DHS Building 455K Fence Around Biden Property Despite Halting Border Wall Construction

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is building a nearly half a million dollar security fence around Democrat President Joe Biden’s beach home in Delaware.

The move comes after the administration halted construction of the border wall on the U.S.-Mexico border and has canceled contracts related to the wall’s construction, which comes as the administration’s policies have been blamed for causing a historic flood of illegal immigration into the U.S. through the southern border.

The New York Post reported:

In September, the department awarded a contract of $456,548 to Turnstone Holdings LLC for “PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF SECURITY FENCING AT 32 FARVIEW, REHOBOTH DELAWARE,” according to USAspending.gov, an online database tracking federal government spending. The contract started Sept. 21 and is expected to end Dec. 31. Construction of the fence is expected to end by that date.

The DHS is listed as the main awarding and funding office of the contract while the US Secret Service is listed as the subagency. Additional information and details about the fence have not been publicly released.

WATCH: Biden Town Hall Prompts Mockery, ‘Beavis and Butthead’ Comparisons; Crowd Laughs as President Becomes Confused Mid Sentence; ‘Let’s Go, Brandon’ Goes to Washington

By New York Post. President Biden is being dragged on social media after a moment in his CNN town hall performance that has users comparing him to the cartoon “Beavis and Butthead.”

While listening to a question from CNN’s Anderson Cooper, Biden stood on the stage with his arms bent in front of him and fists closed. Dozens of netizens took to Twitter sharing an image of Biden in the position along with a picture of Beavis, who is known for the trademark jittery pose.

“Biden is straight comedy! Uhhhh Beavis……” former Australian NBA player Andrew Bogut tweeted with a laughing face emoji.

Social media personality and commentator Mike Cernovich tweeted a video of Biden with his arms bent and asked, “What is Biden doing?”

Dozens of Twitter users flooded Cernovich’s replies, making the comparison between the president and the cartoon character.

CNN’s Townhall Crowd Audibly Giggles as Biden Becomes Confused Mid Sentence

By Daily Caller. Members of the audience at CNN’s Thursday town hall could be heard laughing when President Joe Biden appeared to lose his train of thought.

Biden was giving an answer to moderator Anderson Cooper about the Democrats’ plan to expand Medicare – making it so that the program would cover dental, vision and hearing – and he pivoted mid-sentence, apparently trying to reel himself back in.

“One of the other things that Democrats are looking to do is to expand Medicare to include dental, vision, and hearing as well,” Cooper began, asking whether those three items would survive the negotiations going on within the Democratic Party. ‘Let’s Go, Brandon’ Goes to Washington

By Breitbart. Congressman Bill Posey (R-FL) criticized the Biden administration’s economic agenda on the House floor on Thursday and ended the speech by saying, “Let’s go, Brandon,” which is a nod to the popular anti-Biden chant.

“Based on the false promise that he would unify America, President Biden got into the Oval Office,” Rep. Posey said. “And my friends on the other side of the aisle gained a razor-thin majority in the House and Senate.”

[Warning: tweet contains explicit language.]

“But you know, we know, we all know, everybody knows the unification promise was a lie, and your majority is going to be short-lived,” he added. “So you must feel compelled to rush through a radical agenda before the midterms.”

Posey finished by saying that Americans want Democrats “to help put America back where you found it and leave it the hell alone. Let’s go, Brandon!” (Read more from “‘Let’s Go, Brandon’ Goes to Washington” HERE)

State Department Says 363 Americans Still Trapped in Afghanistan; Biden Admin Lied Claiming Only 100 Left Behind After Botched Withdrawal

At least 363 Americans are still trapped in Afghanistan — far above the administration’s initial estimate — weeks after the Biden administration’s botched withdrawal from the jihadist-controlled country, according to the State Department.

The State Department reportedly relayed the information to congressional staff Thursday, admitting it is in contact with 363 Americans stranded in Afghanistan. Of those, 176 reportedly want to come home.

This figure is far greater than the estimate offered by Secretary of State Antony Blinken last month, insisting that roughly 100 Americans were left in the country.

“We believe the number of those who have American citizenship, many of them dual-nationals, who remain in Afghanistan is somewhere around a hundred,” he told reporters in Qatar in September, claiming the department to be in “direct contact with virtually all of them.”

“We are working around the clock to help U.S. citizens, to help lawful permanent residents, to help at-risk Afghans to whom we have a special commitment depart Afghanistan if they so choose,” he said at the time, claiming that they had “successfully done that already.”

Patience With Biden Wearing Thin Among Black Leaders

Black voters and activists are increasingly frustrated with Democrats and the Biden administration in the wake of the party’s latest failure to advance voting rights legislation.

In his first days in office, President Biden signed a flurry of executive orders to advance equity throughout every aspect of the federal government, but his campaign promises were far loftier, and Democrats have struggled to make good on them.

Now, after nine months during which not a single voting rights bill made it to the president’s desk, pressure is mounting on Biden to turn things around as projections for next year’s midterms start to look bleak for Democrats.

NAACP President and CEO Derrick Johnson delivered a stark warning to Biden in a statement released after a failed cloture vote on the Freedom to Vote Act Wednesday afternoon: “Don’t forget that Black voters landed a victory for this President and this Congress, so don’t fail us again.”

White House principal deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre acknowledged Thursday that there have been setbacks with both voting legislation and police reform talks, but she highlighted other ways the administration is advancing policies important to the Black community. 30% Of Americans Struggling To Eat Due to Biden-Flation

Three of 10 Americans are missing meals because of the high prices of food – the result of inflation that the Biden administration has been unable to control, according to a new poll.

Zogby Analytics said 29.3% of respondents said “yes” to the question, “Because of the Biden administration’s inability to control inflation, has the increased cost of food resulted in you or your family having to skip meals?”

So far, 65.7% said, that hasn’t happened to them.

“There is no shortage of crises today. We’re on the verge of so many disruptions environmentally, politically, and economically that it’s hard to keep track,” the Zogby analysis said. “While we struggle to get COVID under control, clear supply chains, control energy costs, and fill millions of open jobs, there is another crisis lurking in the shadows that might be affecting more people than once thought.”

The report continued, “Food insecurity is becoming increasingly too familiar these days. As the gap between the ‘haves’ and ‘have nots’ widens, more and more Americans are finding it harder to meet ends daily. Economists and advocacy groups are sounding the alarm bells as food insecurity is on the rise in U.S. To compound matters, rising food prices are not helping the situation. Families are missing meals because their paychecks do not go as far as they once did a few years ago. The middle class is being hollowed out by inflation. We asked voters if they felt the Biden Administration’s failure to control inflation had caused them or family members to miss meals because of the increased cost of food prices, and the results were shocking.” (Read more from “30% Of Americans Struggling To Eat Due to Biden-Flation” HERE)

WATCH: Biden Tells Fake Amtrak Conductor Story for Fourth Time Since Taking Office; Biden Lies, Claims He Brought Country Back From Brink of Financial Collapse

By New York Post. President Biden on Wednesday told a false story — for the fourth time since taking office — about an Amtrak conductor named Angelo Negri who supposedly boasted about his train ridership during his final year as vice president.

Negri retired from Amtrak in 1993 and died in May 2014, CNN reported in June — making it impossible for Negri to have spoken with Biden during his final year as VP, which would have been in 2016 or the first month of 2017.

The president retold the tale, which he called “a true story,” in Scranton, Pa., to underscore his commitment to the passenger rail service, which would gain additional funding in the Senate-passed $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill.

Biden attempted an Italian American accent to mimic Negri saying, “Joey, baby!” as a prelude to arguing that the then-vice president had traveled more miles on Amtrak than on Air Force flights.

“I guess it was seven years into — to my tenure as vice president,” Biden said Wednesday.

Fact Check: Biden Claims He Brought Country Back From Brink of Financial Collapse

By Breitbart. CLAIM: “Under my Administration, we’ve gone from the brink of financial collapse to historic job growth. We have a lot of work to do still – but this is progress,” President Joe Biden tweeted Thursday.

Verdict: False. . .

The economy was not on the brink of financial collapse when Biden took office. Real Gross Domestic Product grew at an annualized rate of 33.4 percent in the third quarter of 2020 as the economy rebounded from the brief but sharp recession that straddled the first and second quarters. It grew at a 4.3 percent in the fourth quarter. In the first quarter of this year, the economy grew at a 6.4 percent rate. In the second quarter, the economy grew 6.6 percent. It has since slowed dramatically, with the Conference Board estimating an annual rate of 3.5 percent. Here Are the Latest Goods To See Prices Spike Due to Biden-Flation

Is it still a high-class problem? The Biden administration’s take on the global supply chain crisis and rising inflation have shown what happens when insulated rich liberals take over Washington. They don’t know real people. They’re not in touch with normal Americans. . .I guess we little people don’t need toilet paper, paper towels, razor blades, toothbrushes, or toothpaste. That’s a high-class issue, right (via NY Post):

The maker of Crest toothpaste and Tide laundry detergent said it would raise prices — again — joining a list of US manufacturers passing the rising cost of raw goods onto consumers. . .

P&G said Tuesday it would hike prices on a host of beauty, oral care and grooming goods, which include Gillette razors, Oil of Olay creams and Oral-B toothbrushes.

That’s after warning this spring that it would be forced to hike prices on its paper-based products, which include Pampers diapers, Bounty paper towels and Tampax tampons.

Everything OK Joe? Unhinged Biden Goes off in Scranton

President Joe Biden appeared frustrated Wednesday that his agenda was stalled in Congress, raising his voice during a speech in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

“What are we doing?” Biden asked after telling a story about parents driving their cars to McDonalds to get internet access during the coronavirus pandemic to do online schooling.

“This is the United States of America, dammit!” Biden shouted. “What are we doing?” . . .

The president mocked former President Donald Trump for failing to pass infrastructure spending.

“Last four years you’d hear every month is, you know, infrastructure month,” Biden says. “Didn’t do a single damn thing. Nothing. I mean, nothing for four years.” (Read more from “Everything OK Joe? Unhinged Biden Goes off in Scranton” HERE)

Psaki’s Fresh Lie About Biden Throws President’s Media Aversion Into the Spotlight (VIDEO)

White House press secretary Jen Psaki claimed Monday that President Joe Biden’s administration always worked to get the press “more access,” but their actions have told a different story.

Psaki, addressing a question about press access when President Biden meets with Pope Francis at the Vatican, claimed that Biden’s ability to take questions on foreign trips often depended on the rules set forth by the host country.

“Often, it is the conditions or the – of what that country or what that entity proposes, and we always work for more access, we always fight for more access as we travel around the world,” Psaki said.

But in practice, the Biden administration — and the president himself — appears to avoid the press at every turn.

And the trend has been going on for months. When Biden has given public statements, he has often walked away without taking any questions.

President Biden’s Approval Rating Plummets Even Further

President Joe Biden’s approval rating continues to fall, with 37 percent of Americans approving the job he is doing, according to a Quinnipiac poll released on Tuesday.

While only 37 percent of Americans approve of Biden’s job performance, 52 percent disapprove. The numbers are similar when asked about their opinion of the presi

Only 38 percent of Americans report a favorable opinion of Biden, whereas 50 percent have an unfavorable opinion.

Biden’s approval numbers have drastically declined since his botched Afghanistan pullout at the end of August. The last time Biden’s approval rating was positive was in the days leading up to the August 31 Afghanistan withdrawal. Federal vaccine mandates and a looming supply chain crisis have likely contributed to Biden’s declining numbers.
