Whaddya Know? Trump Was Right About Biden Family Corruption All Along

“The president should be held accountable,” then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said on Sept, 24, 2019, just short of four years ago, opening a formal impeachment inquiry into then-President Donald Trump over a telephone call he made to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who had just been elected president of Ukraine. “No one is above the law.”

Mrs. Pelosi initiated the impeachment investigation without a formal vote on the House floor by her colleagues, worried that she may put some of her swing-district members in peril on what amounted to flimsy evidence (a secondhand account from a whistleblower in the intelligence community who was not even on Mr. Trump’s call) to mount a historically partisan inquiry to oust a duly elected president.

Democrats at the time, drenched in self-adulation and righteousness, argued that if they didn’t move forward in impeaching Mr. Trump over reports he pressured Ukraine to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden on corruption allegations, they would be betraying, in the words of Rep. John Lewis, the civil rights icon, “the foundation of our democracy.” (Read more from “Whaddya Know? Trump Was Right About Biden Family Corruption All Along” HERE)

House Announces Formal Impeachment Inquiry Against President Biden; Video Shows John Fetterman’s Over-The-Top Reaction to Biden Impeachment Inquiry

By Fox News. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy on Tuesday said House Republicans have “uncovered serious and credible allegations into President Biden’s conduct” that will serve as the basis of an impeachment inquiry.

“Today, I am directing our House committees to open a formal impeachment inquiry into President Joe,” McCarthy announced in a statement at the Capitol Tuesday. “This logical next step will give our committees the full power to gather all the facts and answers for the American public.”

The speaker said House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., will lead the inquiry in coordination with House Oversight Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, and Ways & Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith, R-Mo.

McCarthy spoke for only roughly three minutes and did not take questions from reporters. He made no mention of holding a floor vote before opening the impeachment inquiry, despite telling Breitbart earlier this month it would happen “through a vote on the floor of the People’s House and not through a declaration by one person.”

He listed allegations of “abuse of power, obstruction and corruption” made against Biden by several GOP-led committees who have been investigating the president. (Read more from “House Announces Formal Impeachment Inquiry Against President Biden” HERE)

Video Shows John Fetterman’s Over-The-Top Reaction to Biden Impeachment Inquiry

By Daily Caller. Democratic Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman had an over-the-top reaction Tuesday to the announcement of an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.

The senator was walking alongside an aide in a brick building, and someone off-camera asked him about his thoughts on the announcement, video footage posted to Twitter shows.

“Oh my god, really? Oh my god,” Fetterman said, pressing both hands to his face. “You know, oh, it’s devastating.”

Laughter can be heard from those accompanying Fetterman. As he continued to react, a man appeared to lead the senator away from the cameras. “Ooo, don’t do it. Please, don’t do it. Oh no,” Fetterman said, clutching his chest. (Read more from “Video Shows John Fetterman’s Over-The-Top Reaction to Biden Impeachment Inquiry” HERE)

House Seeks Info on Biden’s Actions to Oust Ukrainian Prosecutor Who Was Investigating Burisma

House investigators have asked Secretary of State Antony Blinken to turn over documents and records related to “sudden foreign policy changes” by then-Vice President Joe Biden related to the firing in 2016 of Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin.

In a letter sent Tuesday to Mr. Blinken, House lawmakers lay out a timeline of events that suggest Mr. Biden turned against Mr. Shokin after his son took a lucrative job on the board of Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings, which Mr. Shokin was investigating.

House Oversight and Accountability Committee Chairman James Comer sent the letter to Mr. Blinken as House Speaker Kevin McCarthy announced plans to launch an impeachment inquiry into Mr. Biden over allegations of influence peddling related to his son’s foreign business deals.

The impeachment probe is likely to center on Mr. Biden’s role in ousting Mr. Shokin while his son was paid an annual salary of $1 million as a member of the board of Burisma.

Mr. Shokin was ousted on March 29, 2016, at the urging of Mr. Biden, who boasted in 2018 that he threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees to Ukraine unless Mr. Shokin was fired. Fabricator-In-Chief: Falsely Claims He Was at Ground Zero the Day After 9/11 During Alaska Visit

President Joe Biden falsely claimed he visited Ground Zero in New York City the day after the World Trade Centers were hit and collapsed, marking the 22nd anniversary of the September 11, 2001, Islamic terrorist attacks on the United States.

During remarks at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage, Alaska, Biden gave a speech to American troops in which he claimed to have been at Ground Zero in New York City on September 12, 2001.

“Ground Zero, New York. I remember standing there the next day and looking at the building,” Biden said. “I felt like I was looking through the gates of hell; it looked so devastated because of…where you could stand.”

In reality, though, Biden was in the U.S. Senate alongside his colleagues on September 12, 2001, and gave a ten-minute floor speech regarding the terrorist attacks. Biden’s first known visit to Ground Zero was on September 20, 2001, when he joined a delegation of senators on a tour of the attack’s aftermath.

“Some have said, yesterday and today, that all has changed for America,” Biden said during his floor speech in 2001. “I know what they mean by that … but I pray that is not true … the one thing we cannot allow to change are the values upon which this country is built, for if that were to occur, then they would be able to declare victory.” (Read more from “Fabricator-In-Chief: Falsely Claims He Was at Ground Zero the Day After 9/11 During Alaska Visit” HERE)

Biden ‘Plunged Into Sadness and Frustration’ After Collapse of Hunter’s Sweetheart Plea Deal: Report

President Joe Biden “plunged into sadness and frustration” because of the breakdown of a plea deal between his son, Hunter Biden, and the Justice Department, the New York Times reported Sunday.

More than a dozen people close to the Biden family told the Times that, following the deal’s collapse, conversations between father and son are “tinged with a resignation that was not there before.”

The sweetheart plea deal broke down after the Justice Department and Hunter Biden’s lawyers could not agree on its terms. The judge in the case then refused to accept a revised plea deal that would have offered Biden broad legal immunity. Special Counsel David Weiss has said that the Biden case may now be headed for a criminal trial.

That possibility left the president “stunned,” according to the Times.

The bond between Joe and Hunter Biden is nonetheless “ironclad,” the Times reported. Biden family confidants said the president has been “too deferential to his younger son, appearing unwilling to tell him no, despite Hunter’s problems and his long trail of bad decisions.” (Read more from “Biden ‘Plunged Into Sadness and Frustration’ After Collapse of Hunter’s Sweetheart Plea Deal: Report” HERE)

Biden Gives Warm Greeting to Saudi Crown Prince He Once Threatened to Make a ‘Pariah’

President Joe Biden greeted the Saudi crown prince he once vilified with a hearty handshake and a smile on the sidelines of the Group of 20 summit in New Delhi, India, on Saturday.

Biden was seen meeting with Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman shortly after a session in which world leaders announced plans to set up a rail and shipping corridor linking India, the Middle East, and Europe, according to reporting from the Associated Press. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the host of this year’s G20, was standing nearby and quickly placed his hands on top of the handshake.

The apparently warm reception is quite different from the chill felt when the two men last encountered each other in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in 2022. Biden famously “fist-bumped” the crown prince at that meeting, a gesture that came under fire both from those who felt it was awkward and unbecoming of a president and critics who were upset Biden acknowledged bin Salman at all. The Saudi royal has been implicated in the 2018 assassination of dissident journalist Jamal Khashoggi. The Central Intelligence Agency concluded in a 2019 report that he explicitly ordered the killing in retaliation for Khashoggi’s criticism of the government and the Saudi monarchy.

Bin Salman, 38, is considered the de facto ruler of Saudi Arabia, even though his father, King Salman, remains on the throne. The king suffers from serious health complications, and in the last 10 or so years his seventh son has consolidated control over several key state councils. He was named prime minister in 2022. ‘Even More Frightening Than a Nuclear War’: Biden Clutches Pearls Over Global Temps Rising 1.5° (VIDEO)

President Joe Biden spent part of his overseas trip wringing his hands over the possibility that global temperatures could rise by 1.5°, calling the prospect “more frightening than nuclear war.”

Biden made the comments from a Hanoi, Vietnam, press conference – during which he also referred to those who didn’t buy into climate alarmism as “lying dog-faced pony soldiers” and claimed that he’d borrowed the line (which he’s used before) from an old John Wayne movie. . .

“Correct me if I get this wrong, John, but I’m quite sure I’m right,” he said. “And that is that there’s more carbon absorbed from the air into the Amazon region, into the ground — the ground — than emitted in the entire United States on the same basis.”

“Now imagine if people go in and do what we did, 150-200 years ago — and cut down the forest and start farming in that area,” Biden continued, going on to say that the larger and wealthier nations should be doing what they could to prevent developing nations from employing those same strategies.

“In addition to helping the environment overall — and the only existential threat humanity faces, even more frightening than a — than a nuclear war, is global warming going above 1.5° in the next 20, ten years,” Biden added. “It would be real trouble, There’s no way back from that.”

Senate Democrat Gushes Over Biden Standing by Hunter (VIDEO)

A Senate Democrat extolled President Joe Biden on Sunday for defending his son Hunter who faces an imminent criminal indictment.

Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE), who was named a co-chairman of Biden’s re-election campaign, showered praise on the president while dismissing the notion that he will face political consequences for supporting his adult child. . .

The elder Biden, in an interview with MSNBC that aired in May, spoke highly of his son Hunter despite a years-long criminal investigation.

Biden claimed the inquiry would not affect his presidency because Hunter “has done nothing wrong.” The president also said has “trust” and “faith” in his son. (Read more from “Senate Democrat Gushes Over Biden Standing by Hunter (VIDEO) HERE)

WATCH: Biden Tells Reporters ‘I’m Going to Go to Bed’ at End of Rambling Vietnam Press Conference

President Biden clamored for a nap during a rambling 26-minute international press conference in Vietnam on Sunday that capped off his whirlwind trip to Asia.

“I tell you what, I don’t know about you, but I’m going to go to bed,” Biden, 80, joking during a rambling riff in response to a question about why he hasn’t spoken to Chinese leader Xi Jinping.

The president was in Hanoi following the multi-day Group of 20 summit in New Delhi, India, where he basked in the absence of Xi and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“I’ll just follow my orders here. Staff, is there anybody that hasn’t spoken yet? I ain’t calling on you,” Biden said at another point during the presser Sunday. . .

“The Indian looks at John Wayne and points to the Union soldier and says, ‘He’s a lying, dog-faced pony soldier!’” Biden said in response to a question about climate change. (Read more from “Biden Tells Reporters ‘I’m Going to Go to Bed’ at End of Rambling Vietnam Press Conference” HERE)

Report: Joe Biden Considers Requiring Illegal Aliens to Remain in Texas

President Joe Biden is reportedly considering a plan to require illegal aliens with dubious asylum claims to remain in Texas — a move that would see the Lone Star State absorb tens of thousands of illegal aliens every week.

Biden administration officials who spoke anonymously to the Los Angeles Times said the plan is being considered so that if newly arrived border crossers fail their initial asylum screenings, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents can more easily locate and deport the illegal aliens within Texas since they would be close to the United States-Mexico border.

An added benefit for blue state governors and blue city mayors, such as New York City’s Eric Adams, is that the Biden administration would use the Remain in Texas program to shield sanctuary states and cities from waves of illegal immigration that have spurred chaos in recent months.

For Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R), the program would run counter to his years-long efforts to shield his state from record-breaking illegal immigration under Biden. His migrant busing program, for instance, has sent tens of thousands of illegal aliens to sanctuary cities — as well as Vice President Kamala Harris’s residence — since spring 2022.

Most recently, Abbott installed a floating border barrier along the Rio Grande. Biden has sued to have Abbott take it down. A federal judge this week ordered it to be removed, but Abbott appealed and has since been allowed to keep the barrier in place for the time being.
