Biden Administration Issues New Security Warning About Russia

As questions grow about U.S. national security here at home, the Biden administration is warning Americans of deteriorating conditions in Russia with a new travel advisory issued Sunday in which the State Department did not mince words about the dangers facing U.S. citizens at the hand of Putin’s government.

Citing “unpredictable consequences of the unprovoked full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian military forces, the potential for harassment and the singling out of U.S. citizens for detention by Russian government security officials, the arbitrary enforcement of local law, limited flights into and out of Russia, the Embassy’s limited ability to assist U.S. citizens in Russia, and the possibility of terrorism,” the U.S. Mission Russia warned Americans to cancel any plans to travel to the country.

What’s more, the State Department warning says that U.S. citizens already residing or traveling in Russia “should depart immediately” and “exercise increased caution due to the risk of wrongful intentions.” If Americans encounter any issues in Russia, the Biden administration warns it’s unlikely to be able to do anything, especially for Americans who aren’t near the main U.S. outpost in Moscow:

The U.S. government’s ability to provide routine or emergency services to U.S. citizens in Russia is severely limited, particularly in areas far from the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, due to Russian government limitations on travel for embassy personnel and staffing, and the ongoing suspension of operations, including consular services, at U.S. consulates.

Biden’s Attorneys Transferred Cache of Docs From Boston Law Office to National Archives, Emails Show

The National Archives asked President Biden’s attorneys to turn over a previously unknown stash of documents transferred to a Boston law office after classified documents were discovered at Mr. Biden’s Washington think tank in November.

The new detail was revealed amid 74 pages of emails between the National Archives and the president’s personal attorneys released in response to a Freedom of Information Act request on Friday.

“Please ensure that the boxes in your office in Boston remain secure in a locked space and are not accessed by anyone,” National Archives General Counsel Gary Stern wrote to Mr. Biden’s attorneys Patrick Moore and Bob Bauer.

The email was dated Nov. 7, five days after Mr. Biden’s lawyers say they first discovered the stash of classified documents.

Mr. Moore reportedly transferred a set of personal documents from the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement to his law office in Boston before classified documents were discovered. Biden Makes Eyebrow-Raising Admission About Documents Seized From His Home — Then Blames Staffers (VIDEO)

President Joe Biden admitted Wednesday that at least one document seized by federal investigators from his private residence in Wilmington, Delaware, is nearly 50 years old.

At the end of an interview with Biden, PBS anchor Judy Woodruff asked the president why his condemnation of former President Donald Trump for retaining classified documents — Biden called it “totally irresponsible” — does not also apply to him.

“What I was talking about was what was laid out,” Biden said, referring to the infamous picture the Justice Department included in court documents showing classified documents on the floor of Mar-a-Lago.

But ignoring the fact that some of the documents found at his former Washington office reportedly contained highly classified intelligence markings, Biden then tried to defend himself by noting that he “voluntarily” allowed federal agents to search his home.

“In the best of my knowledge, the kinds of things they picked up were things that from 1974 and stray papers,” Biden admitted. “There may be something else, I don’t know.”

Sarah Huckabee Sanders: Biden’s Social Agenda Gives Americans Choice ‘Between Normal and Crazy’

For much of Joe Biden’s first two years as president he’s made his priorities to push abortion and transgenderism onto Americans.

He emphasized that in his State of the Union on Tuesday. . .

“Biden called on Congress ‘to restore the soul of this nation’ by making abortion legal nationwide until birth and passing a bill that would force religious employers to hire people who identify as transgender,” the Stand report explained.

“His administration’s focus on pushing polarizing social issues clashes with Republicans’ more mainstream views of abortion and gender identity, a contrast that Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders (R) said gives Americans a clear choice ‘between normal or crazy.'” . . .

Oversight Committee Demands Biden Family Members Deliver Bank Docs, Leases, Classified Materials

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) on Thursday issued a letter demanding Biden family members deliver troves of documents and communications relevant to his probe into the Biden family for wire fraud, tax evasion, and money laundering, along with six other potential violations.

The letters, sent to Hunter and James Biden, along with the family’s business partner Eric Schwerin, requested a host of both classified and unclassified documents, records, and communications between business associates and family members, including President Joe Biden.

“Hunter Biden, James Biden, and Eric Schwerin are key witnesses in our investigation of Joe Biden’s involvement in his family’s international and domestic business schemes,” Comer wrote in a statement. “Evidence obtained in our investigation reveals the Biden family business model is built on Joe Biden’s political career and connections.”

Comer noted the Biden family business model included peddling influence to foreign adversaries while Joe Biden was a U.S. official, which he designated as a national security threat. Americans Didn’t Tune In for State of the Union Address

Tuesday’s State of the Union address sure has gotten attention for the ways in which some Republican members reacted to President Joe Biden’s lies, but among the chatter, it’s worth wondering if people actually tuned in for the address?

Not really, it turns out, given that just 27.3 million people watched, according to data from Nielsen across 16 networks. That’s a decline of 29 percent, as is mentioned in Deadline’s headline. The Hill mentioned in their headline that the ratings took “a nosedive.”

Those ratings look even worse when compared to previous years, and the lack of viewers in the demographics that Biden needs support from. As Deadline mentioned:

That figure is the lowest audience for a SOTU in at least 30 years, according to Nielsen records. Biden’s 2021 speech to a joint session of Congress drew 26.9 million, but that event, coming just a couple months into his presidency, was not an official State of the Union speech.

The Nielsen figures were measurements of 16 TV networks. Last year, 38.2 million watched across 16 networks.

‘Middle Finger to Biden’: Saudis Boost U.S. Citizen’s Sentence to 19 Years Over Tweets After Wh Condemns Punishment

A Saudi appeals court has increased the prison sentence of US citizen Saad Almadi for tweets from 16 years to 19 years in a “middle finger” to President Biden, his son tells The Post.

The State Department told Ibrahim Almadi about the revised Saudi penalty Wednesday — months after the White House publicly condemned his father’s treatment.

“It’s not a slap in the face, it’s a middle finger,” Ibrahim told The Post, noting that his septuagenarian father has “lost more than 80 pounds” since his arrest in November 2021 on charges linked to more than a dozen tweets mildly critical of the Saudi government.

“When the US asked for an appeal, they said, ‘Here you go, 19 years!’” his son exclaimed.

Report: Biden Ordered U.S. Navy to Bomb Nord Stream Pipelines

Joe Biden repeatedly has denied the U.S. had anything to do with the recent bombings of Russia’s Nord Stream pipelines, but a startling new report is revealing that may not have been the truth.

Pulitzer-winner reporter Seymour Hersh as written at his Substack page that U.S. Navy divers, last June while operating under the cover of a “widely publicized” NATO exercise called BALTOPS22, “planted the remotely triggered explosives that, three months later, destroyed three of the four Nord Stream pipes.”

The report explains the confirmation comes from “a source with direct knowledge of the operational planning.”

Two of the lines, known as Nord Stream 1, were supplying Germany and other points in Western Europe with “cheap Russian natural gas,” the report said. . .

But, Hersh reported, “Biden’s decision to sabotage the pipelines came after more than nine months of highly secret back and forth debate inside Washington’s national security community about how to best achieve that goal. Biden Defense Department Sued for Improper Use of U.S. Military

Joe Biden’s Department of Defense is being sued for details about the use of Marines during his politicized “hate-MAGA” speech in Philadelphia last year.

In the speech, Biden stood in front of a blood-red backdrop – and was flanked by two Marines – to allege that supporters of President Trump were “an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.”

“Biden’s infamous ‘Red Speech,’ which included the abuse of our Marines in its totalitarian imagery, painted a target on Trump and tens of millions of Americans for political suppression and worse,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “And, to make matters worse, the Pentagon is violating federal law by hiding records about Biden’s misuse of our military in his attempt to intimidate Americans.” . . .

Judicial Watch said its Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against Biden’s DoD seeks records about the use of those U.S. Marines for political purposes at Biden’s “controversial September 1, 2022, campaign speech in Philadelphia.”

Half of Americans Say They Are Worse Off, Highest Since Great Recession

Half of Americans say they are worse off financially than they were a year ago, the highest level of reported decline since the financial crisis, a Gallup poll released Wednesday showed.

The results are unusually grim.

“Since Gallup first asked this question in 1976, it has been rare for half or more of Americans to say they are worse off. The only other times this occurred was during the Great Recession era in 2008 and 2009,” Gallup News said.

The results of the survey, taken between January 2nd and the 22nd, suggest the high toll of inflation on the financial situation of many Americans. Average hourly and weekly wages declined for the second consecutive year in 2022, as pay increases were swamped by higher prices. Gallup said higher interest rates and the decline in the stock market also weighed on people’s view of their financial situation.
