Kentucky AG Election Ends in Historic Win for Republicans

Daniel Cameron won Tuesday’s race for Kentucky Attorney General, and it was a historic victory. He is going to be the Commonwealth’s first African American Attorney General ever, as well as the first Republican Attorney General since 1948. He defeated former Democratic Attorney General and former Speaker of the Kentucky House of Representatives Greg Stumbo to make it happen.

Republican Attorneys General Association Chairman and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was ecstatic about the news.

“Kentucky voters sent a strong signal tonight: They want Daniel Cameron to clean up decades of Democrat dysfunction and restore credibility to the Attorney General’s Office,” Paxton said in a statement. “For the first time in a generation, Kentucky will have an Attorney General who is focused on supporting and defending the rule of law and Kentucky’s law enforcement community, and more interested in fighting public safety challenges than political opponents. New Poll Has Stunning News for Trump Regarding 2020 Race

By Newsweek. Donald Trump is polling better than Democratic primary front-runners Joe Biden and Elizabeth Warren in Nevada, a key swing state for the upcoming 2020 election.

A new poll by Emerson found the president would beat both the former Vice President and the Massachusetts senator by 51 percent of support among Nevadans to 49 percent in a head-to-head.

The survey conducted between October 31 and November 2 also found that Trump and Bernie Sanders were running neck-and-neck, with both candidates hitting 50 percent of popular support in the state.

Poll: 59 Percent Say Trump’s Interactions with Ukraine Neither Illegal nor Wrong

By Breitbart. About six out of every ten U.S. adults, or 59 percent, believe President Donald Trump’s interactions with Ukraine that triggered the impeachment probe amount to something “unethical but not illegal” or “nothing wrong” at all, according to a recent poll.

The poll, conducted by the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs and released on Friday, reveals that 29 percent believe Trump’s interactions with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky are “unethical but not illegal.”

Another 30 percent say there is “nothing wrong” with the Trump-Zelensky interactions, while 38 percent say Trump’s Ukraine-linked actions amount to “something illegal.”

Killing in Plain View: The Epstein Plot Thickens

Dr. Michael Baden, the noted forensic pathologist and former chief medical examiner for New York City, recently appeared on Fox and Friends to discuss the death of alleged sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. At the request of the decedent’s brother, Baden observed Epstein’s autopsy and is investigating. . . Baden is, in my estimation, the best of his profession. He has performed over 20,000 autopsies; served as director of the Forensic Investigation Center of the New York State Police; was chairman of the Forensic Pathology Panel of Congress’ Select Committee on Assassinations, which reinvestigated the deaths of President Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr.; and has held scores of similar professional, teaching, and governmental appointments. . .

Until his television appearance, Baden had made no public comment regarding the conclusory announcement by Barbara Sampson, New York City’s current chief medical examiner, that Epstein’s cause of death was “hanging” and manner of death was “suicide” . . .In his televised remarks, Baden stated that, rather than hanging, the findings at autopsy were more consistent with “ligature homicidal strangulation”. . . He also noted that the assistant medical examiner who did the autopsy “didn’t think that there was enough information to say it was suicide.” (see video below)

When asked by one of the Fox hosts if there were any signs that Epstein had fought back (a very good question), Baden . . . replied that fingernail clippings had been taken “to see if anyone else’s DNA was present.” But, once again, that information hasn’t been released by the authorities.

He also observed that “the ligature is made out of torn strips of orange sheets, and whoever made it had to put a lot of DNA on it.” Nevertheless, no information has been released “regarding whose DNA was on the ligature.” Since this death occurred in a federal facility, Baden wants to know if the FBI took possession of the ligature. If so, since “it only takes a couple of days to do the DNA, what’s the result?”

As for the circumstances surrounding Epstein’s death, Baden found the breakdown in security to be “highly unusual.” Epstein was not checked on by anyone from 3:30 to 6:30 in the morning. At the same time two guards were allegedly asleep, a situation that Baden has never seen in over 50 years of investigating prison deaths, and which he considers to be “extremely unlikely.” He also questioned why all of the security cameras around Epstein’s cell were inoperative.

CNN Lied and Claimed UFC Crowd Was Upset About Trump Attendance – This Video Proves Otherwise

By The Blaze. . .President Donald Trump received a roaring applause from a Manhattan crowd as he entered Madison Square Garden in New York City on Saturday night to watch UFC 244. The 45th president of the United States arrived at the legendary venue at approximately 9:00 p.m. along with his family and high-ranking members of Congress.

According to the New York Post, although a small group of protestors gathered outside and some fans booed Trump as he walked into the arena, “there were twice as many fans happy to see the commander in chief.” A video posted by MMA fighter Tara LaRosa appears to confirm this, as it shows fans mostly cheering Trump as he walked in to watch the sporting event.

The Post reported that Trump traveled to New York to watch the fighter Derrick Lewis take on Blagoy Ivanov with House Minority Leader Rep. Kevin McCarthy and Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) and arrived at John F. Kennedy Airport shortly after 8:00 p.m. The entourage arrived at Madison Square Garden about an hour later after taking the Marine One helicopter to a heliport in lower Manhattan. The president and his entourage then went by motorcade to the arena located in midtown Manhattan. He was also accompanied by his sons, Eric and Donald Trump Jr. . .

Despite the warm reception seen on video, several media outlets are portraying the crowd’s reaction as negative. A CBS News headline reads “Trump booed at UFC event in New York City.”

Meanwhile, CNN said “Trump met with loud boos, some cheers, at UFC fight in New York.”

Fox News Poll: 49 Percent Favor Impeaching Trump

By Fox News. Nearly half of voters want President Trump impeached and removed from office, according to a new Fox News Poll. In addition, 6-in-10 believe the president did ask foreign leaders to investigate political opponents — and two-thirds say that action is inappropriate.

Forty-nine percent want Trump impeached and removed from office, 4 percent say he should be impeached but not removed, and 41 percent oppose impeaching Trump. That’s about where things stood in early October, when 51 percent said impeach/remove, 4 percent impeach/don’t remove, and 40 percent opposed altogether.

The two-point dip in support for impeachment comes from a 5-point decline among Republicans, as 8 percent favor impeachment now, compared to 13 percent in early October.

More voters believe Trump asked Ukraine to probe his rivals (60 percent) and that he held up military aid as pressure to get what he wanted (52 percent), than favor impeaching him for doing so (49 percent). (Read more from “Fox News Poll: 49 Percent Favor Impeaching Trump” HERE)

Former Navy SEAL Blurts out ‘Epstein Didn’t Kill Himself’ During Live Interview (VIDEO); Hillary Clinton Is Asked How She Killed Jeffrey Epstein

By Newsweek. A former Navy SEAL who was invited on Fox News to discuss military dogs, stunned news presenter Jesse Waters when he suddenly blurted out that notorious sex offender Jeffrey Epstein “didn’t kill himself.”

Mike Ritland, a K-9 trainer and the founder of Warrior Dog Foundation, appeared on Watters’ World on Saturday to discuss Conan, the heroic dog who helped U.S. troops take out ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi in the special ops raid in Syria last week, as first reported by Newsweek.

At the end of the segment on Watters’ show, Ritland asked if he could offer a PSA to anyone considering adopting a military dog—but he also slipped in a theory about the death of convicted millionaire Epstein.

“The remarkable nature of these dogs and them being highlighted in the news creates a huge demand by people that frankly shouldn’t have them,” Ritland said.

“If you see the coverage and you decide I want one of these dogs, either buy a fully trained and finished dog from a professional or just don’t get one at all… and Epstein didn’t kill himself.”

Jeffrey Epstein’s Alleged Madam Ghislaine Maxwell Was a Guest at a Jeff Bezos-Hosted Retreat in 2018, Report Says

By CNBC. The woman alleged to have been a procurer for accused child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein was reportedly a guest in 2018 at an exclusive literary retreat hosted by Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon.

Vice.com, citing two sources, reported Friday that the woman, Ghislaine Maxwell, attended the “Campfire” retreat last year.

One of those sources said that Maxwell had attended three such Campfire retreats hosted by Bezos and Amazon.

Vice reported that Maxwell, 57, went to the 2018 iteration of the highly secretive retreat with Scott Borgerson, a tech-firm CEO.

Gun Control Activist Shoots Her Three Children Dead

A mother in Texas was found dead alongside her three children on Friday in an apparent triple murder-suicide.

Ashley Auzenne, 39, was known to have been battling depression and anxiety in addition to physical ailments such as arthritis and lupus at the time of her death, which was ruled as a suicide by a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Her three children, Parrish, 11, Eleanor, 9, and Lincoln, 7, were also killed by gunshots and their mother is the only suspect. She had just finalized a contentious divorce from their father, Murvin Auzenne Jr.

Auzenne was a vocal advocate for stricter gun control in the United States with multiple social media postings calling for an end to gun violence and Facebook profile pictures that bore the hashtags #Enough and #EndGunViolence. Here’s Everything the NYT Left out of a Misleading Article on Transgender Athletes

The New York Times left crucial context out of an article on the transgender sports issue published in Monday’s paper.

Times reporter Jeremy Peters left out all examples of biologically male athletes dominating female athletics from his article, which noted that the transgender sports issue has become a factor in the Kentucky’s governor race.

Biologically male athletes have racked up achievements in: high school girls’ track and field, NCAA women’s track and field, NCAA women’s cross country, international women’s cycling and women’s powerlifting, among other sports. None of those examples were included in Peters’s article.

Peters, who did not return an email seeking comment, also described it as an “alarmist claim” to say that “If Democrats have their way, soon boys will be able to compete against girls in school sports.” But that’s not an “alarmist claim” — it’s a fact.

The Equality Act, which passed the House with unanimous Democratic support in May and is supported by every Democratic presidential frontrunner, would force public schools across the country to include male athletes who identify as transgender in female athletics. Sanctuary County Rolls Back Its Anti-ICE Policy Following String of Illegal Aliens Charged with Rape

Following months of national media coverage over the handling of illegal aliens in his custody, Montgomery County, Maryland, Executive Marc Elrich has somewhat reversed a sanctuary policy he signed into law.

Elrich will allow Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents the ability to access certain areas of the Montgomery County jail in order to apprehend illegal aliens, according to ABC7 News. A county spokesman confirmed to the local news outlet on Nov. 1 that correctional officers have been ordered to give ICE agents clearance to “identified areas” of the jail to “ensure that transfers are conducted in a safe environment.”

News of the cooperation between Montgomery County and federal immigration authorities comes three months after Elrich signed an executive order that prohibited county officials from working with ICE.

Elrich signed the “The Promoting Community Trust Executive Order” in July, which barred county police from asking an individual about their immigration status and largely prohibited them from cooperating with ICE agents. Montgomery County had already refused to honor ICE detainer requests, and the new order was the latest sanctuary measure enacted by a deep-blue locality revolting against the Trump administration’s crackdown on illegal immigration.

However, Elrich’s order soon proved controversial. Authorities arrested numerous illegal aliens in Montgomery County — all of the arrests taking place just weeks after the order was signed — and charged them with rape or other sexual abuse crimes. The string of rape charges shined a national spotlight on the county’s policy toward criminal illegal aliens and its fraught relationship with the agency tasked with removing them. Army LT. Clint Lorance Feels 19-Year Prison Sentence Is ‘Just Another Mission’ (VIDEO)

In Leavenworth, Kan., sits a 34-year-old male who made a decision in his mid-20s that changed his life and the lives of many others irreversibly.

Clint Lorance is a former first lieutenant in the Army who is serving a 19-year prison sentence for murder at the United States Penitentiary. While deployed in Afghanistan in July 2012, the former officer – taking over for an injured platoon leader – ordered the fire on a group of three local men riding on a motorcycle, killing two of them. . .

In August 2013, Lorance’s fate was sealed and he was found guilty on two counts of second-degree murder. Now, Lorance seeks to overturn his conviction, which has sparked an emotional debate between supporters and detractors that has risen to the national stage. . .

“I think like any human being, he probably is feeling shift. Nobody wants to be held against their will and I think it’d be safe to assume that Clint is being held against his will at Leavenworth like all the other inmates that are there,” said [filmmaker] Pawlowski. “I think he is pretty sober, level-headed about the whole thing. So, you know, he has stricken me as somebody who’s somewhat selfless, but also pretty even-keel.”

“He said something early on to me which really resonated or landed home,” Pawlowski continued. “What he said about his incarceration was; ‘It’s just another mission.’ He felt as though being in the Army, the circumstances of serving, especially being in a war zone, there’s a fair amount of deprivation.” (Read more from “Army LT. GOP State Lawmakers Craft Bills to Ban Child Gender Transition Treatment

Three Republican lawmakers in three states, including Kentucky where elections will be held on Tuesday, are crafting legislation to protect children from controversial gender transition treatment such as puberty-blocking drugs or surgery.

Kentucky State Rep. Savannah Maddox (R) wrote in a recent Facebook post that she “began drafting a bill designed to protect children under the age of 18 from gender reassignment surgery or from receiving drug treatments designed to alter their natal gender.”

“I am a strong advocate for parents’ rights — but it is not the right of a parent to permanently alter a child’s gender or identity, even when based upon certain behaviors or the perceptions of a child’s mind which has not yet had time to fully develop,” Maddox wrote.

As Breitbart News reported, Georgia State Rep. Ginny Ehrhart (R) is not targeting youth whose parents claim they want to change their gender but the medical profession and its role in giving children life-altering, gender-changing treatment. Her legislation would make the practice a felony. . .
