Biden Admin Finally Admits the Chaos It Created at the Border, Announces Plan for Border Wall

After years of refusing to take responsibility for the border crisis it created, the Biden Administration is stressing an “immediate need” for a border wall to stem the thousands of illegal migrants pouring into the U.S. daily.

On Wednesday, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas called for a wall to be built along the Texas border despite condemning the use of such barriers in the past.

The DHS posted an announcement on the U.S. Federal Register outlining construction in Starr County in the Rio Grande Valley Sector, citing “high illegal entry.”

The post noted that there have been over 245,000 migrant encounters in the sector this fiscal year.

Mayorkas declared that there is an “acute and immediate need” to waive 26 federal laws, including the Clean Air Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, and Endangered Species Act, so that physical barriers and roads can be built “in the vicinity of the border of the United States in order to prevent unlawful entries into the United States in the project areas pursuant to sections 102(a) and 102(b) of [the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996].” (Read more from “Biden Admin Finally Admits the Chaos It Created at the Border” HERE)

OUTRAGE REPORT: Biden ‘Kicks, Punches’ His Dogs (VIDEO)

If there’s one thing most Americans not named Michael Vick can agree on, it’s not to abuse dogs. But somebody needs to tell that to Presidentish Joe Biden, whose approval rating was already in the toilet even before today’s Judicial Watch revelation.

The conservative watchdog — no pun intended — has filed a Freedom of Information Act suit against the Secret Service regarding reports of multiple bite attacks by the First Dog, Commander.

The dog reportedly has been removed from the White House after its most recent attack on a Secret Service agent and other White House staff. According to a Judicial Watch source, President Biden has mistreated his dogs. Judicial Watch has learned he has punched and kicked his dogs.

Last week, I came across a brief Twitter video that alleged to show Biden kicking Commander, but since it was impossible to tell if POTUS was just nudging his dog or whether the video was faked, I didn’t share it. With today’s news, here’s the clip so you can judge for yourself.

Biden Admin Secretly Worried About Corruption in Ukraine: Report

President Joe Biden’s administration is reportedly secretly worried about corruption in Ukraine despite putting on brave face for the public over the situation.

Politico obtained a confidential U.S. strategy document in which U.S. officials discuss objectives that they have for helping Ukraine “root out malfeasance and otherwise reform an array of Ukrainian sectors,” the report said.

The document warns that corruption in the country could cause nations to pull their support from the country as it battles the Russian military.

The report said that the administration wants to “press Ukraine to cut graft, not least because U.S. dollars are at stake.”

The administration is reportedly concerned about being too loud about pressuring Ukraine to tackle its corruption issues because they are worried Republicans will use the issue to cut back funding to Ukraine which could then spark other countries to do the same. Exposed: Wires to Hunter From Beijing; Bidens Claimed They Didn’t Get ‘One Cent’

Hunter Biden denied receiving “one cent” from his family’s deal with BHR Partners associate Jonathan Li, a video from October 2019 shows.

In the summer of 2019, Hunter Biden received two wires totaling $260,000 originating from BHR Partners associates, including Li, that listed President Joe Biden’s Delaware home as the beneficiary address for the funds, the House Oversight Committee revealed this week. The fund is bankrolled by the Bank of China.

Months after receiving the bank wires in 2019, Hunter Biden told ABC News he did not receive one penny from Li. . .

“Have you received any money from that business dealing?” an ABC News reporter asked Hunter Biden. . .

“Not one cent,” Hunter Biden claimed.

House GOP Signals Classified Docs of Interest in Biden Impeachment Inquiry

House Republicans signaled that President Joe Biden‘s handling of classified documents is pertinent to their impeachment inquiry into allegations of corruption.

Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH), chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, broached the ongoing criminal investigation into the Biden documents matter during the first impeachment hearing held by the House Oversight Committee on Thursday.

The congressman invoked the impeachment inquiry scope memo released by House Republicans late Wednesday evening, which he said “indicates” the clarified materials are “relevant.” In the 30-page document, there is a footnote linked to a section exploring the question of whether Biden abused his power to impede the criminal investigation into his son Hunter.

“For example, the Oversight Committee has requested information regarding the classified materials discovered in the President’s home — where his son has resided during the time period relevant to this investigation — and personal office, but the White House has provided no information to the Committee regarding the contents of or its full approach towards those documents,” the footnote said. James Biden Admits to FBI: Family Tried to Help Chinese Firm Buy U.S. Energy Assets

James Biden, brother of President Joe Biden, confirmed to the FBI last year that his family tried to help CEFC China Energy Co. purchase a U.S. liquid natural gas facility in Louisiana, according to documents released Wednesday by the House Ways and Means Committee.

CEFC, closely linked to the CCP and Chinese President Xi Jinping, was chaired by Ye Jianming, an associate of Hunter Biden. James Biden told the FBI he personally met once with Jianming about CEFC’s interest in acquiring the liquid natural gas facility.

“James B noted that RHB portrayed CEFC to him as Chairman Ye was a protégé of President Xi,” FBI agents noted in a memo.

“James B recalled that the life changing meeting was the deal with Monkey Island. Monkey Island was off the coast of Louisiana near the Gulf of Mexico. James B stated that there was room for a port to be developed and that the properties were pre-approved,” the FBI memo said. “The island was 50-100 miles from the Gulf of Mexico and that there was a clear passage to offload and load gas. Democrats Fake Trump-Zelensky Phone Call, Again, in First Impeachment Hearing

Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) repeated a fake version of the infamous 2019 Trump-Zelensky phone call in the first impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden at the House Oversight and Accountability Committee Thursday.

Raskin, the ranking minority member of the committee, claimed in his opening statement that the entire inquiry was a recapitulation of claims of corruption made by Republicans in 2019, of which he said there was no evidence.

In the process, Raskin claimed that Trump associates traveled to Ukraine to dig up dirt on Joe Biden, which he said “culminated in the infamous phone call that then-President [Donald] Trump made to Ukrainian President [Volodymyr] Zelensky, in which Trump threatened to withhold hundreds of billions of dollars in economic, strategic, and military security assistance to Ukraine unless Zelensky embraced their ridiculous fabrication and falsely advertised to the world that Ukraine was investigating Joe Biden.”

Raskin’s version of events repeats a fake version of the phone call, which Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) performed when he conducted his 2019 impeachment inquiry into Trump, and which formed the basis for Democrats’ subsequent arguments for impeaching and removing Trump.

But the transcript of the call, declassified and released by Trump, did not include any threats to withhold aid at all. Nor did it include any “quid pro quo” in which the president made aid conditional on any investigation of Biden. Banana Republic: DOJ Investigators Ordered to ‘Remove Any Reference’ to Joe Biden in FARA Warrant

An email released Wednesday by the House Ways and Means Committee shows Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf ordered investigators in August 2020 to remove any reference to “Political Figure 1” from a search warrant. A document subsequently released showed that President Joe Biden is “Political Figure 1.”

“As a priority, someone needs to redraft attachment B,” Wolf wrote in an email. “I am not sure what this is cut and pasted from but other than the attribution location, and identity stuff at the end, none of it is appropriate and within the scope of this warrant.”

“Please focus on FARA [Foreign Agents Registration Act] evidence only. There should be nothing about Political Figure 1 in here,” she added.

A second document the committee released Wednesday showed “Political Figure 1” is “Former Vice President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr.”

The document says:

VP BIDEN is currently the Democratic Party Presidential candidate for the United States and served as the 47th officeholder for the position of the Office of the Vice President of the United States (VPOTUS) in the Barack Obama Administration from January 20, 2009 to January 20, 2017. He is the father of SUBJECT 1.

Biden Impeachment: Managers Outline Plan of Attack to Take Down President

House Republican leaders released an outline of their plan to carry out an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.

Shortly after the second GOP presidential debate, James Comer (R-KY), Jim Jordan (R-OH), and Jason Smith (R-MO) shared a memo explaining the rationale and evidence for attempting to impeach Biden.

“The purpose of this inquiry—and at this stage, it is just that, an inquiry—is to determine whether sufficient grounds exist for the Committees to draft articles of impeachment against President Biden for consideration by the full House,” the chairmen wrote. “This impeachment inquiry will enable the Committees to gather information necessary to assess whether President Biden has engaged in impeachable conduct.”

Republicans opened several investigations into the president and his son, Hunter Biden, as soon as they gained control of the House and won leadership of various committees in 2022. Since then, the Committee on Oversight and Accountability, the Committee on the Judiciary, and the Committee on Ways and Means have revealed several allegations of corruption, bribery, and fraud involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and his son.

The primary foundations for the House’s impeachment inquiry, which House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) announced earlier this month, are that the Biden family and its business associates have received millions from foreign sources, that Joe Biden was personally involved in his family’s business dealings, and that the president lied about his involvement. Biden Team Live-Tweets GOP Debate Even as Corporate Media Says He’s Not Paying Attention to It

President Joe Biden’s official Twitter account commented on the GOP debate Wednesday despite reports saying he was not paying attention to the event.

Biden re-posted a tweet from his campaign that had a clip of Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida criticizing former President Donald Trump for not attending Wednesday’s Republican presidential debate that aired on Fox Business Network. The Associated Press reported that Biden turned his attention to Trump at a series of fundraisers where he claimed Trump and his supporters were “determined to destroy American democracy.” . . .

Trump holds a 42.2% lead over DeSantis among Republican primary voters in the Real Clear Politics average of polls from September 14 though September 26, drawing 56.6% of the vote, compared to 14.4% for the Florida governor.
