Carolina Panthers Add First Transgender Member to NFL Cheer Squad

The Carolina Panthers have announced the addition of its first transgender NFL cheerleader.

Justine Simone Lindsay has made the Panthers’ TopCats cheerleading squad, according to the new squad member’s Instagram post. . .

The TopCats did not announce that the 29-year-old Lindsay was transgender, but according to The Spun noted that the squad knew that Lindsay was transgender from the outset.

“My goal is to create a team of individuals that are absolute fire on the field but are incredible human beings in the locker room, good friends, good people, and at the end of the day, you have to walk through the door first to get to that spot,” TopCats director Chandalae Lanouette told Buzzfeed News. Biden’s Trans Policies Are Putting Men in Women’s Prisons and Kicking Christians Out of Law Enforcement

As Americans are threatened by rising crime, the Biden administration is focused on putting men in women’s prisons and pushing Christians and political dissenters from transgender ideology out of law enforcement.

President Biden has released his long-delayed executive order on law enforcement, and it does not include the bombshell proposal to put men in women’s prisons that I reported on back in January. Unfortunately, this cut is not because the Biden administration thought better of the idea, but because it already quietly rewrote the Bureau of Prisons manual to allow men in women’s prisons.

The change in federal prison policy was pushed out in January shortly after I wrote about the draft executive order. Almost no one noticed, myself included. There was limited media attention in pro-transgender outlets, and I missed it at first because I was looking for the executive order, not monitoring federal prison policy changes or LGBT propaganda. Mea culpa. I guess Biden was in such a hurry to put men into women’s prisons that he couldn’t wait until his executive order came out.

Meanwhile, the just-issued executive order is a cornucopia of bad ideas, including policies that are meant to drive Biden’s ideological enemies, especially conservative Christians, out of law enforcement. Thus, Biden has ordered the government to create and implement plans for hiring and retaining federal law enforcement officers that include “vetting mechanisms and ongoing employment screening, that … help avoid the hiring and retention of law enforcement officers who promote … bias against persons based on … sexual orientation and gender identity.” . . .

Of course, the ideologues running the Biden administration believe that any disagreement with the latest demands of the rainbow agenda by definition promotes bias against persons based on sexual orientation and gender identity. Thus, they are going to target conservative Christians and other dissenters from the reigning sexual and gender ideology. ‘We Don’t Say a Penis Belongs to a Man’: Kindergarten Teacher Reportedly Says He Exposes Kids to the Terms Transgender and Gender-Queer

The Washington Post reported that a kindergarten teacher in Massachusetts said that he exposes children to the terms transgender and gender-queer, though he does not provide complete definitions since that would be too much for kids in kindergarten. The outlet reported that the educator wished to remain anonymous since his district had not cleared him to talk publicly.

The teacher discusses anatomy but does not categorize parts as being specifically male or female, according to the Post. “We don’t say a penis belongs to a man,” the teacher remarked — it goes with a human, he noted. The kindergarten educator teaches that if a physician declares a baby to be a boy when he is born, that child is not necessarily a boy. “Someone who was born a boy may not feel they are a boy.”

The Post also reported that biology teacher Sam Long of Denver South High School, who is transgender, said that “LGBTQ identities are a naturally occurring facet of human variation, and that is why we need to learn about them in the context of biology and human anatomy.”

Issues surrounding radical leftist gender ideology are highly controversial and remain the topic of significant debate throughout the country. Many parents do not want their kids to be exposed to the reality-defying gender-bending dogmas peddled by the left. Tranny Treatments Disqualified From State Medicaid Coverage

Already, Texas officials have authorized state investigations into parents who promote their children for transgender treatment, especially body mutilating surgeries. . .

A report at The Federalist documents that Medicaid officials in the state of Florida have found that those “experimental” and “mutilative” surgeries do not qualify for coverage.

The Federalist explained, “A new report out from Florida Medicaid finds that ‘puberty suppression, cross-sex hormones, and surgical procedures’ used to treat gender dysphoria ‘do not conform’ to generally accepted professional medical standards.”

And that is required for the treatments to be considered for coverage, the report said.

Court Refuses to Dismiss Parents’ Case Over School’s Trans Indoctrination

A state court judge in Wisconsin has refused to dismiss a lawsuit brought by two sets of parents against a school district over its transgender procedures.

Those, in the Kettle Moraine School District, provide that minor students can change their names, their gender pronouns, and more at school without their parents consenting.

The case was brought by the Alliance Defending Freedom and the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty.

ADF lawyer Roger Brooks commented after the decision by the Waukesha County Circuit Court to deny the district’s motion to dismiss.

“Parents’ rights to direct the upbringing, education, and mental health treatment of their children is one of the most basic constitutional rights every parent holds dear, yet we are seeing more and more school districts across the country not only ignoring parents’ concerns but actively working against them,” he said. BBC Changes Victim’s Statement to Avoid ‘Misgendering’ Her Rapist

The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) reportedly changed a victim’s statement in order to avoid the backlash that could have been sparked if they had allowed her to publicly misgender her rapist.

According to a report from the Times of London, the BBC published a story about a woman who claimed that she had been raped — but her alleged attacker was a transgender woman.

“The BBC changed the testimony of a rape victim after a debate over the pronouns of her transgender attacker,” The Times reported. “The woman referred to her alleged rapist as ‘him’ but insiders said that her words were changed to avoid ‘misgendering’ the abuser in an article on the corporation’s website.”

The report went on to say that throughout the statement, every incidence where the pronouns “he” or “him” had been used, the BBC altered the language to read “they” or “them” instead.

“A source said the quote was the subject of heated debate prior to publication. Some journalists argued that the quote should remain intact, while others said it should reflect the trans woman’s preferred she/her pronouns,” The Times’ report added. Comedian Under Fire for Anti-Tranny Jokes in His Brand New Netflix Special

Ricky Gervais is facing backlash for anti-trans jokes in his latest Netflix special, Supernature. Although the title just dropped on the streamer earlier today, it has already garnered widespread criticism from the LGBTQ community and allies, who have slammed Gervais’ material as insensitive and harmful, Variety reports.

The comedian’s latest Netflix title includes multiple jokes about trans people, specifically trans women. Gervais rails against cancel culture, pronouns and gender identity, making jokes about “old-fashioned women” and “new women.”

He begins one joke by saying, “Oh, women! Not all women, I mean the old-fashioned ones. The old-fashioned women, the ones with wombs. Those f***ing dinosaurs. I love the new women. They’re great, aren’t they?,” per Variety. “The new ones we’ve been seeing lately. The ones with beards and c***s. They’re as good as gold, I love them.”

Gervais continues, “And now the old-fashioned ones say, ‘Oh, they want to use our toilets.’ ‘Why shouldn’t they use your toilets?’ ‘For ladies!’ ‘They are ladies — look at their pronouns! TV Host on LGBT Kids: They Do It Because ‘It’s Trendy,’ Blames Democrats (VIDEO)

Comedian and talk show host Bill Maher blasts democrats for taking aim at children with their “transgender agenda.”

During an episode of HBO’s Real Time with Bill Maher, he said “kids are coming out as trans because it’s ‘trendy’ and because being gay ‘is not hip enough.” . . .

Maher cited a Gallup poll that found an increase of 2.6 percent of Baby Boomers identifying as LGBTQ compared to Generation Z at 20.8 percent.

According to the polls, Americans who consider themselves as part of the LGBTQ community, has almost doubled in each generation. . .

Maher then brought up the topic of puberty blockers claiming it is “literally experimenting on children.” Claiming that the long-term effects haven’t been studied long enough.

Top Trans Medical Org Used Castration Fetish Site for Research to Develop Guidance for Doctors

The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) developed its latest medical guidelines using information from a site that hosts pedophilic fantasy pornography and castration fetish content.

WPATH, which sets medical standards for transgender medical procedures according to U.S. Assistant Secretary for Health Rachel Levine, released new draft guidelines Dec. 3, 2021 which include “eunuch” as a gender identity. The organization pulled information from a website called “Eunuch Archive,” which hosts thousands of members who discuss their castration fantasies and, according to WPATH, hosted a popular post providing instructions for self-castration.

WPATH referenced stories of self-castration shared on the site to argue that healthcare providers must castrate individuals for their own safety if they believe a person will likely chemically or surgically castrate themselves outside of the formal medical setting otherwise.

“For the purpose of Standards of Care, we define eunuch as an individual assigned male at birth whose testicles have been surgically removed or rendered non-functional, and who identifies as a eunuch,” the guidance states. “They ask for castration, to become eunuchs, because they are eunuch-identified. ‘Intentional Hate Crime’: Bodycam Catches Actor Demanding Police Use Chosen Pronouns During Arrest

In police body-camera footage of Miller’s arrest in Hawaii — obtained by Fox News Digital — the “Flash” star, 29, responded to one officer who called them “sir” by explaining to police, “I’m sorry, I’m not a sir. I’m transgender non-binary. Please don’t call me a sir.”

The officer relayed to Miller he “was just trying to be respectful,” to which the actor replied, “If you fail to do that again, that is an act of intentional bigotry and it is an intentional hate crime per U.S. federal law.”

“Please call me ‘they/them/theirs,’ you can use the term ‘Mx.’… if you prefer,” Miller declared to the officer.

Miller was arrested on March 28 and was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment stemming from incidents that took place at a local karaoke bar, the Hawaii Police Department confirmed to Fox News Digital at the time.
