Sister Killed by Ohio Shooter Identified as a Man

The friends of the Dayton, Ohio shooter’s sibling, who was the first killed before he went on to attack a bar and restaurant area, say Megan Betts was a transgender man who had not come out yet to most people.

Splinter reports Betts identified as Jordan Cofer and used he/him pronouns. It also appears Cofer’s being transgender was not the motivation behind the killing.

“Jordan was my closest friend,” a friend of Cofer said. “He identified with he/him pronouns to people he trusted and knew would support him. Jordan was probably one of the sweetest people you would ever meet, a true saint, but he was also very scared constantly. He tried to give the best to everyone.” . . .

“Jordan told me in the past that he was not out to his family, but that could have changed in the past month as we barely spoke of the topic recently,” the friend explained, adding he never told his brother about being trans.

Another friend from middle and high school, who is also transgender, said they remember Cofer as queer but still in the closet.

Victoria’s Secret Hires First Transgender Model

. . .According to Fox News, lingerie empire Victoria’s Secret has hired its first transgender model — Valentina Sampaio of Brazil.

“Victoria’s Secret has reportedly hired its first-ever transgender model — less than a year after the lingerie company came under fire after an executive made remarks about transgender people walking in its annual fashion show,” reports the outlet.

Speculation as to Sampaio’s inclusion among the Victoria’s Secret roster began when the transgender model posted a photo of himself at a shoot with “VS Pink” on Instagram. Shortly thereafter, the Brazilian model Lais Ribeiro tweeted that she was “so happy” that Sampaio experienced his first photoshoot with Victoria’s Secret.

The inclusion of Sampaio comes months after L. Brands’ (parent company of Victoria’s Secret) Chief Marketing Officer Ed Razek sparked the ire of social justice leftists when he told Vogue that little interest exists for plus-size and trans models on the runway.

“I think we address the way the market is shifting on a constant basis. If you’re asking if we’ve considered putting a transgender model in the show or looked at putting a plus-size model in the show, we have,” Razek said, adding that the sister division, Lane Bryant, was created to fill that consumer need. Celebrities Defend Mario Lopez’s Comments About Transgender Toddlers

Even as reports circulate that television host Mario Lopez may lose his job for saying 3-year-old children should not choose their gender, some celebrities have come to Lopez’s defense. . .

When the comments got more attention over the past week, Lopez apologized for what he said, calling his previous remarks “ignorant and insensitive.”

“Mario buckled to the mob,” said radio host Charlamagne tha God on “The Breakfast Club.” “Mario Lopez said nothing wrong. We’re talking about a 3-year-old child. What logical decision can a child make at 3? You should not make that determination at 3. Let the kid grow up.”

“I’m w/ @MarioLopezExtra if you’re 3-yrs-old your ass ain’t making the rules in my house,” Hughley wrote on Twitter. “Until your ass is responsible 4 yourself, paying bills, you can’t even sign a permission slip for a field trip, then my rules. U don’t get to choose UR gender at 3.” . . .

“This is what people are deeply concerned about,” [Joe] Rogan said, “is authoritarian reinforcement of their particular way of thinking and behaving. And it’s because people have the opportunity to complain now. If you didn’t like the way someone addressed women or something, you really didn’t have a way to broadcast it 20 years ago. Drag Queen Reads ‘What Color Is Your Underwear?’ to Young Children

A “Drag Queen Story Hour” event at a Dallas, Texas, library last Saturday featured two drag queens, one of whom read the story What Color Is Your Underwear? to small children.

More than 50 parents brought their children to the story hour held at the Grauwyler Park Branch Library and hosted by drag queens “Cassie Nova” (aka James Gary Love) and “Jenna Skyy” (aka Joel S. Hoselton). . .

A video of the event can be viewed at the website of pro-family organization Mass Resistance, which protested the story hour.

According to Mass Resistance, library staff set up an activity table with drag queen coloring pages so the children could color in the “queens.”

When a Mass Resistance activist asked a librarian who selected the books to be read to the children, the librarian reportedly responded that the Drag Queen Story Hour event is simply a form of “entertainment.” She added the library had conducted background checks on the drag queens

Transgender Weightlifter Wins Gold at 2019 Games

. . .Laurel Hubbard, 41, formerly Gavin Hubbard, “won two gold medals and a silver in the three heavyweight categories, for women weighing more than 87 kilograms, or 192 pounds, finishing first in the snatch-lift and combined categories and second in the clean-and-jerk,” as The Washington Times reported.

CaldronPool.com reported, “In second place was Samoa’s 18-year-old weightlifter Feagaiga Stowers, who won her nation’s second gold medal last year after Hubbard was forced to withdraw due to an elbow injury.” Stuff.co added, “Lifting for gold comes after revelations that Hubbard was charged with careless driving causing injury after her vehicle fishtailed on a sharp bend near Queenstown on October 24, 2018. Her car hit a vehicle carrying an Australian couple in their 60s. The male driver spent nearly two weeks in Dunedin Hospital and needed major spinal surgery on returning to Australia.”

Stuff also reported that Hubbard sought the permanent suppression of his name after the accident, and a judge ruling in February supported suppressing the name until the end of September 2019, but Stuff appealed, and last week the High Court overruled the judge from February. Watch: Piers Morgan Repeatedly Calls Christian Doctor a ‘Bigot’ for Saying There Are Two Genders

. . .Dr. David Mackereth rejects transgender ideology and therefore refuses to use pronouns that conflict with an individual’s biological gender. Via the BBC:

Speaking outside the tribunal in Birmingham, Dr Mackereth, 56, said: “Last year I was training to do medical assessments for the Department for Work and Pensions and because of my Christian convictions I felt I couldn’t use pronouns – the words ‘he’ and ‘she’ – in an arbitrary manner.

“I said that in good conscience I couldn’t do that. The Department for Work and Pensions took some time to think about it and decided then that I wasn’t fit to do the job because of, I would say, my Christian convictions.

During his segment on “Good Morning Britain” Dr. Mackereth noted the dramatic cultural shift and said that he would consider it dishonest to use pronouns that do not reflect the reality of a person’s actual gender:

“Well, I think we have to start by recognizing how important pronouns are within our language. This is a complete change in the way we use them. And even if we leave the religious factor out, we have a problem that by changing the way we use pronouns, we completely change who we are as a society and who we are as people. And it doesn’t just affect a small group of people, it affects every single one of us. But as a Christian, I believe that to use pronouns in that way is dishonest, and I cannot do that in a good conscience.”

Mother of ‘Drag Kid’ Blasts ‘Convicted Pedophile’ for Sexualizing Her Child, Goes After Conservative Media

In an Instagram post published last week, Wendy Napoles, the mother of 11-year-old Desmond Napoles — a so-called “drag kid” known as “Desmond is Amazing” — blasted a “convicted pedophile” blogger for sexualizing her young son, calling his statements “highly inappropriate.” Napoles also took a shot at “conservative media” for allegedly suggesting she is “purposely attracting pedophiles.”

“This is extremely disturbing. Convicted pedophile Tom O’Carroll has written a blog post stating that Desmond is hot & feels sexy performing,” wrote Napoles. “He also sexualizes fellow drag kid Queen Lactatia.” . . .

Turning her attention to “conservative media,” Napoles blasted, “First, the Conservative press is currently accusing us of purposely attracting pedophiles & accusing the LGBTQ community of supporting this,” she claimed. “What Tom O’Carroll has said is out of our control & we do not know him or associate with him or any other pedophiles or sex offenders. I think if a pedophile wants to act on their urges, NO child is safe.” . . .

“Desmond does not move in a sexual manner or strip, at all,” she claimed. “He has done costume reveals that reveal a fully covered costume underneath. He is never ‘scantily clad’ or nearly naked & always is age appropriate. He does celebrity impersonations & does not choose to do sexy celebrities.”

However, Desmond’s parents made waves last year when the “drag kid” performed a dance number in full drag at a New York City gay bar. As he removed his jacket and bounced around on stage, howling men handed him dollar bills. The jaw-dropping event, captured on video, sparked backlash from the public, calling attention to Napoles seemingly engaging in the sexualization of her own child through such “drag” performances. Watch: Transgender Speaking Against Teaching Kids Gender Identity Triggers Alleged Antifa Member to Go Crazy

During a speech at the University of British Columbia by Jenn Smith, who is transgender but opposes teaching children about sexual orientation and gender identity, an alleged member of Antifa went crazy, rushing out, striking an innocent bystander and ending up being detained by police while screaming hysterically.

Smith was speaking on “how transgender politics in school and society is undermining our freedom and harming women and children” as protesters were outside. A fire alarm sounded, and as it rang out the Antifa member bolted out of her seat and up the stairs. Smith said of the alleged Antifa member, “I think the original intent was to go after me but she got spooked by RCMP near me and instead charged out of the building and flailed at the man at the back. This is a pattern of harassment. When I did my Vancouver Island tour I had a group of apparently professional protesters following me from town to town causing disruptions.” . . .

Smith’s events at Douglas College in New Westminster and Trinity Western University in Langley were both canceled after the schools found out about the nature of the events. The Douglas College event was scheduled for June 8. After it was canceled, Smith wrote, “What we are seeing today is a complete collapse of freedom of speech, while the institutions traditionally tasked with protecting free speech completely abrogate their responsibilities. Police Threaten Concerned Moms at Drag Queen Event with Chest-Binding Raffle for Preteens

On Saturday, a library in the Seattle area hosted a “Teen Pride” event for children ages 9-19. The event featured drag queens, all sorts of explicit adult-themed advice, and a raffle for dangerous transgender chest binders. Three local moms, concerned about children being exposed to such things at a taxpayer-funded library, filmed the event in order to expose it. Police escorted the mothers out by force, warning that they were guilty of “criminal trespass.”

The “Teen Pride” event was billed as “a pride celebration designed by teens for teens!” According to the library website, it was suitable for “teens and tweens,” an age range of roughly 9 to 19 years.

“Obviously, we have some really big concerns,” local mom Lynn Meagher told PJ Media. “There wasn’t any restriction on any ages. It was just horrifying to us that they would use the library, the taxpayer public building, to fund this indoctrination of kids. So we are intending to go on the record and expose what they’re doing because we don’t think that anyone should be doing this in a public arena with children.” . . .

“We didn’t talk to any of the kids, we didn’t harass anybody. We were polite,” Meagher said. “I saw kids that looked like they were ten,” and those kids asked confused questions about the explicit materials around them.

Meagher was most horrified by the chest binder raffle. The “Teen Pride” event raffled off eight chest binders to young girls. Girls who identify as masculine use the binders to flatten their chests to appear male. The binders may cause serious harm, such as lung damage, The Christian Post reported. One study reported in The New York Times found that “97.2 percent of the group that bound reported at least one negative physical symptom, such as back pain, overheating, chest pain and shortness of breath. Other symptoms included numbness, bad posture and lightheadedness.”

Student Who Told Teacher There Are Only ‘Two Genders’ Now Facing HARSH Punishment

By The Blaze. A Scottish teen who was reprimanded by his teacher in a viral video for claiming there are only “two genders” has been suspended from school. . .

A video surfaced earlier this month showing an unknown Scottish student debate with his school teacher about gender. The debate ensued after the teacher kicked the student from class for saying there are only “two genders.” . . .

The 17-year-old Aberdeenshire student on the receiving end of the teacher’s anger is now speaking out after he was suspended from school for three weeks, according to the Daily Mail. . .

“He decided to film the teacher because he wanted to show what was going on in schools today for simply stating there are only two genders,” one friend said. “He believes telling kids that boys are girls and girls are boys is a very dangerous thing and wanted to get his views across to the teacher.”

“His view is that scientifically there are only two genders. This new gender theory that there are unlimited genders is something that should be discussed and debated – not just thrown into a class discussion and if you disagree you get kicked out of the room,” the friend explained. Teenager, 17, Suspended from School for Insisting There Are ‘Only Two Genders’ Reveals He Spoke out in Protest at ‘Dangerous Views Being Forced on Pupils’

By The Daily Mail. . .He was thrown out of class after arguing that only two genders exist – male and female – a position which his teacher claimed was ‘not inclusive’.

The schoolboy has now been told he will be suspended for three weeks following the clash during a personal and social education lesson at his secondary school in Aberdeenshire . . .

An Aberdeenshire Council spokesman said the public sector has a legal duty to show ‘due regard’ to certain ‘protected characteristics’ – including age, sex and ‘gender reassignment’.

He added: ‘It is important to understand the context of any video clip taken without a person’s consent. In our schools, fostering good relations among different groups can be a real challenge but our aim is to support a fairer, inclusive environment for all.’ . . .

Earlier this month, London-based Pearson Edexcel exam board was accused of bowing to demands from transgender activists after swapping the word ‘sex’ for ‘gender’ in a GCSE biology paper.
