Mother Has Chilling Reason for Killing Three INFANT Sons (VIDEO)

A judge sentenced Ohio mother Brittany Renee Pilkington to 37 years in prison after killing her three infant sons.

Pilkington, 27, reportedly killed the children because she feared they would grow up to abuse women.

According to the Daily Mail, Pilkington was impregnated by her mother’s 47-year-old boyfriend when she was just 17 years old. The two later married. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor sex charge in 2016, which stemmed from his relationship with Pilkington that took place when she was underage.

Pilkington pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and murder charges on Tuesday after she suffocated her three sons — ages 3 months to 4 years — in July 2014, April 2015 and August 2015, respectively, over a 13-month period.

She told authorities that she feared the boys would grow up and abuse women. Her lawyers insisted that she is brain damaged and had been abused, both physically and sexually, throughout her life. Kort Gatterdam, one of Pilkington’s attorneys, said that his client suffered from lead poisoning as a child. A doctor’s exam confirmed Pilkington’s brain damage.

Horrific ‘Knockout’ Murder Shows Need for Mandatory Sentencing Targeting ‘Pack’ Crimes

It’s one of the worst nightmares of any family. You are walking either alone or with your kids and are surrounded by a belligerent mob of “teens,” or young adults, often in packs as large as 15-20. They are not even looking for money; they are looking for blood. At its core, this is the most important job of government: to protect people’s freedom of movement so they are never confronted with such danger. Yet this is what is happening all too often because citizens are disarmed while criminals, particularly violent juveniles and young adults, are not deterred. The latest horrific pack knockout murder took place in increasingly violent Minneapolis.

A 75-year-old man was exiting a bus at a metro stop last Wednesday when 23-year-old Leroy Davonte Davis-Miles, who was together with a bunch of belligerent companions, punched the man. The victim hit his head hard on the pavement and remained in critical condition until he died Tuesday.

Minneapolis, with its plummeting prison population and proliferation of jailbreak policies, has seen a spike in violence, particularly on local public transportation. The Twin Cities are likely to break the record for annual homicides this year.

However, there is something particularly horrific about this knockout trend. These are often young males with massive rap sheets who cycle in and out of jail and never face serious consequences. But people die from these sudden attacks. In September, a man was surrounded by a pack of teens at the Frederick County, Maryland, fair and was knocked out, resulting in his sudden death in front of his family members. The perpetrators were only charged as juveniles, a fact that disgusted the local sheriff, Chuck Jenkins, who discussed the knockout trend on my podcast several weeks ago.

Often, these people serve little or no time, even though these attacks can lead to serious injury or death. Furthermore, the cowardly perpetrators will often have only one person initiate the attack, but they are surrounded by 5-15 friends who ensure that the victim has no way of defending himself. Those who play this support role never face any consequences whatsoever.

It’s time for lawmakers in the various states to begin pushing for anti-knockout legislation. It’s time to deter predatory pack attacks and take them as seriously as the evil they bring on our neighborhoods. Conservatives should push legislation in state legislatures to create mandatory minimum sentences for predatory attacks and mandate that juveniles engaged in these attacks be charged as adults. Furthermore, there needs to be some punishment for those who join in the packs that engage in violence. It’s time to take the game out of the knockout game.

Unfortunately, there is a reason why there is no effort in the states to deter these crimes. The new focus is all on de-incarceration. This relentless focus on criminal justice deform in places like Minneapolis has transformed the once peaceful “Minnesota nice” atmosphere of the Twin Cities into violence and anarchy. Violence is increasing now every month, threatening to reverse the two-decade trend of reduced crime. Homicides are up 32 percent over last year, and violent crime in general is up 13 percent. Property crimes are up 15 percent. These numbers reflect disturbing trends we are seeing in many cities across the country. The obvious culprit is the jailbreak mentality up and down the criminal justice system, which now views incarceration as the problem, rather than crime itself. In the case of Leroy Davonte Davis-Miles, he had numerous arrests for violent offenses and for drugs and theft over the past few years, according to Hennepin County court records. Yet he barely served a day in prison.

According to the Vera Institute of Justice, the Minnesota incarceration rate dropped 6.4 percent just from 2017 to 2018. However, that is not enough for the Left. The ACLU is pushing ideas it believes will cut the prison population in half. The safety of the communities is simply not a factor in its agenda. 9-Year-Old Charged with First-Degree Murder in Illinois (VIDEO)

A 9-year-old child has been charged with five counts of first-degree murder, two counts of arson and one count of aggravated arson in connection with a mobile home fire that claimed the lives of five people in Illinois. . .

On April 6, a 1-year-old, two 2-year-olds, a 34-year-old man and a 69-year-old woman died of smoke inhalation from a home fire near Goodfield, Illinois, USA Today reported. Katrina Atwood, 27 at the time, survived, along with one of her children.

Now, authorities say, a 9-year-old is responsible for sparking the blaze, and should be held accountable for the deaths of the victims. According to the Woodford County coroner, the fire was set intentionally.

“It was a heavy decision,” Woodford County State’s Attorney Greg Minger told NBC News on deciding to move forward with prosecution. “It’s a tragedy, but at the end of the day, it’s charging a very young person with one of the most serious crimes we have. But I just think it needs to be done at this point, for finality.”

But proving that the accused child set the fire with the intent to kill could be a difficult task for the prosecution, juvenile defense attorney Gus Kostopoulos told the outlet. “Nine-year-olds don’t know that Santa Claus doesn’t exist,” Kostopoulos argued. “They don’t know people die and don’t come back to life. I don’t know if a 9-year-old can form intent to commit murder.”

While we deal with tragedies every day, the staff at St. John’s Regional Medical Center are devastated by the alleged incident. Judge: No Death Penalty for Illegal Alien Accused of Horrific Murder

An illegal alien gang member accused of murdering 21-year-old Grant Ronnebeck in January 2015 has been deemed ineligible for the death penalty due to his “intellectual disability.” . . .

[Judge] Kemp said that Altamirano only has a fifth-grade education and was unable to obtain special education because he grew up in rural Mexico. Last year, Kemp ruled that prosecutors in the case would not be allowed to mention that Altamirano is an illegal alien who has been living in the U.S. for more than 20 years.

A spokesperson for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office told the Associated Press that prosecutors “are reviewing the analysis and the record to assess next steps” in whether or not they plan to appeal Kemp’s decision that rules out the death penalty for Altamirano.

On January 22, 2015, Altamirano allegedly entered a QuickTrip convenience store in Mesa, Arizona, where Grant Ronnebeck worked as a store clerk and allegedly shot the young man to death after demanding a pack of cigarettes, Breitbart News reported at the time.

After shooting and killing Ronnebeck, prosecutors say Altamirano stepped over the body of the young man to grab a couple more packs of cigarettes before fleeing the scene. Following the alleged murder, the illegal alien sent police on a high-speed chase and was eventually arrested and taken into custody. Driver Gets Third Murder Charge in Deaths of 2-Year-Old, Pregnant Woman, Unborn Baby

By Breitbart. William David Phillips will face three charges of first-degree murder in the deaths of Sierra Wilson Cahoon, her son Nolan, and her unborn baby.

According to the arrest warrants, Phillips told authorities that he was compelled by a voice which “told him that he needed to go kill meth addicts, so he began driving very fast.”

At the wheel of his Chevy Impala in downtown Jefferson City, Phillips swerved onto the East Main Street sidewalk, striking 61-year-old Tillman Gunter. Police say Gunter is recovering from non-life threatening injuries.

Expectant mother Sierra Wilson Cahoon was not so fortunate. The voice “told [Phillips] that the baby stroller had meth in it, so he intentionally drove into (the mother and child) … killing them both,” the warrants continued, concluding that “this act was done with premeditation.” (Read more from “Driver Gets Third Murder Charge in Deaths of 2-Year-Old, Pregnant Woman, Unborn Baby” HERE)

Ex-Arkansas State Senator’s Campaign Staffer, ‘Friend’ Charged in Politician’s Murder

The former campaign staffer and “friend” suspected in the slaying of ex-Arkansas state Sen. Linda Collins-Smith was charged Monday with capital murder — potentially putting the death penalty in play if she’s convicted.

Rebecca Lynn O’Donnell, 48, was also charged Monday with abuse of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence and ordered held without bond. She was arrested Friday in connection with Collins-Smith’s death. . .

But beyond those basic facts, most elements of the case remain undisclosed by authorities. It’s not clear when or how officials believe she died or what O’Donnell’s motive may have been. Further clouding the case, a judge sided with prosecutors and ordered police documents sealed. Prosecutors had argued the files could prejudice public opinion prior to a trial and also stressed the release of the information at the current time could harm the ongoing investigation into Collins-Smith’s death.

A former Collins-Smith spokesperson described the relationship between the victim and O’Donnell as that of two friends. Court documents revealed O’Donnell was a witness in Collins-Smith’s divorce proceedings from retired Circuit Judge Philip Smith last year.

Robin Emis, an attorney for Collins during her divorce, said she didn’t believe O’Donnell was capable of the crime and described the woman as a close confidante of the ex-lawmaker. (Read more from “Ex-Arkansas State Senator’s Campaign Staffer, ‘Friend’ Charged in Politician’s Murder” HERE)

Two 14-Year-Old Girls Arrested for Conspiracy to Murder Nine Other Students

On Thursday, two 14-year-old girls from Florida were arrested on conspiracy to murder charges after a teacher found a folder that outlined plans to kill nine other students.

According to WTSP, affidavits state that on Wednesday, a teacher at Avon Park Middle School saw the two girls acting “hysterical” as they searched for a folder. The teacher claimed one of the girls said that they would be arrested if the folder was found by someone else; the teacher said the other girl responded, “I’m just going to tell them it’s a prank if they call me or if they find it.”

According to the Highland County Sheriff’s Office, the teacher found the folder, which was labeled “private info,” “do not open,” and “project 11/9.” The eight sheets of paper inside the folder allegedly adumbrated a scheme to murder the other students whose full names or initials were listed, and the word “guns” was also printed there. The teacher then notified the school resource officer and other school officials.

The Daily Mail reports that an incident report stated that the papers “described how the juvenile suspects would obtain firearms to kill the victims and dispose of their remains, ‘specifically burning and burying their bodies.’”

WTSP adds, “Also included in the folder were hand-written notes describing the clothing the girls would wear during the killing spree, such as gloves, and how they would look. ‘NO NAILS’ and ‘No Hair Showing from the moment we put on our clothes.’” (Read more from “Two 14-Year-Old Girls Arrested for Conspiracy to Murder Nine Other Students” HERE)

Sisters Arrested After Admitting They ‘Euthanized’ Father

Two sisters were arrested in Florida on Tuesday for allegedly admitting to law enforcement that they killed their father as part of a “premeditated” act four years ago because he refused to enter an assisted living facility.

Mary-Beth Tomaselli, 63, and Linda Roberts, 62, were taken into custody after they detailed to a male confidant whom they befriended in recent months what they had seemingly done, Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri told reporters on Tuesday.

Roberts told the man — who recorded his conversations with her — that she and Tomaselli “euthanized” their father, Anthony Tomaselli, in March 2015, when he was 85 years old. The sheriff said that “Linda gave very specific details about how she and Mary-Beth killed their father.”

The women said “they had killed their father, and had, quote, ‘euthanized’ him because he had been ill” and refused to go to an assisted living facility, according to the sheriff. He added, “They knew he would die sometime in the next couple of months, so they decided to euthanize him.”

The sisters allegedly gave their father a concoction of alcohol and an “excessive” amount of sleeping pills “with the hope that it would kill him.” However, the sheriff said Tomaselli put too much alcohol in the drink, which diluted it.
