Florida Federal Judge Green-Lights Publication of Epstein Grand Jury Testimony

A Trump-appointed federal judge in Florida has ordered the public release of grand jury transcripts from the first federal investigation into Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse of underage girls, which took place during the mid-2000s.

That investigation ended without any charges. In 2007, however, federal prosecutors in Florida did indict Epstein, who managed to obtain a plea deal, copping to relatively minor charges of procuring a person under 18 for prostitution and of soliciting a prostitute. He was given an 18-month sentence in the Palm Beach County Jail—with daytime work release—and served about 13 months.

Back in July, a different judge, at the request of the Trump administration, had declined to demand release of records from the earlier investigation. On Friday, however, US District Judge Rodney Smith, whom Trump appointed to the bench in 2018, stated that the Epstein Files Transparency Act that President Donald Trump signed into law on November 19, “overrides” rules that prohibit the public disclosure of “unclassified records, documents, communications, and investigative materials”—including grand jury transcripts.

This same law compels the Department of Justice, federal prosecutors, and the FBI to release, by mid-December, materials they collected during their investigations into Epstein going back at least as far as the mid-2000s Florida case. The DOJ has not yet announced a timeline for making the information publicly available. (Read more from “Florida Federal Judge Green-Lights Publication of Epstein Grand Jury Testimony” HERE)

Congress Tries to Placate the Public’s Demand for Epstein’s Client List by Releasing Lame Pictures of St. James’ Island

By TMZ News. Jeffrey Epstein’s notorious pedophile island is beginning to come into full focus … the Congressional House Oversight Committee just released never-before-seen photos and videos of Epstein’s private island of perversions — and the footage is downright creepy.

First, we’re taken on a video tour by a camera person who brings us all around Epstein’s Island in the Virgin Islands. We are given an insider’s look into the private quarters of the late financier, as well as his sterile all-white bedroom with a canopy bed and a box of tissues on a nightstand. We’re also given a sneak peek inside Epstein’s bathroom with beauty products, toiletries, and a bottle of Johnson’s baby powder on the shelves.

Then, we’re given a video tour outside the compound, and we see a gigantic pool with a hose floating in the water. A statue of a native person shooting a bow and arrow stands alongside the pool. (Read more from “Jeffrey Epstein’s Pedophile Island Seen Like Never Before In New Footage” HERE)

New Epstein files are unleashed with harrowing video and home photos from private island

By Daily Mail. . .The full files are set for release later this month after Trump signed the landmark ‘Epstein Transparency Actm’ which was spearheaded by rebel Republican lawmakers including Thomas Massie and Marjorie Taylor Greene.

In the meantime, the Democrats are keeping the pressure on Trump by releasing a constant drip of files that the House Oversight Committee is privy to as part of its far-reaching powers to hold the government accountable.

The new images provided a harrowing glimpse inside Little St. James, Epstein’s private lair in the US Virgin Islands where he would host high-profile visitors and young girls flown in on his private jet dubbed ‘Lolita Express.’

As well as the library and dental suite, the photos showed a steam room stacked with boxes of towels and linens, beside pillows and bathroom hygiene products.

The imagery gives viewers a tour of the island where Epstein allegedly carried out sex trafficking crimes. (Read more from “New Epstein files are unleashed with harrowing video and home photos from private island” HERE)

A vocal Jeffrey Epstein accuser is urging judges to unseal his court records

By The Seattle Times. One of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell ‘s most vocal accusers urged judges on Wednesday to grant the Justice Department’s request to unseal records from their federal sex trafficking cases, saying “only transparency is likely to lead to justice.”

Annie Farmer weighed in through her lawyer, Sigrid S. McCawley, after the judges asked for input from victims before ruling on whether the records should be made public under a new law requiring the government to open its files on the late financier and his longtime confidante, who sexually abused young women and girls for decades.

Farmer and other victims fought for the passage of the law, known as the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Signed last month by President Donald Trump, it compels the Justice Department, FBI and federal prosecutors to release by Dec. 19 the vast troves of material they’ve amassed during investigations into Epstein. Bill, Hillary Clinton Threatened With Contempt of Congress as House Expands Jeffrey Epstein Probe

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) has ordered Bill and Hillary Clinton to appear for depositions next month for the panel’s investigation into convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein — or face possible contempt of Congress.

Comer initially subpoenaed the former first couple on Aug. 5 to answer questions about their relationship with Epstein — but the Clintons’ attorney in a Nov. 3 response had asked for his clients to make merely “a written proffer of what little information” they have.

“Given the admission that your clients possess some relevant information, your position amounts to a demand that the Committee forgo in-person testimony, potentially relevant to its legislative oversight,” the powerful GOP chairman said.

“Additionally, your suggestion that your clients’ testimony would not be relevant to the stated purposes of the Committee’s investigation because the events in question took place outside of the Clintons’ respective official duties misses the Committee’s point,” Comer added.

“It is precisely the fact President Clinton and Secretary Clinton each maintained relationships with Mr. Epstein and Ms. Maxwell in their personal capacities as private citizens that is of interest to the Committee.” (Read more from “Bill, Hillary Clinton Threatened With Contempt of Congress as House Expands Jeffrey Epstein Probe” HERE)

Congress Forces Epstein Files Release, But New Law Allows DOJ to Withhold Key Information

A key provision in the newly passed Epstein Files Transparency Act is drawing intense scrutiny amid fears it could allow Attorney General Pam Bondi to heavily redact long-anticipated records related to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein and his network of associates.

The bill—overwhelmingly approved this week by both the House and Senate and now awaiting President Donald Trump’s signature—requires the Justice Department to release its full investigative files on Epstein and co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell within 30 days of becoming law. Epstein died in a New York jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges.

But despite its sweeping mandate for disclosure, the legislation includes several exceptions permitting Bondi to withhold or obscure certain information. Records may be redacted if they:

Contain personally identifiable information that would invade the privacy of victims,

Include child sexual abuse material or graphic depictions of violence or injury,

Could compromise an active federal investigation or prosecution, or

Contain material deemed sensitive for national defense or foreign policy reasons.

Any such redactions must be accompanied by written explanations to Congress, and Bondi is instructed to declassify as much as possible, even if only through summaries. Still, the exemptions have fueled worries that the final release could arrive with significant omissions—especially after years of public pressure for transparency.

The bill passed the House 427-1, with only Republican Clay Higgins opposing, and was fast-tracked through the Senate without debate. Passage came only after mounting pressure on the Trump administration, which has repeatedly shifted its stance on disclosure.

Trump campaigned strongly in favor of releasing the files, only to backtrack once in office—prompting Kentucky Republican Thomas Massie to force a discharge petition compelling the House to vote. With both chambers now aligned, the bill is set to reach the president’s desk imminently.

While the bill’s passage marks a breakthrough, not all survivors are satisfied—particularly with the political drama that played out along the way.

Survivor Haley Robson, a Republican voter who has supported Trump in the past, told CNN she is “disappointed” not only in the White House’s wavering but also in House Speaker Mike Johnson, who she accuses of delaying the vote for political spectacle.

“The flip-flop in the back and forth has been nothing short of nauseating and embarrassing,” Robson said, urging Trump to sign the bill without any further delay. “If you would like to clear your name once and for all… follow through with what you said you were going to do.”

Robson also blasted Johnson for what she described as political theatrics, noting that survivors sat in the gallery while Johnson suggested the vote risked harming privacy or exposing innocent people.

“The only theatrics I saw was from him,” she said. “This is not a hoax. There is no theater from the survivors. I’m appalled by him and I’ve lost a lot of respect.”

Robson argued Johnson’s stated concerns about protecting unnamed survivors were misplaced, clarifying that those who wish to stay private are already shielded under pseudonyms in legal filings.

The legislative push unfolded as Congress endured a 44-day government shutdown—during which Representative Adelita Grijalva, a crucial vote for the discharge petition, was not sworn in. Robson believes that delay stalled progress and may have given time for behind-the-scenes maneuvering.

“You will never convince me that shutting down the government for 50 days—and in those 50 days was when we needed them the most—was coincidental,” she said.

Social media users have also raised concerns that the redaction authority could be used to soften or limit what the public ultimately sees—a fear amplified by years of speculation about who may be named in the files.

But whether the Epstein files land as a historic data dump—or as pages blacked out “for official reasons”—may be decided in the Attorney General’s office, not in Congress. For many who have waited years, the only test that matters is whether the truth finally emerges in full.

Ex-Clinton Cabinet Member Resigns From Board Over Epstein Scandal

Former Clinton-era Treasury Secretary Larry Summers resigned from the OpenAI board on Wednesday after emails showed his association with sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Summers’ resignation followed his decision to back away from public commitments in response to House Democrats releasing over 20,000 emails from Epstein’s estate, some of which indicated that Summers regularly communicated with the sex offender from 2013 to 2019. His most recent correspondence was from the day before Epstein’s arrest in 2019, according to NBC News.

“In line with my announcement to step away from my public commitments, I have also decided to resign from the board of OpenAI,” Summers said in a statement. “I am grateful for the opportunity to have served, excited about the potential of the company, and look forward to following their progress.”

Summers joined the OpenAI board in November 2023. The company said it respected Summers’ decision and were grateful for his contributions.

“We appreciate his many contributions and the perspective he brought to the Board,” the company said, according to NBC News. (Read more from “Ex-Clinton Cabinet Member Resigns From Board Over Epstein Scandal” HERE)

‘Astonishing’: MAGA Influencer Melts Down and Accuses Pam Bondi of ‘Gaslighting’

A MAGA influencer melted down on Wednesday over comments Attorney General Pam Bondi made during a news conference about the Jeffrey Epstein files.

Bondi was noncommittal during the press conference about when the Department of Justice would release more of the Epstein files. She also said that the administration would “continue to follow the law with maximum transparency,” though some analysts doubt that the administration has been forthcoming about the files.

Benny Johnson, a MAGA influencer who hosts an eponymous podcast on YouTube, responded to Bondi’s comments on Wednesday night. . .

“That should enrage all of you,” he added. (Read more from “‘Astonishing’: MAGA Influencer Melts Down and Accuses Pam Bondi of ‘Gaslighting’” HERE)

Jeffrey Epstein Had a Tiny, ‘Extremely Deformed’ Penis Shaped Like a Lemon: Victim

Convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein had an “extremely deformed” penis that was shaped like a lemon, one of his victims has revealed.

Rina Oh, who has long claimed she was among the scores of young women preyed on and abused by Epstein, dropped the unsettling revelation in a recent Substack interview with magazine maven Tina Brown.

“He had an extremely deformed penis,” Oh, 46, told Brown.

“Some people have described it as the shape of an egg. I think it was more of the shape of a lemon, and it was really small when it was fully erect. It was probably like two inches.”

Rumors about Epstein’s apparent egg-shaped genitalia emerged when he was grilled by a lawyer in 2009 as part of a civil lawsuit brought by a number of underage alleged victims. (Read more from “Jeffrey Epstein Had a Tiny, ‘Extremely Deformed’ Penis Shaped Like a Lemon: Victim” HERE)

Jeffrey Epstein’s Brother Makes Bombshell Claim Epstein Files Are Being Scrubbed of Republican Names

Mark Epstein, the brother of the late sex offender, has made a bombshell claim that Republicans’ names are getting scrubbed from the government’s files on the deceased disgraced sex offender.

‘I’ve been recently told the reason they’re going to be releasing these things, and the reason for the flip is that they’re sanitizing these files,’ Mark Epstein told NewsNation on Monday.

The late pedophile’s younger brother said he had been tipped off by a ‘pretty good source’ that the FBI has been working to clean the files.

‘There’s a facility in Winchester, Virginia, where they’re scrubbing the files to take Republican names out of it,’ Mark Epstein claimed. Though he never named any specific Republicans who may have had their names blotted out.

The FBI maintains its Central Records Complex in Winchester, Virginia, but declined to comment on Epstein’s claims. (Read more from “Jeffrey Epstein’s Brother Makes Bombshell Claim Epstein Files Are Being Scrubbed of Republican Names” HERE)

Congress Forces Release of Epstein Files After Trump U-Turn

In a stunning and nearly unanimous move, both the U.S. House of Representatives and the Senate voted this week to force the Department of Justice to release the long-sealed Jeffrey Epstein case files—ending months of political pressure, activist lobbying, and dramatic reversals from President Donald Trump himself.

The Epstein Files Transparency Act passed the House 427–1, then cleared the Senate without a single objection, fast-tracked through the chamber in a matter of hours. The bill now heads to President Trump, who—after long opposing the release and calling the matter a “Democrat hoax”—has signaled he will sign it into law.

Once signed, the Justice Department will have 30 days to release the full collection of investigative files related to Epstein and his co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell. Survivors and advocates have spent weeks calling this moment a historic breakthrough—though many observers warn that the final result may still fall short of full transparency.

For years, Trump had urged Republicans to avoid pushing for the release of Epstein documents, claiming Democrats were weaponizing the issue for political reasons. That changed abruptly this week, when Trump reversed course and declared that Republicans should support the bill.

He has since vowed to investigate the Democratic power players most associated with Epstein, including Bill Clinton, Larry Summers, Reid Hoffman, and executives connected to major financial institutions.

Notably, however, Trump has not publicly committed to probing Republicans who have been tied to Epstein socially or professionally.

Even with the bill set to become law, some legal experts and survivor advocates are raising a difficult possibility:

After years of stonewalling, legal shielding, and sealed evidence, key information may already be gone.

Under the bill:

The Attorney General may still withhold documents if releasing them would expose minors or jeopardize ongoing investigations.

Congress did not have to force this vote—Trump could have ordered full disclosure at any time.

The DOJ has already had five years since Epstein’s death to process, redact, or classify materials.

Rep. Thomas Massie, the Republican who helped lead the transparency push, warned that elite influence must not shape what the public ultimately sees.

“I hope those victims have confidence to come out and say the names,” he told BBC Newsnight, adding that lawmakers should not “create any special exemptions for these rich men who are worried about getting embarrassed.”

Survivors have echoed the same sentiment, telling lawmakers that anything less than full accountability would be “another betrayal.”

Jeffrey Epstein’s Brother Wants a ‘Real’ Investigation Into Prison Death, Not a ‘Cover-Up’

Donald Trump’s decision to reverse course on Sunday night and urge House Republicans to vote to release the government’s files on convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein may have sent the media into a frenzy, but it didn’t move Mark Epstein.

“I really don’t care. I’m not interested in the files or anything,” Epstein, the late financier’s brother, told TheWrap on Monday. “My brother’s dead, so it doesn’t matter to me. What I’m concerned about is the fact that Jeffrey did not commit suicide.”

Mark Epstein has long maintained that his brother didn’t take his own life in a Manhattan jail in August 2019 while facing federal sex-trafficking charges. He expressed doubt Monday that unreleased government files will provide any fresh insight into his brother’s death.

“There’s a whole cover-up,” Epstein added. “The DOJ is covering this up. They never investigated this as if it might be anything other than a suicide.”

The Epstein saga came roaring back last week following the release of more than 20,000 emails, some suggesting Trump was aware of his former friend’s sex-trafficking of underage women, claims the president has strongly denied. The document dump came hours before the swearing-in of Democratic Rep. Adelita Grijalva, who provided the final signature to force a vote on the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
