Lesbian Attorney General: Punish Any Lawyer Challenging Election

The top law-enforcement officer in the state of Michigan is looking to punish lawyers who have challenged the results of the 2020 presidential election, claiming the lawsuits include “intentional misrepresentations.”

Attorney General Dana Nessel, a Democrat and open lesbian, says she’ll pursue action against attorneys who filed vote-fraud lawsuits amid claims that Dominion Voting Systems machines were electronically switching votes intended for President Donald Trump to votes for former Vice President Joe Biden.

“You know if you will have your name attached to it, and you have made intentional misrepresentations of facts to the court, I absolutely believe that you ought to be held accountable,” Nessel told reporters, according to Michigan Radio.

Nessel indicated she’s looking to file complaints with the Attorney Grievance Commission, based on her belief the lawsuits challenging the outcome for Biden contain intentional disinformation. . .

Sunday morning, President Trump commented on the controversy, tweeting: “These lawyers are true patriots who are fighting for the truth and, obviously, getting very close. AG should be sanctioned. Fight on!”

PATHETIC: Supreme Court Sets Deadline for Election Fight AFTER Inauguration

The U.S. Supreme Court has given Pennsylvania a deadline of two days after the presidential inauguration to respond to a challenge to the outcome of the 2020 election.

“This means that by the time [Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy] Boockvar and the others the Trump campaign is seeking to take to the Supreme Court even respond to the petition, president-elect Joe Biden will already be sworn in,” Fox News noted.

President Trump held a lead of more than 700,000 votes in Pennsylvania shortly after the polls closed. But after huge “dumps” of ballots overnight almost exclusively for Biden arrived, the Democrat suddenly moved into the lead.

The justices said Boockvar has until Jan. 22 to respond. President Trump’s campaign had asked for the court to set the deadline for this week.

The Jan. 22 deadline might become irrelevant, Fox News pointed out, because the court could decline to hear the case, saying it is moot or impossible to resolved at that point. (Read more from “Supreme Court Sets Deadline for Election Fight After Inauguration” HERE)

Poll: Georgia GOP Candidates Lead

A poll from All in Together, in partnership with Lake Research and Emerson College Polling, has found that women voters in Georgia are split on who to vote for in the January runoff elections.

The overall survey of 605 registered Georgia voters, which included responses from 332 women, found Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) leading her Democrat challenger Raphael Warnock 51 percent to 48 percent and Sen. David Perdue (R-GA) leading Democrat Jon Ossoff with the same percentage, a three point lead for both Republican candidates.

Women who took part in the poll are evenly split in both races as 50 percent said they voted for or plan to vote for Ossoff and 49 percent side with Perdue. As for Loeffler, 50 percent said they have voted for her or plan to while 49 percent support Warnock.

The men who took part in the survey lean more Republican, with 53 percent supporting Perdue as compared to 47 percent who support Ossoff. Men also favor Loeffler 53 percent to 47 percent over Warnock.

The poll also found 45 percent of women are “much more interested” in voting in the Senate runoff elections after seeing the presidential election results. The survey also noted that the top priority for women who are voting in the runoff elections is to find an end to the COVID-19 pandemic. (Read more from “Poll: Georgia GOP Candidates Lead” HERE)

Former Judge: Court System ‘Deeply Intimidated’ by the Left

A former judge from Wisconsin, who is now representing the Trump campaign in the state, told lawmakers that he believes intimidation by the left has prevented lawyers and judges from accepting and hearing election fraud cases.

“We have to acknowledge that the court system has been deeply intimidated by the left, just as the lawyers have been intimidated,” James Troupis told the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on Dec. 16. “And that’s a sad, sad state of affairs.”

The committee was conducting a hearing to explore voting “irregularities” from the 2020 general election. During the hearing, witnesses testified about a litany of alleged instances of election fraud occurring in multiple contested states.

Their claims are backed up by mounting evidence from witnesses, whistleblowers, and data experts that have emerged in recent weeks, alleging that a proportion of ballots cast and counted in these battleground states were done so under irregular and fraudulent circumstances. Much of the evidence was presented through affidavits in the lawsuits filed by the Trump campaign or third parties, and through state legislature hearings hosted by Republicans.

During the Senate hearing, Troupis, one of the witnesses, explained why he decided to represent the campaign in its effort to challenge election results when many lawyers refused. He said that he believes many prominent law firms didn’t want to participate in the lawsuits because of fear of retaliation by the left. In Deciding the 2020 Election, Congress Will Get the Last Word

The Senate and House will meet in a joint session on Jan. 6, a day the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg labeled the date of “ultimate significance” in our electoral process, to count the recently cast electoral votes. What happens that day will determine the outcome of the presidential election. . .

The Electoral Count Act provides that after the electors in each state and the District of Columbia vote on Dec. 14, they must sign a certificate of their votes that is then sealed and sent to the president of the Senate.

At 1:00 p.m. on Jan. 6, a joint session of Congress convenes, at which the presiding officer opens the states’ certificates in alphabetical order. Each certificate is then presented to “tellers” who read the votes aloud, after which the presiding officer invites objections.

Under the law, objections must be presented in writing and signed by at least one senator and one representative. When a properly made objection is received, the separate houses retreat to their respective chambers for two hours of debate and a vote on whether to count the votes in question.

The chambers must vote separately on each objection. If a majority in each supports the objection, the votes in question are excluded. If the objection garners the support of less than a majority in either chamber, it fails, and the challenged votes are counted. Michael Flynn Pitches a Very Radical Way of Re-Running the 2020 Election; ‘Fraud Happened’: Senator Says the Election in ‘Many Ways Was Stolen’

By Townhall. There should be a military coup in order to re-do the 2020 election. That’s the pitch former Gen. Michael Flynn offered on Newsmax recently, which should send liberals into a stage 10 meltdown…(via The Hill):

Former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn on Thursday said that President Trump could deploy the military to “rerun” the 2020 election.

During an appearance on Newsmax’s “Greg Kelly Reports,” Flynn was asked about the actions the president could take to undo the results of the election.

After Flynn suggested that the president could seize every voting machine across the country, he then suggested deploying the military in swing states that the president lost to President-elect Joe Biden.

“He could order, within the swing states if he wanted to, he could take military capabilities and basically rerun an election each in those states,” Flynn said.

‘Fraud Happened’: Sen. Rand Paul Says the Election in ‘Many Ways Was Stolen’

By Breitbart. Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) on Wednesday, during a Senate hearing on election integrity, said he believed that the 2020 presidential election “in many ways was stolen” and that “fraud happened.”

“We can’t just say it didn’t happen. We can’t just say 4,000 people voted in Nevada that were noncitizens and we’re just going to ignore it, we’re going to sweep it under the rug and say oh, the courts have decided the facts. The courts have not decided the facts. The courts never looked at the facts,” he said.

“The courts don’t like elections. They’ve stayed out of it by finding an excuse, standing or otherwise, to stay out of it. But the fraud happened. The election in many ways was stolen. And the only way it will be fixed is by, in the future, reinforcing the laws,” he said.

Paul said courts have been historically reticent to get involved with elections and look at fraud, but he hoped they would look at the question of whether non-legislators, such as secretaries of state, can change state election laws without the approval of the legislature.

“This happened in many, many states. Probably two dozen states decided to accept ballots after the election. Two dozen states decided they could mail out applications or mail out ballots, all without the will of the legislature,” he said. (Read more from “‘Fraud Happened’: Sen. House Republicans Call for Election-Fraud Hearings

Republican Rep. Mo Brooks, who already has pledged to contest the certification of the Electoral College votes on Jan. 6, has been joined by 18 Congress members in a request for hearings on election fraud before the joint session.

The letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and various House and Senate committee chairs asks them to “do their jobs,” Brooks’ office said in a news release.

The letter, the news release said, calls on the congressional leaders to “conduct voter fraud and election theft hearings and investigations so that Congressmen and Senators will be better informed when Congress faces contests and questions about the legitimacy and validity of various federal elections held on November 3, 2020.”

This week, White House trade adviser Peter Navarro issued a comprehensive report to back the Trump campaign’s claim of election “theft by a thousand cuts.”

Titled “The Immaculate Deception: Six Key Dimensions of Election Irregularities,” it employs charts and other graphics to summarize the evidence from Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. (Read more from “House Republicans Call for Election-Fraud Hearings” HERE)

Deep State Pushes to Deep-Six Intelligence Report Demonstrating Chinese Interference in 2020 Election

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe is considering not signing an intelligence report to Congress if it does not accurately reflect an ongoing debate among intelligence community career analysts over Chinese attempts to influence American voters in the 2020 election, according to a source familiar with the issue.

The intelligence report on foreign efforts to influence the 2020 election is due to Congress on Friday, but Ratcliffe is concerned it will not accurately reflect the debate among senior intelligence community analysts as to the extent of China’s influence operations during the election, according to the source.

There is allegedly “ample” raw intelligence about China’s intentions and actions related to the election, with more intelligence reporting coming in everyday. Some of the influence operations include social media campaigns seeking to amplify messages such as that President Donald Trump is a white supremacist.

However, senior career analysts disagree on the significance of those influence operations. Some analysts argue that they were minimal or ultimately not acted on, while others say it is extensive and far more than previously known. The disagreement includes whether there should be a China section in the report, according to the source.

Despite this serious debate, Ratcliffe is concerned that proper tradecraft — which would require that the disagreement be reflected in the report with both views represented — will not be followed simply in order to deprive President Trump of a potential political talking point. Experts Agree: Investigate Election Fraud or ‘We Will No Longer Have a Viable Republic’

Two experts in international issues contend election fraud in the United States must be fully investigated, or “we will no longer have a viable republic.”

Leni Friedman Valenta and Jiri Valenta of the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies wrote in an article published by the Gatestone Institute that for much of the nation, “the attempted coups have now been sanctified and made to seem legitimate by the election — that many feel was ‘stolen’ — of former Vice-President Biden.”

“One can surely understand how Republicans feel now that the top-ranking conspirators involved the attempted coups have captured the government through their figurehead, former Vice-President Biden,” they wrote.

“Clearly, voter fraud must be investigated. … If elections continue the same way — by legitimizing practices that sidestep constitutional and states’ laws — as they threaten to do in two run-off elections in Georgia on January 5, we will no longer have a viable republic. The two upcoming elections in Georgia to determine control of the Senate may end up being the last firewall of a workable, multi-party nation.”

They said it’s clear that Biden was elected only because he was “supported by almost universally biased mainstream newspapers and television stations that distorted or snuffed stories at will, as well as by Wall Street corporations and Big Tech companies aching to do business with a lucrative, if hegemonic, China.” (Read more from “Experts Agree: Investigate Election Fraud or ‘We Will No Longer Have a Viable Republic'” HERE)

WATCH: Trump Pledges to Continue Legal Challenges Contesting Election Despite Electoral College Vote

President Donald Trump pledged Sunday to push forward with a barrage of legal challenges contesting the outcome of the November election despite a pending vote of certification by the Electoral College Monday.

“It’s not over,” Trump told Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade on “Fox & Friends” outside the annual Army-Navy football game. “We keep going and we’re going to continue to move forward. We have numerous local cases.”

Trump reiterated his claims of victory in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia, while emphasizing ongoing litigation in Wisconsin. As of this writing, former Vice President Joe Biden has carried all four, landing the Democratic candidate his first four years in the White House with 306 electoral votes to Trump’s 232 scheduled to make the vote official Monday.

The president maintains however, that the contest was “a rigged election.”

“They gave us very little time,” Trump complained as judges throw out campaign lawsuits. “But we caught them, as you know, as fraudulent, dropping ballots, doing so many things, nobody can even believe it.” (Read more from “WATCH: Trump Pledges to Continue Legal Challenges Contesting Election Despite Electoral College Vote” HERE)
