Linda Sarsour, a progressive icon, anti-Semite, and terrorist apologist, continues her rise in the leadership of America’s radical Islamic organizations.

Fresh from promoting conspiracy theories about Jewish control of the media, Women’s March leader Linda Sarsour will continue speaking at events hosted by these fringe Islamic outfits, while surrounded by nefarious characters that seek to undermine the American way of life.

She is listed as a featured speaker for the upcoming Muslim American Society and Islamic Circle of North America’s (MAS-ICNA) combined 2017 convention in Chicago, Illinois.

Federal prosecutors have described the Muslim American Society (MAS) as an “overt arm” of the Muslim Brotherhood. The Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), which also has close ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, advocates for a global Islamic caliphate that is ruled by Sharia law.

Sarsour will share a platform with many who share her extremist views.

Imam Suhaib Webb of the Islamic Society of Boston is listed as a featured speaker. Webb, who was once a close friend of deceased al Qaeda leader Anwar al-Awlaki, is the leader of a congregation that has drawn over a dozen suspected or convicted terrorists.

Hamza Tzortzis, another panelist at the coming convention, has endorsed the death penalty for leaving Islam and/or insulting Islam. He views homosexuality as a “criminal act” akin to rape and murder. Tzortzis advocates for an Islamic State, using “offensive jihad,” or outright violence, to create a Sharia-compliant society. He has also defended child marriage and wife beating.

Jasser Auda, another confirmed speaker, has several ties to the global Muslim Brotherhood. Like Sarsour, he often complains about how he is being undermined by “Zionist agendas.”

Omar Suleiman, a preacher who remains immensely popular at Muslim Brotherhood-aligned events, has called homosexuality a “disease” and a “repugnant shameless sin,” in advocating for the deaths of homosexuals under Islamic law. Suleiman has hinted that he understands the practice of “honor killing” family members.

Jonathan Brown, who will also speak at the event, made waves earlier this year after delivering a lecture at Georgetown University in which he endorsed slavery and rape as moral Islamic concepts.

Is it irrational to fear Islam?

It’s a question that deserves a real answer, because those who hurl the “Islamophobia” epithet around recklessly are actually characterizing people who fear Islam – including increasingly bloody acts of Islamic terrorism committed in the name of Allah – as irrational, insane, perhaps even stark raving mad.

A phobia is a type of anxiety disorder, defined by fear of an object or situation. It is a persistent, irrational fear, exaggerated and usually inexplicable and illogical. It often leads to a kind of hysteria or paralysis when a phobic person is confronted by the object or situation that is feared. We’ve all seen videos of people losing it when they see a harmless snake or spider. We read about or see depictions of people who are afraid of heights or going outdoors.

But when was the last time you saw someone hysterical at the sight of a woman in a hijab or the Quran, or hearing the call to prayer? Not very often. So, this definition of Islamophobia clearly doesn’t match any clinical disorder, and it is certainly is not connected to the way anyone actually uses the word.

Yet this slur – this derogatory, offensive term – is used by politicians, the media, professors and Islamic activists as a catchy and convenient way to define bigotry, prejudice and hatred against individual Muslims. Note, however, that the word “Muslim” is not part of the term – Islam is. So, the literal meaning of Islamophobia would not be bigotry against individual Muslims, it would be an irrational fear of Islam – a religion, an ideology, a political institution. The president of a student Republican club at San Diego State University (SDSU) said he received anonymous threats of violence and calls for his resignation after he penned a letter asking for the school’s Muslim association to condemn the recent terror attack in Barcelona.

The Republican club’s president, Brandon Jones, posted the letter to Facebook on Aug. 17 addressed to the SDSU Muslim Student Association (MSA), calling for its leaders to condemn last week’s terror attack — or resign.

The letter — referred to as a “formal request” — calls for the MSA to abide by its mission statement, which the letter claims reads: “The Muslim Student Association is an organization dedicated to creating a sense of community and an inclusive environment for ALL students on campus…” . . .

Other groups on campus — the Young Democratic Socialists and Transfronterizo Alliance Student Organization, neither of which responded to requests for comment by Fox News — have taken to Facebook to condemn the letter by College Republicans.

The Young Democratic Socialists called Jones’ letter a “cruel and bigoted attack” against the MSA, and claimed the College Republicans group was “making Muslim students feel even more unsafe on their own campus” by suggesting MSA members “will be considered terrorist sympathizers unless they condemn an attack they had nothing to do with.” (Read more from “College Republican Says He Got Violent Threats After He Asked Muslim Group to Condemn Terror Attacks” HERE)

An Islamic organization founded in Washington, D.C., by the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas is entering the controversy over Confederate monuments, urging all state and local governments to remove any symbols of the Civil War South.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR, is offering to help facilitate the process, providing a template resolution to be introduced by public bodies such as state legislatures, city councils and school districts.

CAIR, an unindicted co-conspirator in a plot to fund Hamas, was designated by a Gulf Arab state as a terrorist organization. CAIR has sued the authors of a WND Books exposé, “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That’s Conspiring to Islamize America,” which documented the group’s ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.

CAIR was among the organizations Saturday to criticize President Trump for a “failure of moral leadership” for not immediately condemning the white supremacists who participated in a rally that turned deadly in Charlottesville, Virginia, protesting the removal of a statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee from a city park.

CAIR National Executive Director Nihad Awad, who in a 1994 meeting at Barry University declared himself “a supporter of the Hamas movement,” called for any name or public memorial associated with the Confederacy be removed. (Read more from “Muslim Mafia Joins War on Confederate Memorials” HERE)
