Police Report: Parents Capture, Duct Tape Sex Offender Standing In 5-Year-Old Girl’s Bedroom

A California mother and father subdued and duct-taped a registered sex offender who they caught standing in their 5-year-old daughter’s bedroom early Tuesday after he broke in through a window, authorities said.

The parents caught a man, who deputies later identified as 39-year-old registered sex offender Daniel Diaz, prowling outside their home in Grayson around 5 a.m., FOX40 Sacramento reported, citing the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office. . .

“He was in the living room window trying to peek in and he was grabbing his private parts and just looking around,” the girl’s mother Martha Zepeda told WLTX-TV in Spanish through a translator.

But the father lost sight of the man as he walked around the outside of the house, according to the family, until they heard a loud noise come from their 5-year-old daughter’s bedroom. . .

The father rushed the man and forced him outside, where he wrestled him to the ground, authorities said. He and his wife restrained him using duct tape as they waited for officers to arrive. University Accused of ‘Callous’ Experiments on Aborted Babies, Harvesting Genitals

Pro-life activist organizations have accused the University of California, San Francisco, of engaging in “callous” experiments on aborted fetuses and possibly allowing babies that survive an abortion to die.

The anti-abortion advocacy group Live Action reported Saturday that the group Pro-Life San Francisco obtained twodocuments via the California Public Records Act related to how UCSF is conducting research on viable human fetuses. The pro-life group accused UCSF and partner institutions of engaging in “callous abortion harvesting operations.”

“On June 14th and June 25th 2021, Pro-Life San Francisco received documents from the University of California, San Francisco,” Pro-Life San Francisco’s website reports. “Requested under the California Public Records Act, these records shed light on the aborted fetal tissue research projects taking place within the university.”

Live Action’s Bettina di Fiore notes that “fetal body parts are being harvested under the UCSF umbrella from babies aborted at the two UCSF-affiliated Women’s Options Center locations.” She added that studies have shown that labor induction abortion techniques used in those facilities can often result in live births.

U.S. Schools To Offer Free Condoms To Students As Young As 10-Years-Old

When Chicago Public Schools resume classes in the fall, students as young as 10-years-old – grades fifth and up — will have access to free condoms.

The CPS Board of Education passed the new policy back in December. Per the new policy, schools that teach grades five and up will be required to maintain a “condom availability program.”

CPS said the condoms will be provided at no cost by the Chicago Department of Public Health “in an ongoing effort to mitigate the spread of sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV infection, and unintended pregnancy” among students.

In an interview with the Chicago Sun-Times, CPS’ top doctor Kenneth Fox acknowledged that the decision will likely ruffle some feathers, but said it was necessary to safeguard students’ health.

“When you don’t have those protections and don’t make those resources available then bad stuff happens to young people,” he said. “You have elevated risks of sexually transmitted infections, of unintended pregnancies, and that’s very preventable stuff.” (Read more from “U.S. Schools To Offer Free Condoms To Students As Young As 10-Years-Old” HERE)

School Expels Children of Parents Who Spoke Out Against CRT

Two Ohio mothers spoke out Wednesday morning after their children were expelled from a private school due to the mothers pushing back against critical race theory.

Columbus Academy is denying re-enrollment to several students, alleging that their mothers breached part of their contract by leading a public campaign against the school’s purported attempt to “indoctrinate” students with left-wing ideas.

“I feel like it is unfortunate that when you are speaking out and you are trying to say your truth, unfortunately, there are people who want to retaliate against you. In this case, they retaliated against our children, who are innocent,” Andrea Gross told “Fox & Friends First,” alongside Amy Gonzalez.

The decision capped off months of efforts by Gross and Gonzalez to probe Columbus Academy’s (CA) activities, which allegedly included divisive concepts about race and anti-conservative sentiment. Gross and Gonzalez are co-organizers of the Pro CA Coalition, pushing against critical race theory being taught at Columbus Academy.

“We tried, in the best way possible, to represent and speak up not only for our children but also our teachers. At a private school, they did not have a union. I believe a lot of it is coming from The National Association of Independent Schools,” Gonzalez told host Todd Piro. SCOTUS Won’t Hear Case of Christian Florist Who Denied Services for Homosexual Wedding

The Supreme Court decided Friday that it would not hear the case of a florist who refused to provide her services for a same-sex couple’s wedding. The decision not to hear the case leaves in place an earlier ruling that she violated state anti-discrimination laws.

Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch said they would have reviewed the ruling, but four justices are needed for the court to hear a case.

In 2018, the high court ordered Washington state courts to take a new look at the case involving florist Barronelle Stutzman and her Arlene’s Flowers business. That followed the justices’ decision in a different case involving a Colorado baker who declined to make a cake for a same-sex wedding. Cleric Charges That God Is ‘Non-Binary’

A cleric who was the first transgender to be ordained in the Church of England has claimed in an interview with ITV News that God is not “God the Father,” or even a “He.”

God, claims Sarah Jones, is “non-binary.”

Apparently centuries of church teachings, untold years of study of the Bible, and even all those references in the Scripture themselves, are wrong?

Jones, who has opposed the millennia-old principles of the Bible for years, said, “We’re very used to talking about God as ‘He’ and obviously Jesus was a man and referred to God as ‘father,’ and I get that but when we think about anything to do with God, the limits of our human imagination and our language, we just run out of understanding, I mean, how can we possibly describe God.”

Jones continued, “And when you really think about it, does God really have a body? I don’t think so, so could God really be ‘He,’ just genuinely like a guy? I don’t think so and I think if God created everything, God’s beyond all of these boundaries so whatever God is, I really don’t think God is a standard ‘He.’ I would absolutely say that God is non-binary in the sense that God is neither male nor female and I think it’s helpful.” (Read more from “Cleric Charges That God Is ‘Non-Binary'” HERE)

Educators Face Termination after Launching Campaign Backing Recognition of Biological Sex

Two Oregon middle school educators are facing termination after they produced a video announcing their campaign to urge schools to resolve gender issues by recognizing biological sex.

The Grants Pass School District board of education plans to meet in July to decide if North Middle School assistant principal Rachel Damiano and science teacher Katie Medart should be terminated, reported KDRV.com News.

The two educators were placed on paid leave in April after they posted a YouTube video in late March in which they announced their campaign to urge the recognition of biological sex over gender identity to resolve school gender issues.

Here’s How Disney World Is Trying to Be More ‘Gender Inclusive’

. . .Walt Disney World has removed its longtime greeting, “Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,” from its Magic Kingdom fireworks show to promote inclusivity, Insider reported. It will be replaced with one that starts off with “Good evening, dreamers of all ages!”

On Wednesday, Disney World employees were invited to a “cast member” preview of the “Happily Ever After” fireworks show at Magic Kingdom. While the fireworks show itself remains virtually the same as previous years, the show’s opening greeting has been updated.

The preview was the first fireworks show hosted at Disney World since nightly shows were halted at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Jack Wagner, known as “the voice of Disney,” estimated that he uttered the phrase over 8 million times during his two-decade tenure as park announcer for Disneyland, Disney World and Tokyo Disneyland.

How a 10-Year-Old Girl’s Mom Saved Her from Going Transgender

. . .Ten-year-old Mindy (a pseudonym) changed schools and left behind her friends just before the school lockdowns, then attended school virtually for the rest of fourth grade and all of fifth grade. When she exhibited overwhelming stress, her concerned parents took her to a counselor at the pediatrician’s office. That started their nightmare. . .

For Mindy, what started as “out of the blue” anxiety and depression quickly escalated to a diagnosis of gender dysphoria, the next crucial step in the manufacturing of trans kids.

“She began counseling at the pediatrics office and [they] quickly diagnosed her with gender dysphoria (without telling us) and possible Asperger’s in addition to the previous GAD [Generalized Anxiety Disorder]. I felt like they did not listen to me…I told the pediatrics office and counselor that this started when my daughter changed school… leaving her friends and the only school she had ever been to. [Then] school became virtual [and] nothing was normal.”

Notice how the counselor didn’t listen to the parents and their knowledge of their child. Obvious triggers—changing schools, leaving friends behind, lockdowns, and the resulting anxiety and depression—were ignored. To me, this is reckless medical malpractice and it happens far too frequently.

For ten-year-old Mindy, her therapist was forthright enough, thankfully, to inform Mindy’s parents that she intended, without their permission or input, to start calling Mindy by a male name. Transgender Man Crowned Miss Nevada USA

The title of Miss Nevada USA has gone to a transgender [“woman”] for the first time in the pageant’s history.

Kataluna Enriquez was crowned the winner Sunday in the pageant at the South Point hotel-casino in Las Vegas and will continue to compete for the title of Miss USA.

Enriquez competed against 21 other candidates to represent Nevada in the Miss USA pageant that will be held on Nov. 29. . .

Enriquez, 27, took part in transgender pageants beginning in 2016 when [he] was working as a model. [He] began competing in cisgender pageants last year.
