Not a Joke: ABC Analyst Says Hunter Got Harsher Treatment Because He’s a Biden

News Nation host and ABC News Chief Legal Analyst Dan Abrams claimed Wednesday that President Joe Biden’s embattled son Hunter was treated more harshly by the Justice Department than he would have been if his last name had not been Biden.

Abrams joined host George Stephanopoulos on ABC News’s “Good Morning America,” and he argued that Hunter Biden might not have been prosecuted at all if Republicans were not trying to connect the president to his alleged crimes.

ABC’s chief justice correspondent Pierre Thomas set the scene, suggesting that the younger Biden’s alleged crimes were part of a Republican effort to damage President Biden: “Republicans have long sought to make Hunter Biden’s troubles and financial dealings, including those in Ukraine and China, a political millstone for his father. Word of Hunter Biden’s deal set off a political firestorm, with Republicans claiming he got preferential treatment.”

Biden Calls Xi a Dictator After U.S.-China Talks

President Joe Biden called Chinese leader Xi Jinping a “dictator” on Tuesday while recalling the spy balloon incident after State Secretary Antony Blinken concluded his visit to Beijing to stabilize U.S.-China ties.

Biden said the recent incident with the Chinese spy balloon, which was shot down by the U.S. military after being blown off course over the United States, had caused “great embarrassment” for Xi.

“The reason why Xi Jinping got very upset in terms of when I shot that balloon down with two box cars full of spy equipment in it was he didn’t know it was there,” Biden said at a fundraiser event in California.

“That’s a great embarrassment for dictators. When they didn’t know what happened. That wasn’t supposed to be going where it was. It was blown off course,” he added.

DNC in Disarray: Biden Looks Likely to Lose First Two Contests of 2024

As Townhall has covered since Democrat party bosses decided to upend their party’s 2024 primary schedule last December, President Joe Biden’s party might have taken action that will see the incumbent president lose the first two contests of the looming primary season.

In February when the DNC voted to formally approve the new schedule, Townhall noted that “there’s still an uncertain and rocky road ahead for Democrats due to state laws and other yet-to-be-fully-determined problems.”

As it turns out, that rocky road included bumps that turned out to be insurmountable for the national Democrat leaders who sought to remove first in the nation status from Iowa (caucuses) and New Hampshire (primary) and give it to South Carolina, followed by New Hampshire and Nevada a few days later and rounded out with Michigan and Georgia primaries earlier in the cycle.

In a reality that is looking “increasingly likely” according to an Axios report last Thursday, Iowa and New Hampshire will still be the first states to hold their contests before South Carolina’s primary, states where “Biden’s team is indicating he won’t be on the ballots” if they end up bucking the DNC’s officially sanctioned calendar. Biden Pledges Climate Action ‘By 2020′ (VIDEO)

If it’s a day that ends in “y,” President Joe Biden is probably trying and failing to deliver public remarks without causing confusion. On Monday, the president was in California to deliver “remarks on the climate crisis,” but one line stood out because it sounded as though he had taken a time machine, not Air Force One, to the West Coast.

“And maybe most important, I’ve committed that by 2020, we will have conserved 30 percent of all the lands and waters the United States has jurisdiction over and simultaneously reduced emissions to blunt climate impact,” Biden declared in his speech that followed remarks by California Governor Gavin Newsom (D), a potential 2024 primary challenger to Biden waiting in the wings — especially as Biden’s fitness (or lack thereof) becomes more of an issue.

Despite declaring confidently that he had committed “by twenty-twenty” to conserve a significant portion of federal land, Joe Biden was not president in 2020. He took office in January 2021. More Voters Increasingly Believe Joe Biden Involved in Family’s Business

More voters increasingly believe President Joe Biden somehow took part in the family’s foreign business deals, polling shows.

While Joe Biden on multiple occasions denied any involvement in the family’s business deals, including speaking with Hunter Biden about the deals, polling provides a window into the public’s growing belief that the Biden family business somehow involved Joe Biden.

In April 2022, 58 percent of voters told the pollster that Joe Biden played a role in his family’s business.

In September 2022, 62 percent of voters told Rasmussen that Joe Biden likely consulted and perhaps profited from Biden family business deals.

Months later, a Harvard Cap/Harris poll released in February found that 62 percent of voters believed Joe Biden “participated” in his family business deals, four points less than June’s poll.

Poll: Majority of Democrats Want Biden to Debate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

A majority of Democrats want President Biden to debate Democrat challenger Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a Convention of States Action/Trafalgar Group survey found.

The survey asked respondents if the two leading Democrat candidates, Biden and Kennedy Jr., should “engage in the Presidential Primary Debate process.”

Across the board, over one-third, 77.5 percent, said yes, the two should engage in debates. Just 15.6 percent said they should not, and another 6.9 percent remain unsure.

Predictably, most Republicans — 92.8 percent — believe the two should debate, as do 80.1 percent of independents.

However, this consensus is actually bipartisan, as 57.5 percent of Democrats believe Biden should debate RFK Jr. another 31.7 percent believe they should not debate, and 10.8 percent of Democrats remain unsure. The Math Doesn’t Add Up as to How $10 Million Mysteriously Appeared in Biden’s Bank Account

Republicans are pointing out eyebrow-raising questions after $10 million magically appeared in President Joe Biden’s bank account with no explanation.

Biden is facing scrutiny among allegations linking him to a bribery scandal in Ukraine when he served as vice president, which has brought unanswered questions to old Biden tax returns.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) demands transparency from the president, claiming Biden is guilty of committing a felony.

“You’re looking at a tax return that has $10 million in cash that came from a mystery source,” Cruz said during his podcast, Verdict with Ted Cruz. “We have utterly no idea where that $10 million came from.”

According to reports, a whistleblower claimed that when Biden was vice president, a senior executive at Burisma offered him $5 million in bribery cash to make a deal and official decisions for Burisma. In 2017, when Biden ended his career as vice president, he reported over $10 million of income from two corporations he and First Lady Jill Biden set up, causing Republicans to question where that money initially came from. Biden Emerges From His Basement to Hold First 2024 Campaign Rally (VIDEO)

President Joe Biden kicked off his first official rally, promoting his 2024 presidential campaign, focusing on what Democrats call “achievements” and Republicans call failures.

The Biden campaign came out of hibernation on Saturday after a slow start to the season to promote the Left’s plan to further invoke its radical propaganda on the U.S.

With only 17 months until the election, Biden was off to a slow start on the campaign trail while his Republican opponents— Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla) and former President Trump— have been out rallying support from Americans since day one.

However, as Biden continues his struggle to successfully make it through a speaking engagement gaffe free or from falling across a stage, Democrats argue that the less the 80-year-old emerges from his basement, the better.

Democrat Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (R.I.) claimed that Americans are not necessarily interested “in a lot of campaign noise” from Biden when asked if the president needs to pick up the pace and be more aggressive during an interview on ABC.

Biden Nearly Gets Handful of Eva Longoria’s Breasts (VIDEO)

President Joe Biden nearly got a handful of Eva Longoria’s breasts during a cringeworthy moment at the White House on Thursday evening.

Longoria attended The White House for a screening of her new film, “Flamin’ Hot,” and in honor of her directorial debut, Biden turned up the heat in a very unexpected way. Video footage of the event shows Biden embracing Longoria at the podium, but instead of hugging and separating in the usual way, he clung to her, and she visibly pushed his hands away from her breasts.

The very awkward moment instantly went viral on social media, with many calling Biden a “creep.” Critics slammed the president for groping the famous actress and criticized his supporters for “encouraging this blatant sexual assault.”

Biden Finishes Speech With ‘God Save the Queen’ for No Apparent Reason (VIDEO)

President Joe Biden ended his Friday remarks in Connecticut about gun safety with a seemingly random outburst, saying, “God save the queen, man!”

The president was telling the audience that he would take a group photo before making that remark and immediately putting down the microphone. Reporters on the scene in West Hartford, Connecticut, had no idea why he made the comment.

“He couldn’t do the full ropeline due to weather, and was commenting to someone in the crowd,” White House deputy press secretary Olivia Dalton said.
