New Poll Shreds Liberal Narratives About the Palestinians and Hamas

I mean, why are we shocked by this poll? The Left might be, along with liberal media reporters, especially for all their chest-beating about how there is a difference between Hamas and ordinary Palestinians. . .

So, how do these ordinary Palestinians feel about a two-state solution, Hamas, the October 7 attacks, and what their dream nation would be? Again, unsurprisingly, there is healthy support for the attacks, Hamas, and they want to wipe out Israel.

Arab World for Research and Development polled 668 Palestinians from the West Bank and Gaza, the latter being a bit interesting since we were told the heartless Israelis had cut off all telecommunications there. What raised some eyebrows is the crosstab about Iran: 64 percent don’t have a favorable view, though some noted that could be because Tehran has refused to enter the war:

Palestinian Mob Targets DNC Headquarters, Leaving Six Capitol Police Officers Injured

Democrats and other leftists have been shouting “insurrection” ever since the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol where a few hundred people moved beyond protest to breaking windows and doors and vandalizing the halls of Congress. . .

Obviously for a similar law enforcement agenda against leftists, a “Palestinian mob,” whose members “descended on DNC headquarters” this week in Washington, leaving six Capitol police officers injured.

Police said:

Last night approximately 200 people gathered in front of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) headquarters to protest the conflict in the Middle East.

We have handled hundreds of peaceful protests, but last night’s group was not peaceful. The crowd failed to obey our lawful orders to move back from the DNC, where Members of Congress were in the building.

When the group moved dumpsters in front of the exits, pepper sprayed our officers and attempted to pick up the bike rack, our teams quickly introduced consequences – pulling people off the building, pushing them back, and clearing them from the area, so we could safely evacuate the Members and staff.

Six officers were treated for injuries, from minor cuts to being pepper sprayed to being punched.

24-year old Ruben Arthur Camacho of Woodbridge, NY, was arrested for Assault on a Police Officer after an officer witnessed Camacho slam another officer into a garage door and then punch the female officer in the face.

Last night our team was quick, decisive, courageous and in control.

When demonstrations cross the line into illegal activity it is our responsibility to maintain order and ensure people’s safety.

Meet the American Millionaire Marxists Funding Anti-Israel Rallies

The pro-Palestinian protests over the last month, where tens of thousands in the US have chanted for the end of Israel, are not merely a story of organic rage.

They are also funded in large part by an uber-wealthy American-born tech entrepreneur, Neville Roy Singham, and his wife, Jodie Evans.

Since 2017, Singham has been the main funder of The People’s Forum, which has co-organized at least four protests after 1,200 innocent Israelis were slaughtered by Hamas on Oct. 7.

One rally, in Times Square, happened on October 8 before Israel had even counted its dead.

University Suspends Student Groups Hosting Anti-Israel Rallies

Columbia University’s administration announced Friday that it was suspending two pro-Palestinian student groups, accusing the groups of violating university rules for hosting on-campus events.

In a Friday statement, Gerald Rosberg, the senior executive vice president of the university and the chairman of the special committee on campus safety, announced that the Columbia chapters of Students for Justice in Palestine and Jewish Voice for Peace had been suspended for the remainder of the semester.

“This decision was made after the two groups repeatedly violated University policies related to holding campus events, culminating in an unauthorized event Thursday afternoon that proceeded despite warnings and included threatening rhetoric and intimidation,” Rosberg said in the announcement.

Both student groups, which have chapters at universities all over the country, have drawn intense scrutiny over the past month for statements and activities expressing support for Hamas’s Oct. 7 terrorist attack in Israel. Muslim Democrats ‘Horrified’ by Plan to Halt Palestinian Immigration to U.S.

Muslim Democrats Andre Carson, Rashida Tlaib, and Ilhan Omar say they are “horrified” by GOP plans that would halt Palestinian legal immigration to the United States.

This week, Rep. Ryan Zinke (R-MT) and other House Republicans introduced legislation to ban the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) from providing green cards, visas, refugee status, and parole to Palestinians.

Zinke’s legislation also would revoke visas for Palestinians in the United States, thus making them eligible for deportation.

“This legislation keeps America safe,” Zinke said of the legislation. “I don’t trust the Biden Administration any more than I do the Palestinian Authority to screen who is allowed to come into the United States.”

Hamas Leaders Rake in Billions as They Condemn Palestinians to War in Gaza

The leaders of the Palestinian terrorist group known as Hamas have become multi-billionaires over the past two decades, as they launch wars in Gaza from a safe distance in Qatar and Turkey, and condemn their own people to poverty and misery.

According to the Israeli embassy to the U.S., the leaders of Hamas — an acronym for Islamic Resistance Movement — “line their pockets” with money while Gazans depend on international assistance, and must suffer Hamas’s period wars against Israel.

While enjoying their wealth in comfortable exile, Hamas sends terrorists to launch rockets against Israel — or, as on October 7, to embark on missions to kill or kidnap as many Israelis as possible. Hamas officials know they will be safe from the fighting.

The Times of Israel noted last month:

Senior Hamas figures, including [leader Ismail] Haniyeh, would levy a 20 percent tax on all of the trade passing through the tunnels, according to a 2014 report in Ynet, an Israeli news site.

…

[Haniyeh’s] lavish [real estate] holdings contrast sharply with endemic poverty in the Gaza Strip, where some half of the population is unemployed, and per capita GDP was around $5,600 annually in 2021, making it one of the poorest places in the world.

…

On December 30, 2022, the Saudi news website Elaph … claimed that Maaz, and other sons of the Haniyeh family, drink alcohol abroad and spend time with women other than their wives in luxury nightclubs. Elaph also reported that Haniyeh’s children own generators, and sell electricity, a rare commodity in an area under constant power shortages, while they themselves get it for free.

Video Shows Pro-Palestinian Protesters Trying to Storm U.S. Air Base Abroad

Pro-Palestinian protesters tried to storm a U.S. air base in southern Turkey Saturday ahead of U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s visit to Turkey, a Reuters video showed.

The protests occurred at the Incirlik Air Base in Adana Province, per the video. The protesters, bearing Palestinian and Saudi Arabian national flags and chanting, “Allahu akbar,” threw projectiles ranging from stones to plastic chairs at the riot police behind barricades, forcing the police to respond with tear gas and water cannons, the video showed.

Blinken arrived in Turkey to hold talks with his Turkish counter-part Hakan Fidan concerning the Israel-Hamas war and its various concerns, Russia’s war in Ukraine, NATO unity, and Sweden’s still-pending accession to NATO. He previously visited Tel Aviv, Israel, and Amman, Jordan as part of his “intense diplomacy”. He also made an unannounced visit to Iraq to urge against the spread of the war.

Blinken’s visit to Turkey comes against the backdrop of the country’s recall of its ambassador to Israel over Israel’s refusal to agree to a ceasefire and concerns over the flow of humanitarian aid to civilians in Gaza.

Israel to ‘Decrease’ Military Campaign as U.S. Seeks ‘Very Significant Pause’ in War

Israel has “significantly refined” its military campaign against Hamas following U.S. pressure to curb Palestinian civilian casualties in Gaza, according to a senior U.S. official.

“The overall scale of their campaign [is expected to undergo] a decrease in what we’ve seen and more of a tactical focus on the ground campaign as they’re working to clear out some specific areas where there are tunnel complexes and things,” a senior administration official told reporters Friday evening. “So, that’s what we anticipate seeing over the next week.”

That forecast points to a new phase in the military operation and an expansion of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip, after weeks of bombardment. The shift could also portend another step toward the mass release of the hostages seized by Hamas in the Oct. 7 terrorist attack, with President Joe Biden’s administration seeking “a very significant pause in the conflict” to enable their departure.

“So there’s an active process going on here with multiple lines of effort, including indirect engagement to try to find a framework to get the hostages out of Gaza,” the senior administration official said. “It would take a very significant pause in the conflict in the fighting to be able to do this. The assaults and threats made against Jewish students on college campuses, along with the vile protests nationwide, show that this goes beyond anti-Israel sentiment. It’s nothing but hate, something we’ve known for years, though social media has been able to peel away the layers of this onion. . .

To make sure everyone understood, Eliott Tebele, a Jewish man and creator of the F**kJerry Instagram account, went undercover at a pro-Palestine rally. It was ugly. One woman said that the Jews could go to hell, while another said that Hamas’ October 7 attack wasn’t terrorism. There was even a “queer for Palestine” clown who tried to argue that it’s just as dangerous for LGBT folks here in America as it is in the Gaza Strip. That’s patently false: you die if they find out you’re gay over there.

One Palestinian mother knows who to blame for her son’s death. The video captures the grieving Gaza resident mourning the loss of her child but doesn’t hurl her anger at Israel, the West, or the infidels. She directly blames the “Hamas dogs.” Reports are that her son was a tragic victim of collateral damage from an Israeli airstrike. During the recovery efforts, she appears to see the cameras and starts ripping into Hamas, which leads to her being muzzled by rescue workers.

Hamas has controlled the strip for 17 years and has never built a single bomb shelter for its people. They have constructed a wide array of terror tunnels from which their members can wait out Israeli attacks. All these tunnels will have to be cleared if Israel strives to eliminate Hamas as a viable political and military organization. They’re hiding in them, using the fuel they’ve been hoarding, which could be going to hospitals, to keep generators pumping the tunnels with breathable air running.
