Conservative Group Says They Discovered 150,000 Fraudulent Ballots

The Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project on Tuesday filed an emergency petition with the Wisconsin Supreme Court over the swing state’s unofficial election results. The conservative group claims to have identified more than 150,000 ballots that have the potential for fraud, something they believe could have an impact on the state’s declared winner.

“We have identified over 150,000 potentially fraudulent ballots in Wisconsin, more than enough to call into question the validity of the state’s reported election results, ” Phill Kline, director of the project, said in a statement.“Moreover, these discrepancies were a direct result of Wisconsin election officials’ willful violation of state law.”

The lawsuit claims election officials counted ineligible ballots, failed to count ballots that should have been counted, and that a number of counting errors and irregularities allegedly took place.

Appeals Court to Review Trump’s Pennsylvania Case

A federal appeals court on Monday granted the Trump campaign’s request for an expedited review of a district court’s rejection of the campaign’s Pennsylvania case.

Trump campaign attorney Jenna Ellis tweeted the news with an image of the court record, which stated the campaign has until 4 p.m. to file its appeal.

The campaign is appealing U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Brann’s dismissal on Saturday of a lawsuit seeking an order to stop the certification of the election in Pennsylvania. Most Pennsylvania counties are expected to certify their results Monday.

Ellis, along with Trump personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, said in a statement the the district court’s dismissal “turns out to help us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the US Supreme Court.”

“Although we fully disagree with this opinion, we’re thankful to the Obama-appointed judge for making this anticipated decision quickly, rather than simply trying to run out the clock,” they wrote. (Read more from “Appeals Court to Review Trump’s Pennsylvania Case” HERE)

WATCH: Dominion Voting Systems Spokesman Addresses Allegations of Voter Fraud

Dominion Voting Systems’ spokesman, Michael Steel of Hamilton Place Strategies, on Sunday went on “America’s News Headquarters” to address allegations of voter fraud. Team Trump attorney Sidney Powell has repeatedly talked about alleged election fraud taking place on Dominion’s election machines, which she believes cost President Trump roughly 10 million votes.

“This is a nonpartisan American company. It is not physically possible for our machines to switch votes from one candidate to another.

“Let’s be clear, our election system is run by local elected officials and nonpartisan poll watchers. We simply provide a tool to count ballots, to print and count ballots,” Steel explained. “There is no way such a massive fraud could have taken place and there are no connections between our company and Venezuela, Germany, Barcelona, Kathmandu or whatever the latest conspiracy theory is.”

According to Steel it’s “physically impossible” for the votes to be controlled by someone in a foreign country because of the paper ballot that is printed and handed to the local election worker.

“If any electronic interference had taken place the tally reported electronically would not match the printed ballots,” he explained. “In every case we’ve looked at – in Georgia, all across the country – the printed ballot, the gold standard in election security, has matched the electronic tally.”

‘It Will Be Biblical’: Trump Attorney ‘Going to Blow up’ Georgia Results (VIDEO)

Attorneys for President Trump say they’re going to file a lawsuit of “biblical” proportions in order to “blow up” 2020 election results based on alleged fraud involving electronic voting machines in Georgia.

“Hopefully this week we will get it ready to file, and it will be biblical,” attorney Sidney Powell said Saturday night on “The Count” program on Newsmax. “We’ve got tons of evidence; it’s so much, it’s hard to pull it all together.”

“Georgia is probably going to be the first state I’m gonna blow up,” she continued, claiming top Georgia officials were being paid in a conspiracy with Dominion Voting Systems, the company accused of switching votes for President Trump to Joe Biden. Dominion has denied the allegations. . .

In Nevada, a Corrupt Cash-for-Votes Scheme Is Hiding in Plain Sight

It should surprise no one that Nevada has problems with election security and voter fraud, especially after the state mailed an absentee ballot to every registered voter this year whether he requested one or not, then received back more than eight times as many mail-in ballots as they did in 2016. That’s part of the reason Republicans in Nevada filed another lawsuit on Tuesday alleging widespread voter fraud and irregularities. . .

But there’s another, less sensational but perhaps more consequential election scandal in Nevada that hasn’t yet made headlines, even though it’s been hiding in plain sight for weeks now. Under the guise of supposedly nonprofit, nonpartisan get-out-the-vote campaigns, Native American voter advocacy groups in Nevada handed out gift cards, electronics, clothing, and other items to voters in tribal areas, in many cases documenting the exchange of ballots for “prizes” on their own Facebook pages, sometimes even while wearing official Joe Biden campaign gear.

Simply put, this is illegal. Offering voters anything of value in exchange for their vote is a violation of federal election law, and in some cases punishable by up to two years in prison and as much as $10,000 in fines. That includes raffles, free food, free T-shirts, and so on. . .

Yet the Nevada Native Vote Project’s Facebook page contains post after post of voters receiving something of value in exchange for proof they cast a vote or handed over an absentee ballot. In one post, two men display $25 Visa gift cards they received after dropping off absentee ballots, presumably to someone who works for the Nevada Native Vote Project.

In another Facebook post, a spokeswoman for the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony, Bethany Sam, appears on video inside a polling place offering T-shirts, stickers, jewelry, and thousands of dollars in gift cards to voters. Some of these items appear to be part of a raffle, which Sam says voters can enter in person or by emailing or texting a picture of their absentee ballot, while other items are offered to anyone who shows up in person and votes. Bombshell: ‘Irrefutable Evidence’ of Fraud in Georgia Recount; Trump Attorney: Here’s What a Smartmatic Whistleblower Said About Voter Fraud (VIDEO)

Lin Wood Bombshell: ‘Irrefutable Evidence’ of Fraud in Georgia Recount

By WND. Attorney Lin Wood, who is assisting President Trump’s legal challenge of vote counts, claims he has “irrefutable evidence” that Georgia state officials instructed local election officials to report original vote totals instead of the totals from the recount.

“This election was a fraud. Donald Trump won, I believe, clearly a 70%-plus landslide election in the nation,” Wood said in an interview on Mark Levin’s radio show Tuesday. “He probably won over 400 electoral votes.”

Wood said the Trump legal team is “uncovering, step by step, the layers on the onion, and we’re going to get to the truth.”

“And the truth is Donald Trump has been reelected by this country to serve for four more years,” he said.

On Tuesday night, Wood filed an emergency motion against the Georgia secretary of state, Brad Raffensperger, to bar him from certifying the vote due to “defective absentee ballots.”

Trump Attorney: Here’s What a Smartmatic Whistleblower Said About Voter Fraud

By Townhall. Sidney Powell, a member of President Donald Trump’s legal team, on Monday read a statement from a whistleblower alleging Smartmatic’s election software was designed specifically to rig elections and flip votes in favor of a particular candidate. The news comes after Powell stated on Sunday that the Trump Team has direct evidence that the 2020 presidential election was rigged utilizing the software.

“I’ve just gotten some stunning evidence from a first-hand witness, say a high-ranking Military officer who was present when Smartmatic was designed in a way – and I’m just going to read you some of these statements, if you don’t mind,” she told Fox Business’ Lou Dobbs. “So I get them exactly right.”

“From the affidavit – ‘designed in a way the system could change the vote of each voter without being detected. He wanted the software itself to function in such a manner that if the voter were to place their thumbprint or fingerprint on a scanner, then the thumbprint would be tied to a record of the voter’s name and identity as having voter but that voter would not be tracked to the changed vote. He made it clear the system would have to be set up to not leave any evidence to the changed vote for a specific voter and that there would be no evidence to show or contradict the name or thumbprint was going with a changed vote. Smartmatic agreed to create such a system and produce the software and hardware to accomplish the goals of President Chavez.'”

Report: Trump Campaign to File for Recount in ‘Key’ Wisconsin Counties

The Trump campaign is filing for a partial recount of votes in Wisconsin on Wednesday, according to Fox News.

Fox News White House correspondent John Roberts broke the news on Wednesday morning, posting on Twitter that “the [Trump] Campaign will be filing for a recount in the state of Wisconsin today.” Roberts followed up his initial post with another clarifying that the campaign is pushing for a “partial recount in several key counties.”

Outlets called the state’s presidential race for Democratic candidate Joe Biden, who currently leads President Donald Trump by roughly 20,000 votes in the state, according to Fox News. Trump has not yet conceded the race as his campaign continues to pursue litigation over alleged voter fraud and unfair election practices in states such as Pennsylvania and Michigan. . .

So far, Georgia is the only state in which Trump is pursuing legal challenges to initiate a recount. The recount has turned up thousands of previously uncounted votes with the majority favoring Trump and cutting Biden’s lead in the state by hundreds of votes. Former Vice President Biden maintains a nearly 13,000-vote lead over Trump. (Read more from “Report: Trump Campaign to File for Recount in ‘Key’ Wisconsin Counties” HERE)

Attorney: Team Has ‘Smoking Guns’ to Prove Trump Won

Trump campaign attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell have “the smoking guns” to prove the president won the 2020 election, said prominent Atlanta-based lawyer Lin Wood after spending the day with Powell.

“I’ve seen sworn affidavits, I’ve seen sworn video statements,” he said Monday in a Newsmax TV interview with Howie Carr. “I think that Rudy and Sidney have done a magnificent job in a short period of time of piecing together a solid legal case on what was intended to be a complicated scheme of fraud as it relates to the voting machines.”

Wood, who explained he’s assisting the Trump campaign’s legal fight in an unofficial capacity, was referring to the equipment used by the Canada-based company Dominion Voting Systems. Powell has said she and her team are preparing to release evidence that will “overturn election results in multiple states,” claiming U.S. election software switched “millions of votes” from Trump to Biden.

Known for representing Richard Jewell and recently Kentucky teen Nicholas Sandmann, Wood said that “when you boil it down, it simply amounts to the fact that the United States of America was relying on voting machines that were subject to manipulation.”

He said “things are going to be rapidly developing over the course of the next few days, because the evidence of the computer voting fraud is mounting daily.” (Read more from “Attorney: Team Has ‘Smoking Guns’ to Prove Trump Won” HERE)

Rudy Giuliani Claims Presidential Election Will Be ‘Overturned’

President Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani on Sunday insisted that the presidential election would be “overturned,” claiming he had “evidence” that “corrupt machines” had deleted millions of votes for Trump — but couldn’t share it.

In an interview on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures,” the ex-Big Apple mayor, who was recently tapped to lead Trump’s post-election legal fight after his predecessor contracted COVID-19, claimed that the president had actually won the key swing states that were called for Joe Biden.

“In every one of those states, we have more than enough illegal ballots already documented to overturn the result in that state,” Giuliani said, erroneously claiming that the mail vote was invalid because Republicans hadn’t been allowed to observe the count.

“They didn’t allow Republicans in those key places to observe the mail vote. That makes the mail vote completely invalid,” he told anchor Maria Bartiromo. (Read more from “Rudy Giuliani Claims Presidential Election Will Be ‘Overturned’” HERE)

Ex-Clinton Aide Details the ‘Stealthy Road’ To a Trump Victory That’s Being Overlooked

. . .When former aides to Bill Clinton are saying there’s a chance, it’s not tinfoil hat stuff, which is how the liberal media has treated this. Graham Allison, who served as Assistant Secretary of Defense for Policy and Plans under that administration, recently wrote in The National Interest about one path that’s being ignored. He called it a “stealthy road,” and one that’s being overlooked. We have to go back to the 1876 election. Allison noted that state legislatures have the authority to declare that the popular vote was corrupted, thereby, permitting them to send a competing set of electors. I’ll let him explain the rest [emphasis mine]:

I believe the current consensus is missing the fact that Trump has a second, viable stealthy road to victory. I’m reluctantly betting that the debate about who won will continue until at least January 6 when slates of electoral college members are opened in Washington, and most likely beyond that as whatever is decided then is appealed by the loser to the Supreme Court. My conclusion reflects the analysis of my colleague in the Applied History Network at the Belfer Center which is below.

As he notes, this stealthy road follows in the footsteps of a number of previous contested American elections, especially the 1876 election that pitted Tilden v. Hayes. Then as now, each state must decide on a group of electors to meet with a joint session of Congress on January 6 where the winner of the presidential election is declared. The normal practice in a state where Biden won the popular-vote total would be for state election officials to certify the results and send a slate of electors to Congress. But state legislatures have the constitutional authority to conclude that the popular vote has been corrupted and thus send a competing slate of electors on behalf of their state. The 12th Amendment to the Constitution specifies that the “President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted.” That means that in the case of disputes about competing electoral slates, the President of the Senate—Vice President Pence—would appear to have the ultimate authority to decide which to accept and which to reject. Pence would choose Trump. Democrats would appeal to the Supreme Court.

Alternatively, if at that point, no candidate has the required 270 electoral votes, the 12th Amendment stipulates, “the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote.” [GOP has the majority there]
