State Bans Critical Race Theory

The governor of Iowa signed a bill into law banning critical race theory in the state, declaring the Hawkeye State will not teach “discriminatory indoctrination.”

Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds, a Republican, signed House File 802 into law on Tuesday, codifying the state’s stance against teaching “specific defined concepts,” such as the widely controversial critical race theory.

Critical race theory teaches students to look at American society and history through a racial lens and views race itself as a relatively recent social construct that is weaponized by dominant groups to oppress others.

Reynolds announced the signing in a press release sent on Tuesday, where she said critical race theory was not about education, but rather “labels and stereotypes.”

“Critical Race Theory is about labels and stereotypes, not education. It teaches kids that we should judge others based on race, gender or sexual identity, rather than the content of someone’s character,” Reynolds said. (Read more from “State Bans Critical Race Theory” HERE)

Far-left “Squad” member Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) equated the United States with Hamas and the Taliban Monday, writing on Twitter that all three had committed “unspeakable atrocities.”

During a House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing, Omar pressed Secretary of State Antony Blinken on his opposition to the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) investigation of alleged war crimes committed by US military personnel in Afghanistan, as well as the Israeli military in their conflicts against Arab militias.

“In both of these cases, if domestic courts can’t or won’t pursue justice and we oppose the ICC, where do we think victims are supposed to go for justice?” Omar asked.

In his response, Blinken referenced the fact that neither the US or Israel are parties to the ICC, saying “we continue to believe that absent a [United Nations] Security Council referral or absent the request by the state itself, that [an ICC investigation is] not appropriate.”

Trump Eyeing This Governor as Potential 2024 Running Mate (VIDEO)

Former President Donald Trump revealed Monday he would consider ditching Mike Pence for Florida’s tough Gov. Ron DeSantis as his 2024 presidential election running mate.

“Sure I would … I would certainly consider Ron,” Trump, 74, told Fox Business‘ Stuart Varney in a phone interview Monday.

“I was at the beginning of Ron,” he said of the 42-year-old former Navy officer who graduated both Yale and Harvard Law School.

“I was the first one to endorse him when he came out as a congressman that a lot of people didn’t know, and my endorsement helped him tremendously,” Trump said.

A new bipartisan Senate report on the Capitol riot contends that seven individuals, including three police officers, “ultimately lost their lives” as a result of the siege on Jan. 6, as the investigation concluded the Capitol Police, intelligence agencies, and the National Guard all suffered breakdowns.

The report also contends that Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick was attacked with bear spray, despite prosecutors telling a federal judge that they believe he was instead only hit with pepper spray. . .

Capitol Police announced Sicknick, 42, died on Jan. 7, one day after rioters broke into the Capitol as lawmakers counted electoral votes to affirm President Joe Biden’s victory over former President Donald Trump.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, led by Francisco Diaz, told the Washington Examiner in April that Sicknick’s “cause of death” was “acute brainstem and cerebellar infarcts due to acute basilar artery thrombosis” (a stroke), and the “manner of death” was “natural.” The medical examiner said Sicknick was sprayed with a chemical substance at about 2:20 p.m. on Jan. 6, collapsed at the Capitol at about 10 p.m., and was transported by emergency services to a local hospital. He died at about 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 7. Diaz told the Washington Post that Sicknick died after suffering two strokes, did not suffer an allergic reaction to chemical irritants, and bore no evidence of either external or internal injuries, but he contended that “all that transpired played a role in his condition.“

In the days following the Capitol riot, Metropolitan Police officer Jeffrey Smith and Capitol Police officer Howard Liebengood both died by suicide, and the families of those officers want their deaths to be recognized as in the “line of duty.” (Read more from “FULL OF LIES: Senate Report on Capitol Riot Claims 3 Police Officers Died” HERE)

Klobuchar on 1/6 Riot: ‘This Was Like the Super Bowl of Domestic Terrorism’

By Breitbart. Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports” described the January 6 riot on Capitol Hill “like the Super Bowl of domestic terrorism.”

Discussing a newly released U.S. Senate bipartisan report on January 6, Klobuchar said, “We have outlined what is common knowledge in our report about President Trump’s speech, about encouraging them to march down from the mall and the like. One reason I believe we need a 9/11 type commission and investigation is we felt our jurisdiction and goal was clear. We wanted to get immediate recommendations to help with funding, to help with getting bills passed, and make changes in the police department and the like. But the whole side of it about the rise of white supremacy and what needs to be done. I believe this report is not a substitute for that, but something we needed to do immediately.” . . .

Klobuchar added, “The National Guard would still be under the Department of Defense as they are across the country, but the idea would be to have more scenarios and ready trained contingency groups to come in and help. What our legislation would do would be to allow the new chief of police…to not have to go through the police board in making emergency calls and not getting answers, ridiculous situation. But the other part is training for Regional National Guard. There hadn’t been training and planning. Putin to Hammer Biden on the “Human Rights” of DC Protesters

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said alleged rioters are being “persecuted” and that Putin will turn the tables on Biden over US support for Russian dissidents, such as jailed opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who last year survived poisoning attempts. State Offers Marijuana as ‘Prize’ for Getting COVID Vaccine

Just over half of Washington state adults (54 percent) have received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine so far, according to recent health department figures. . .

Several states including California and Ohio have operated vaccine “lotteries” offering cash prizes or college scholarships to randomly selected vaccine recipients.

Other inducements have included free sports tickets, airline flights and beers, while an Arizona cannabis dispensary has already experimented with giving free products to those receiving jabs.

Welcome to Babylon: Gallup Poll Reveals the Staggering Numbers of Americans Who Support Homosexual Marriage

Support for same-sex marriage in the U.S. has reached a new high of 70%, according to a poll published Tuesday by Gallup. The percentage, which is the highest reported figure in the company’s history of conducting the poll, marks a 10-point increase from 2015, when the Supreme Court ruled for same-sex marriages to be recognized across all 50 states. . .

When Gallup first conducted its survey in 1996, only 27% of Americans said they believed marriages between same-sex couples should be recognized by the law as valid. Support has consistently increased over the years, and in 2011, the majority of Americans for the first time said gay marriage should be legally recognized. . .

Gallup says the newest rise in support is largely driven by shifting views among Republicans. For the first time ever, Republicans, who have historically been the party group reporting the least amount of support for marriage equality in Gallup’s polls, showed majority favor with 55% in 2021. That’s a nearly 10% increase from last year, when only 44% of Republicans approved of legal recognition for same-sex marriage, the company reported.

Eighty-three percent of Democrats, meanwhile, voiced support, maintaining a level seen in recent years. “This could suggest that support for gay marriage has reached a ceiling for this group, at least for now,” Gallup wrote. 2020 Election Bombshell: ‘Pristine’ Ballots in Georgia Election Count ‘Looked Xeroxed’

When Fulton County, Ga., poll manager Suzi Voyles sorted through a large stack of mail-in ballots last November, she noticed an alarmingly odd pattern of uniformity in the markings for Joseph R. Biden. One after another, the absentee votes contained perfectly filled-in ovals for Biden — except that each of the darkened bubbles featured an identical white void inside them in the shape of a tiny crescent, indicating they’d been marked with toner ink instead of a pen or pencil.

Adding to suspicions, she noticed that all of the ballots were printed on different stock paper than the others she handled as part of a statewide hand recount of the razor-thin Nov. 3 presidential election. And none was folded or creased, as she typically observed in mail-in ballots that had been removed from envelopes.

“All of them were strangely pristine,” said Voyles, who said she’d never seen anything like it in her 20 years monitoring elections in Fulton County, which includes much of Atlanta. . .

Now election watchdogs have used their affidavits to help convince a state judge to unseal all of the 147,000 mail-in ballots counted in Fulton and allow a closer inspection of the suspicious Biden ballots for evidence of counterfeiting. They argue that potentially tens of thousands may have been manufactured in a race that Biden won by just 12,000 votes thanks to a late surge of mail-in ballots counted after election monitors were shooed from State Farm Arena in Atlanta.

“We have what is almost surely major absentee-ballot fraud in Fulton County involving 10,000 to 20,000 probably false ballots,” said Garland Favorito, the lead petitioner in the case and a certified poll watcher who runs VoterGa.org, one of the leading advocates for election integrity in the state. Disney Makes Marvel Character ‘Loki’ Gender Fluid

Disney has confirmed that the main character in its upcoming Marvel superhero series, Loki, is classified as “gender fluid,” thanks to one small detail in a promotional video.

The determination flashes by the screen quickly, but in Disney’s latest Twitter tease for the debut of the series on Disney +, a file folder outlining Loki’s (Tom Hiddleston) vital statistics can be seen. If fans look closely and quickly, a line reading “sex” followed by the word “fluid” can be seen on the stat sheet.

Until now, the status of Loki’s sexual identity has not been explored in the Marvel Universe of superhero movies and TV properties. However, the character has been shown as gender fluid in the Marvel comics.

Loki, the Asgardian God of Mischief and brother to the Mighty Thor, has been portrayed as “Lady Loki” in the comics after the troublesome god inhabited a female body that was meant for the spirit of Lady Sif. In a 2008 series, for instance, Loki used the female form to try and erase Thor’s grandfather from time and get himself appointed to the throne of Asgard. TYPICAL: AOC, BLM Silent in Wake of Tragic Shooting That Killed 10-Year-Old Boy

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and Black Lives Matter have been silent following the shooting death of a young boy in Queens.

On Saturday, Queens came to a standstill after Justin Wallace, 10, was tragically killed by a gunman who opened fire at his aunt’s home in Far Rockaway around 9:30 p.m., police and the New York Post reported.

One of the gunman’s shots struck Wallace in the chest, mortally wounding the child who passed away from his injuries at an area hospital. Police are reportedly looking into a neighbor dispute over a driveway as a potential motive. . .

Ocasio-Cortez, whose district includes parts of Queens, has been silent since the attack. She has not posted on social media nor did she respond to Fox News’ request for comment.

Court Orders School Board To Reinstate Teacher Suspended for Christian Speech on LGBT

The Twentieth Judicial Circuit of Virginia is ordering the Loudoun County School Board in Virginia to immediately reinstate a gym teacher who was placed on leave after opposing transgender polices at a school board meeting last month.

The court issued a temporary injunction on Tuesday, ordering the board to immediately reinstate gym teacher Bryon “Tanner” Cross, who was suspended after he cited science and Christianity when opposing a draft policy that requires teachers to agree with children’s claim that they are members of the opposite sex.

“I love all my students, but I will never lie to them regardless of the consequences,” Cross said, in part, at a Loudoun school board meeting on May.

A court opinion by Judge James Plowman states that the Plaintiff (Cross) “contends that his suspension was an act of retaliation following his exercise of his rights to free speech in that, 1) his speech was constitutionally protected, 2) the Defendants’ retaliatory action adversely affected the Plaintiff’s constitutionally protected speech, and 3) there was a casual relationship between the speech and the action.” . . .
