The Pain Isn’t Goin’ Away: Inflation Cost Households an Extra $10K

Inflation is over, the administration crows, even as Congress works to pass another massive spending bill — this time, $1.7 trillion.

But struggling families know not to pop the cork yet.

The consumer price index rose just 0.1% last month, bringing the 12-month rate to 7.1% — still higher than any year since the disco days of 1981. Politicians have downplayed inflation ever since President Biden ignored economist warnings in early 2021 that it would be economic malpractice to throw a $1.9 trillion stimulus bill at a supply-constrained economy. Then we were told that inflation was “transitory,” a relic of corporate price gouging and “Putin’s price hike.” . . .

Since President Biden took office, the cumulative 13.8% inflation is roughly 10% higher than the baseline rate. This has cost the typical household approximately $10,000 over two years.

Those household costs will continue rising even if the inflation rate normalizes. That is because this recent extra 10% inflation will remain embedded in prices moving forward. Inflation rates may return to 2% or 3%, but they will be applied to a permanently elevated price level. And with wage growth notably slower than price growth over the past two years — producing the steepest decline in real wages in decades — most families will remain behind. Biden Promises Zelensky US Backing for ‘as Long as It Takes’

America will back Ukraine with military and financial aid until Russia‘s invasion ends in failure, President Biden told Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during their historic appearance together at the White House on Wednesday, with the leaders projecting unity and seeking to hold together an international coalition — and a fraying U.S. Congress — as the war nears the 10-month mark.

The White House meeting, which marked Mr. Zelenskyy‘s first trip outside of Ukraine since the war began on Feb. 24, offered the two men the chance for a rare face-to-face conversation. Mr. Biden said he looked deep into the Ukrainian president’s “soul” and saw that Mr. Zelenskyy “is who he says he is.”

New ‘Twitter Files’ Show FBI Paid Twitter Millions, Influenced Execs To Censor Hunter Biden Laptop Story

The bombshell story about Hunter Biden’s laptop from the New York Post was censored after the FBI had repeatedly warned Twitter executives about foreign election interference campaigns, according to the seventh installment of the Twitter Files released Monday.

Previous editions of the project, revealed by independent journalists based on emails and other internal company documents provided by Twitter CEO Elon Musk, have shown that federal law enforcement policed content on the platform and asked executives to remove certain posts. Even before the New York Post released the now-infamous October 2020 article, which included evidence that Hunter Biden introduced his father to a Ukrainian businessman, FBI officials pressured Twitter management to censor the story.

Indeed, there existed “an organized effort by representatives of the intelligence community” aimed at “senior executives at news and social media companies” to discredit “leaked information about Hunter Biden before and after it was published,” according to independent journalist Michael Shellenberger.

The FBI also paid Twitter more than $3.4 million for their “legal process response,” apparently referencing the time Twitter executives spent coordinating with the agency. Let’s Talk About Joe Biden’s Millionth Embarrassing Gaffe

In Biden’s latest dementia-fueled claims, he got several things wrong.

First, he confused First Lady Jill Biden’s father for her grandfather, then he claimed his uncle received the Purple Heart, and then exaggerated trips he took to Afghanistan and Iraq.

On top of all of that, Biden belittled the Irish culture.

Non-binary Ex-Biden Nuke Official Sam Brinton Told ‘Stay Out of Trouble’ by Judge

The former Biden Department of Energy official charged with stealing a woman’s suitcase was told by a judge on Wednesday to “stay out of trouble” during a court appearance in Las Vegas. ​

Bail for Sam Brinton, who is non-binary and uses ​they/them pronouns, was set at $15,000 on a felony grand larceny charge for allegedly swiping a $320 piece of luggage in July at Harry Reid International Airport.

Cash bond had already been posted and Brinton was not held after being processed on the charge.

Judge Joe Bonaventure told them to “stay out of trouble” as a condition of the bail, according to KLAS-TV.

Left-Wing Group Pleads With Biden to Not Run Again In 2024: ‘Don’t Run Joe’ (VIDEO)

A left-wing group is making headlines for pleading with President Joe Biden not to run again for a second term in 2024.

RootsAction published a nationwide ad called “Don’t Run Joe,” across New Hampshire addressing concerns that Biden’s approval rating is too low to beat out former President Trump and Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla) should he decide to run.

Although the group, which has defined itself as a “progressive group that helped defeat Trump,” is not advocating for a Republican in the White House, they fear if Biden ran again, Americans wouldn’t vote for him.

In the progressive ad, a voter is heard saying “we can’t afford to lose the White House to a Republican who could defeat status-quo Joe,” while another says “it’s critical that we don’t allow a Republican to win the White House in 2024.”

“With his low popularity, it’s too much of a gamble,” another voter said.

Biden Completely Falls Apart in Battle With Teleprompter in Front of African Leaders (VIDEO)

[Joe Biden] spoke during another part of the Summit, the U.S. Africa Business Forum. To say it didn’t go well would probably be an understatement. You would think that they would have him review speeches before he gives them, given his inability to understand what he is saying or sound coherent. But that surely wasn’t the case with these remarks. It looked not only like he had no idea what he was saying, but that he couldn’t see what the teleprompter said, despite it being huge. So he just made a complete mess of it.

The Prosper Africa Deal Room is a virtual room — a U.S. government initiative — where people work to hook up deals between Africa and U.S. businesses. It started under President Donald Trump, not Joe Biden. But if you listen to Joe talk about it, I’m not sure he has any idea what it is when we listen to what he says here. But he’ll surely take credit for it.

“That sounds like something we shouldn’t be saying, you know, Prosper Africa Deal Room,” Biden said. “I kept asking, ‘Where’s the Deal Room?’ I think I’m looking at it.” If there’s anyone who knows about backroom deals, it probably would be Joe Biden.

How long has COVID been around now? Most of us stopped paying attention to it long ago. But Joe Biden is still talking about it, except even after all this time, he’s still having issues with it.

But then you start seeing the fight with the teleprompter, as he leans to his left to try to see it better. But it doesn’t work, as he trips all over himself because he doesn’t know what he’s saying.

About the Non-Binary Drag Queen Biden Invited to the White House…

A day following the departure of thieving non-binary Biden official Sam Brinton from the U.S. Department of Energy, President Joe Biden invited another non-binary drag queen to the White House who advocates that drag is “for children.”

The president and First Lady Jill Biden welcomed “drag artist” Marti G. Cummings, who uses “they/them” pronouns, to attend Tuesday’s signing ceremony of the Respect for Marriage Act. In return, Cummings thanked the Bidens across social media for the warm reception and shared the White House invitation “request[ing] the pleasure of your company.”

Cummings, a Drag Queen Story Hour performer, once performed in full drag dancing in a skimpy outfit and singing “Baby Shark” on a bar counter to a small toddler-aged child, as seen in a viral video Cummings shared in a March 2019 tweet.

“When a 2 year old comes to brunch you perform baby shark for them!!!” Cummings wrote. . .

Biden’s America: President Invites Drag Queen To Attend Bill Signing at the White House

President Joe Biden invited drag queen Marti G. Cummings to attend the signing of the Respect for Marriage Act at the White House.

Both the House of Representatives and the Senate have greenlit the legislation, which enshrines same-sex marriage protections into federal law in accordance with the Supreme Court’s opinion in Obergefell v. Hodges. Democratic lawmakers recruited 39 Republicans in the lower chamber and 10 in the upper chamber to support the bill, which is expected to be signed into law on Tuesday.

Cummings shared a screenshot of the White House invitation on social media and expressed thankfulness toward the Biden administration.

Trump or Biden in 2024? Americans — Neither!

. . .Pollsters with the CNBC All-America Economic Survey asked if President Joe Biden or former President Donald Trump should run again. The resounding answer for both: No.

The survey found that 61% of the public thinks Trump should not run again (even though he has already announced his bid). And even more (70%) said Biden shouldn’t run for a second term — just 19% want him to go again.

For Trump, 37% of Republicans don’t want him to run again; 61% of independents and 88% of Democrats agree.

Again, worse for Biden: 57% of Democrats said No Joe in ’24, along with 66% of independents and 86% of Republicans.

The poll found that 47% of those who don’t think Biden should run cited age as a major reason, including 61% of Democrats and 66% of seniors, CNBC reported.
