Survey: Corporate Diversity Drives Discrimination Against White Americans

Hiring managers face top-level corporate pressure to reject white job candidates in favor of non-white applicants, says a survey of 1,000 managers by a job-finding firm.

The company, ResumeBuilder.com, surveyed 1,000 hiring managers across the United States in November “to find out how many believe “reverse discrimination” is really an issue affecting their workplace,” the company said on November 7:

Key findings include:

52% believe their company practices “reverse discrimination” in hiring

1 in 6 have been asked to deprioritize hiring white men

48% have been asked to prioritize diversity over qualifications

53% believe their job will be in danger if they don’t hire enough diverse employees

70% believe their company has DEI initiatives for appearances’ sake

Biden Mocked for Linking Extra Cost of Roomier Airline Seats to ‘People of Color’

Conservatives on Twitter blasted President Joe Biden for touting the fact that his administration is looking get rid of the “junk fees” that make roomier airline seats more expensive and thus “unfair” to “people of color.”

During a Wednesday speech on combating inflation and lowering costs for families, President Joe Biden expressed his administration’s commitment to eliminating “junk fees” which he claimed make American lives, particularly those of low-income families and people of color, harder.

In a what many critical viewers considered a bizarre portion of the speech, Biden claimed that the extra expense required to purchase roomier airline seats is a form of these junk fees, which he argued hit “people of color” particularly hard.

He said, “Some airlines, if you want six more inches between you and the seat in front, you pay more money. But you don’t know it until you purchase your ticket. Look folks, these are junk fees, they’re unfair and they hit marginalized Americans the hardest, especially low-income folks and people of color.”

Sesame Place Issues Multiple Apologies as Video of Character Seemingly Ignoring Two Black Children Goes Viral

A video of the Sesame Place character Rosita seemingly ignoring two children at a parade has some critics accusing the park employee of racism.

“#BabyPaige & her cute lil friends went to @SesamePlace this weekend to celebrate Paige’s 4th birthday & this is how #SesamePlace treated these beautiful Black children. I’m HOT,” a Twitter user wrote along with a short video clip of the incident, which was also shared to Instagram. While walking in the parade, the amusement park employee dressed as Rosita is seen gesturing no to something, then walks away before greeting the two girls. . .

Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland also weighed in on the video. “Ok so, had that been me, that whole parade would have been in flames,” she shared to Instagram on Sunday. “Like, are you serious? You’re not going to speak to my child?” And did you see that baby’s face at the end? The little one with the pink on? She deserves an explanation. Hello.”

Sesame Place is a theme park located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, which features a variety of rides, shows, and water attractions all based on the popular show. They also have employees dressed in costume that children can interact with in the park. Juneteenth

c While Very Serious talking heads attempted desperately to convince those that would listen that Juneteenth was a long celebrated American holiday, the reality is that the regional celebration was largely unknown by most of the nation prior to Congressional action. The episode is a useful illustration of how the state weaponizes secular holidays as a tool to promote a larger cultural agenda.

Prior to nationwide riots in 2020, Juneteenth Day was properly understood as a regional holiday celebrating the emancipation of Texas slaves. The day was understandably a time of celebration for freed Texas slaves and their descendants. Nationally, however, other states had their own days celebrating the end of slavery at times that correlated with their own history – such as Florida’s Emancipation Day which the state recognizes on May 20th. Jubilee Day, celebrated on January 1st, has also been a moment of celebration recognizing Abraham Lincoln’s signing of the Emancipation Proclamation.

Of course, no matter the origins of Juneteenth as a particular regional celebration, its elevation to federal status has nothing to do with the history of slavery in America. There has clearly been no recent public debate over the virtues of abolition. Instead, the day’s modern political momentum was obviously the direct response to mostly peaceful protests that engulfed the nation following the death of George Floyd and other high-profile incidents of deadly force used by police during interactions with black Americans. Then-President Donald Trump has loudly taken credit for last year’s official declaration after pitching federal recognition as part of a federal response to deal with escalated racial tensions. . .

The weaponization of holiday celebrations by authorities for the purposes of social control is nothing new. Ancient Roman triumphs were grand religious and state ceremonies celebrating a grand victory by the military of Rome. In Republican Rome, only the senate could sign off on triumphs, making it a political tool of political factions aligned or opposed to the victorious Roman general. Julius Caesar, who enjoyed an unprecedented four triumphs, famously utilized the public celebration of his military conquests to build up a base of support among Roman plebs. . . .

While Andrew Breitbart famously quipped that politics is downstream from culture, political action on national holidays is a great illustration of why some scholars scoff at the notion. Juneteenth Day is an example of a fiat holiday, imposed upon the nation by an imperial city, which will be used as a tool to promote a specific cultural agenda. (Read more from “Juneteenth” HERE)

After Race-Based Admissions to Nation’s Top High School, Students Drop Out and Underperform at Record Rates

This week the U.S. Supreme Court refused to pause Thomas Jefferson High School’s new, race-based admissions policy already destroying the school’s culture and excellence. . .

The justices “temporarily reinstated a woke admissions policy at one of America’s top schools despite a federal judge previously ruling it was racist,” the UK’s Daily Mail reported bluntly. . .

Our legal battle to stop the principal and fellow activists from completely hijacking the school as a magnet for advanced students in math and science is far from over. But the decision is bad news for the short-term future of TJ, as the school is called, where freshmen are leaving the school in record numbers and teachers are abandoning ship.

“Our country’s No. 1 school has become the Titanic,” says one person, who spoke on condition of anonymity for fear of retaliation from the principal. Indeed, U.S. News and World Report just released its rankings of top schools and TJ is No. 1 again—but folks wonder for how long.

According to people familiar with the school, the situation has become so bad the principal has instructed counselors to connect her with students considering leaving the school, so she can meet with them and keep her numbers down, something she didn’t do regularly before. Fairfax County Public Schools and Bonitatibus didn’t respond to requests for comment. Ex-School Official Sues School Board Over Anti-Racism Training

A former assistant principal is suing a Virginia school board, claiming that she was forced out of her job for a “slip of the tongue” during a mandatory “anti-racism” training based on Critical Race Theory.

Emily Mais, who was the assistant principal at Agnor-Hurt Elementary School, accused the school district in a lawsuit filed Thursday of pushing her out in fall 2021 after she mistakenly used the words “colored people” as she railed against the training session.

Though Mais apologized for the “slip of the tongue, ”a teacher’s aide, who is black, verbally attacked her in front of all training attendees, the lawsuit filed in Albemarle County claims.

The aide accused her of “speaking like old racists who told people of color to go to the back of the bus,” the complaint claims.

Not Woke Enough: Google Sued by Black Employees for ‘Racism’

Despite its status as one of the wokest companies in the world, including maintaining an official program to inject critical race theory into the field of programming, tech giant Google is facing a major lawsuit alleging it discriminates against black employees. . .

Via the Daily Mail:

April Curley, 34, began working for Google in 2014 but was fired in September 2020.

On Friday, she said managers at the search engine company actively thwarted their career ambitions — steering them to lower-level jobs, paying them less and denying them opportunities to advance because of their race.

‘While Google claims that they were looking to increase diversity, they were actually undervaluing, underpaying and mistreating their black employees,’ said Ben Crump, Curley’s lawyer Never Enough: Woke Google Sued by Black Employees for ‘Racism’ a high-profile civil rights advocate who has represented the families of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Ahmaud Arbery, among others.

Professor Sues University After Being Punished for Saying Music Theory Isn’t Racist

A professor at the University of North Texas is suing the school for punishing him after he pushed back against the idea that music theory is a function of White supremacy.

The lawsuit, first reported by Campus Reform, claims that the First and Fourteenth Amendment rights of professor Timothy Jackson were violated by the school when they removed him from the academic journal he co-founded after he published several articles that students and faculty deemed “racist.”

The university took action against Jackson after he held a symposium that promoted differing opinions on a speech by Hunter College of the City University of New York professor Philip Ewell entitled “Music Theory’s White Racial Frame.”

In the speech, and in a paper Ewell published after the speech, Ewell complained that music theory is “White” and argued that as a Black man he feels uncomfortable that the vast majority of music theory professors are White.

Ewell also criticized the late Jewish music theorist, composer, and teacher Heinrich Schenker as “an ardent racist and German nationalist” and alleged that “our white racial frame seeks to shield Schenker from unwanted criticism.” (Read more from “Professor Sues University After Being Punished for Saying Music Theory Isn’t Racist” HERE)

U.S. School District Tells Kids: ‘Attacking Whiteness Is Not Enough’

A now-deleted portion of the Riverside, Califonia school district’s website obtained by The Federalist displays that the district promoted an essay that attacks people based on their inborn skin color. The essay, titled “Decentering Whiteness” by Jeff Hitchcock and Charley Flint, claimed that “attacking whiteness is not enough.” It sought to divide people on the basis of their race and argued that “whiteness” should be pushed to “the margin,”

Riverside Unified School District promoted the essay at least three separate times, under the “Professional Learning,” “Community Engagement,” and “Culture and Climate” sections of their Equity, Access, and Community Engagement resources page, according to screenshots.

The Federalist previously revealed that both Riverside Superintendent Renee Hill and Board of Education member Tom Hunt lied about the district teaching critical race theory. One parent from the district, who wished to remain unnamed, told The Federalist that the resources list that contained “Decentering Whiteness” was removed from the website following the exposé of the district’s dishonesty. . .

The removed 19-page “resources” document, which can be viewed here, not only condemned “whiteness” but served as a guidebook for how institutions can fight it, so that “whiteness itself can be made more marginal.” The paper explained, “Decentering whiteness, as we envision it, is a collective process that can take place in organizations, sectors of society, personal lives, etc., over periods of days, months, years and generations.” (Read more from “U.S. School District Tells Kids: ‘Attacking Whiteness Is Not Enough’” HERE)

Christian School in Dallas Hosts Racially Segregated School Clubs

Documents obtained by The Federalist reveal that Parish Episcopal School, an elite private school in Dallas, Texas, hosted racially segregated school clubs and targeted a student who objected. One faculty member with power over school curriculum has also expressed extreme anti-cop and anti-white sentiments, and the school has ties to far-left organizations. . .

A flyer from the school explains the purpose and nature of the racially segregated student groups, called “affinity groups.” It notes that the groups are open to “all upper school students” before going on to insist the groups remained racially segregated, saying “we only ask that you respect that if you do not identify as the members of that group, please do not attend that meeting group.”

Affinity groups were hosted for a number of races and sexual behaviors, including for Hispanic and African American students, as well as for those who identify as LGBTQ+. An affinity group was also hosted for white students, and was labeled “White Allies for Racial Equity.”
