It was there that he flew combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan and gathered most of his 1,900 flight hours and 333 carrier arrested landings. While on active duty, he transitioned to the F-18 Hornet and flew at the Naval Strike and Air Warfare Center, the parent command to TOPGUN. Recently, Pastor Rafael Cruz, the father of Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas), was a guest on The Joe Miller Show (KOAN 1080 AM, 95.1 FM) and shared his thoughts on the role that Christian pastors have and should be fulfilling. Specifically, Rev. Cruz maintained that pastors should teach their congregations to hold government accountable and stay true to the US Constitution.

Rafael Cruz is a powerful example of the American Dream. Born in Cuba, Rafael lived and suffered under a cruel, oppressive dictator. He began fighting Batista’s regime as a teenager and was imprisoned and tortured. In 1957 Rafael was able to leave Cuba and arrived in Texas with nothing but the clothes on his back and one hundred dollars hidden on his person. Senator Jim DeMint, the head of the Heritage Foundation, discussed on The Joe Miller Show a number of topics including his continued fight against the Establishment and crony-capitalists in Washington, D.C. He also voiced his discontent with both Parties and the federal government. Senator DeMint specifically took the feds to task for incentivizing the destruction of the family.

When asked about his experience at the Heritage Foundation over the last year, Senator DeMint stated that foreign leaders are much more frank with him now that he is not a part of the federal government. Importantly, many of them have reported that the loss in American power is severely destabilizing their respective nations.

Unbelievable Anti-American Text Used in Alaska School [+video]

A student from an Alaska high school called into The Joe Miller show and reported that he was utterly disgusted with the anti-American themes in his history class. Not only was his instructor apparently pro-Islamic, but he was also very outspoken about how bad America is, and has been.

“Joe” said that as part of his course reading for his history class, he was provided with a photocopied reading assignment. And then he gave it to The Joe Miller Show.

The Alaska high school class reading made the following outrageous assertions:

1. That American racism during World War II was a moral equivalency to the Nazi’s persecution of the Jews:

2. That World War II was fought to enrich American financial elites, not to defeat the spread of fascism:

3. That America’s aggressive military action was indefensible and resulted in unjustified killings of civilians:

Parents must engage forcefully in their children’s educations. If they don’t, we will continue to lose more and more of our children to the leftist ideology that is permeating our public institutions. And within a generation or two, it will be too late.

Former Counter-Intelligence Op: Obama is Leading us to World War III [+video]

A former counter intelligence operative who served in eight counter-terrorist operations, worked as an Arabic linguist with the SEALS, and was employed by both DHS and the FBI, is convinced that Obama’s policies in the Middle East are leading us to World War III.

Specifically, Captain Joseph John, a Naval Academy and Harvard graduate, contends that the Obama administration’s Iran policy is certain to end in failure. He believes Iran is “within six months to a year” of building a nuclear weapon and that that will spawn a Middle East nuclear arms race. More terrifying, Captain John is convinced that Israel will not stand idly by with a “dagger at its throat,” and may make a preemptive nuclear strike against Iran. The international impact would be catastrophic. He suggests that Russia’s involvement in such a conflict is not outside the realm of possibility.

Captain John also mentions the significant Muslim influences on Obama noting that although he is probably not a practicing Muslim right now, he has sympathies toward Islam. He states that during one Joint Chiefs of Staff meeting, Obama stomped out after someone mentioned Islam.

Captain John singles out one of Obama’s chief advisors, Valerie Jarrett, and notes that she is Iranian and likely a Muslim. He also talks about Obama destroying the readiness of the US military, taking our navy down to pre-World War One size, socially re-engineering the military with homosexual and “transgendered” soldiers, causing major retention issues, and other problems.

Attack on American Democracy is Unrelenting [+video]

In his weekly news summary [below], Joe Miller discusses the unrelenting attack on American democracy. For instance, activist federal courts are displacing democratic lawmaking across the country. In Alabama, a single federal judge announced an unconstitutional decree setting aside the will of over 80% of Alabamans with respect to traditional marriage. No matter your perspective on the gay issue, the aggressive, unlawful, and distinctly undemocratic move of the courts in this area is a very troubling development.

Joe also talks about Obama’s Department of in-Justice, blocking the search for Lois Lerner’s destroyed emails and comments on the overall lawlessness of the administration. Why does the President do what he does? “Because he’s King Obama and he rules by executive order.”

With respect to the Elites’ continuing assault on the sensibilities and interests of average Americans, Joe observes that even though the vast majority of the electorate – on the right and on the left – oppose giving benefits to illegal aliens, it’s happening anyway.

Much of this has to do with the fact that the “Boehner-Obama axis is alive and well.” So don’t be fooled by those saying that Boehner’s wings have been clipped by rebel conservative congressmen. Boehner’s liberal agenda continues to march forward. The only difference is that Boehner has been forced out in the open as the “big government loyalist he is.”

Boehner’s reelection is yet another example of the ongoing assault on democracy: even though the vast majority of Republicans across the country opposed Boehner’s reelection as Speaker, about 90% of GOP House Members voted for him in a complete repudiation of their representative duty.

Finally, Joe explains why he’d like to see King Jeb Bush and Hillary Clinton as the nominees of their respective parties.

I was not born a Constitutionalist. I did not live my life with an inherent understanding of Liberty and what is necessary to defend it. I was not raised a Christian. For some, these things will be a stumbling block, so you need to know from me.

I was raised a Democrat. The only thing more evil than Satan was a Republican in my home. There were no choices to be made in voting…straight Democrat party line was the only choice.

I was an environmentalist. An ardent environmentalist. Some of my best friends were members of Green Peace and I supported the WWF and PETA. I was a vegetarian by ideology, not for health reasons, for almost 15 years.

I believed in the “good” of scientific manipulations of food and the necessity of vaccines. Not only believed this, but helped create them when I was a biochemist for Monsanto.

I believed in Global Warming and defended it vigorously. I believed in the Big Bang and openly criticized those who believed in creationism as ignorant and misled.

I believed Government’s duty and purpose was to be a provider for the people. I supported programs that would give the government more control over the people. I even believed a One World Government was the best way to go to ensure “global peace.” I supported the principles of socialism, although I cannot claim to have known at the time it was socialism, per se, that I supported.

I supported abortion and often openly condemned others for being pro-life. I have argued with abortion protesters on street corners and called them names that I am not proud of._BPP0228

I was not only not a Christian, but I practiced many other religions, including many occult versions. I was bitter against God and felt that only ignorant, weak people needed faith. I was too intelligent and too educated for such a feeble crutch.

I was not born with the knowledge that I have now. I did not wake up one morning with a divine epiphany. I traveled a long road. I learned some hard and painful lessons. My beliefs were challenged and I came to know the Truth.

I am able to stand firm on what I believe because I have discovered the difference between truth and lies. I am able to defend the truth because I walked the path. I can show you my path of discovery, and to be guaranteed it is not tied to any political motivation or personal gain…unless you call the liberation that comes from knowing the truth in the face of lies, a personal gain.

So when someone says to you…”Did you know that person used to be associated with this or that group or used to believe this… How can you possibly believe him now?” Remember this story.

It is good to question someone’s “transformation”. You SHOULD do that. If they cannot show you that path, step by step, you should question their motivations.

But do not discount someone’s current position just because of who they USED to be or who they USED to associate with or what they USED to believe. Sometimes it is NOT a selfish or deceptive motivation, but a path to enlightenment. We all had to wake up somehow.

White House Task Force Wants Obama to Change “Thanksgiving” to “Celebrate Immigrants Day” via Executive Order

Susan Payne, a Maryland political activist who was interviewed on the Mark Levin Show last week, called into The Joe Miller Show yesterday and provided even more details on what a White House task force is planning with respect to illegals in this country.

She explained that not only did members of the task force make it clear that their efforts are designed to provide as much money and benefits to illegals as possible, they were also trying to expand ways to induce illegals to come to the United States. With respect to those who receive executive amnesty, Ms. Payne said the focus was “navigate [the benefits], not assimilate.”

But the most shocking revelation was that members of the task force want to see Thanksgiving be changed by Obama’s executive order to “Celebrate Immigrants Day.” Ms. Payne said she was “stunned” by the “audacity” and “insidious nature” of the Obama’s administration.

Ms. Payne also noted that the Obama administration is now allowing illegal aliens to claim “refugee status” for their family members who are presently residing in their home countries.

Finally, Ms. Payne stated that a group called the International Network for Public Schools is taking public school funding and creating public schools for immigrant children only. Such schools would likely violate the federal law under Brown vs. Board of Education.

Dr. Jackson: Liars Must be Defeated by Any Means Possible

On The Joe Miller Show several days ago, a former college Political Science teacher, columnist Lester Jackson, explained that our country is in crisis. Dr. Jackson said we’re nearing tyranny “if we’re not already there.” He cited a number of problems including the fact that we effectively have one political party. This is a critical issue as “democracy presupposes an opposition party.”

But Dr. Jackson’s recurrent theme was that “liars must be defeated by any means possible.” He noted that “lying” is a hallmark of modern politicians like Alaska’s Senator Lisa Murkowski. Dr. Jackson explained that one of the reasons these liars hate politicians like Senator Ted Cruz is because he forces them into votes that makes them go on the record on issues like amnesty. That creates problems in their efforts to lie to their constituents about their true views.

Dr. Jackson also noted that Senator Cruz has effectively called his colleagues corrupt, pointing out the influence of K Street on their voting.

As to how to defeat liars, Dr. Jackson admitted that you can’t get them all. But he believes conservatives have to use any lawful means at their disposal to get rid of such chameleons. He cited William F. Buckley, Jr. in suggesting that conservatives should even vote for a Democrat over a lying RINO as the damage that a junior Democrat can do is far less than a senior Republican.

When asked whether he is advocating for a third party, Dr. Jackson responded with a chuckle that we don’t even have a second party but went on to say that the GOP started as a third party and that such a movement is imperative today.

For the record, my name is Walid Shoebat. I used to be a radicalized Muslim willing to die for the cause of Jihad until I converted to Christianity in 1994. As a member of the PLO I was involved in terror activity, and was imprisoned in Jerusalem for three weeks. In prison, I was recruited to plant a bomb in Bethlehem as a result of which, thank God, no one was injured. My mother was an American and my father a Palestinian Arab. The Imams were the prime recruiters for terrorism then as they are still today and terror conferences are held all over the USA to this day.
