Joe Biden: ‘Ugly’ People Shield Their Kids From Transgenderism

President Joe Biden is using the bully pulpit to stigmatize parents who oppose transgenderism for their kids, even as a growing library of studies confirms public concerns about the safety of government-backed medical interventions.

Biden spoke ahead of the scheduled, base-pleasing “pride month” celebration at the White House, using his platform to criticize adults who are protecting children from so-called “gender-affirming” treatments. Individuals who are worried about the far-left’s attempts to “affirm” a confused child’s gender via hormone therapy, puberty blockers, and genital surgery are, according to Biden, “hysterical.”

“We have some hysterical, and I would argue prejudiced, people who are engaged in what you see going on around the country,” he said.

“It’s an appeal to fear, and it’s an appeal that is unjustified and ugly. It’s wrong,” Biden continued.

Biden addressed a reporter who claimed to speak to a family of a transgender child, describing them as “afraid” and adding that they are considering leaving the country. Biden Surgeon General Pressed On Govt-Funded Transgender Study Where Two Participants Committed Suicide

North Carolina Republican Sen. Ted Budd pressed the Surgeon General of the United States, Vivek Murthy, during a Senate HELP Committee hearing Thursday over a study on transgender health that resulted in two suicides.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded a study on the impacts of two years of cross-sex hormones on adolescent mental health. Depression and anxiety decreased slightly over the course of the examination, and the study was touted as strong evidence in support of offering sex changes to minors. But two participants committed suicide during the study, along with 11 who developed suicidal ideation.

Budd, along with Sens. Marco Rubio, Rand Paul, and others, sent a letter to the NIH asking why taxpayer money was used to fund a study that resulted in patient suicides.

“It is sickening that the federal government is preying on young people and using our taxpayer dollars to advance its radical gender ideology. We are rightfully demanding answers from NIH and we are committed to holding those responsible accountable for this tragic loss of life,” Oklahoma Republican Rep. Biden Laughs off ‘Damning Evidence’ in House GOP Investigation: ‘Where’s the Money?’

President Joe Biden laughed off a question Thursday regarding claims from House Republicans that the FBI has “damning evidence” that the president has “sold out the country.”

Biden fielded questions from reporters during a joint press conference with U.K. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak at the White House Thursday afternoon.

House Republicans, including Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC), were preparing a contempt vote for FBI Director Christopher Wray over claims the bureau is covering up “explosive allegations” regarding a Biden family bribery scheme, but Wray allowed the full House Oversight Committee to view the document in question starting Thursday.

James Comer Cancels Contempt Vote After FBI Caves on Alleged Biden Bribery Doc

Eleven hours before the House Oversight Committee would assemble to vote on holding FBI Director Wray in Contempt of Congress, the FBI agreed to permit members of the Oversight Committee to review an unclassified informant file that allegedly links President Joe Biden to a $5 million bribery scheme.

Wednesday evening, Comer canceled the 9 a.m. Thursday vote to hold Wray in contempt. In exchange, the FBI finally agreed to allow the members to review the document, a demand on which Comer insisted from nearly the beginning of the negotiations.

“After weeks of refusing to even admit the FD-1023 record exists,” the committee stated in a press release, “the FBI has caved and is now allowing all members of the Oversight and Accountability Committee to review this unclassified record that memorializes a confidential human source’s conversations with a foreign national who claimed to have bribed then-Vice President Joe Biden.”

In May, Comer and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) levied bombshell claims after reviewing an FBI FD-1023 form that documented the informant’s allegations of an alleged bribery scheme involving an exchange of money for policy decisions between now-President Joe Biden and a foreign national.

Biden Blamed Russia for Nord Stream Pipeline Attack Despite CIA Being Briefed Earlier on a Ukrainian Plot

President Joe Biden blamed Russia for the attack of the Nord Stream natural gas pipeline last September, despite his administration receiving intelligence three months earlier that Ukrainian forces planned to conduct such an attack.

On Tuesday, the Washington Post reported, based on Pentagon documents allegedly leaked onto Discord, that a European nation briefed the Biden administration that “the Ukrainian military had planned a covert attack on the undersea network using a small team of divers who reported directly to the commander in chief of the Ukrainian armed forces.”

The Post reported, “Details about the plan, which have not been previously reported, were collected by a European intelligence service and shared with the CIA in June 2022. They provide some of the most specific evidence to date linking the government of Ukraine to the eventual attack in the Baltic Sea, which U.S. and Western officials have called a brazen and dangerous act of sabotage on Europe’s energy infrastructure.” . . .

Biden’s comments suggests that he either did not receive word of the briefing — alarming given he is president and his policy of supporting Ukraine for “as long as it takes” — or that he knew of the intelligence and may have deliberately misled Americans. ‘Highly Credible’ Source Reveals Scandal Bigger Than Biden Bribery: FBI Election Interference

The confidential human source (CHS) behind the detailed allegations that then-Vice President Joe Biden agreed to accept money from a foreign national to affect policy decisions was reportedly “highly credible” and used by the FBI in multiple criminal investigations dating back to the Obama administration. Friday’s exclusive by Fox News provides further insight into Sen. Chuck Grassley’s focus on the FBI — as opposed to the Biden family — as the primary scandal in play.

“We aren’t interested in whether or not the accusations against [then]-Vice President Biden are accurate,” Grassley said during an interview last week discussing FBI Director Christopher Wray’s refusal to comply with the congressional subpoena issued for the FD-1023 form. That form, dated June 30, 2020, included detailed information from a CHS to the FBI regarding an agreement by now-President Biden to deliver preferred foreign policy positions for a $5 million payment.

After Grassley revealed he had already seen the FD-1023, Fox News’ Bill Hemmer queried: “How damning is this document to the sitting U.S. president?”

“I don’t know,” responded Grassley, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. He stressed that while “there’s accusations” in the FBI report, the congressional oversight committees’ concern is whether “the FBI does its job.” “That’s what we want to know,” he continued. . .

Yes, the CHS’s allegations offer more evidence of a Biden family pay-to-play scandal, and unraveling any criminal conduct by the Biden family remains important. Biden’s Disastrous Air Force Academy Fall Only Makes US Look Weak to Our Global Enemies

It was a disastrous image for an 80-year-old president who has just announced his campaign for a second term.

Collapsed on the ground, unable to get up, sensible rubber soles on full display as Secret Service agents try to hoist him to his feet.

It’s not even shocking at this stage. It’s just sad. Sad for the country.

It adds to the perception of an enfeebled America, vulnerable to the predations of its enemies. Joe Biden falling of a bike. Joe Biden tripping up the stairs of Air Force One. Joe Biden getting lost on stage. Joe Biden losing his train of thought: “Well, anyway”. . .

By Breitbart. President Joe Biden took a huge fall on stage at the U.S. Air Force Academy graduation ceremony Thursday.

Video shows Biden, 80, start to walk quickly off center stage when he trips and stumbles, tumbling to his knees and nearly ending up on all fours.

Personnel quickly picked him up before he hobbled behind a barrier.

According to the White House pool report, he seemed to trip “on a black sandbag on the stage” but appeared “to be ok and continued to stand until the ceremony ended a few minutes later.”

In February, Biden released a physical assessment that found he suffers from neuropathy in his feet and atrial fibrillation, among other ailments. What Happened at the Air Force Academy Commencement Raises More Concerns About Biden’s Age

By Townhall. President Joe Biden traveled to Colorado Springs on Thursday to deliver the commencement address to the newest crop of U.S. Air Force Academy graduates, but his words might not be what the class of 2023 remembers. . .

As Axios’ Alex Thompson noted, this situation is exactly what Biden’s aides — both at the White House and on his re-election campaign — have wanted to avoid as they work to protect Biden from the rigors of being president and candidate amid ongoing criticism over his age and fitness.

Biden continued to participate in the pomp and circumstance following his tumble, appearing to be generally uninjured, and White House Communications Director Ben LaBolt confirmed the president is “fine.” . . .

Thursday’s fall wasn’t the first time Biden seemed to lose his footing while speaking on a stage, with another instance coming during his midterm campaign stumping on behalf of Democrat candidates.

Hunter Biden’s Defense of His Gun Crime Is Really Something

Apparently confirming again that first kid Hunter Biden did, in fact, lie on his background check form to purchase a firearm while using drugs, lawyers for the controversial son of President Joe Biden have announced that the Second Amendment itself will be used as a legal defense if Hunter is charged with a crime related to that purchase. . .

From Politico’s scoop:

The president’s son is the target of a Justice Department investigation scrutinizing his purchase of a gun in 2018 — a time when he has said he was regularly using crack cocaine. Federal law bans drug users from owning guns…

His lawyers have already told Justice Department officials that, if their client is charged with the gun crime, they will challenge the law under the Second Amendment, according to a person familiar with the private discussions granted anonymity because they are not authorized to speak publicly. That could turn a case that is already fraught with political consequences into a high-profile showdown over the right to bear arms.

The dispute would come as the White House fights to tighten gun laws. And it could put conservative gun-rights enthusiasts, who typically criticize the Biden family, in unusual alignment with the president’s son.

Former President Donald Trump said Thursday on a Fox News town hall that he told host Sean Hannity to stop joking about President Joe Biden’s cognitive capacity.

Hannity said, “I have asked you repeatedly about what you think about Joe Biden’s cognitive state. I’ve asked you about – is he up to the job physically, mentally? You have been very reluctant to go there. I’m not reluctant. To me, would everyone agree with me this guy’s cognitively not there? I doubt he knows what day of the week it is today. That’s how bad I think it’s gotten for him. Why are you reluctant to call that out?

Trump said, “Well I don’t know if I’m supposed to say this. I actually called Sean and I asked Sean not to joke about it because he used to joke about it.” . . .

He continued, “I said I just don’t think it’s good for anybody and, you know, it’s not appropriate. You can speak about it if you want, but I don’t think you should joke about it.
