A transgender [“female”] athlete said that Joe Rogan should stop talking about the contentious issue of transgender people competing in sports. . .

The 45-year-old spoke out against Rogan and other critics of transgender athletes in an interview with ET Canada.

“A lot of prominent people were talking about a bunch of horrible things. The Joe Rogans, the Ronda Rouseys, the Dana Whites of the world,” said Fox.

“From what they said about me in the past, I could have just crawled up into a ball and given up. I could have just stopped competing, but I didn’t,” Fox explained. “I kept competing and I kept talking about this issue and I’m going to continue to do it.”

Illegal Alien Found Guilty Of Murdering Mollie Tibbetts

An illegal alien has been found guilty of murdering 20-year-old University of Iowa student Mollie Tibbetts by a jury on Friday.

Cristhian Bahena Rivera, an illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested in August 2018 — about a month after Tibbetts first went missing on the evening of July 18, 2018, in Brooklyn, Iowa — and charged with first-degree murder.

Bahena Rivera led investigators to Tibbetts’ body and he said he spotted her jogging, ran up to her, and became angry because she threatened to call the police. Rivera said he then blacked out and took her body from his car trunk and placed her in a cornfield, placing corn stalks over her.

Bahena Rivera first crossed the United States-Mexico border at 17-years-old and headed to Iowa where he has relatives. He worked at the Yarabee Farms dairy farm under the name “John Budd” from a stolen Social Security number.

Twelve jurors, including three Hispanic Americans and nine white Americans from 19 to 71-years-old, found Bahena Rivera guilty of first-degree murder following a nearly two-week trial and less than eight hours of deliberation. Book Reveals Bernie’s Ridiculous Hotel Demands

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) is a demanding hotel guest whose requirements would make even the most pampered celebrity blush, according to a new book detailing Democratic Party politics.

In an excerpt from “Battle for the Soul: Inside the Democrats’ Campaigns to Defeat Trump,” author Edward-Isaac Dovere reports that following Sanders’ surprisingly strong 2016 presidential campaign, the democratic socialist’s staffers put together a “Senator Comfort Memo” detailing his specifications for each hotel stay on his travels. The excerpt was first reported by Fox News.

According to Dovere, Sanders preferred suites with bathtubs and a king-size bed “which had to have a down comforter or another blanket in the closet. He preferred that the extra blanket be dark blue, and made of cotton.”

Sanders, 79, required that his room be kept at 60 degrees even if it meant opening a window in winter or manually overriding the hotel’s climate control system. Dovere recounts one incident on a trip to California when a hotel worker tried and failed to get the room to the required coolness. Top Doctor Says We’ve Reached Herd Immunity for COVID

Arguing for people who choose not to be vaccinated, a Johns Hopkins professor estimates that nearly half the country has natural immunity due to prior infection that protects them from COVID-19.

Dr. Marty Makary, in an interview Tuesday with “The Vince Coglianese Show” on WMAL in Washington, claimed the United States already has achieved the objective of herd immunity, combining the vaccinated with those who have been infected. He estimates 85% of the population is immune to the novel coronavirus.

“Please, ignore the CDC guidance,” he said, calling it the slowest “most reactionary CDC in history.”

“Live a normal life, unless you are unvaccinated and did not have the infection, in which case you need to be careful,” he said in the interview, which was spotlighted by the Daily Caller.

A 9-year-old boy born with just 2 percent of his brain hopes to learn how to walk after undergoing a five-hour operation to straighten his legs.

Noah Wall from Carlisle in Cumbria, England, developed a rare brain condition in the womb, and his parents Michelle, 49, and Rob, 55, were told by doctors he would likely never talk, walk, or eat on his own. . .

Tragically, a “do not resuscitate order” was placed on Noah and his parents were asked five times if they wanted to terminate the pregnancy. . .

The 9-year-old, who recently celebrated his birthday, has seen his brain grow to 80 percent, and his proud mom said she was astonished by how smart he was.

Defrocked Catholic Priest Implicated Himself In Murder of Teen Alter Boy Before Dying

A defrocked Roman Catholic priest implicated himself in the 1972 slaying of a Massachusetts altar boy before dying at a hospital last week — saying he gave the boy a “good shove” before he was discovered dead in a river, a prosecutor said.

Richard R. Lavigne, long considered the only suspect in the murder of 13-year-old Danny Croteau, told a Massachusetts State Police trooper during a series of recent interviews that he was the last person to see the Springfield boy alive — when he brought him to the bank of the Chicopee River.

In a press conference Monday, Hampden District Attorney Anthony Gulluni played snippets of the interviews, where Lavigne admitted that he assaulted the boy on the riverbank on April 14, 1972.

The priest later returned and found Danny floating face-down in the water, but didn’t try to save him or notify his parents or cops, the prosecutor said.

Texas Becomes Latest State to Pass Pro-Life Heartbeat Bill

Texas governor Greg Abbott (R.) signed a bill banning abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detected, making Texas the latest in a growing number of Republican-controlled states cracking down on abortions.

The new law, set to take effect in September, bans abortions after the detection of a fetal heartbeat, which can be as early as six weeks into a pregnancy. The legislation differs from other “heartbeat” bills by allowing private citizens to sue abortion providers if they believe the provider violated the ban. The only exception to the ban is an abortion performed in a medical emergency.

A Duval County teacher has been terminated from classroom instruction for refusing to remove a Black Lives Matter banner from the wall outside her classroom, violating Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ ban of Critical Race Theory (CRT) in public schools.

. . .Florida teacher Amy Donofrio was terminated from her position as a Language Arts teacher at Robert E. Lee High School for—as Florida Education Commissioner Richard Corcoran described—having “an entire classroom memorialized to Black Lives Matter,” reported Action News Jax on May 17.

Textbooks containing CRT subject matter, coming soon to Florida’s classrooms, are raising concerns for parents.

“I’m a Florida resident with children in Florida public schools and I am in full support of Gov. DeSantis and his position on critical race theory,” Lisa Jeannine Smith of Navarre, Florida, told The Epoch Times. “We have a race crisis that has been created in the mind only by the mainstream media and few powerful, yet feckless leaders in our government who must create a crisis to fix, as one does not exist in present day.”

Judge Rules to Force Christian College to Allow Men to Share Showers With Women

A federal judge ruled Wednesday that students of the opposite biological sex must be allowed to share shower spaces and dorms at a Christian college in Missouri.

Judge Roseann Ketchmark of the District Court of Western Missouri ruled against the College of the Ozarks, a Christian college which had sued President Joe Biden’s administration over its transgender discrimination policies, lawyers representing the school said Wednesday evening. The college had challenged Biden over his Jan. 20 executive order, which prevented schools from denying children access to bathrooms of their choosing.

“Women shouldn’t be forced to share private spaces, including showers and dorm rooms with males, and religious schools shouldn’t be punished simply because of their beliefs about biological sex,” Julie Marie Blake, senior counsel for the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), told reporters following the ruling Wednesday evening.

“The Biden administration’s overreach continues to victimize women, girls and people of faith by gutting their legal protections, and it must be stopped,” she continued.

The College of the Ozarks filed the lawsuit against Biden and the Department of Housing and Urban Development in April, two months after Biden signed the order. The school had argued that the government cannot force a private religious school to place biological males into female dormitories. Bus Driver Caught on Video Assaulting Child for Not Wearing Mask Properly

A school bus driver has admitted to slapping a 10-year-old girl for not wearing her face mask properly. The Colorado school bus driver caught on video slapping the young girl has since been fired and faces multiple charges.

A surveillance camera caught Bertram Jaquez on camera smacking a student in the face over a mask dispute. The video shows the bus driver confronting the girl at her seat on the vehicle. She allegedly moved the mask under her nose because she said, “I get sick from mask[s],” according to a statement the girl wrote about the incident that occurred in Fremont County.

Other children on the bus told the unnamed girl to put her mask back on. The girl wrote that she “yelled at them and said you shut up your [sic] not involved in this.” When she didn’t put her mask on correctly, the other kids informed the bus driver.

The bus driver told the child to put her mask all the way on, but she refused. “Out of reaction, I slapped her once,” Jaquez said in a written statement to the school district.

In her written statement to the school district, the 10-year-old girl said, “The bus driver slapt [sic] me.”
