Gender Clinic Offered Puberty Blockers to Kids as Young as 8, Surgery Referrals at 14, Records Show (VIDEO)

This week was the first anniversary of the discovery of over 100 aborted babies in Washington D.C., five of which were reported to be potential infanticides but police have given almost no information regarding the status of the investigation, according to pro-life advocates.

On March 25, 2022, 115 bodies of aborted babies were found in toxic waste containers from the Washington Surgi-Center in Washington, D.C. by Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising (PAAU), five of them appeared to be late-stage, and looked to have been potentially left to die after a failed abortion attempt, according to Live Action. The bodies were turned over to the police but despite multiple calls for investigation into the clinic and circumstances surrounding the abortions, the city has failed to take any action according to several pro-life advocates that spoke with the Daily Caller News Foundation.

“The horrific wounds on the bodies of these innocent children—some who were nearly full-term, and all may have been able to survive outside the womb—indicate destructive violations of federal law,” Lila Rose, president and founder of Live Action told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “We demand justice for these children who deserved life and were not protected against these brutal actions. I urge the pro-life majority in the House of Representatives to hold a full investigation on this matter as we demand Justice for the Five.”

E.V. Osment, vice president of communications at Susan B. Anthony pro-Life America, told the DCNF that the lack of concern surrounding the case was incredibly frustrating.

“Why do we have no answers on this? We have no autopsies [and] we have no data,” Osment said. “Thankfully, yesterday in a congressional hearing, Representative Luna grilled the D.C. authorities on where the investigation stands, but they couldn’t even answer; they had no answer for her.” (Read more from “Gender Clinic Offered Puberty Blockers to Kids as Young as 8, Surgery Referrals at 14, Records Show (VIDEO)” HERE)

Supreme Court Overturns Another Abortion Ruling

On Monday, the Supreme Court vacated a federal appeals court ruling that upheld a minor’s right to seek court permission for an abortion without parental notification.

The Supreme Court’s decision was issued because it believed the previous decision was moot following the Dobbs ruling in June of last year. The Dobbs ruling overturned Roe v. Wade and ended the federal constitutional right to abortion.

The case before the justices concerned a 17-year-old in Missouri who asked a court for permission to terminate a pregnancy without notifying her parents, as required by state law. The lower court clerk told the girl that her parents would be notified despite her wishes. After traveling to Illinois for the procedure, she sued, arguing that the court trampled her constitutional rights. . .

The Supreme Court’s ruling directs the appeals court to vacate the judgment in the Missouri case and declare it moot. The ruling will have no practical effect in Missouri, which currently has one of the strictest abortion bans in the country, with no exemptions for rape or incest. The procedure is only permissible to save the pregnant person’s life or prevent severe damage to their health. Marjorie Taylor Greene Says She Will Report Jane Fonda Over ‘Murder’ Comment on Abortion Rights (VIDEO)

US Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene slammed Jane Fonda after the actress supposedly joked on ABC’s “The View” that she’s “thought about murder” when fighting for abortion rights.

Speaking on “The View” on Friday, Fonda said the country would not “go back” on abortion despite the reversal of Roe v. Wade, and when asked what people can do aside from marching and protesting, she quipped: “I’ve thought about murder.”

The comment turned heads on the talk show, with the hosts playing it off as a joke as the crowd laughed when Fonda, 85, fired back with a serious look.

In a series of tweets over the weekend, Greene, a Georgia Republican, said she would be reporting Fonda for allegedly threatening her and other anti-abortion advocates.

“I routinely get death threats because of the nasty women on The View and the things they say about me,” Greene tweeted as she dubbed herself an “unapologetic pro-life politician.”

Florida Introduces ‘Heartbeat Bill’ to Ban Abortions at 6 Weeks

Republicans in the Florida House and Senate filed a bill that would virtually ban all abortions across the state.

Filed by Fort Pierce Republican Sen. Erin Grall, SB 300 would ban doctors from knowingly performing or inducing a termination of pregnancy after the sixth week of gestation.

The “Heartbeat bill” would prohibit a woman from receiving an abortion right around the time the baby’s heartbeat can first be detected, with the exception of saving the life of the mother, fatal fetal abnormality in a pregnancy that has not progressed to the third trimester, and in the case of rape or incest before 15 weeks of pregnancy.

Florida already has a 15-week abortion ban that Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla) signed last year. However, he signaled that he would support a six-week limit on the procedure. (Read more from “Florida Introduces ‘Heartbeat Bill’ to Ban Abortions at 6 Weeks” HERE)

Pentagon Encouraging Soldiers to Abort Their Babies, Giving Free Leave Time, Paying Travel Costs

Service members who want to use administrative leave or receive a travel allowance to get an abortion or fertility treatment will not have to disclose the specific reason they’re using the benefits, the Pentagon confirmed to Military.com on Friday.

Service members will have to write in documentation that their request is for a “non-covered reproductive health care need,” Pentagon spokesperson Cmdr. Nicole Schwegman told Military.com. The leave, an administrative absence, does not count against regular leave allowances.

To have travel and transportation costs paid for, service members will have to submit a note from a Defense Department health care provider or a licensed non-Defense Department health care provider to the travel-approving official that says the travel is needed for non-covered reproductive health care, Schwegman added.

Under policies announced last week, service members can get up to 21 days of administrative leave and transportation costs paid for in order to get an abortion that may only be available far from where they are stationed. By Accusing Pregnancy Centers of False Advertising, Pro-Abortion Politicians Prove They Can’t Handle the Truth

Every state in the United States has a law on the books against deceptive advertising, and pregnancy help centers operate in every state in the U.S., with at least one in 51 percent of all the counties in the nation.

Yet elected officials are proclaiming louder than ever how pregnancy centers use “deceptive advertising practices” to “lure” women into life-saving services. As Roe was being overturned last June, Rep. Carolyn Maloney, D-N.Y., introduced a federal bill called the Stop Anti-Abortion Disinformation Act, or the SAD Act, aimed squarely at pregnancy centers’ advertising practices.

With the sea change at the Supreme Court regarding Roe, such a bill is suddenly extremely important, right?

Wrong. Maloney has proposed essentially the same bill every year for the last 20 years. Twenty years of introducing an order, of sorts, intended to stop so-called “deceptive advertising.”

According to Law Insider, “Deceptive advertising means creating, using, or promoting the use of any advertising material, promotional literature, testimonial, guarantee, warranty, label, brand, insignia, or other representation, however disseminated or published, which is misleading, false, or untruthful.” (Read more from “By Accusing Pregnancy Centers of False Advertising, Pro-abortion Politicians Prove They Can’t Handle the Truth” HERE)

AP Style Guide Bans Use of ‘Crisis Pregnancy Centers’ for ‘Anti-Abortion Centers’

The Associated Press (AP) has adopted an overt pro-abortion stance in its language choices, instructing its reporters to avoid the use of “crisis pregnancy centers” and “pregnancy resource centers” in favor of the derogatory “anti-abortion centers.”

Reporters should “avoid potentially misleading terms such as pregnancy resource centers or pregnancy counseling centers,” because “these terms don’t convey that the centers’ general aim is to prevent abortions,” the AP says in its most recent Abortion Topical Guide.

If using the term anti-abortion center, the Guide instructs, “explain later that these often are known as ‘crisis pregnancy centers’ (with quotation marks) and that their aim is to dissuade people from getting an abortion.”

The AP Guide also directs its journalists to use the modifiers “anti-abortion” or “abortion-rights,” rather than “pro-life,” “pro-choice,” or “pro-abortion” unless they are in quotes or proper names.

“Avoid abortionist, which connotes a person who performs clandestine abortions,” the Guide states. (Read more from “AP Style Guide Bans Use of ‘Crisis Pregnancy Centers’ for ‘Anti-Abortion Centers’” HERE)

Satanic Temple Plans to Open Abortion Telehealth Clinic

There’s a new abortion service coming soon to New Mexico, but don’t expect to see Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham at the grand opening.

The Satanic Temple is planning to open a telehealth clinic staffed by medical professionals, including former Planned Parenthood employees, offering prescriptions for abortion pills free of charge for those willing to perform the organization’s spoken-word “abortion ritual.”

The specter of Satanists getting into the abortion business sounds like something ripped from the pages of the Babylon Bee, but Erin Helian, the Satanic Temple’s “religious reproductive rights director,” insists that the project isn’t satire.

“I can assure you we are opening a real telehealth clinic in New Mexico,” Ms. Helian told The Washington Times in an email. “Opening date will be February 14th. Many members of our well-trained medical staff come from other reproductive access clinics, such as Planned Parenthood. We will also have licensed RNs available 24/7 for our patients.”

TST Health will operate entirely online with no brick-and-mortar presence, but clients must have a New Mexico mailing address and be located in the state at the time of their virtual appointments. The prescription, which costs about $90, would be filled by the clinic’s pharmacy and mailed in a “discreet package.” (Read more from “Satanic Temple Plans to Open Abortion Telehealth Clinic” HERE)

Leftist Logic: Adoption Is More ‘Traumatic’ Than Abortion, but Surrogacy Is Just Great

The delusional leftists arguing that adoption is more “traumatic” than abortion aren’t making a convincing argument for their brutal baby death cult, but they are making a great point against the rise of surrogacy as a means for clients such as gay and “transgender” males to achieve their personal parenting fantasies.

Just look at some of the arguments that Elizabeth Spiers, who was adopted as an infant, advanced in a 2021 New York Times essay about “the trauma [adoption] can inflict” and why abortion is a better solution all around. (She’s not the only one pushing the talking point, either.)

“While pregnant, [mothers] will undergo the bonding with a child that happens by biological design as an embryo develops into a living, breathing, conscious human,” Spiers wrote. “And then that child will be taken away.”

In an abortion, the child — who is a living human from the beginning of pregnancy, and is taking practice breaths by 10 weeks and developing “brain connections that stimulate memory, decision-making, [and] emotions” by 15 weeks — is also “taken away” from his mother. It’s just that, instead of having the chance to grow up in a loving family, the child’s lifeless body is discarded into a bucket of medical waste.

Mothers experience natural physical and emotional bonding with their unborn children, and abortion doesn’t erase that. It’s one of the reasons many women experience abortion regret. (Read more from “Montana Officials Deny Viral Midair ‘Explosion’ Video Amid Concerns Over Chinese Spy Balloon” HERE)

Abortion Infiltrating School Campuses, and Look Who’s Bringing It

Lawmakers in blue states across the country are passing laws to require public universities to provide chemical abortions on campus.

A new California law took effect on Jan. 1 requiring all public university health systems in the University of California and California State University systems to stock abortion pills. Massachusetts passed a similar law to ensure students have immediate access to abortion while New York is considering similar measures.

The California law, signed by Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom in 2019, has been used as a blueprint for other states to safeguard on-campus abortion access in wake of the overturn of Roe v. Wade. The law requires all 33 schools in the UC and CSU system to stock “abortion by medication techniques at on-campus student health centers.”

“California has 150 abortion clinics, taxpayer-funded abortion, and no shortage of abortion access. Mandating that state universities dispense abortion drugs is nothing more than lethal virtue-signaling by California politicians who prioritize delivering a dead baby over a live one,” Mary Rose Short, California Right to Life director, told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

UC Santa Barbara has written 50 prescriptions for students to receive abortion pills since they were stocked on campus in April 2022, Politico reported. (Read more from “Abortion Infiltrating School Campuses, and Look Who’s Bringing It” HERE)
