WATCH: Florida Spring Breaker Flees Patrol Car in Handcuffs as Revelers Cheer Him On

A Florida spring breaker was seen on video leaping out of a police car and running through a crowded beach in Clearwater as fellow revelers cheered him on.

The 18-year-old was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting an officer, and escaping after a bystander opened the back door of a patrol car, and he made a run for it while in shackles, according to an arrest form obtained by the Washington Examiner.

He was initially cuffed after law enforcement observed him fighting with another person in the sand, and both suspects had each other in headlocks, police said.

The escape happened as dozens of partygoers rallied behind him and followed the 18-year-old down the beach, video of the incident posted to TikTok showed.

Now Democrats Going to War Against Democrats

As expected during the run-up to the 2020 election, a battle is brewing over the filibuster, the longtime Senate rule requiring 60 votes to move forward on legislation.

With a one-vote majority because of Vice President Kamala Harris’ tiebreaker, there’s a renewed demand from Democrats to blow up the filibuster to move partisan legislation such as the Equality Act and the For the People Act.

President Biden, when he was a senator, affirmed the rule. Now in the Oval Office, he’s changed his mind.

The Democrats’ biggest hurdle is moderate Democrats Joe Manchin of West Virginia and Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona, who want to maintain it.

CDC Releases New Rules for Schoolchildren

The argument to fully reopen schools for in-person learning was strengthened Friday by new Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines that clarify it is safe for schoolchildren to sit just three feet apart in the classroom, provided they wear masks. However, the CDC still recommends six-foot social distancing at sporting events, assemblies, lunch, and choir practice, and of course for adults.

The revised recommendations come following a new study that suggested three feet of social distancing is just as safe as six feet if everyone wears a mask. Under the old six-foot recommendation, space in classrooms for in-person instruction was limited, requiring some schools that chose to open to create staggering class schedules or other means of keeping children apart. . .

The changes include:

Removing recommendations for plastic shields or other barriers between desks, which lack evidence showing they prevent COVID-19 transmission. . .

Revising school spacing requirements to three feet for middle and high schools in areas with low community spread. The CDC recommends that older children in areas with high community spread continue to social distance at six feet.

Democrats Ban White Farmers From Federal COVID Relief Program

Last week, President Biden signed the American Rescue Plan Act into law. The bill, comprised of $1.9 trillion in the name of “COVID relief,” received no support from Republicans in the House or Senate, and it’s not hard to see why. . .

What most don’t know about this bill, however, is the small provision known as “Section 1005” that authorizes the secretary of agriculture to make payments of 100 to 120 percent of the “outstanding indebtedness of socially disadvantaged farmers.” Under this provision, those included in the socially disadvantaged category are American Indians, Alaskan Natives, Asians, Blacks, Native Hawaiians, Pacific Islanders, and Hispanics.

Putting aside all of the Washington jargon that makes little sense outside of a committee hearing room, this provision—specifically written into the American Rescue Plan by Democrats—pushes a blurred vision of so-called “social equity” by providing relief for farmers based on the color of their skin. Rather than offering much needed relief to all farmers, Sec. 1005 prioritizes race, just as it would ethnicity, sex, or any other factor.

It bears repeating: Sec. 1005 focuses debt relief on farmers based on their race, not based on how harshly the pandemic has affected them—the very reason for relief in the first place. Ironically, this racial discrimination is the very focus of what officials at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) have worked so hard to combat.

The 1999 Supreme Court case Pigford v. Glickman handled this very issue when a class-action discrimination suit against the USDA by black farmers found true discrimination on the basis of race that subsequently resulted in cash relief, debt relief, and tax payments. In the years since, the case has provided billions to claimants due to proven discrimination within the department. Report: China Broke Two-Minute Speaking Rule at Alaska Meeting

After their highly contentious first meeting in Alaska Thursday, Chinese diplomats and President Joe Biden’s foreign policy team accused each other of violating protocols that were agreed upon in advance.

A senior U.S. official, speaking to reporters on background after the opening session, accused the Chinese of “violating protocol” by speaking for much longer than two minutes as previously agreed, according to the South China Morning Post. The opening exchange of statements wound up lasting for over an hour instead of the brief introduction and photo opportunity that was envisioned.

“We will use the remaining hours to outline for the Chinese delegation in private the same messages we have consistently delivered in public. The Chinese delegation, on the other hand, seems to have arrived intent on grandstanding, focused on public theatrics and dramatics over substance,” the American official said. Russia Claims to Be Preparing Putin Debate Biden Didn’t Agree To

The Foreign Ministry of Russia claimed on Thursday to have “started” working on setting up a virtual debate between the country’s leader, Vladimir Putin, and American counterpart Joe Biden – an invitation Biden has not and is unlikely to accept.

Putin personally invited Biden to a “dialogue,” broadcast live on global internet platforms, in response to Biden agreeing in an interview this week that Putin can accurately be described as a “killer.” Putin insisted this debate would have to take place either on Friday or Monday as soon as possible, as he hoped to “rest” during the weekend.

Neither Biden personally nor the White House has accepted the invitation, stating only that Biden had plans to travel on Friday. This has not stopped the Foreign Ministry from unspecified planning to make the event happen.

Russian news network TASS claimed to have reached out to the Foreign Ministry on Thursday, asking if any preliminary measures are being taken to ensure that the dialogue takes place. Unnamed sources replied, “yes, we have already started.”

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov added some details on Putin’s proposal on Friday, stating that Biden’s lack of an answer on it did not mean that it could not happen and that it would most likely happen on Monday since White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki had noted that Biden had travel plans on Friday. Twitter Unsuspends Marjorie Taylor Greene

Twitter unsuspended Republican Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s account Friday, saying that it had mistakenly locked her out of it following a system false-positive.

After restoring Greene’s access to her account, the social media giant told CNBC in a statement that Twitter’s AI-based rules enforcement system mistook Greene’s account to be in violation of the platform’s policies.

“We use a combination of technology and human review to enforce the Twitter Rules across the service,” Twitter said. “In this case, our automated systems took enforcement action on the account referenced in error. This action has been reversed, and access to the account has been reinstated.”

By New York Post. Biden made the comments about Putin during an interview on ABC’s “Good Morning America” following the release of a declassified report from the Director of National Intelligence that claimed the Kremlin interfered in the presidential election.

“He will pay a price. We had a long talk, he and I, I know him relatively well,” Biden said. “And the conversation started off, I said, ‘I know you and you know me. If I establish this occurred, then be prepared.’ ”

“Look, the most important thing dealing with foreign leaders in my experience — and I’ve dealt with an awful lot in my career — is just know the other guy.”

Asked if he thinks Putin is “a killer,” Biden responded, “I do.” . . .

Putin to Biden After ‘Killer’ Comments: ‘It Takes One to Know One’

By New York Post. Russian President Vladimir Putin said “it takes one to know one” and wished President Biden “good health” after Biden referred to his Russian counterpart as a “killer.”

Putin’s comments, which aired on Russian state TV, come as the Kremlin demanded that Biden apologize for his “killer” remark and Moscow recalled its ambassador to Washington, DC, in retaliation.

In an interview on ABC Wednesday, anchor George Stephanopoulos asked Biden if he believes Putin is a “killer.”

Biden responded: “I do.”

“I remember in my childhood, when we argued in the courtyard, we used to say: It takes one to know one. And that’s not a coincidence, not just a children’s saying or joke,” Putin said. “We always see our own traits in other people and think they are like how we really are. Whistleblower: TSA Skirting ID Requirements for Illegal Aliens

Illegal aliens are being allowed to fly with domestic airliners without a proper form of identification, a Border Patrol union president in Texas is warning.

According to Hector Garza, the President of National Border Patrol Council Local 2455 in Laredo, President Joe Biden’s catch and release policies have resulted in illegal aliens skirting TSA’s ID requirements. Garza said illegal aliens are utilizing Notice to Appear paperwork as a form of ID, something he warns “could easily be reproduced or manipulated on any home computer.”

“The Notice to Appear form has no photo, anyone can make one and manipulate one. They do not have any security features, no watermark, nothing. They are simply printed on standard copy paper based on the information the illegal alien says is the truth,” Garza said in a Facebook post.

WATCH: Biden Calls Kamala Harris the President Again

Speaking from the White House about Wuhan coronavirus vaccine distribution Thursday afternoon, President Joe Biden referred to Vice President Kamala Harris as the president.

“We believe that speed and efficiency must be matched with fairness and equity. Now when President Harris and I took a virtual tour of a vaccination center in Arizona not long ago, one of the nurses on that tour, injecting people and giving vaccinations, said that each shot was like administering a dose of hope,” Biden said.

This isn’t the first time this has happened.
