Fox News Confirms Departure of Popular Host Amid Sexual Harassment Allegations

Fox News Channel confirmed in a statement Friday that the network is “amicably” parting ways with one of its most recognizable hosts.

Eric Bolling, who was suspended last month after facing allegations of sexual harassment, will no longer be associated with Fox News, where he hosted The Specialists after gaining exposure as a co-host on The Five.

Fox News also confirmed it is cancelling The Specialists, though that show’s co-hosts, Eboni Williams and Kat Timpf, are expected to remain with the network as contributors.

A permanent replacement for the program has not been announced. According to Variety, the time slot will be filled on an interim basis with news programming featuring a rotation of Fox News anchors.

According to the statement, Fox News and Bolling “agreed to part ways amicably,” making the host the latest in a string of on-air personalities to leave the network.

“We thank Eric for his 10 years of service to our loyal viewers and wish him the best of luck,” the statement read.

The news sparked discussion on social media, with several users expressing continued support for Bolling.

Several others insisted he deserved to be fired, with at least one using a compilation video in an attempt to portray him as a “sexist idiot.”

As Western Journalism reported, Bolling was suspended in early August amid allegations that he had sent a series of inappropriate text messages to two female colleagues.

Huffington Post, which was the first to publish the allegations, cited 14 unnamed sources. Bolling’s attorney, Michael J. Bowe, denied the “anonymous, uncorroborated claims” and looked forward to seeing Bolling “return to work as quickly as possible.”

With Friday’s announcement, Bolling, who also hosted Cashin’ In on Fox News, followed the departure of other prominent network figures in recent months.

Bill O’Reilly left the network in April after at least five women accused him of sexual harassment.

Earlier this week, Fox & Friends co-host Clayton Morris announced the end of his broadcast career after 18 years in television and nearly 10 years at Fox News. (For more from the author of “Fox News Confirms Departure of Popular Host Amid Sexual Harassment Allegations” please click HERE)

Twitter Bans Activist Mommy for Tweeting Her Dislike of Teen Vogue’s Sex Guide

This one falls under “too stupid to believe,” but it’s actually true. Twitter has banned writer Elizabeth Johnston, who writes at “The Activist Mommy,” for her war of words with Teen Vogue editor Phillip Picardi

Not only has Twitter banned her, but YouTube will not allow her video commentaries to be monetized. While Johnston’s posts and views are controversial to some, none of what she has to say is new. Her views on homosexuality come from the best-selling book in the world — the Bible. The tweet that got her booted was a little salty and perhaps not the best tactic to use for persuasion, but it wasn’t any more obscene than the Teen Vogue article . . .

If Phillip Picardi doesn’t like the word “sodomy,” then why is he publishing articles encouraging young girls to practice it? And why is a gay magazine handing him awards for doing it? That does seem rather strange, doesn’t it? I can only guess that Johnston got suspended for using the words “sodomite” and “sodomy” instead of “gay” and “anal sex” and thus angering the gaystappo who appear to run social media.

But who knows? Does anyone have access to the list of words we aren’t allowed to use anymore? Someone should keep a running tally for reference. Frankly, there aren’t words low enough to describe the particular slime which oozes out of people who try to sexually corrupt children. I think she was too nice. Planned Parenthood on DREAMers: ‘Every Person Has the Right to Live’

For those who run abortion giants such as the National Abortion Rights Action League and Planned Parenthood, the immigration policy fight going on in the United States now is all about … abortion.

Shortly after Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced Tuesday the end of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program created by President Obama as a “temporary” plan to protect illegal aliens while Congress acted, Cecile Richards, the president of Planned Parenthood, tweeted: “Our doors remain open to all, including DREAMers and DACA recipients – no matter what.”

Richards, after describing the president’s action as “Cruel. Unacceptable,” soon added: “Time to fight like hell. One step you can take right away: Call Congress. Tell them to pass the #DREAMAct.”

The comment drew stunned disbelief on Twitter.

eMarc21 responded, “Please don’t complain about deporting children if you support murdering them.” (Read more from “Planned Parenthood on DREAMers: ‘Every Person Has the Right to Live'” HERE)

This Is the Teen That Anthony Weiner Was Sexting?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

By Betsy Rothstein. The mystery teen who sexted with Anthony Weiner is coming forward to talk about her experience. She wasn’t willing to let Inside Edition use her name. But she did agree to go on air and talk about what happened to her . . .

According to a release, the girl says that she contacted Weiner when his wife – Hillary Clinton’s top aide Huma Abedin – was at the peak of her influence working on the presidential campaign.

She says Weiner’s power is what attracted her to him. “I knew that Hillary Clinton would be running for president in the year 2016,” she says. “I wanted to see if Anthony was still up to the same antics.”

The girl says the communication quickly moved from niceties to flirting. “I knew that it was going downhill very fast,” she says. “He called me attractive.”

Other messages Weiner sent her: “You are kinda gorgeous,” “Your body is pretty insane,” and “I thought about you this AM.” According to Inside Edition, some of the messages are “so obscene” they can’t be shown on TV. Weiner’s Laptop at Center of Controversy; Cops Still Haven’t Released Contents

In an exclusive interview with Inside Edition, the underage girl said she sent the former Queens congressman a direct message on Twitter in January of 2016 when she was 15 year-old.

She said the messages from the Democrat quickly turned obscene — in one of them, Weiner posed shirtless with his young son. . .

Weiner’s previous sexting scandals had derailed his political career. This time, his wife Huma Abedin was helping to run Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

When the FBI started investigating Weiner’s lewd communications with the teen they confiscated his laptop. On his laptop they found a new batch of emails that Clinton had sent Abedin.

That led to former FBI Director James Comey to re-open the investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server while Secretary of State, just days before the election. (Read more about the Sexting scandal HERE)

‘Ecosexual’ Professor Wants You to Have Sex With Earth

. . .You can sensually roll in the mud, make passionate love to a hulking tree or even pursue a long-term romantic relationship with the ocean.

It’s all part of an eco-sex trend exploding on Google searches in the last year, thanks in part to art professor Elizabeth Stephens, who teaches at the University of California at Santa Cruz. The movement involves a combination of art, sex and environmentalism.

Stephens, who is also chairwoman of the art department at the California state-funded university, has been filmed in documentaries, or eco-sex flicks, doing “the nasty” with nature.

And, somehow, doing the deed with Earth is supposed to save the environment from human destruction.

This “tree-hugging” professor isn’t merely hugging trees. In the 2013 film “Goodbye Gauley Mountain: An Ecosexual Love Story,” she and her female partner massage river rocks, lick trees, frolic naked in a stream and slather mud on one another. Stephens is now working on “Water Makes Us Wet: An Ecosexual Adventure.” According to The College Fix, “Water Makes Us Wet” is set to debut in Germany this week. Michelle Obama Dresses up as Beyoncé From ‘Formation’ — the Song Believed to Be Anti-Police

To celebrate pop star Beyoncé’s 36th birthday, former first lady Michelle Obama dressed up in what the singer donned in her “Formation” video — a Beyoncé song notoriously perceived as anti-police . . .

Obama wasn’t the only participant in the dress-up shoot: friends and colleagues of Beyoncé also donned the same outfit.

Some of those in the shoot included Beyoncé’s 5-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, former Destiny’s Child members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, and tennis star Serena Williams.

Many conservative pundits believed Beyoncé’s 2016 award-winning song and video for “Formation” to be controversial, as the underlying theme is black pride.

The pop star performed the song during the 2016 Super Bowl halftime show, where many of her backup dancers donned what appeared to be Black Panther-like costumes, and gave several nods to the Black Lives Matter movement and Malcolm X. Tennessee Leads the Way in Establishing Animal Abuser Registry

In 2016, Tennessee became the first state in the nation to implement an animal abuse registry, and now other states are looking to follow its lead.

The law requires anyone convicted of aggravated cruelty to animals to be placed on a registry accessible to the public on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s website.

The registry currently has eight perpetrators’ names, photographs and other personal information on it.

Knox County District Attorney General Charme Allen told NBC News affiliate WBIR that there are three ways people can make the registry: “aggravated cruelty to animals, fighting animals or having sexual relations with animals.”

The list is reserved for those convicted of the felonies, not lesser misdemeanor crimes of animal abuse, which might involve not feeding or otherwise properly caring for animals.

Also, the law specifically covers companion animals, such as cats and dogs, not farm animals.

State Sen. Richard Briggs, R-Knoxville, who co-sponsored the legislation, explained why he thought it was an important to step for Tennessee to take.

“These animals become members of our family and they need to have some of the same protections as the people who become attached to them,” Briggs said.

The law requires any who are convicted of aggravated animal cruelty to be placed on the registry for two years. An additional five years will be added to a perpetrators expiration date for every subsequent offense.

Josh Devine, spokesman for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, explained via email, “We have heard – anecdotally – the registry is proving to be a resource for adoption organizations, shelters and others as part of their process to ensure those who have a history of abusing animals don’t have access to other animals.”

“The registry – like our sex offender registry – is not designed to be punitive, but informative, so the community has information about those who have been convicted of the most serious animal welfare violations,” he added.

Eric Swafford, Tennessee state director for the Humane Society of the United States, told Western Journalism that “having this type of information being more readily available to law enforcement and to the public, it just makes good sense.”

“Oftentimes people that commit crimes against animals move on to committing crimes against people,” Swafford noted.

Humane Society of the Tennessee Valley executive director Amy Buttry said she is pleased that the registry is available as a resource that her organization can use when doing adoptions, hiring staff and recruiting volunteers.

“Most shelters already use some sort of database, so that they at least know in their immediate town or county of offenders they won’t adopt to,” she explained.

Otherwise, beyond the information contained in the adopter’s application and local databases, “You’re going on faith almost every time you adopt out an animal,” Buttry said.

Michigan became the second state earlier this year to implement an animal abuse registry, while legislation has been introduced in Rhode Island, Texas, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Father’s Day Ad Banned From TV in Australia for Being ‘Too Political’

An ad promoting Father’s Day in Australia, which takes place on September 3 every year there, was pulled from TV after the industry group that represents commercial free-to-air networks took it down for being too “political.”

News.com.au reported on that the ad, which was sponsored by a Christian group called Dads4Kids, was taken down from TV in the leads-up to the same-sex marriage vote. The ad was also removed from social media channels for “security reasons.”

FreeTV informed Dads4Kids that the annual Father’s Day ad, which features a father singing his daughter a lullaby, would be banned from being broadcasted because it “likely contained political manner.”

Dads4Kids previously campaigned against same-sex marriage and advocated for “gay cure” therapies, but said it denied any plans to enter the same-sex marriage debate this time around. In 2014, the group aggressively lobbied against LGBT rights in Australia. At the time, it described gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender relationships as “gender disorientation pathology” and called for a form of gay conversion therapy. Army Officer Goes to Battle Over… Gender Pronouns

An Army medical officer has won a skirmish against the politically correct policy of letting transgenderism activists force their language on proponents of traditional morality.

The officer, who is remaining anonymous to avoid retaliation, was granted a religious exemption from using pronouns that conflict with a person’s biological sex.

The officer had reached out to the religious-rights non-profit First Liberty after the Army instituted a new policy that requires all soldiers to use the pronoun that aligns with a person’s “gender identity.”

The officer spoke with Michael Berry, deputy general counsel for First Liberty, who offered her advice to resolve her concerns.

Berry was a former judge advocate general for the Marine Corps and has been at the forefront of many high-profile religious freedom cases. (Read more from “Army Officer Goes to Battle Over… Gender Pronouns” HERE)

Canadian Conservatives Promise Not to Push for Abortion Restrictions

Major pro-life forces in Canada have no criticism of new Conservative leader Andrew Scheer’s position on abortion: which is to never discuss it, even though he say he’s pro-life himself.

As the National Post reports, Scheer named his “shadow cabinet” on Wednesday and excluded the most socially conservative and vocally pro-life Member of Parliament (MP), Brad Trost.

Trost, who ran against Scheer in the Conservative leadership race, told the National Post on Thursday that he can’t complain: “You know, I was actually struck by how much continuity there was.”

But vice president of REAL Women Canada Gwen Landolt says Scheer “is playing a dangerous game.” Landolt told The Daily Caller Friday that the opposition leader is turning his back on some of his core supporters.

“Mr. Scheer would never be leader of the party if not for the votes of Mr. Trosts’s social conservative supporters,” she said. (Read more from “Canadian Conservatives Promise Not to Push for Abortion Restrictions” HERE)
