Watch: Tennessee Pastor Shares Reaction After Confronting Target Staff About New Transgender Policy

Target_interiorIn the days since Target announced a policy shift allowing shoppers to use the restroom and fitting room that aligns with their gender identity, numerous critics have shared their opposition through such channels as petitions, boycotts and social media rants. A few have gone so far as to carry a recording device to a Target location in an effort to determine the extent of the new corporate attempt at inclusion.

Pastor Greg Locke of Global Vision Bible Church in Mount Juliet, Tenn., stood in front of a local Target store to share his own research into the matter as well as his response to the company’s stance.

“I didn’t want to just believe everything I’ve heard in the news media the past 48 hours,” he said, “so I walked right through the front doors of our local Target and went to the customer service desk, found a manager and I asked, ‘Can you please help me understand your new bathroom policy?’”

Locke recalled that the employee “shrugged her shoulders and smirked, knowing no doubt this question was coming from others,” and informed him that he was free to use whichever restroom with which he most closely identified.

“I said, ‘Like right now?’” he continued. “She said, ‘Yes sir, whichever bathroom you self-identify with, you are welcome to go and use right now.’”

After Locke engaged the staff member further, he said she told him he could receive additional information by calling Target’s corporate offices. (Read more from “Tennessee Pastor Shares Reaction After Confronting Target Staff About New Transgender Policy” HERE)

OOPS: Most Transparent Administration Ever Withheld Incriminating Hillary Emails From Federal Courts

hqdefaultIt would seem that the only group interested in performing oversight of the Obama administration is an independent watchdog group, not the Republican-controlled Oversight committees in Congress.

Those committees appear to be either complicit, incompetent or (more likely) both.

Instead, we are left to groups like Judicial Watch (an organization that I have financially supported in the past thanks to my generous readers) to perform oversight on the most lawless administration in modern American history.

…[Judicial Watch] has obtained new documents from the Department of State containing the telephone transcripts from the evening of September 11, 2012, in which then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton informs then-Egyptian Prime Minister Hisham Kandil that the deadly terrorist attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi “had nothing to do with the film.” The documents include previously unreleased telephone transcripts with world leaders about the Benghazi attack.

Clinton’s admission to Kandil was first produced to the Select Committee on Benghazi on October 13, 2015 and publicized on the day of Mrs. Clinton’s testimony, October 22, but court filings in Judicial Watch litigation show that the record was only produced after two federal court judges ordered the State Department to produce more Benghazi-related records to Judicial Watch. Similarly, Judicial Watch litigation also forced the release of the September 11, 2012 email in which Secretary of State Hillary Clinton informed her daughter by email that the attack had been staged by an “Al Qaeda-like group,” rather than as the result of “inflammatory material posted on the Internet,” as Mrs. Clinton had claimed in her official public statement one hour earlier.

The State Department previously told a federal court that the Kandil document wasn’t responsive to Judicial Watch’s request and resulting lawsuit [Ed.: likely a federal offense of some sort] (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:14-cv-01511)) seeking:

Any and all records concerning, regarding, or related to notes, updates, or reports created in response to the September 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya. This request includes, but is not limited to, notes taken by then Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton or employees of the Office of the Secretary of State during the attack and its immediate aftermath.

But the State Department then produced this information last month to Judicial Watch. The records, the State Department told the Court, were found among thousands of new Clinton State Department records supposedly only discovered in December, 2015 – again, two months after the key Kandil document was first produced to the Benghazi Committee…

…At 10:08 p.m. on September 11, Mrs. Clinton issued an official State Department press statement, approved by the White House, placing the blame for the attack on an Internet video:

Some have sought to justify this vicious behavior as a response to inflammatory material posted on the Internet. The United States deplores any intentional effort to denigrate the religious beliefs of others. Our commitment to religious tolerance goes back to the very beginning of our nation. But let me be clear: There is never any justification for violent acts of this kind.

Yet the next day, in her 7:49 PM September 12 conversation with Kandil, Clinton said, “We know the attack in Libya had nothing to do with the film. It was a planned attack – not a protest.” Kandil responded, “You’re not kidding. Based on the information we saw today we believe that group that claimed responsibility for this is affiliated with al-Qaeda.”

On September 15, in a telephone call with then-Egyptian Foreign Minister Mohamed Amr, Clinton emphatically portrayed the “stupid, very offensive film” as the root cause of the Benghazi violence. Clinton told Amr, “I have repeatedly, as has the President and other officials in our government, deplored not only the content of this stupid, very offensive film… But we have to exercise more self-discipline… otherwise we’ll be in a vicious downward circle against everyone who has ever felt offended, particularly on the internet….”

Clinton’s telephone call with Amr also contained a curious reference to what the former secretary referred to as a “very successful investment visit led by my deputy Tom Nides, and on the very day they left this series of incidents began to unfold.” According to the Washington Post, Nides, who was deputy secretary for management and resources at the State Department, was at the same time responsible for “communications with donors” to the Clinton Foundation. Nides was also involved in the scandal involving Clinton’s efforts to provide special access to State Department officials for hedge fund clients of her son-in-law, Marc Mezinsky.

I’ve come to the conclusion that there’s petty corruption, there’s felony corruption and then there’s Clinton corruption, the major leagues of fraud, embezzlement, and bribery.

But don’t tell The New York Times’ Li’l Nicky Kristof! He still thinks Hillary and Obama are as pure as the driven snow. (For more from the author of “OOPS: Most Transparent Administration Ever Withheld Incriminating Hillary Emails From Federal Courts” please click HERE)

2016 Election: Donald Trump Sweeps Five US States

25244866965_78feeaa81c_bDonald Trump has won presidential primaries in all five US states that voted on Tuesday, while Hillary Clinton triumphed in four out of five.

Mr Trump called himself the Republican “presumptive nominee” after victories in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.

The results bring him closer to the number of delegates he needs before the party’s national convention in July.

For the Democrats, Mrs Clinton was denied a clean sweep by Bernie Sanders.

The Vermont senator won in Rhode Island and vowed to fight to the end of the primaries process. (Read more from “2016 Election: Donald Trump Sweeps Five US States” HERE)

Trump Addresses Rumors That His Demeanor Could Change for General Election [+video]

maxresdefaultGOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump promised that while he may “act differently” in the general election should he become the nominee, his “thought process” will still be the same.

“Well I may act differently, but my thought process is the same,” Trump told his supporters and the media who gathered at his victory party in Midtown Manhattan Tuesday night. The billionaire businessman swept all five states that held primaries Tuesday and by pretty significant margins.

“You know, when I speak to a group of 10 people in a conference room, I’m not going to be speaking the same way I spoke in Pennsylvania yesterday to 25,000 people,” Trump said during the event at Trump Tower. “It’s a very different thing, but I’ll be saying very similar things” . . .

Although it’s too soon to tell exactly how all of the 172 delegates at stake Tuesday will be divvied up among the three remaining Republican presidential candidates, Trump’s huge leads in all five states sets the candidate up to receive a serious chunk which could potentially put him over the 1,000 delegates mark — and that much closer to the 1,237 delegates needed. Norway Is Offering to Pay Refugees to Leave the Country

maxresdefaultNorwegian authorities are offering a “bonus” 10,000 kroner (£1,000) to asylum seekers willing to leave the country voluntarily.

The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) says the measure is less expensive than keeping refugees in immigration centres in the country.

Launched on Monday, the scheme will run for six weeks, state broadcaster NRK reported UDI saying.

The money will be paid to the first 500 asylum seekers to apply on a first-come, first-served basis.

“We need to entice more [people] to voluntarily travel back by giving them a bit more money on their way out. This will save us a lot of money because it is expensive to have people in the asylum centres,” Sylvi Listhaug, integration minister, said. North Carolina Lawmaker: ‘Keep Our State Straight’

Gay_pride_Istanbul_at_Taksim_SquareRhetorical skirmishes continued Tuesday in North Carolina over a law limiting protections for LGBT people, as Democrats criticized a Republican’s plea to “keep our state straight.”

The criticism came a day after dueling demonstrations drew thousands of protesters for and against the law, ending with the arrests of 54 people voicing their opposition to the law in the Legislative Building.

At a demonstration supporting the law earlier Monday, the state’s Republican nominee for attorney general, state Sen. Buck Newton, urged the crowd to “tell your friends and family who had to work today what this is all about and how hard we must fight to keep our state straight.”

The North Carolina Democratic Party issued a statement Tuesday calling the comments hateful and discriminatory toward lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people. They called for Newton, who shepherded the legislation through his chamber, to apologize.

Newton told reporters on Tuesday that the phrase “keep our state straight” had nothing to do with sexual orientation. “It means keep men out of the ladies’ room,” he said. (Read more from “North Carolina Lawmaker: ‘Keep Our State Straight'” HERE)

Obama on Why the U.S. Won’t ‘Destroy North Korea’

hqdefaultPresident Obama is back at the White House after a week in the Middle East and Europe. During his trip, “CBS This Morning” co-host Charlie Rose spoke with the president in Germany for a wide-ranging interview. Mr. Obama had just announced 250 additional American troops will go to Syria to help in the fight against ISIS . . .

In regards to North Korea, Mr. Obama described the regime as “a massive challenge.”

“Our first priority is to protect the American people and our allies, the Republic of Korea, Japan, that are vulnerable to the provocative actions that North Korea is engaging in,” Mr. Obama said.

He said North Korea is “erratic enough” and the country’s leader, Kim Jong Un, is “irresponsible enough that we don’t want them getting close.”

“But it’s not something that lends itself to an easy solution,” Mr. Obama said. “We could, obviously, destroy North Korea with our arsenals. But aside from the humanitarian costs of that, they are right next door to our vital ally, Republic of Korea.” (Read more from “Obama on Why the U.S. Won’t ‘Destroy North Korea'” HERE)

Obama Administration Fails to Screen Syrian Refugees’ Social Media Accounts

21076344700_8b92235c67_bThe Obama administration isn’t vetting the social media profiles of all Syrian refugees despite promises made last year after the San Bernardino terrorist attack, which exposed holes in the U.S. immigration screening process.

Concerns over refugee screening spurred Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback, a Republican, on Tuesday to cancel his state’s cooperation with federal authorities trying to resettle Syrians.

It was another blow to the administration’s attempts to reach President Obama’s goal of accepting 10,000 Syrians this fiscal year.

With a little more than five months left in the fiscal year, the government is 8,370 refugees short of its goal. Lawmakers on Capitol Hill say they fear the administration will reduce screening even more to speed up the process. To meet the president’s target, immigration officials would have to approve about 75 applications every workday for the rest of the fiscal year — nearly seven times the average so far.

“What is far more important than the arbitrary number of 10,000 is whether these refugees can be properly screened. If the answer is no, which is obviously the case given testimony by the FBI director and homeland security secretary, then we should not let a single one into the country,” said Rep. Vern Buchanan, Florida Republican. (Read more from “Obama Administration Fails to Screen Syrian Refugees’ Social Media Accounts” HERE)

‘Second-Chance’ Criminal Kills Again, GOP Congress May Release Thousands More

82371497_4ca567f813_oFormer convict Malcolm B. Benson has been sentenced to life in prison for shooting Army veteran Stanley Carter last September, just as top GOP leaders are pushing GOP legislators to pass a criminal “reform” bill that would provide early release to many more criminals.

Benson served 19 years after being charged in 1995 with first-degree murder and a felony firearms charge. He was sentenced to 20 to 40 years, but got out early on “good behavior” — and then used his second chance in life to kill Carter at a Detroit bus stop just months after his release.

As Georgetown adjunct professor Bill Otis asks: “When early release goes wrong, as it so often does, who pays the price?”

That’s the question facing Republican lawmakers as they debate whether to join the bipartisan leadership push for a national early release program, which would provide an early release for thousands of violent criminals, on top of the perhaps 30,000 criminals — plus tens of thousands of foreign criminals — that President Barack Obama administration and its allies are releasing back to American streets.

This week, according to a congressional source, House Speaker Rep. Paul Ryan is pushing GOP legislators is to approve the new criminal-release bill by hiding it in a set of popular bills that are intended to curb the growing drug-overdose crisis. That drug crisis is being caused by criminals, many of whom have already been released after prior prison sentences. Anti-White Racism: The Hate That Dares Not Speak Its Name

20806433789_8fc8d460aa_bIt is a strange election cycle when Republicans go to war with each other with a ferocity rarely manifest when they are confronting Democrats and their progressive agendas.

It is especially puzzling because a general consensus has formed on the right that the Democratic Party is moving so far left that its agendas threaten the very foundations of America’s social contract. These include a frontal assault on the system of individual rights that the Founders set in place. The left envisions a fundamentally transformed America where individual rights are secondary to the collective rights of races, ethnicities, genders and classes. That is why the particular circumstances of individual acts, such as the ones that led to the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, for example, don’t matter to progressive mobs. It’s the races of the actors that do.

This progressive assault is being waged in the name of an “identity politics” that places whites at the bottom of the racial totem pole while holding them responsible for all the sins attributed to Americans but none of their achievements, specifically their success in creating the most tolerant and inclusive society on earth. Identity politics has a long and ugly history under its proper name – fascism – which is another term for the socialism of the Volk or nation (as opposed, for example, to the socialism of classes). Today p.c. fascism is an integral feature of the ethos and tactics of the progressive left, which has become the dominant force in the Democratic Party.

Republicans may feel they have the luxury of being nasty towards each other because they fail to grasp that in the hands of their opponents politics has become a form of warfare conducted by other means. It is no longer about getting elected and enjoying the perks of office. It is about defaming opponents with the intention of driving them from the public square, so that only the party of “decency” and “compassion” remains standing. Its effect is to traduce the culture of civility that respects dissent, and its logical conclusion is a one-party culture and state.
