Former U.S. Soldier Sneaks Into Afghanistan on Heroic Rescue Mission, Saves Family and Christians From the Taliban

A former U.S. soldier embarked on a dangerous rescue mission to save his family members and Christians from the Taliban in Afghanistan, according to a Fox News report. The “proud American soldier” claims he was forced to sneak into the Taliban-controlled Afghanistan to rescue his relatives because the U.S. government didn’t offer him or his family any assistance.

A former U.S. Army staff sergeant knew that his family in Kabul were in serious jeopardy when the Taliban marched into power over the summer. After the last U.S. military was withdrawn from the country on the afternoon of Aug. 30, there was nobody to provide protection to his family in Kabul – especially since his family was connected to a U.S. soldier.

The former soldier – an Afghan native who remained anonymous to protect his family in Afghanistan – allegedly attempted to get assistance from the Biden administration. . .

“I had no choice but to come here myself after I learned that there was an ambush on my family’s house once more,” he claims. “I still haven’t heard anything from our government as far as any sort of assistance.” . . .

The former U.S. soldier alleges that he was able to rescue his family and get them out of the country, but did not reveal which country they escaped to. He also purportedly helped save 30 at-risk people – including a family of 10 Afghan Christians who were “in danger because of their religion.” (Read more from “Former U.S. Soldier Sneaks Into Afghanistan on Heroic Rescue Mission, Saves Family and Christians From the Taliban” HERE)

Terror Ban Reversal? Biden Planning on Opening up America To Former Employees of Bloodthirsty Taliban Regime

By Townhall. The Biden administration is planning to allow some Afghan civil servants who were employed by the 1996-2001 Taliban government to be exempt from terror-related bans on entering the United States, according to a draft document obtained by Fox News. The administration continues to bring in tens of thousands of Afghans as part of the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.

The draft U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) planning document, reviewed by Fox News, outlines how the Department of Homeland Security is planning on issuing a memorandum to allow Afghan civil servants who worked during the Taliban regime to be exempted from terrorism-related inadmissibility grounds (TRIG) if they fulfill other background and screening requirements.

TRIG places limits on individuals who are members of a terrorist organization or who have engaged in terrorism, making them inadmissible to the U.S. and ineligible for immigration benefits. The USCIS website says that the definition of terrorism-related activity “is relatively broad and may apply to individuals and activities not commonly thought to be associated with terrorism.” It means that TRIG would likely rule out those who worked under the Taliban regime, which ruled from 1996 until its ouster by the U.S. in 2001 due to its harboring of al Qaeda after the 9/11 attacks.

“Many individuals who worked in civil service positions before the declaration of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in 1996 continued to do so after the declaration,” the document says in justification of the application. “Some did so under duress or other situations of hardship.”

“Some used their positions in humanitarian capacities to mitigate the repressive actions of the Taliban regime, often at great personal risk. Some of these civil servants later worked for or helped the International Security Assistance Force, the U.S. government or the Afghan government that was established in Dec. 22, 2001,” it adds. Biden Plans To Allow Some Afghan Civil Servants From Taliban’s 1996-2001 Regime To Enter the U.S. By Exempting Them From Terrorism Entry Restrictions

By Daily Mail. Joe Biden plans to exempt certain Afghan civil servants who were employed by the Taliban from terror-related bans on entering the U.S., a draft document obtained by Fox News reveals. . .

The exempt individuals will need to fulfill other background checks and screening requirements before being allowed to circumvent the terror-related travel restrictions to the U.S.

A Biden official told Fox the new memorandum won’t change existing screening and vetting processes for each individual coming to the U.S., noting similar exemptions have been made with refugees from countries like the Soviet Union and Cuba.

‘The effect [of the memo] is that people who worked as doctors, grade school teachers, civil servants or low-level government employees wouldn’t automatically be barred from ever entering the United States because they worked in those professions,’ the official said. . .

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) planning document outlines how the Department of Homeland Security will issue the memorandum. U.S. Charges Former Taliban Commander With Killing American Troops

Former Taliban commander Haji Najibullah is facing terrorism-related charges for actions in Afghanistan from about 2007 to 2009 that resulted in the deaths of three U.S. Army soldiers.

“Najibullah, who allegedly served as a Taliban commander in 2007 and 2008, is charged with numerous terrorism offenses relating to attacks against the U.S. military in Afghanistan, including an attack that killed three U.S. servicemembers, and others relating to taking an American journalist hostage in Afghanistan,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Mark J. Lesko in a press release Thursday. “He will now be held accountable in an American courtroom.”

Court documents reveal the 45-year-old Afghan national was previously charged in a 2008 kidnapping of an American journalist, with the new indictment charging him with attacks on a U.S. military convoy that resulted in the deaths of three U.S. Army soldiers and their Afghan interpreter in June of 2008.

Najibullah is also charged with an October attack that same year in which a U.S. military helicopter was shot down. (Read more from “U.S. Charges Former Taliban Commander With Killing American Troops” HERE)

American Woman Stranded in Afghanistan: Biden’s State Department ‘Broke Me’

. . .Jen Wilson is the chief operating officer of the Army Week Association, a nonprofit organization founded to ease veterans’ transition from military service. Since the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan in August, Wilson has been focused on rescuing American citizens and U.S. allies while working for Project Dynamo, a civilian organization to evacuate “eligible parties out of Afghanistan.”

While searching for Americans to evacuate out of Afghanistan, she discovered a woman named “Julie.” . . .

On Friday, Wilson appeared on Fox News’ “America’s Newsroom” to tell Julie’s story. . .

Julie, who has allegedly been a U.S. citizen for at least 16 years, called into the cable news program to explain how she has been stranded in Afghanistan.

Perino asked Julie what the State Department told her to do in order to be evacuated from Afghanistan, to which she replied, “I am not doing anything. I’m just sitting on a hill.”

“They broke me. The United States broke me, because I am U.S. citizen,” the woman said, and then became choked up with emotions and began crying. (Read more from “American Woman Stranded in Afghanistan: Biden’s State Department ‘Broke Me'” HERE)

Gold Star Mom Completely Disgusted by Biden’s Taliban Suck-up

Gold Star mother Jill Stephenson, whose son died fighting in Afghanistan over a decade ago, is appalled at how meek and subservient the Biden administration has acted toward the Taliban.

Speaking with the New York Post on Thursday, she specifically expressed exasperation over a White House statement released earlier that day in praise — yes, praise — of the notorious terrorist troupe. . .

Stephenson found the statement infuriating.

“Wow, the first word that comes to mind … was blasphemous, horribly blasphemous. To call the Taliban that — it’s absolutely disgusting. And it’s coming from the White House,” she told the Post.

“Especially given the circumstance of why it’s even happening in the first place. Why are we even negotiating with terrorists? That makes me shake my head,” she added. (Read more from “Gold Star Mom Completely Disgusted by Biden’s Taliban Suck-up” HERE)

Biden White House Eternally Grateful to Islamist Extremists

National Security Council (NSC) Spokesperson Emily Horne said Thursday as a Qatar Airways flight landed safely in Qatar from Afghanistan that the Biden White House is eternally grateful to the Taliban Islamist extremists for being “businesslike and professional.”

“The Taliban have been cooperative in facilitating the departure of American citizens and lawful permanent residents on charter flights from HKIA. They have shown flexibility, and they have been businesslike and professional in our dealings with them in this effort,” said Horne. “This is a positive first step.”

“We will continue these efforts to facilitate the safe and orderly travel of American citizens, lawful permanent residents, and Afghans who worked for us and wish to leave Afghanistan,” Horne continued. “Because there is an ongoing terrorist threat to operations of this nature, we will not be sharing details of these efforts before people are safely out of the country.”

Horne also claimed to have brought “more than 6,000 American citizens and lawful permanent residents home to the United States” while stranding an unknown number in the country behind enemy lines. (Read more from “Biden White House Eternally Grateful to Islamist Extremists” HERE)

Secretary of State ‘Concerned’ Taliban’s Interim Government Not ‘Inclusive’

Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Wednesday expressed concern over the interim Taliban government in Afghanistan, calling it not “inclusive” enough.

“We’re assessing the announcement but despite professing that a new government would be inclusive, the announced list of names consist exclusively of individuals or members of the Taliban or their close associates and no women,” Blinken said at a press conference at Ramstein Airbase in Germany.

“We’re also concerned by the affiliations and track records of some of those individuals. We understand that the Taliban has presented this as a caretaker cabinet. We will judge it and them by its actions. The international community’s made clear its expectation that the Afghan people deserve an inclusive government,” he said.

In days before the Biden administration withdrew all U.S. forces and employees from the country last month, it had repeatedly called on the Taliban to form an “inclusive” government.

However, the Taliban announced an interim government on Tuesday that is made up of all males — among whom are senior Taliban leaders who are wanted for attacks against American forces. (Read more from “Secretary of State ‘Concerned’ Taliban’s Interim Government Not ‘Inclusive’” HERE)

Taliban Taps Terrorist Wanted by FBI for New Government

A Taliban spokesman on Tuesday announced the appointment of a terrorist on the FBI’s most-wanted list to a cabinet-level position in its new government.

Sirajuddin Haqqani, who is a senior leader in the al Qaeda-aligned Haqqani network of terror groups, will serve in the Taliban’s government as minister of the interior. He is wanted by federal authorities for his involvement in a 2008 bombing in Kabul that killed Thor Hesla, a U.S. citizen. The State Department is offering up to $5 million for information leading to Haqqani’s arrest.

Haqqani authored an op-ed in the New York Times in February 2020, which expressed the demands of the Taliban ahead of talks with U.S. officials in Qatar. (Read more from “Taliban Taps Terrorist Wanted by FBI for New Government” HERE)

Biden’s Labor Day Gift to America: Hostage Crisis; Stranded Pregnant Woman Claims Terror Group ‘Hunting’ Americans; Taliban Holds Planes Full of ‘Hostages’

By Breitbart. A pregnant woman who is from California and currently trapped in Afghanistan claimed the Taliban was “hunting” Americans following the U.S. military’s withdrawal.

The woman, identified as Nasria, was among numerous other Americans still stranded in the country, the New York Post reported Sunday.

“There’s been days, you know, where I think to myself, ‘Am I going to make it home? Am I going to end up living here? Am I going to end up dying here?’” Nasria explained during a recent interview with Voice of America (VOA).

She claimed that after the U.S. military left on Tuesday, Taliban terrorists began “hunting Americans.”

“Apparently, they’re going door to door now trying to see if anyone has a blue passport,” she said. (Read more from “Biden’s Labor Day Gift to America: Hostage Crisis” HERE)

Taliban Holds Planes Full of Evacuees as Congressman Talks of ‘Hostages’

By Newsweek. The Taliban have reportedly prevented several planes intended to evacuate hundreds of people from leaving Afghanistan for days now, with a top Republican lawmaker describing it as a “hostage situation.”

The Associated Press reported Sunday that at least four planes have been prevented from taking off for unclear reasons from the northern city of Mazar-e-Sharif. An Afghan official reportedly stated that the hundreds of passengers were all Afghans—saying that many did not have proper visas or passports. But an American lawmaker said there are Americans among those attempting to evacuate.

“This is really, Chris, turning into a hostage situation, where they’re not going to allow American citizens to leave until they get full recognition from the United States of America,” Representative Michael McCaul, the top Republican on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, told Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace on Sunday. ‘American Taliban’: CNN Compares Conservatives to Terror Group (VIDEO)

CNN anchor Jim Acosta attacked Republicans and singled-out Fox News host Tucker Carlson on his weekend show Saturday, comparing some Republican lawmakers to the Taliban and calling Carlson a “human manure spreader.”

At the center of his criticism, Acosta blasted Republicans and Carlson for expressing concern about the influx of Afghan refugees into the U.S. Carlson, for example, has said “They’re not all heroes. We don’t know who they are,” while Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas), for example, has raised alarm about the refugee vetting process.

“Over on Fox, human manure spreader Tucker Carlson has floated yet another race-baiting conspiracy theory that tens of thousands of Afghan refugees are being welcomed into this country in order to change the outcome of future elections,” Acosta said.

While delivering his anti-GOP monologue, CNN blared a chyron at the bottom of the screen that read, “It’s the far-right, not Afghan refugees, posing a threat to democracy.”
