U.S. Sanctions Electoral Hardware Company Over Role in ‘Fraudulent’ Venezuelan Elections

The U.S. Department of State and Treasury Department on Friday took action against a Venezuelan election systems company for supporting socialist dictator Nicolás Maduro’s allegedly fraudulent Dec. 6 legislative elections.

The firm, Ex-Cle Soluciones Biometricas C.A. (Ex-Cle C.A.), is accused of materially supporting Maduro’s regime by “providing goods and services that the Maduro regime used to carry out the fraudulent December 6, 2020 parliamentary elections,” said the Department of the Treasury in a news release, while also announcing sanctions against the company and two of its executives.

Ex-Cle C.A. is a biometric technology company that operates in Venezuela as the subsidiary of Argentine-registered Ex-Cle S.A. According to the company’s website, it designs systems that use biometrics to identify and verify citizens when they vote, while the Treasury Department said the firm “has been doing business as the electoral hardware and software vendor with Maduro regime-aligned government agencies and officials.”

The Department of State, meanwhile, asserted that Ex-Cle C.A. “was aware of and involved in the regime’s efforts to rig the fraudulent December 6 elections, thereby undermining democracy and suppressing the voices of the Venezuelan people.” The company aided the regime in buying “thousands of voting machines from China, routing payments thru the Russian financial system,” the State Department added.

“They shipped the voting machines through Iran using rogue airlines Mahan Air and Conviasa, both previously targeted by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control,” according to a press release. Georgia Poll Workers Who Raised Election Concerns Got Terminated

Poll workers in Georgia who raised concerns about election irregularities were informed this week that their contracts are not being renewed, according to letters obtained by Epoch Media Group.

Bridget Thorne and Susan Voyles say they witnessed abnormal actions taken during the election in Fulton County. They’ve spoken to news outlets and state legislators about what they saw.

In the new letters, Dwight Brower, elections consultant for the Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections, informs the women that Georgia law enables officials to appoint poll managers, and managers must be reappointed for each election event.

“There are many factors (management skills, performance, actions, behavior, etc.) considered prior to making reappointments for each primary or election. Unfortunately, a decision has been made to not reappoint you in a poll management or other poll positions in Fulton County,” Brower wrote.

“I see it as a direct consequence of my being honest,” Voyles told NTD, which is part of Epoch Media Group. (Read more from “Georgia Poll Workers Who Raised Election Concerns Got Terminated” HERE)

Smith & Wesson Sues State Over ‘Anti-Second Amendment Agenda’

A leading firearms manufacturer alleges New Jersey is engaged in an “unconstitutional fishing expedition” to try to curtail gun rights by using a new tactic: false advertising claims.

In a federal lawsuit filed in New Jersey on Tuesday, Smith & Wesson claims New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal has tried everything in his power to stymie gun sales, and that he is now sifting through decades of company advertisements and marketing materials in an extra-legal attempt to restrict the right to bear arms.

In October, Grewal filed administrative subpoenas seeking evidence of fraudulent advertising from the gun manufacturer. The subpoenas request documentation related to advertisements that claim firearms make a home safer, an untrained homeowner could use a Smith & Wesson firearm safely and effectively to defend his home, and whether guns enhance one’s lifestyle.

“The Subpoena presents no legitimate inquiry into any purported fraud, and instead targets mere opinions and other protected statements allegedly made by Smith & Wesson,” the company claims. It seeks a court order enjoining the subpoenas and declaring them unconstitutional.

Citing 248 million results in Google searches of “do guns make you safer” as proof that many Americans believe firearms make them safer, Smith & Wesson says New Jersey’s false advertisement subpoenas should be a dead-end legal theory. President Trump Versus Saul Alinsky

The latest example of [Saul Alinsky] brazenness comes in the wake of the totally corrupt and fraudulent 2020 Presidential “Election,” in which President Trump clearly dominated until the wee hours of the morning after. Suddenly, leftists realized they needed to shutter the doors and windows, while massively shifting the vote counts with boxes of fake ballots, manipulated software in “counting” machines, and every other form of fraud and treachery imaginable. Then a miracle happened. Insurmountable Trump majorities in all key swing states simultaneously mutated into razor thin margins, for the Democrats of course.

America didn’t buy any of it. Americans all saw the glaring patterns of cheating and manipulation. And every honest citizen recognizes the crucial importance of unmasking and reversing the fraud, if elections are ever again to mean anything, which will determine if America itself is ever again going to mean anything. Thus far, patriotic Americans have received transparent and worthless deflections from the left, along with nauseating platitudes of acquiescence from too many claiming to be on the “right.”

Like clockwork, leftist subversives who did everything they could over the past four years to attack President Trump and America itself (as another avenue to undermining him), now drip with a poisoned pretense of “virtue,” as they demand that we drop in line behind them, and unify, “for the good of the country” of course. And to nobody’s great surprise, here comes that revolting cadre of cowardly RINO sycophants, agreeing with the left and groveling before them with the exuberance of lackeys who have no moral compass, and no dignity.

[But President Trump] steadfastly refuses to make any concession whatsoever to accommodate the left, despite enormous pressure from across the political landscape. He knows that cowardice and moral bankruptcy ultimately come from the same political mindset, no matter in which party its practitioners claim to reside. Had he conceded to these people, they would all have had the absolute best excuse to ignore the rampant Election Day fraud and criminality. Had President Trump caved and followed what those lesser political players deemed the more “honorable” course, he would have given them all “cover” for the treasonous actions in which they engaged.

This is how the vile strategy of Saul Alinsky and the American left operates. It builds its case on totally bogus premises, presented as the pinnacle of “virtue” and “worthiness.” This facade of presumed merit is bolstered by both the absolute moral bankruptcy of its leftist advocacy, as well as the thorough moral cowardice of those on the right who should be standing against it, but who put their own interests ahead of anything else, including their Country. COVID Vaccine Warning: No Breastfeeding, Avoid Pregnancy for 2 Months, Unknown Fertility Impacts; You Can’t Sue if You Have Severe COVID Vaccine Side Effects

By Life Site News. Government produced safety instructions for a new coronavirus vaccine indicate that it should not be used by pregnant or breast-feeding mothers and children. In addition, they state that it is unknown what effect the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine will have on fertility.

The ten-page “Reg 174 Information for UK Healthcare Professionals” describes the vaccine, how it is to be stored, diluted, and administered, and the trial studies carried out to test it. To be effective, the vaccine is supposed to be administered twice. In a section called “Fertility, pregnancy and lactation,” the guide says there is “no or limited data” on the vaccine. Therefore, it is not recommending its use for pregnant women. . .

The guide also advises that women should avoid becoming pregnant for the first two months after their Covid-19 shots. . .

Because it is still unknown whether or not the vaccine can be transmitted to a breast-feeding infant through his or her mother’s milk, the instructions state that “a risk to the newborns/infants cannot be excluded.” Therefore, the guide specifies that the vaccine “should not be used during breast-feeding.” (Read more from “COVID Vaccine Warning: No Breastfeeding, Avoid Pregnancy for 2 Months, Unknown Fertility Impacts” HERE)

You Can’t Sue if You Have Severe COVID Vaccine Side Effects

By CNBC. If you experience severe side effects after getting a Covid vaccine, lawyers tell CNBC there is basically no one to blame in a U.S. court of law.

The federal government has granted companies like Pfizer and Moderna immunity from liability if something unintentionally goes wrong with their vaccines.

“It is very rare for a blanket immunity law to be passed,” said Rogge Dunn, a Dallas labor and employment attorney. “Pharmaceutical companies typically aren’t offered much liability protection under the law.“

You also can’t sue the Food and Drug Administration for authorizing a vaccine for emergency use, nor can you hold your employer accountable if they mandate inoculation as a condition of employment. (Read more from “You Can’t Sue if You Have Severe COVID Vaccine Side Effects” HERE)

Congress to Receive First Batch of COVID-19 Vaccines, but Uncertainty Lingers

By Politico. Top congressional leaders will receive the coronavirus vaccine in the coming days with dozens of lawmakers planning to quickly follow suit — an effort designed to maintain a continuity of government while also instilling public confidence in the shot.

The limited batch of doses, which is expected to soon arrive in the House and Senate and was first reported by POLITICO, marks a major development for lawmakers and frontline workers in a Capitol complex that has battled dozens of cases this year.

But the sudden announcement of vaccines stunned many lawmakers who had been kept in the dark about whether they would get doses at all. Now, members are preparing for their first doses in what’s expected to be the final week in session of the 116th Congress. U.S. Doctor Says Half His Nurses Refuse to Take the Vaccine

Chief of critical care at United Memorial Medical Center in Houston, Dr. Joseph Varon, said that half of the nurses in his unit refuse to get the coronavirus vaccine for political reasons, according to an interview conducted by Steve Inskeep of NPR.

When asked about skepticism toward the vaccine among healthcare workers, Varon replied, “Yesterday, I had a – not a fight, but, you know, I had a friendly argument with more than 50% of my nurses in my unit telling me that they will not get the vaccine.” Most of their reasoning for refusing the vaccine was politically motivated, Varon told NPR. Biden: Hunter Accusations ‘Kind of Foul Play’ That Is ‘Used to Get to Me’

President-elect Joe Biden said he suspects a political agenda is the driving force behind accusations surrounding the federal tax investigation into his son Hunter.

“We have great confidence in our son. I’m not concerned about any accusations that have been made against him. It’s used to get to me. I think it’s kind of foul play, but look, it is what it is,” the incoming president told CBS’s The Late Show on Thursday.

Biden added, “And he’s a grown man. He is the smartest man I know, I mean, in pure intellectual capacity. As long as he’s good, we’re good.”

When host Stephen Colbert asked the president-elect whether any politicization of the investigation would stop him from working with congressional Republicans, he said no if their work “benefits the country.”

WATCH: Trump Thanks God for Sending Jesus to ‘Redeem the World’ in Powerful Christmas Message That’s Gone Viral

While U.S. President Donald Trump’s Christmas message this year made during the Dec. 3 National Christmas Tree lighting ceremony at the White House did not capture mainstream media attention, it continues to reverberate with Christians around the world.

At a time when some politicians would deem it politically incorrect to say “Merry Christmas” in public and would certainly not dare to speak about Jesus in the public square, Trump not only boldly wished Americans a “very, very Merry Christmas,” he went on to speak about the true meaning of Christmas in eloquent words that many Christians would be hard-pressed to hear from the pulpit.

Here’s what Trump said:

WATCH: Hunter Biden ‘Disinformation’ Claim Causes Meltdown at Senate Hearing

A Senate hearing on irregularities in the 2020 election on Wednesday got heated when GOP Sen. Ron Johnson berated a fellow member for accusing him of spreading “disinformation.”

Johnson (R-Wis.), chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, exploded at Ranking Member Gary Peters (D-Mich.) for criticizing his probe into Hunter Biden’s overseas business dealings and accusing him of “laundering” a foreign influence campaign designed to wound President-elect Joe Biden, Hunter’s father.

“I have to talk about Russian disinformation. The people peddling it are not on my side of the aisle,” Johnson said, accusing Peters of leaking “a false intelligence report” to the media that charged he and veteran Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) were “disseminating Russian disinformation.”

“Fifty people associated with the intelligence community, after our Hunter Biden investigation and the revelations of the Hunter Biden computer, said, ‘Oh, this is Russian disinformation,’” Johnson went on, referring to The Post’s bombshell reporting on Hunter Biden’s shadowy overseas business dealings.

“Now we find out it’s a real investigation by the Justice Department,” Johnson said, acknowledging the federal tax probe into Joe Biden’s scandal-scarred son.

Study on Puberty Blockers in Teens ‘Confirms Massive Decrease in Bone Density’

California endocrinologist Dr. Michael Laidlaw observed on Twitter this week that a 2020 preprint of a study on puberty blockers administered to 12-15-year-old gender-dysphoric youth confirmed a “massive decrease in bone density of patients relative to their peers.”

“The graph shows the baseline spine bone density and then the decrease over time,” Laidlaw continued in the thread.

As a “preprint” published online at medRxiv.org, the article, titled “Short-term outcomes of pubertal suppression in a selected cohort of 12 to 15 year old young people with persistent gender dysphoria in the UK,” is new research that has yet to be peer-reviewed.

The lead investigators of the study, which included 44 patients, are from the U.K.’s Tavistock and Portman NHS trust, which operates a “gender identity development service” (GIDS) for children.

“There was no change from baseline in spine BMD [bone mineral density] at 12 months nor in hip BMD at 24 and 36 months, but at 24 months lumbar spine BMC [bone mineral content] and BMD were higher than at baseline …,” the researchers wrote.
