Rabid Feminists Are Gleefully Writing About Aborting Baby Boys

While the majority of the country supports limits on abortion, especially after the first three months of pregnancy, the leftist feminist movement has successfully pushed abortion policy to infanticide. Further, there’s been an active assault on men and so-called “toxic masculinity.”

During a discussion on the popular website Reddit, users who state they are rabid feminists were found gleefully discussing the abortion of baby boys…simply because they are boys. . .

“I have aborted the baby once I found it was a boy. I’m a staunch and unapologetic radfem. I have never regretted my decision. What I know for sure is had I kept it I wouldn’t have loved it like I’d love a daughter,” another said.

Sex-selective abortion is not illegal in most of the United States. Only eight states ban it by law. Usually, sex-selective abortion is used against girls.

Tennessee to Push for Total Abortion Ban

After struggling to pass a six-week abortion ban earlier this year, Tennessee lawmakers are now considering one of the most restrictive abortion laws in the country: a total ban on the procedure.

On Monday and Tuesday, the state’s judiciary committee will hear testimony from more than 20 witnesses and debate an 11-page amendment to its stalled “fetal heartbeat” bill. If the changes are adopted, the legislation will ban abortion once a woman knows she’s pregnant.

The committee, which has seven Republicans and two Democrats, is expected to accept the changes. The amended bill would be put up for a vote in January 2020, when the legislature reconvenes.

This week’s summer study comes as states have raced to pass legislation restricting abortion, hoping to challenge Roe v. Wade, the 1973 Supreme Court decision that protects access to the procedure. This year, six states — Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi and Ohio — passed so-called “heartbeat” bills, legislation that bans abortion after cardiac activity can be detected in a fetus. Missouri passed an eight-week ban in May, and Alabama went a step further passing a near-total abortion ban. . .

In Tennessee’s Senate, lawmakers, including Roberts, questioned whether “fetal heartbeat” bans were the best vehicle to dismantle the federal protections surrounding abortion. Late in the legislative session, the 11-page amendment was introduced to convert the bill from an effective six-week ban to a near-total abortion ban, providing exceptions only if the procedure would save the mother’s life or avert “serious risk of substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function,” according to the amendment’s text. Three Charged After Aunt Allegedly Forced Teen to Drink Turpentine to Abort Baby

Three people in West Virginia have been charged in the case of a sexually abused teen whose aunt allegedly forced her to drink turpentine in an attempt to abort her unborn baby.

The 15-year-old girl was hospitalized and is now in the care of the state says a state police criminal complaint, reported by the Associated Press.

The complaint states the girl was living with her mother and Daniel Atwell, 24, whom the mother reportedly gave permission to have sex with her minor daughter.

When the girl became pregnant, the mother reportedly gave her daughter a morning-after abortion pill, but the drug did not terminate the pregnancy.

The girl said her aunt, Sherry Kirk, then forced her to drink turpentine to attempt an abortion. (Read more from “Three Charged After Aunt Allegedly Forced Teen to Drink Turpentine to Abort Baby” HERE)

New Study Indicates ‘Medication Abortion’ Is Potentially Psychologically and Biologically Damaging

Conservatives recently answered the years-long campaign by progressives to normalize late-term abortions by passing legislation of their own in several states that place restrictions on abortions, such as disallowing the procedure once a heartbeat is detected or making abortions illegal past the first trimester if neither the life of the mother nor the child is in danger. The most restrictive legislation passed in Alabama in May and it very nearly outlaws the practice altogether. Many on both sides of the debate believe the Alabama law was expressly intended to force the issue of abortion back before the Supreme Court.

But progressives have other tricks up their sleeves when it comes to protecting what is arguably their most coveted policy idea. There are abortion techniques already available that states like California are beginning to heavily push – often on college campuses – which may change the face of the debate. They’re called “medication abortions”, sometimes commonly referred to a “day after” or abortion pills. California has just introduced legislation that would mandate state schools make them available to students.

But a team of behavioral neuroscientists have written a study that shows even medication abortion can lead to significant negative emotional and biological effects in women.

The three-year study was led by neuroscientist Dr. Stephen Sammut of Franciscan University and essentially makes the case that the biological and behavioral consequences of abortion occur even when a woman ends her pregnancy via medication. In fact, Sammut’s study indicated that abortion-inducing drugs mifepristone and misoprostol led to side effects such as depression, loss of appetite, anxiety, and decreased self-care.

“Our study clearly indicates that there are negative consequences to terminating a viable pregnancy using mifepristone and misoprostol,” Sammut told TownHall. “This was evident in the overall negative effects on the well-being of the animals [in the study who were] administered the drugs to terminate pregnancy. These animals also displayed depression and anxiety-like behaviors.” (Read more from “New Study Indicates ‘Medication Abortion’ Is Potentially Psychologically and Biologically Damaging” HERE)

Student Allegedly Murdered by Her Boyfriend After Refusing to Have an Abortion

A University of Mississippi college student found dead earlier this month was reportedly pregnant, and her friends believe her ex- boyfriend — who is accused of her murder — killed her after she refused to agree to abort the baby. . .

The body of 21-year-old Alexandria “Ally” Kostial was discovered Saturday morning by police near the Ole Miss campus during a routine patrol, and an investigation led to the arrest on Monday of her on-and-off boyfriend and fellow student, Brandon Theesfeld, according to Business Insider.

In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail released Tuesday, Kostial’s friends say she was murdered by Theesfeld because she was pregnant with his baby and refused his request that she have an abortion. . .

Another friend told the Mail, “[Kostial] was really upset because she was pregnant and had been trying to [get rid of her child] through unhealthy ways, like going out, drinking a lot and doing drugs. She was 17 weeks pregnant. She was not handling it well. Brandon found out but he was dating someone else. He wanted her to get an abortion. I think morally she didn’t want to do it.” . . .

Kostial was seen on surveillance footage leaving a bar in Oxford, Mississippi, last Friday night, and her roommate confirmed that Kostial made it home a bit after midnight. Her body was found the next day, and KHOU-TV reported that a preliminary autopsy revealed Kostial died from multiple gunshot wounds. WATCH: Pro-Life Group to Broadcast Live Abortion Footage on Massive Screen Outside Democratic Debates

On Tuesday and Wednesday, anti-abortion organization Created Equal will park their 12×17 foot JumboTron outside the Democratic debates in Detroit, Michigan.

Rather than use still imagery, Created Equal has decided to feature live abortion footage in order to show attendees the reality of the horrific procedures supported by the candidates.

The Daily Wire spoke with Mark Harrington, founder and president of Created Equal, about the event. Prior to reading further, check out one of the videos that the organization has used in the past:

According to Harrington, while Created Equal has used the 12×17 foot screen before on college campuses and at other events, this is the first time video footage will be used outside of a major Democratic debate. . .

In November 2016, while distributing literature and holding posters featuring images of aborted fetuses on public property outside of a high school in Fort Wayne, Indiana, activists were confronted by principal Carlton Mable. When he realized that he was being filmed, Mable became agitated, and when police arrived, he stated, “To me, I would consider all this pornographic. These pictures – this is pornographic to me.” (Read more from “Pro-Life Group to Broadcast Live Abortion Footage on Massive Screen Outside Democratic Debates” HERE)

Planned Parenthood President Removed from Office After Only 10 Months

While pro-life advocates have been successfully passing bills limiting abortion in various states across the country, Planned Parenthood on Tuesday removed the president of the organization, Dr. Leana Wen, who was named president only 10 months ago.

The New York Times reported, “The move came after hours of negotiations Tuesday between the board of directors and the president, Leana Wen, according to two people familiar with the decision … people familiar with the move said there had been internal strife over her management, and that the group felt it needed a more aggressive political leader to fight the efforts to roll back access to abortions.”

The new acting president was unanimously chosen by Planned Parenthood’s board on Tuesday: Alexis McGill Johnson, the co-founder of the Perception Institute, who will also serve as chief executive of both Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Planned Parenthood Action Fund. McGill Johnson released a statement that read, “I am proud to step in to serve as acting president and facilitate a smooth leadership transition in this critical moment for Planned Parenthood and the patients and communities we serve. I thank Dr. Wen for her service and her commitment to patients.”

Wen stated in an interview with The New York Times in May, “There are thousands of people who wake up every day thinking that their job is to take away everything that we stand for, to take away bodily autonomy, to take away the right to health care for millions of people who depend on us. Doctor Loses Medical License After Attempting to Force Patient to Have Abortion

By Life Site News. A Mississippi medical board suspended an OB/GYN’s license Wednesday after he was accused of trying to force a patient to abort her unborn baby.

WKYT News reports the Mississippi State Board of Medical Licensure deemed Dr. Walter Ray Wolfe to be an “immediate danger to the public” based on the accusations against him. Wolfe works at the Magnolia Women’s Clinic in Canton, Mississippi.

Wolfe is accused of sexual assault, attempted forced abortion and other misconduct against several patients, according to the report. In two of the cases, he was the father of the patients’ unborn babies, the complaint against him states. Miss. OB/GYN accused of sexual assault, misconduct after fathering children with patients

By WKYT. . .According to the complaint, the Board was contacted in November by a healthcare practitioner in Jackson who had concerns of such misconduct between Dr. Wolfe and several patients.

That same month, a Physician Assistant student, who worked with Dr. Wolfe during the OB/GYN portion of her clinicals, witnessed Dr. Wolfe kissing one of his pregnant patients on the lips just before an ultrasound was performed on her. The P.A. student also told the Board that Dr. Wolfe was the father of the patient’s unborn child.

The certified birth certificate was obtained from the Mississippi State Department of Health Vital Records Office, revealing that the child was born at the home of Dr. Wolfe, who was also listed as the father.

The complaint states that two years prior, in 2016, the former husband of another patient filed a lawsuit stating that in 2015, Dr. Wolfe employed the patient and encouraged her to enter into a sexual affair with him. Dr. Wolfe responded to the lawsuit, admitting to the relationship with the patient.

According to the complaint, while this patient was pregnant with his child, during sex he tried to insert 4 Misoprostol (Cytotec) tablets into the patient’s vagina, without her consent, in an attempt to induce an abortion but was unsuccessful. The patient later gave birth to his child in 2016. (Read more from “Miss. Ob/Gyn Accused of Sexual Assault, Misconduct After Fathering Children with Patients” HERE)

Abortion Activist Uses Watermelon to Glorify ‘Easy’ Abortion Procedure

In an act solely meant to glorify abortion, an abortion activist participating at the Netroots Nation conference on Friday used a watermelon to demonstrate how abortion clinicians abort unborn children 11 to 12 weeks old.

Abortion clinic consultant Jen Moore Conrow provided attendees with the step-by-step early pregnancy abortion process, according to the Washington Times.

Conrow claimed the procedure takes 3-5 minutes and leaves women feeling “OK afterward.” Ironically, she did not perform the abortion process herself, but rather left that task to an assistant. . .

During a later panel at the conference, which hosts progressive activists from across the country, Conrow again performed the mock procedure on a watermelon.

Federal Judge Blocks Heartbeat Law, Citing an ‘Insurmountable’ Barrier to Abortion

Earlier this week, a federal judge blocked Ohio’s pro-life “heartbeat law” from taking effect as planned.

Ohio’s law bans abortion at six weeks, the point where an unborn child’s heartbeat can be detected. A federal judge appointed by George W. Bush ruled Wednesday that that restriction ran up against Supreme Court precedent set in case of Planned Parenthood vs. Casey, under which states cannot impose an “undue burden” on abortion access.

“This Court concludes that [the ‘heartbeat law’] places an ‘undue burden’ on a woman’s right to choose a pre-viability abortion, and, under Casey, Plaintiffs are certain to succeed on the merits of their claim,” Judge Michael R. Barrett ruled on Wednesday.

Barrett also wrote that the law “will have the effect of preventing nearly all abortions in Ohio” and therefore, “One could characterize the obstacle Ohio women will face as not merely ‘substantial,’ but, rather, ‘insurmountable.’”

The American Civil Liberties Union, which joined with abortion provider Planned Parenthood’s legal efforts on the case, celebrated Wednesday’s court order.

“Abortion bans like this one have been blocked across the country by numerous courts,” Freda Levenson, legal director for the ACLU of Ohio, said in a statement. “Today the Court has upheld the clear law: women in Ohio (and across the nation) have the constitutional right to make this deeply personal decision about their own bodies without interference from the State.”

“Today’s ruling keeps abortion legal for all Ohioans, but we know the fight does not stop there,” added abortion clinic Preterm-Cleveland executive director Chrissy France. “We will continue to fight for all women and people who can become pregnant to have access to abortion care.”

Barrett’s ruling went on to say, however, that plaintiffs’ arguments that Ohio “is making a deliberate effort to overturn Roe and established constitutional precedent” would have to “be made to a higher court.”

And that’s just the kind of fight that the state’s Republican Governor Mike DeWine was expecting.

“Governor DeWine has long believed that this issue would be decided by the United States Supreme Court,” spokesman Dan Tierney told Reuters in an email after Wednesday’s court order.

After similar bills faced two vetoes from former Ohio Governor John Kasich, DeWine signed the heartbeat bill into law in April. Ohio is one of several states that have passed sweeping pro-life laws this year — much to the chagrin and dismay of abortion proponents nationwide.
