COVID Cover-Up? Revealing Response From White House About Handling of Staffer’s Positive Test

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki sidestepped a question Wednesday regarding whether the Biden administration would have publicly disclosed a vaccinated staffer’s recent breakthrough COVID-19 case if it hadn’t been reported in the press.

Psaki confirmed Tuesday there have been multiple breakthrough positive COVID-19 test results among vaccinated staffers, shortly after news outlet Axios reported that an unnamed White House official and a staffer for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi had tested positive following an event last week.

When asked during a press gaggle Wednesday if the White House would have disclosed the case regardless of Axios’ report, Psaki did not directly respond. She said the White House will disclose cases involving individuals who were in close contact with top officials going forward.

“Because of our commitment to transparency, what we’re going to be providing moving forward are updates on any White House official who tests positive for COVID-19 that the White House medical unit deems as having close contact with the president, vice president, first lady, or second gentleman,” Psaki said. “That will be up to the White House medical unit based on the criteria of the CDC.”

“At no point has the president been required to change his behavior or self-quarantine due to close contact with an individual who tested positive for COVID,” she added. (Read more from “COVID Cover-Up? Revealing Response From White House About Handling of Staffer’s Positive Test” HERE)

IS JOE A SIMP FOR COMMIES? Biden Reveals His Thoughts on Communism, Socialism Amid Cuba Protests (VIDEO)

By Daily Caller. Communism is a “universally failed system” and socialism is “not a very useful substitute,” President Joe Biden told reporters Thursday.

Biden made the statement in response to questions at a dual press conference alongside German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Reporters asked Biden whether he agreed with White House press secretary Jen Psaki’s description of communism as a “failed ideology” earlier Thursday. Biden’s White House has faced scrutiny on the issue following the eruption of anti-communist protests in Cuba.

“Communism is a failed system, universally failed system, and I don’t see socialism as a very useful substitute, but that’s another story,” Biden said.

Biden went on to state that the U.S. does not currently plan to send troops to either Cuba or Haiti, which is also facing political upheaval in the wake of the assassination of its president, Jovenel Moïse. White House Finally Admits: ‘Communism Is a Failed Ideology’

By Breitbart. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said in part that “communism is a failed ideology” when Fox News’s Peter Doocy asked if she had changed her stance on why she thinks Cubans have been protesting in the streets since Sunday.

The admission was a notable tone shift from Monday, when Psaki postulated that Cuban protesters yelling “freedom!” during anti-communist protests were actually demanding “freedom from rising COVID cases.” Psaki again declined on Wednesday to directly blame communism for the current unrest in Cuba when Doocy asked her whether communism was the reason people might want to flee Cuba for the U.S.

For full context, here is the exchange between Doocy and Psaki:

Doocy: Now that you’ve had a few days to think about it, does this White House still think the protests in Cuba are happening because people are upset about a rise in COVID cases there, or is there some thought maybe you’ve given to the possibility that they are protesting because they are sick of communism?

Psaki: Well, uh, Peter, first I would say communism is a failed ideology, and we certainly believe that. It has failed the people of Cuba. They deserve freedom. They deserve a government that supports them, whether that is, uh, making sure they have health and medical supplies, uh, access to vaccines, or whether they have economic opportunity and prosperity. And instead, this has been a government, an authoritarian, communist regime, that has repressed its people and has failed the people of Cuba, hence we’re seeing them in the streets. But I would note that ideology of the government, which has failed, has led to a lack of access to economic opportunity, to medical supplies, to COVID vaccines, so all of those pieces are true. Psaki Blames Military for Worsening Afghanistan Situation (VIDEO)

Rather than hold political leadership accountable, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki blamed the U.S. military for the Afghanistan stalemate, during a Thursday press conference. Psaki said, “We’re not going to have a ‘mission accomplished’ moment in this regard. It’s a 20-year war that has not been won militarily.”

As the White House faces pressure to follow through with the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan set in motion by former President Donald Trump, Psaki said the Biden administration “will continue to press for a political outcome and a political solution.” Psaki holds the military at fault for the situation in Afghanistan, but hopes politicians will craft a “solution.”

Decorated combat veteran Sean Parnell, who led an infantry platoon for over a year in Afghanistan, slammed Psaki for her rhetoric and challenged her self-serving narrative. “We won EVERY SINGLE battle we were in on the ground. We did our job & we did it well,” Parnell responded. “It was the politicians who screwed things up, not the troops.”

Jen Psaki Lies, Claims Biden Didn’t Discuss Business With Hunter

White House press secretary Jen Psaki insisted Friday that President Biden “does not” talk business with his son — despite new records indicating otherwise — and separately confirmed that Hunter Biden still co-owns a Chinese investment firm.

Psaki denied that the president talks business with his son in response to new evidence that he met, while vice president, with Hunter Biden’s business associates from Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan and Mexico.

“The president does not discuss business dealings with family members and otherwise I’m not going to respond to Rudy Giuliani’s lawyer,” Psaki said in response to a question from The Post at her daily press briefing.

Psaki, who also was asked at the briefing about ethical questions involving the first son’s new art career, additionally confirmed to The Post that Hunter Biden still co-owns a Chinese investment firm known as BHR Partners, which was formed 12 days after he joined his father aboard Air Force Two for a December 2013 trip to Beijing. Washington Post Calls Out WH for Claim Republicans Are Defunding Police

On June 23, from the White House podium, Jen Psaki claimed — to much surprise and befuddlement — that Republicans were the party working to defund the police, not Democrats. The claim was so “utterly ludicrous — as Guy pointed out here — that even The Washington Post couldn’t resist fact-checking the White House’s assertion.

In a Wednesday morning fact check, The Washington Post calls the White House’s claim “slipshod” and points out that “although Republicans all opposed Biden’s coronavirus relief package, no one voted to cut, or defund, anything. Rather, Democrats proposed $350 billion in emergency funds for state and local governments, and Republicans voted against those extra funds. That’s not a reduction,” the WaPo piece explains.

The White House stretched again to try and justify their claim when WaPo reached out with questions about the claim saying “Republicans were ‘effectively’ trying to defund the police by withholding support for the coronavirus relief package.”

The Post didn’t buy this explanation either, noting that “voting against a one-time infusion of cash is not the same as voting to cut funding, so there is little basis to claim that Republicans are trying to ‘defund the police.'” (Read more from “Washington Post Calls Out WH for Claim Republicans Are Defunding Police” HERE)

WH Doubles Down on False Claim That Republicans Wanted to Defund the Police

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki continued to rewrite history to fit the Democrat administration’s agenda during her Monday press briefing by doubling down on her claims that Republicans were the ones who wanted to defund the police.

“Cedric Richmond, he said Republicans defunded the police by not supporting the American Rescue Plan but how is it that that is an argument to be made when the president never mentioned needing money for police to stop the crime wave when he was selling the American Rescue Plan?” Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy asked.

Instead of disputing the president’s senior adviser’s comments, Psaki overlooked months of activism from the leftists who advocated to defund and disarm cops to boost the false narrative. . .

Psaki then went on to claim that Democrats supported the $1.9 trillion COVID spending bill to “ensure local cops were kept on the beat in communities across the country.”

“As you know, didn’t receive a single Republican vote,” Psaki said. “That funding has been used to keep cops on the beat.” (Read more from “WH Doubles Down on False Claim That Republicans Wanted to Defund the Police” HERE)
