Hillary’s New Political Group Is Now Using Her Granddaughter to Beg for Cash

Hillary Clinton’s political group, “Onward Together,” sent out a fundraising email on Wednesday discussing Clinton’s gardening activities with her granddaughter and informing supporters that Clinton’s mood is “pretty concerned” but “okay.”

The email, ostensibly from Clinton, explains that people keep asking her how she is doing “over and over again.”

“I’m pretty concerned” “as an American,” the email says. “But as a person, I’m okay. It’s nice to be able to spend so much time at home with Bill and our dogs, and to catch up with friends I haven’t seen in a while.”

The email is titled “peas and peppers” — all lower case. The “peas and peppers” title refers to time Clinton says she is spending gardening with her granddaughter. (Read more from “Hillary’s New Political Group Is Now Using Her Granddaughter to Beg for Cash” HERE)

Abolitionist Gubernatorial Candidate Gains Steam With Controversial Video

A candidate for Oklahoma Governor released a controversial ad Sept. 12 criticizing the state’s pro-life regulatory efforts as tools to keep abortion legal.

Dan Fisher is running on a campaign platform to abolish abortion, restore state sovereignty, audit state agencies and limit government. He said in the video that pro-life bills passed in Oklahoma have failed to treat abortion as murder, despite the fact that most pro-life politicians claim to believe it is. He included examples of actual pro-life legislation passed in Oklahoma: a bill requiring mothers to wait 72 hours before they can kill their babies, a bill requiring mothers to kill their babies within the first 20 weeks of life, and bills requiring abortionists to offer mothers ultrasounds before their babies can be killed. He also referenced a so-called pro-life measure that has gained traction across the U.S. in recent years, which prohibits abortionists from selling the corpses of their victims but in no way prohibits them from turning their victims into corpses to begin with.

He also pointed out that many national pro-life organizations refer to Oklahoma as the most pro-life state in the union, due to its abundance of regulatory measures. “In a state that murders nearly 6,000 children every year, what does that even mean?” he asked.

Fisher also addressed the common objection that states must fight abortion within the confines of the infamous 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, saying the state ought to simply ignore the Supreme Court on this issue. “The courts are often wrong,” he said, hailing as evidence the 1857 Dred Scott vs. Sandford case, in which the Supreme Court ruled that black people were not fully human and could not be afforded equal rights with white people. “They’re wrong now. They’re not God.”

Fisher is one of the first gubernatorial candidates in history to explicitly run as an abolitionist against pro-life candidates, and the video ad is the first of its kind to use thoroughgoing abolitionist rhetoric to call attention to the failed compromising strategies of the pro-life movement. “I’m not running for governor of Oklahoma as a pro-lifer,” Fisher said. “I am not running to regulate abortion. I am running to abolish it.”

Melania Trump Halts Use of Photo as College Replies With ‘I’m Sorry’

If there is nothing more American than a crafty advertising gimmick, then a school in Croatia might be becoming more American by the minute.

Last week, Americki Institut, an English-language school in Croatia, took out a billboard bearing the face of first lady Melania Trump with the caption, “Just imagine how far you can go with a little bit of English.”

The school did not bother with the nicety of asking the first lady.

Twitter ensured the advertisement was viewed around the world, giving the school more publicity than it might have expected.

Then Melania Trump saw it and took legal action.

The first lady decided that the school’s scheme to boost enrollment in English classes reeked more of illegality than creativity, and — as a former model who knows the value of her image — sued to have the offending advertisement removed within 24 hours.

The school got the message. The billboard in the Croatian capital of Zagreb is down.

“I’m satisfied with the fact that the school admitted that they violated the law and that they are ready to remove the billboards and ads,” said Nataša Pirc-Musar, who represents Trump as various businesses in Europe try to capitalize on her fame. “We are still analyzing possible further legal steps.”

Pirc-Musar said the school has apologized, but that the statement also needed to be published by the Croatian and Slovenian state news agencies.

“We are very sorry that the billboards were misunderstood as something intended to mock the U.S. first lady,” said Ivis Buric, a spokeswoman for the school. “It was meant to be something positive, to show her as a role model.”

Despite those words, a visitor to the school’s Facebook page might call its response more cheeky than chastened.

In place of the Melania Trump image that formerly graced its Facebook page, there is now a video of 1960s singer Brenda Lee offering the school’s response in the form of the song, “I’m Sorry.” (For more from the author of “Melania Trump Halts Use of Photo as College Replies With ‘I’m Sorry'” please click HERE)

High School Bans American Flags – the Reason Why Will Surprise You

Administrators at a public high school in New Hampshire have banned students from using American flags as props or clothing at a forthcoming pep rally because the administrators are concerned that students will treat the flag disrespectfully.

The site of the flag fracas is Londonderry High School, reports local ABC affiliate WMUR-TV.

A couple dozen Londonderry High student athletes who will organize the pep rally received letters describing the event’s rules last week. Most of the rules were standard fare: no insults about opposing teams, not getting naked — that kind of thing.

The students who received the letter did notice the added rule about the U.S. flag. The rule read: “No use of the American flag. Do not wear, carry, present the American flag on the floor.” (Read more from “High School Bans American Flags – the Reason Why Will Surprise You” HERE)

Parents Get Angry After Actress Teaches Students About Constitution

Angry parents expressed outrage after actress Janine Turner’s “conservative” presentation on the Constitution to fifth and sixth graders at Eubanks Middle School in Southlake, Texas.

Turner, the founder of “Constituting America,” spoke to the middle schoolers on Sept. 12 about patriotism and the meaning of America’s founding document. She gave a lecture to promote “civic engagement and understanding of constitutional rights,” the mission of her nonpartisan organization.

“‘Constituting America’ seeks to promote the Constitution for students of all ages,” according to its website.

“The program itself was great as she talked about love for country and being a good citizen,” said school district spokeswoman Julie Thannum, according to The Dallas Morning News Monday. “It wasn’t until later that we started getting calls and seeing social media postings upset about materials the speaker passed out to the children.” (Read more from “Parents Get Angry After Actress Teaches Students About Constitution” HERE)

Team of 8-Year-Olds Kneels for National Anthem

Every player on the Cahokia Quarterback Club football team (8 and under) took a knee during the national anthem ahead of Sunday’s game at Little Devil’s Field in Belleville.

“One of the kids asked me if I saw (people) protesting and rioting in St. Louis. I said yes; I said, ‘Do you know why they are doing it?’” said Coach Orlando Gooden.

Coach Gooden said his player responded, “Because black people are getting killed and nobody’s going to jail.”

Gooden, who played football at Mizzou, said the kids knew about the Jason Stockley decision.

“I felt like it was a good teaching moment for me to circle the team and have a meeting,” he said. (Read more from “Team of 8-Year-Olds Kneels for National Anthem” HERE)

‘Angel Mom’ Blasts CA Sanctuary State ‘Insanity’

Lawmakers in California on Saturday passed “sanctuary state” legislation to limit police cooperation with federal immigration authorities and give illegal immigrations additional protections from federal law enforcement.

Sabine Durden, a legal immigrant and “Angel Mom,” blasted the approved bill on Fox & Friends Monday morning.

“It’s an insult. It’s insanity on steroids to claim that this is protecting the immigrant community,” Durden said.

“They don’t protect anybody but their votes and their cheap labor, and they’re placing every American and every legal immigrant like me in danger because everybody’s gonna flood to California like they flooded to other sanctuary cities.”

“At what point will politicians, and mayors, and governors finally stand up for those who belong here, and take care of us?”

Durden is not an activist by choice. Durden’s son, Dominic, was killed five years ago in a fatal motorcycle crash involving an illegal immigrant. On July 12, 2012, Dominic, 30, was traveling to work when Juan Zacarias Lopez Tzun took a wrong turn driving an unlicensed pickup truck. Dominic was killed instantly in the crash. Tzun was an illegal immigrant from Guatemala with a record of drunk driving convictions.

Durden told the hosts of Fox & Friends that she wouldn’t be talking to them right now if the United States had enforced its immigration laws.

“My son would still be alive, so many others would still be alive if our politicians and elected officials would finally stand up for us,” an emotional Durden said. “I don’t understand it, I still don’t get it, why they fight so hard for illegals who don’t have a right to be here.”

Asked to comment on President Trump’s handling of the illegal immigration issue, Durden said, “I will stand with my president,” but “there are things I wish we would be further on.”

“I would love to extend an invitation to my president to meet with me, meet me for ten minutes, and let me refresh what we talked about on July 10, 2015, and help him understand how important it is to not allow amnesty for anybody here,” Durden said.

“We have Americans in need. We have people that need our government. I’m at loss how slow things are moving, how slow Congress and [the] Senate are moving.” (For more from the author of “‘Angel Mom’ Blasts CA Sanctuary State ‘Insanity'” please click HERE)

Pro-Trump TV Pundit Alleges Rape in New Filing Against Fox News

Scottie Nell Hughes, a pro-Trump TV pundit, has filed a jaw dropping lawsuit against Fox News.

The lawsuit pointedly names 21st Century Fox, Fox News, Executive VP Diane Brandi, Spokeswoman Irena Briganti, and Fox Business anchor Charles Payne. The suit was filed on Monday and includes a variety of allegations that range from rape and sexual harassment to “retaliation inflicted by Fox News executives in order to protect male, on-air talent.”

Hughes’s Manhattan-based attorney, Douglas Wigdor, claims that after she “confidentially” told Fox News about the sexual harassment and rape, network execs “ruthlessly” leaked her name to the National Enquirer along with a “self-serving statement” by Payne apologizing for having an “affair” that transpired between 2013 and 2015.

Hughes’s lawsuit states that Payne raped her. (Read more from “Pro-Trump TV Pundit Alleges Rape in New Filing Against Fox News” HERE)

Big Ruling on Farmer Banned From Selling Food Due to Faith

A federal judge has ordered a Michigan city to allow a nearby farmer to participate in its farmers market after concluding officials there likely illegally discriminated against him because of his faith.

The case centers on the issue of same-sex “marriage,” and it isn’t the first time since the U.S. Supreme Court created that status several years ago that courts have ruled the rights of homosexuals supersede the right to exercise religion.

Previous cases were decided in favor of a T-shirt maker in Kentucky and bakers in Mississippi.

The issue remains before the high court in the case of a Colorado baker, Jack Phillips, who was ordered by an enraged state Civil Rights Commission to provide same-sex “wedding” cakes and to undergo a state-mandated indoctrination program.

The latest decision favored farmer Steve Tennes of Country Mill Farms in his case against East Lansing Michigan. (Read more from “Big Ruling on Farmer Banned From Selling Food Due to Faith” HERE)

Chelsea Clinton Caught Spreading False Story About Gay Patients Being Denied Treatment

Chelsea Clinton falsely tweeted Friday that the Michigan House of Representatives had voted to allow emergency medical providers choice in treating patients, specifically giving EMTs the option to deny treatment to gay patients.

“Absolutely appalling,” the former First Daughter tweeted, “Michigan House Passed Bill Allowing EMTs To Refuse Treatment To Gay People.”

The story Clinton cited was from a website for the LGBT New Now Next Awards, and was posted in 2014. When followers pointed out the story was old, Clinton deleted her tweet.

Not only was the story old, but the actual premise was deeply flawed. What the Michigan House actually passed was a garden variety Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), which would have exempted religious individuals from laws that infringed on their religious beliefs.

Like most state RFRAs, the Michigan bill contained a clause that allows the state to infringe on religious beliefs when there’s a “compelling government interest.” The preservation of human life is widely considered to qualify, according to legal experts.
