Biden Administration: On a Collision Course with National Disaster

If I were leading President Joe Biden’s central committee and my goal were to destroy America as founded and ensure that it lose its distinction as the world’s freest and most powerful nation, I doubt I could concoct a superior strategy than adopting the Biden administration’s message and policy agenda.

The administration is creating total societal chaos, fomenting disorder and undermining the rule of law at every turn. As the first duty of government is to protect and defend its citizens, we might be alarmed to consider that the administration is engaged in a multipronged strategy to do the opposite. It is shrinking our military, which defends against foreign threats. It is at war with law enforcement, which ensures domestic tranquility, and it is destroying our southern border. It is systematically destroying our liberty and prosperity. . .

While our Democrat-controlled cities are descending into craven crime centers, much of the Democratic Party is doubling down on the police-bashing-and-defunding policies that created this anarchy. Their inflammatory racial rhetoric is obliterating race relations in the cities and harming most the people they pretend to protect. Almost laughably, their leaders are now pretending they aren’t the ones who clamored for defunding, exposing themselves as liars and revealing they now realize how utterly ludicrous their policies have been. . .

While our border is a now a Biden-charged magnet for the infusion of millions of illegal aliens, Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris brazenly attempt to blame it on former President Donald Trump and daftly suggest we explore “root causes” for the mass migration, as if we don’t know the exact, direct and proximate cause of this disaster and as if we can solve this by throwing money at liberty-deprived and corrupt nations. Does anyone really believe the reckless nonsense our pseudo-leaders are mouthing? Have they no shame, self-awareness or capacity for embarrassment? . . .

I know I’m not the only one who feels this way and who is seeing this nightmare with eyes wide open. In fact, I’d bet that most Americans sense something is drastically wrong and that this nation is rapidly slipping away right before our eyes as we squander the legacy of liberty bequeathed to us by preceding generations of patriots who toiled and bled to secure and preserve for themselves and us the things that we once knew matter most.

Federal Judge Slaps Down Biden’s Move to Limit States’ Tax Cuts

A federal judge ruled that a provision in President Biden’s $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief law limiting states from cutting taxes is unconstitutional.

U.S. District Judge Douglas Cole issued the permanent injunction requested by Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, a Republican who argued the administration was trying to impose a “tax mandate” on states.

“The Biden administration reached too far, seized too much and got its hand slapped,” Mr. Yost said. “This is a monumental win for the preservation of the U.S. Constitution — the separation of powers is real, and it exists for a reason.”

Mr. Yost had filed a lawsuit against the Treasury Department and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, saying that the provision in the Democrats’ $1.9 trillion “American Rescue Plan” barring states from using the federal aid to offset tax cuts “directly or indirectly” is unconstitutional. Joe Attended Hunter Biden’s Meetings with Mexican Business Partners

At some point the Biden White House will have to confront evidence of the president’s involvement in his son Hunter’s shady overseas business dealings.

Joe Biden insists he never knew a thing about Hunter’s lucrative deals in countries where he wielded influence as vice president.

But evidence abounds on Hunter’s abandoned laptop of Joe’s involvement.

For instance, Joe invited Hunter’s foreign associates to breakfast meetings at his vice-presidential residence and to his office in the White House, the laptop shows. He took his son on Air Force Two to countries where Hunter was doing deals, and on at least one occasion, included one of Hunter’s business partners on the trip.

Tucker Carlson: We’ve Confirmed the Biden Administration Is Spying on Us!

Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson, host of the most-watched cable news show in the United States as of just weeks ago, confirmed Monday to his audience that the National Security Agency of the Biden administration has been spying on him electronically. . .

He charged that it appears to be an attempt to gather some sort of information that could be used to take his show off the air.

Tucker, long a critic of the Biden administration, said, “We heard from a whistleblower within the U.S. government who reached out to warn us that the NSA, the National Security Agency, is monitoring our electronic communications and is planning to leak them in an attempt to take the show off the air.

“Now that’s a shocking claim and ordinarily we’d be skeptical of it. It is illegal for the NSA to spy on American citizens. It’s a crime. It’s not a third world country. Things like that should not happen in America, but unfortunately they do happen. And in this case they did happen,” Carlson confirmed.

Georgia Official Calls Biden’s Voting Lawsuit a ‘Political Stunt,’ Says State Will ‘Prevail’ in Court (VIDEO)

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said the Biden administration is using the state as a “whooping post,” calling the Justice Department’s lawsuit against its new voting law a “political stunt” and expressing confidence that the measure will “prevail” in court.

During an exclusive interview with Fox News, Raffensperger reacted to the Justice Department’s move to file a lawsuit challenging several provisions of Georgia’s new voting law.

“We fully intend to meet them and beat them when we get to a court of law,” Raffensperger told Fox News. “We have truth on our side.”

Georgia’s new law requires voter ID for absentee voting rather than relying on signature matching for verification, limiting ballot drop boxes to one per county or one per 100,000 voters, expanded early voting days, and standardized early voting hours to a minimum of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and a maximum of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The legislation also barred outside groups from passing out food and water to those in line, which Republicans say can be used as a method to illegally influence people waiting to vote.

The law also handed more election authority to the GOP-controlled state legislature. It states that the General Assembly is to select the chair of the state elections board, rather than the board being chaired by the Georgia secretary of state. Poll: 80% See Border Disaster, Want Trump Closure Restored, Reject Teaching Critical Race Theory

The Biden administration is failing big time with its inability to control illegal immigration, adding it to one of several issues that could doom Democrats if left unchecked.

In a new Harvard/Harris poll, an overwhelming 80% said that illegal immigration is a serious issue and one that needs more attention than what President Joe Biden or Vice President Kamala Harris are giving.

What’s more, 68% said that signals from Biden’s White House are encouraging illegal immigration, and 55% believe that former President Donald Trump’s border closing policies should have been left in place.

Pollster Mark Penn sized up the results this way: “Immigration is boiling up as an issue.”

Add it to increasing voter concerns about inflation, taxes, and the critical race theory controversy, and this could be a summer of woe for Democrats. “These are not good numbers for Democrats,” said an adviser to House Republicans. Biden Nominee Is an Ecoterrorist Who Demanded Chinese-Style Child Cap

President Joe Biden’s Bureau of Land Management (BLM) nominee, Tracy Stone-Manning, is an ecoterrorist who demanded Americans undergo population control in the name of environmental stewardship.

According to the Daily Caller Thursday, Stone-Manning featured a shirtless American baby in an ad for her graduate thesis declaring the child an “environmental hazard.” . . .

“Can you spot the environmental hazard in this photo?” the ad’s headline asked. “That’s right, it’s the cute baby. Americans believe that overpopulation is only a problem somewhere else in the world. But it’s a problem here too.” . . .

“The earth is only so big, and we can tap into it only so often. In America, we tap in often and hard,” Stone-Manning wrote. “When we overpopulate, the earth notices it more. Stop at two. It could be the best thing you do for the planet.”

Biden Admin Pressured to Embrace COVID Passports

Health experts are calling on the Biden administration to do more to encourage and promote the use of vaccine mandates and passports.

So far, the White House has stayed out of what they view as an issue for private employers.

The Biden administration has repeatedly said vaccine passports won’t be implemented at the federal level but has not discouraged individual companies from making the personal choice of implementing one.

Officials have also shied away from using mandates among federal employees or among military forces.

“If a company, a business wants to take steps to keep their workers and their passengers safe, I would think that, from a government perspective, we want to do everything we can to encourage that,” Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg said recently. Kamala Harris Doesn’t Actually Visit Border, Says Nothing of Substance, Leaves — It Was All Theater

Kamala Harris went to the border Friday for the first time as vice president, some three months after President Joe Biden put her in charge of the ongoing (and worsening) migrant crisis. . .

But it doesn’t really matter where the vice president goes, or when. Her trip to El Paso, like her trip to Mexico and Guatemala, is pure theater. As soon as Harris’s plane landed, the show began. Asked on the tarmac why she decided now was the right time to make her first trip to the border as vice president, Harris repeated the awkwardly obvious lie that she has “been to the border many times,” before regurgitating the absurd talking points that she had to go to Central America first to understand the “root causes” of migration.

Things didn’t improve from there. For one thing, Harris didn’t even go to the actual border. She visited a Border Patrol station about nine miles from the Rio Grande, talked to some immigration activists and legal service providers, posed for press photos back at the airport, and departed for Los Angeles before 1 p.m. Even the choice of El Paso was pure theatrics. Instead of going to the epicenter of the crisis, on the other end of Texas in the Rio Grande Valley, Harris reportedly chose El Paso because that’s where the Trump administration first implemented its short-lived family separation policy. Politics, not the harsh realities on the border, was her motivation.

None of this comes as a surprise. By now we’ve come to expect cursory and substance-less border theatrics from this administration, along with reckless policy decisions like ending the “Remain in Mexico” program, which probably did more than anything else to stave off the migrant surge that was unleashed when Biden signed the order. By New York Post. . .Vice President Kamala Harris appeared to remind President Biden to mention the deadly South Florida condo collapse before leaving a White House event Thursday.

Biden had given remarks on infrastructure and taken questions from the press on that issue as well as voting rights. He then attempted to wrap up by telling reporters “I’ve got to get to a helicopter” before Harris approached.

The president and vice president exchanged a brief, whispered conversation that concluded with Harris saying, “Florida, yeah.”

“Oh, yes. I apologize,” Biden said, turning back to the microphone as Harris retreated out of camera view. “Yes, thank you, Madame Vice President.”

Florida Condo Collapse: At Least 1 Dead, Nearly 100 Unaccounted For

By USA Today. Nearly 100 people remain unaccounted for Friday morning, a day after a 12-story beachfront condominium building just north of Miami collapsed, killing at least one person.

A wing of the residential building in Surfside, Florida, came down with a roar around 1:30 a.m. Thursday. On video footage captured from nearby, the center of the building appeared to fall first, with a section nearest the ocean teetering and coming down seconds later as a huge dust cloud swallowed the neighborhood.

Fire Rescue personnel and others worked through the night Thursday in hopes of finding survivors.

Early Friday, President Joe Biden declared a state of emergency authorizing funding and other disaster relief to Surfside, a small, tight-knit community with about 6,000 residents.

Residents screamed for help as they sought to flee the building , and some were plucked from the building by firefighters using ladders. Surfside Mayor Charles Burkett confirmed that at least one person had died but warned the death toll was likely to rise. Security Footage Shows Florida Condo Being Pelted With Debris Moments Before Collapse

By New York Post. A resident of the partially collapsed 12-story beachfront Florida condo shared dramatic home security footage of her apartment, seconds before the building gave way.

Rosie Santana’s life was likely spared because she was not at her condo at the moment of collapse Thursday morning, the woman tweeted.

White hail-like debris from the collapsing structure can be seen and heard pelting her living room, before the camera abruptly went dark after 13 seconds.

“I am a resident of one of the condos on the side of the collapse,” Santana wrote, less than three hours after the 1:30 a.m. catastrophe.
