrants to Washington, D.C., New York and Martha’s Vineyard was “literally human trafficking.”

Co-host Joe Scarborough said, “Let’s talk about the news of the day first and a place that you know and love very, very much, Martha’s Vineyard, what I’ve been calling political human trafficking, taking advantage of migrants who are already suffering, who are trying to figure out the best way forward, who are fleeing terrible situations being used as political props to own the libs and being treated horribly. They wind up actually in a place like Martha’s Vineyard. What happens? The doors of the churches fly open, the doors of the community halls fly open, and the people of Martha’s Vineyard are so grateful to be able to lend a helping hand. What does that mean for you personally?”

Martha’s Vineyard Laughably Declares ‘Humanitarian Crisis’ Over 50 Illegal Aliens

After Florida Governor Ron DeSantis delivered roughly 50 illegal immigrants to swanky Martha’s Vineyard — much to the dismay of liberals — the island community that’s home to the Obamas and a Who’s Who of other elites has declared the situation to be a crisis.

While Democrats insist that there’s no border crisis — despite a record number of got-aways, migrant deaths, and border apprehensions — their friends on Martha’s Vineyard have decided 50 illegal immigrants are just too much to handle, despite being a proclaimed sanctuary.

When the “Visit Martha’s Vineyard” tweeted out “an update on current humanitarian crisis” they say is occurring on the island, it was quickly met with mockery.

Biden Open Border–Comes to Kamala! Texas Buses Illegals to Veep Home

Vice President Kamala Harris, appointed border czar by President Joe Biden, snubbed border crossers who arrived at her residence in Washington, DC, from Texas on Thursday.

The border crossers were sent on migrant buses as part of Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s (R) operation, which has sent thousands of people arriving at the United States-Mexico border to sanctuary jurisdictions like New York City, Chicago, and Washington, DC, in recent months.

As promised, Abbott sent the latest string of migrant buses to Harris’s residence, the Naval Observatory in Washington, DC, though they were not greeted by the vice president despite her years of advocating on behalf of border crossers and illegal aliens. Gun Owners Are Racist, According to Academics Using Bad Science

White people own guns — and oppose gun-control legislation — because they are racist and fear black people. Two new studies advance this dangerous narrative building among our academic elites. While such rhetoric is perhaps unsurprising among political pundits or celebrities, otherwise serious academics are now ascribing racist motives to gun ownership and opposition to gun control. These studies are not only based on a slew of bigoted assumptions, but also bad science.

The University of Wisconsin recently promoted a new study contending that in U.S. counties where black people were enslaved in 1860, gun ownership is higher today. In fact, gun ownership, they say, is correlated to the number of slaves formerly in each county. To support this more-slaves-means-more-guns theory, the authors construct a historical narrative that whites feared newly freed slaves, bought guns for self-defense, and then this fear somehow trickled down over 160 years.

But interestingly enough, just last month, National Public Radio ran a story on how black people are the fastest growing group of gun owners. If gun ownership is a product of white people being racist, then this is quite curious.

The University of Wisconsin study suffers from a series of flaws, even apart from its poisonous premise that white people believe or feel certain things because they are white. You’d never say the same about other races, and we shouldn’t give a pass to academics who traffic in the same type of racism. . .

In any correlational study like this, one must be concerned about the potential for alternative explanations. And a study with the punchline “because slavery” leaves a lot of room for alternatives. For example, the extent of slavery in southern U.S. counties was far heavier in areas of the south that remain rural to this day. The so-called “Black Belt” of southern agriculture that stretched across Georgia to Mississippi remains heavily agrarian, rural, and impoverished today relative to other parts of the region that have been absorbed into growing metropolises like Atlanta, Charlotte, and Nashville. In these regions, the wide-scale hunting of deer, quail, and even wild boar remains more prominent and may explain higher levels of gun ownership, yet this fact remains unaccounted for in the study.
