Biden Was a National Security Threat Long Before His Classified Docs Fiasco

Long before classified and potentially compromising documents were discovered in President Joe Biden’s “think tank” office and Wilmington home and garage, the Democrat’s actions posed a threat to U.S. national security.

The discovery of even more top secret documents dating back to Biden’s time as vice president and senator sparked widespread concerns that the current president hid material that put U.S. national security at risk, potentially for decades. . .

By openly pursuing a policy of escalation in the U.S.-funded proxy war against Russia in Ukraine, Biden and his administration have significantly increased the threat of nuclear war. A conflict that only ends on Ukraine’s terms and might result in a radioactive third world war compromises Americans’ safety and tax dollars.

It also leaves countries like Taiwan vulnerable to communist China’s hegemonic operations. While China stockpiled hundreds of nuclear warheads and prepared to expand its influence, Biden was further emboldening his country’s No. 1 foreign threat. First, he did business with the Chinese gas giant with ties to his son. Then Biden pushed the Saudis into an amicable relationship with the Eastern communist government.

Speaking of the Middle East, it was Biden’s botched Afghanistan withdrawal that sent tens of thousands of Afghan refugees into U.S. cities without proper screening, vetting, and inspection. This lapse in security resulted in two known security risks and dozens more evacuees tainted by “derogatory information” entering the country unmonitored. Biden Admin Appoints Doctor Who Claims Obesity Is Mostly Genetic to Dietary Guidelines Committee

President Joe Biden’s administration appointed Dr. Fatima Cody Stanford, who claimed obesity was mostly genetic and not primarily driven by diet or exercise, to the Biden administration’s 2025 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee.

Stanford is one of 20 doctors appointed to the committee, which will examine the relationship between diet and health through a “health equity lens,” factoring in socioeconomic status, race, ethnicity and culture, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) website, and provide recommendations to the USDA and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). She has claimed that doctors largely do not understand obesity and that many patients can’t simply lose weight through improved diet and exercise.

“The number one cause of obesity is genetics,” Stanford said on CBS’s “60 Minutes” Jan. 1. “That means if you were born to parents that have obesity, you have a 50-85% likelihood of having the disease yourself even with optimal diet, exercise, sleep management, stress management.” . . .

As part of her work on the committee, Stanford will provide recommendations to HHS and USDA that inform federal dietary programs and nutrition programs, as well as dietary education. Report: DOJ Weighs Searching More Locations Linked to Joe Biden for Classified Docs

The Justice Department (DOJ) is reportedly considering launching additional searches for classified documents at more locations linked to President Joe Biden, CBS News reported Sunday.

The potential for additional searches comes as the DOJ scoured Biden’s Wilmington residence Friday and found six more items consisting of with classified marking, according to Biden’s personal attorney Bob Bauer. The content of the classified materials is unknown.

Bauer claimed Saturday that Biden offered to allow the FBI to conduct the search led by the DOJ. It is unclear if Biden has offered to permit the DOJ to conduct further searches at separate locations linked to Biden.

The White House had previously claimed on January 14 that all searches for all classified documents were completed.

The trove unearthed Friday is in addition to the about 25 classified documents found by Biden’s personal attorneys in past weeks at the Penn Biden Center and Biden’s residence. (Read more from “Report: DOJ Weighs Searching More Locations Linked to Joe Biden for Classified Docs” HERE)

Matt Gaetz Rolls Out ‘Inside Job’ Theory in Defense of Biden: Classified Documents Were Planted (VIDEO)

President Joe Biden received full-throated defense over the classified document controversy from a curious place Thursday: proud Ultra-MAGA Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz appearing on Fox News.

The Deep State and Biden’s own “democrat lawyers” are to blame for Biden’s classified document possession, Gaetz suggested during an appearance on The Ingraham Angle, suggesting a bizarre conspiracy theory that this was an inside job. And in case this idea was lost on Fox News viewers, “Inside Job” was included in a lower third even before Gaetz suggested as much.

Biden said Thursday he has “no regrets” about his handling of classified documents and told reporters there is nothing scandalous about the situation. “I think you’re gonna find there’s nothing there,” Biden said. “I have no regrets. I’m following what the lawyers have told me they want me to do. It’s exactly what we’re doing. There’s no ‘there’ there.”

“Well, things in Washington aren’t always what they seem,” Gaetz opened. “Consider this. It was Joe Biden’s Democrat personal lawyer that was rummaging around his stuff, looking for what? Evidence of a crime that his septuagenarian client committed nine years ago?” You see, Biden is too old to have masterminded a classified document caper, Gaetz suggested. Biden Finally Releases Statement Over Classified Document Scandal

President Joe Biden responded to the investigation into him Thursday over his handling of classified material by saying that he has “no regrets” over his actions.

Classified documents connected with Biden were first found in his private office at the Penn Biden Center, a think tank in Washington, D.C., on November 2, less than a week before the 2022 midterm elections. Since then, Biden’s attorneys have located more classified documents at Biden’s home in Wilmington on three separate occasions: an unspecified number found in the garage on December 20, one document found in Biden’s study on January 11, and five more found in the study on January 12.

“We’re fully cooperating, looking forward to getting this resolved quickly,” Biden said following remarks on the ongoing recovery efforts in California following recent storms. “I think you’re gonna find there’s nothing there. I have no regrets. I’m following what the lawyers have told me they want me to do — that’s exactly what we’re doing. There’s no there, there.”

Biden attacked the reporter who asked the question, saying that it “quite frankly bugs” him that the question was asked.

Oversight Committee to Probe Biden Admin Over Plan to Hide Classified Docs Scandal

The chairman of House Oversight Committee told Breitbart News it plans to probe the Biden administration’s reported plan to hide the classified document scandal from the American people.

According to the Washington Post on Thursday, the White House and Justice Department not only agreed to obscure the scandal from public view, but they also refused to divulge that the second trove of classified documents was already unearthed at Biden’s home in Wilmington when CBS News first contacted the White House about the initial leak of classified documents illegally stored at the Biden Penn Center.

“The Biden White House’s secrecy in this matter is alarming,” Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) told Breitbart News. “Many questions need to be answered but one thing is certain: oversight is coming.”

The White House, Justice Department, and National Archives have so far failed to respond to congressional demands for information related to the scandal. (Read more from “Oversight Committee to Probe Biden Admin Over Plan to Hide Classified Docs Scandal” HERE)

Hunter Biden Lived in House With Classified Documents While Bagging Millions Linked to the Highest Levels of Chinese Intelligence; What Does Xi Have on China Joe?

While addicted to drugs, cavorting with prostitutes, and making deals with businessmen tied to the highest levels of Chinese intelligence, Hunter Biden lived in the house where Joe Biden stored classified documents.

On a background-check application dated July 2018, Hunter Biden claimed that he paid $49,910 per month in rent and that his “current residence” at that time was 1209 Barley Mill Road in Wilmington, Delaware, according to a document found on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop. . .

Nevertheless, the period that Hunter claimed he was living at 1209 Barley Mill Rd (the Wilmington house where classified documents were found) overlaps with the time multiple Biden family members were taking money from foreign businessmen linked to the highest levels of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) intelligence apparatus. . .

Given the discovery of the classified documents at multiple unsecure locations, the timeline of the Bidens’ Chinese business deals paints a troubling picture.

Beginning in late 2015, while his father was still vice president, Hunter Biden began making plans to meet with officials from the Chinese energy company CEFC. CEFC and at least four of its principals and associates, Ye Jianming, Patrick Ho, Gongwen Dong and Jiaqi Bao, have been linked to the Chinese government and its military intelligence apparatus. Hunter once described Patrick Ho as “the f**king spy chief of China.” (Read more from “Hunter Biden Lived in Wilmington House With Classified Documents While Bagging Millions Linked to the Highest Levels of Chinese Intelligence; What Does Xi Have on China Joe?” HERE)

In Biden Documents Scandal, DOJ Shows Justice Is Not Only Blind — It’s Dumb

Given the opportunity to search President Joe Biden’s office and residences, the Department of Justice declined to do so, The Wall Street Journal reports. Instead, it allowed potentially uncleared and unnamed private counsel to search for classified material after the discovery of the highly classified documents in the Penn Biden Center office. It was a decision that could benefit Biden greatly, but at a considerable cost to the department itself.

If true, the decision raises additional questions over the independence of top law enforcement personnel. This follows a litany of controversies involving both Donald Trump and Biden where the FBI and DOJ have been accused of political bias and unequal treatment. While the FBI recently denounced critics as “conspiracy theorists,” the record of inexplicable decisions continues to grow by the day.

There is no plausible reason why, given the chance, the Justice Department would not want to conduct a national security search itself. After Nov. 2, the Justice Department was aware that material at the top secret or higher levels was discovered in a closet in the Penn Biden Center. It was also aware that the material may have been moved over the course of six years and that other material could be in other unsecured locations. Nevertheless, it reportedly opted to allow uncleared attorneys to search for additional classified material under a type of “look but please don’t read” edict.

As someone who has worked with classified evidence at the TS/SCI level since the Reagan administration, the decision is breathtaking. It effectively replaced well-established national security protocols with an honor system to be followed by persons unknown.

The decision undermines the credibility of the Justice Department in both the Biden and Trump investigations. The department is threatening criminal charges over the mishandling of classified material but opted for a grossly negligent approach itself in the search for additional classified documents. It just rolled the dice and lost. Additional documents were found by the uncleared lawyers. However, the Justice Department continued to defer to Biden’s counsel like a mere pedestrian at a potential crime scene. Supermajority Want Biden Document Scandal Probed

President Joe Biden has been laughing off questions about his improper taking of classified documents after leaving the vice presidency in 2017, but most believe it was wrong, and a supermajority back the Justice Department’s investigation into his actions.

A whopping 76% said in a just-released Economist/YouGov survey that they support the department’s special investigation into Biden’s handling of classified documents found in a Washington-based think tank and his Wilmington, Delaware, home.

That’s even higher than the 64% who back the Justice Department’s special investigation into former President Donald Trump’s decision to take classified information when he left the White House in 2021. . .

Biden, meanwhile, has not fully revealed all that he took and has at times said he was surprised to hear that his house, garage, and Washington office kept classified documents from the Obama era. On Tuesday, he smirked and refused to answer questions about his actions. (Read more from “Supermajority Want Biden Document Scandal Probed” HERE)

White House Slapped With Ethics Complaint as Biden Classified Documents Scandal Spirals; Flashback: That Time Biden Derailed a Carter Nominee for…Possessing Classified Files

By Fox News. A government watchdog filed a federal complaint over the involvement of the White House Counsel’s office in President Biden’s growing classified documents scandal.

Fox News Digital has learned that government watchdog Protect the Public’s Trust (PPT) filed their complaint with the U.S. Office of Government Ethics on Tuesday.

“The American public will not tolerate a two-tiered system of justice – with well-connected insiders subject to a lower standard of scrutiny than the normal citizen,” PPT director Mike Chamberlain said in a statement to Fox News Digital.

“President Biden promised the most ethical and transparent administration in history,” Chamberlain said. “If the White House compounded a scandal involving possible mishandling of classified documents by improperly using taxpayer resources for his personal benefit and putting White House attorneys in positions that created conflicts of interest, we could be witnessing a serious betrayal of the public’s already-plummeting trust.”

“It also creates the spectre of possible obstruction of a congressional investigation, depending on the legal basis for the intervention and any future privileges claimed by the White House on this escalating scandal,” he added. Flashback: That Time Biden Derailed a Carter Nominee for…Possessing Classified Files

By Townhall. . .[A]s if the hypocrisy with this circus wasn’t bad enough, let’s rehash then-Sen. Joe Biden (D-DE) torpedoed the CIA nomination of former Kennedy speechwriter Ted Sorensen under Jimmy Carter, heavily opposed by the intelligence community—Sorensen had no foreign policy experience. The Intercept thought it was worth mentioning. And it is: a broken clock is right twice a day. Biden gave the aura of supporting the nomination before delivering a haymaker to the nominee about his improper acquisition of classified materials. Biden sided with Senate Republicans to kill this nomination, which Sorensen, who passed away in 2010, said was an event that should have awarded Biden a “prize for political hypocrisy in a town noted for political hypocrisy” (via The Intercept):

The revelation that Biden illicitly stored classified materials, including in his garage, is a grave embarrassment to the president, particularly in light of the fact that Democrats have hammered away at Trump for months over the classified documents he retained at Mar-a-Lago. But there is also a relevant story from Biden’s past that bears mentioning.

The events took place during the administration of Jimmy Carter, when Biden was a rising star in the U.S. Senate and an inaugural member of the Intelligence Committee, which was established in response to the lawlessness of the Nixon administration. Biden colluded with Republicans on the Intelligence Committee to kill the nomination of a CIA critic to be director of the agency. Among the reasons was that the nominee, Ted Sorensen, had admitted to taking classified documents for a biography of his longtime friend John F. Kennedy and had spoken out in defense of Pentagon Papers whistleblower Daniel Ellsberg. In fact, Biden went so far as to suggest Sorensen might be subject to prosecution under the Espionage Act.

[…]

When Sorensen came under attack from Republicans, though, Biden shifted his position and went out of his way to dig up an episode from Sorenson’s past that would serve as a red flag against his confirmation. Sorensen had given an affidavit in Ellsberg’s case, in which Sorensen acknowledged that many officials in Washington, including himself, would take classified documents home to review and that officials often leaked far more sensitive documents to the press without facing prosecutions.

Biden said he learned of the affidavit, which was never filed in court, from a Republican colleague and assessed that the Republicans on the committee would seek to use it to discredit Sorensen. Biden had his staff scour documents and Sorensen’s books to find the unfiled affidavit, and an aide who was involved with the Pentagon Papers case eventually located it. This, combined with other concerns, including allegations that Sorensen was a pacifist who dodged the Korean War draft, put the nomination in peril. “It was like being blindsided by a truck,” Sorensen said, describing the campaign against him as an effort where “many little dirty streams flowed together to make one large one.”
