By Daily Caller. President Joe Biden went off-script during Tuesday night’s State of the Union address to call out Chinese President Xi Jinping.

During a section of remarks on the decline of autocracies and strength of democracies across the world, Biden began yelling that there are no world leaders who would want to trade places with Xi. The comments were not included in a transcript of Biden’s speech released earlier in the evening by the White House.

“Autocracy has grown weaker not stronger. Name me a world leader who would change places with Xi Jinping,” Biden shouted. “Name me one! Name me one!”

GOP Slams Biden’s Legacy, ‘Failed Far Left Agenda’ Ahead of SOTU

By Breitbart. Republican officials slammed President Joe Biden’s “legacy” ahead of his State of the Union address, pointing to the multiple crises affecting the nation as a result of the Democrat leader’s abundant “failures,” while calling to “reverse course.”

As lawmakers gather for the Tuesday night address, the 80-year-old president is preparing to showcase his efforts to rebuild the country’s economy, set the stage for his bid for a 2024 re-election, and likely demand Congress approve an amnesty for the nation’s 11 to 22 million illegal aliens.

Meanwhile, GOP members tore into the president’s legacy, highlighting the current unenthusiastic state of the nation.

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) insisted Americans “will not forget the multiple crises Joe Biden created,” listing crime, border, inflation, national security and energy crises among them.

Biden Shares First Page of His SOTU Address…and He Might Be in Trouble

President Biden — or whichever handler has the unfortunately responsibility of posting for him and reading his replies — tweeted Monday morning that he was “Getting ready” for his State of the Union address to be delivered on Tuesday evening. The statement was accompanied by a photo of a speech draft with a coffee mug and plate of cookies nearby, because why shouldn’t he get a little reward for his hard work reading what’s been written for him.

But some careful observers have worried that the first page of Biden’s speech might already be set to trip him up[:]

Mr. Speaker.

Madam Vice President.

Our First Lady and Second Gentleman.

Members of Congress and the Cabinet.

Leaders of our military.

Mr. Chief Justice –

and Associate Justices of the Supreme Court .

My fellow Americans.

[PAUSE]

So, will President Biden read everything, and we mean *everything* that scrolls past his tired eyes on the teleprompter?

New Info on Chinese Spy Balloon From NORAD Commander Is Jaw-Dropping

At this point, everything the Biden team says about the Chinese spy balloon just seems to make the problem worse.

One of the big questions that people have had is why the balloon wasn’t shot down earlier, for example, over the Aleutian Islands, near Alaska. Or over any of the less populated areas of Alaska, Canada, or Montana that it went over?

Now, they’re out with more comments and they’re not helping themselves. They had earlier claimed they didn’t have a “water shot.” That answer has now “evolved” further.

According to the Department of Defense, the U.S. did not have time to shoot down the Chinese spy balloon right after it crossed into Alaskan waters.

The balloon “did not present a physical threat” to the US and Canada, said Gen. Glen VanHerck, Commander of North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM). “I could not take immediate action because it was not demonstrating … hostile intent.”

Number of Independents Who Say They Are Worse off Under Biden More Than Triples

Former President Trump would beat President Joe Biden by three points in the popular vote in a 2024 rematch if the election were held today, ABC News reported Sunday on Langer Research Associates’ polling.

“If [Donald Trump and President Biden] were the choices and the election were today, the poll suggests [48% of registered voters would choose Trump and 45% would choose Biden.]”

ABC News describes the difference as “small” and notes the figures are within the poll’s margin of error.

Presidents, of course, are not elected directly by popular vote. Rather, presidents and vice presidents are chosen by electors in a process called the Electoral College.

Biden Refuses to Answer Questions About Chinese Spy Balloon (VIDEO)

On Friday morning, President Joe Biden delivered scheduled remarks on the economy following the release of January’s jobs report — but that wasn’t what was on Americans’ or reporters’ minds.

You see, more Biden lies about inflation and jobs aren’t really what’s notable after the Chinese Communist Party claimed ownership of the spy balloon that was spotted floating over the northern U.S., above a military installation, where some of America’s intercontinental ballistic missiles are housed. China laughably claimed the balloon is just a “civilian airship” that merely floated off-course…to be conveniently located above a prime first-strike target if China wanted to cripple America’s ability to respond to hostile incoming.

Biden knows that it’s another crisis of his leadership, which is why he said on Friday morning that he was “not gonna answer any questions” on topics other than the economy:

It feels more like ancient history by now — though not as ancient as the president himself — but back in 2020, then-candidate Joe Biden tweeted out his “promise” to the American people to “always” unite rather than divide. . .

Well, on Friday morning we saw again how Biden’s campaign for president was built on as many falsehoods as he’s spewed in the first two years of his administration.

After speaking about the economy — remarks in which Biden acknowledged that inflation was still being felt by Americans — the president was asked whether he accepted any of the blame for inflation that hit 40-year highs on his watch. Unsurprisingly, Biden’s answer was a simple “no.” Watch:

Oh, so Biden thinks he doesn’t bear any blame because inflation “was already there [here?] when I got here, man!” Really. I guess Biden expects Americans to forget that inflation spiked out of control *after* Biden took office? Poll: Nearly Half of Americans Consider Biden’s Handling of Classified Docs ‘Major Scandal’

Nearly half of Americans consider President Biden’s handling of classified documents a “major scandal,” a Rasmussen Reports survey released this week found.

The survey noted that a special counsel is investigating how classified documents — from Biden’s time as vice president during the Obama administration — ended up in multiple locations, including his Delaware home. When asked if it is a major scandal, minor scandal, or no scandal at all, nearly half, 48 percent, agreed it is a “major scandal.”

Nearly a quarter, 24 percent, consider it a “minor” scandal, and another 24 percent consider it “no” scandal at all. Four percent remain unsure.

Nearly three-quarters of Republicans, 73 percent, consider it a “major scandal,” as do 50 percent of independents and 23 percent of Democrats. Biden Administration Resettles Al Qaeda Terrorist Who Was Direct Subordinate to 9/11 Mastermind

The Biden administration on Thursday resettled a terrorist from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, who served as a direct subordinate to Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the Al Qaeda terrorist who was the principal architect of the September 11, 2001, attacks.

Majid Khan was sent to Belize; he is the first detainee resettled by the Biden administration. He joined Al Qaeda after the 9/11 attacks and was later arrested in Karachi in March 2003. After he was captured, he revealed information about an Al Qaeda plot to hijack an airplane and fly it into the Library Tower in Los Angeles, the tallest building on the West Coast at the time. In 2012, Khan was charged with conspiracy, murder, and attempted murder in violation of the law of war, providing material support for terrorism, and spying. He pled guilty in February 2012 to conspiracy, murder in violation of the law of war, attempted murder in violation of the law of war, providing material support for terrorism, and spying and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Biden Admin Memo Shows It Was Serious About Banning Gas Stoves

The Biden administration seriously considered banning natural gas-powered stoves before it received widespread criticism for considering such a move, according to an internal memo obtained by Fox News Digital.

In the memo dated Oct. 25, 2022, Richard Trumka Jr. — whom President Biden appointed to serve on the five-person Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) — wrote to a fellow commissioner that there was sufficient evidence for the agency to move forward with a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPR) to ban gas stoves in the near future. Trumka’s memo was titled, “NPR Proposing Ban on Gas Stoves (Indoor Air Quality).”

“The need for gas stove regulation has reached a boiling point,” the CPSC commissioner wrote in the October memo. “CPSC has the responsibility to ban consumer products that emit hazardous substances, particularly, when those emissions harm children, under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act.”

“Emerging evidence is sufficient to conclude that gas stoves in homes emit toxic gasses that cause illness and that lower-cost, safer alternatives are available,” Trumka added.

Trumka noted that the two largest U.S. cities, New York City and Los Angeles, had already banned gas stoves in new construction “for health and inequity reasons” and because gas stoves “strongly contribute to climate change through greenhouse gas emissions.”

“There is sufficient information available for CPSC to issue an NPR in FY 2023 proposing to ban gas stoves in homes,” he concluded. “The additional work needed to complete an NPR is primarily economic; the available health and scientific evidence on illnesses caused by the relevant gasses at the concentrations present in homes with gas stoves already exists.” (Read more from “Biden Admin Memo Shows It Was Serious About Banning Gas Stoves” HERE)

Mother Slams Biden’s Border Policies After Daughter’s Murder by Suspected Gang Member in the U.S.

A mother of a young woman who was murdered last year said that her daughter would still be alive if the Biden administration’s border policies had not allowed a suspected MS-13 gang member into the United States.

On July 27, 2022, 20-year-old Kayla Hamilton from Aberdeen, Maryland was raped and strangled to death in her bed, according to WMAR Baltimore. Investigators learned that Hamilton was autistic and that she had recently moved to the area with her boyfriend.

DNA evidence collected at the scene led investigators to a 17-year-old boy from El Salvador who entered the United States last March as an “unaccompanied minor.” The suspect, whose name has not been revealed, is listed in El Salvador as a member of Malva Salvatrucha, which is MS-13, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed to Fox 6 Now. . .

In an interview with The Washington Examiner, Hamilton’s mother, Tammy Nobles, said that the suspect was one of hundreds of thousands unaccompanied children who crossed the border under Biden’s leadership. He was reportedly apprehended in Rio Grande City, Texas but “slipped through the system amid the crisis and went undetected.”
