The California Army National Guard commander on Sunday sent a memorandum to soldiers serving in the California Army National Guard — which is partnered with Ukrainian forces under the State Partnership Program — asking them to “stand ready.”

The subject of the memorandum, obtained by Breitbart News, and issued by Army Maj. Gen. Laura L. Yeager, was “Letter to the Field — Ukraine.”

Gunman Who Killed Three Daughters in Church Was in US Illegally

A gunman who killed his three daughters and another man in a church in Northern California was in the U.S. illegally, and had not been handed over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after a prior arrest due to California’s “sanctuary state” law that limits cooperation with federal immigration enforcement, authorities said Friday.

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said that David Fidel Mora-Rojas was in the country illegally and was arrested on Feb. 23 for driving under the influence, assaulting an officer and medical staff.

ICE issued a detainer — a request that the suspect be held until the agency can transfer him into custody and put him into deportation proceedings. However, due to California’s “sanctuary state” law, authorities say they were barred from holding him or communicating with ICE about his release and he left on bail on a $15,000 bond.

This week, authorities say Mora shot his daughters, 9, 10 and 13, and an adult chaperone supervising the visit in the Church of Sacramento, before turning the gun on himself. He had been free for five days.

Mora had been living in the church on a mental health hold after April last year, where he threatened to hurt himself and his wife. He was also barred from owning a gun under a restraining order, but was armed with an unregistered, homemade semiautomatic. Former US Defense Contractor CEO, Israeli Brother Charged With Allegedly Exporting Military Technology to China

The former CEO of a San Diego-based company that manufactures tungsten components for the U.S. military has been charged alongside his brother on accusations of violating arms export laws, according to an indictment unsealed Friday.

Joe Sery, 77, who used to own and run Tungsten Heavy Powder & Parts, and his brother, Dror Sery, 70, have been indicted on charges relating to a conspiracy to export sensitive information about defense systems to China and India without a license. Joe Sery was arrested Friday, while Dror Sery remains a fugitive, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

The company specializes in providing fragments and weapon-grade components made of tungsten, a rare metal, for the military.

According to the indictment, from 2016 to 2019, Joe Sery contracted with various aerospace and defense firms for military projects, including the construction of an Advanced Rapid Response Weapon, a 155-millimeter Bi-Modal Warhead, a R9E Warhead and an 81-millimeter Cowling Cone. Doctors Threatened With Punishment for Disagreeing With Official COVID Narrative

. . .Just the News reports that Democratic Assemblyman Evan Low’s AB 2098 would allow doctors’ statements, private or public, on COVID be analyzed and treated as “unprofessional conduct.”

Interestingly, though, the report documents that the bill “promotes long-outdated information about COVID deaths in unvaccinated vs. vaccinated, however, rather than updated Omicron variant figures.”

The punishment would be imposed, under the proposal, for disagreeing with “contemporary scientific consensus” on COVID-19.

The report explained the bill was joined by five other California Assembly and Senate members and opens doctors’ comments about COVID to review by the Medical Board of California and the Osteopathic Medical Board of California. . .

Doctors Sue State for Forcing Them to Help With ‘Suicides’

Doctors have filed a lawsuit in California against the state’s attorney general, health department chief, and others who make up the state Medical Board over a plan that would require them to participate in assisted “suicides.”

For most of the history of the United States, “helping” someone kill themselves has been a crime. But multiple states now are adopting the “assisted suicide” story line and imposing requirements to help that agenda.

In California, the lawsuit is being brought by a Christian doctor as well as the Christian Medical & Dental Associations, for the law “that requires doctors to participate in physician-assisted suicide against their religious convictions and professional ethics.”

According to the Alliance Defending Freedom, which is representing the plaintiffs, the state’s End of Life Options Act legalized assisted suicides in 2015.

“Then, despite the medical-ethics consensus that no physician should be forced to participate in physician-assisted suicide even where the practice is allowed, California recently legislated to not only eliminate important safeguards from the End of Life Options Act, but also force conscientious physicians to participate in the process,” the ADF reported. High School Debuts ‘Transition Closet’ for Students to Hide Preferred Genders From Parents: Report

An Oakland, California, high school is reportedly utilizing what’s referred to as the “The Transition Closet” — a makeshift wardrobe for students to change when they arrive at school if they aren’t comfortable telling their parents about their apparent gender dysphoria.

According to a report from the Post Millennial, the program first launched at a Fayetteville, Arkansas, church and was designed to “let trans-identified youth circumvent their parents and socially transition without their knowledge.”

In a Facebook statement, the Transition Closet wrote, “We are extremely excited to begin our journey in working with Fremont Highschool of Oakland California, alongside our favorite teacher of TikTok @justaqueerteacher.”

Liberal School District Caves After Students Demonstrate Against Masks During Mass Walkout

Hundreds of students at a California school walked out of class on Tuesday afternoon in protest of their district’s continued mask mandate despite statewide requirements being relaxed.

The walkout, according to reports, was in protest of the delay in lifting mask mandates at schools across California. . .

According to Fox News, students assembled outside Oak Ridge High School in El Dorado Hills, California, on Tuesday and demanded the district remove its indoor mask mandate.

Later that day, the El Dorado Union High School District announced that it would be changing mask protocols and would not enforce an indoor mandate by excluding students from school.

‘Pretty F**kin’ Easy Here’: Homeless Californian Boasts About Having Amazon Prime, Netflix (VIDEO)

A homeless San Francisco man said during an interview with author Michael Shellenberger that the city pays him to be homeless and boasted about having a cell phone with Amazon Prime and Netflix in a video posted Wednesday to Twitter.

“If you’re gonna be homeless, it’s pretty f**kin’ easy here” the homeless man, named James, said to Shellenberger during their interview. “I mean if we’re gonna be realistic, they pay you to be homeless here” he continued.

“When you said that San Francisco pays people to be homeless, what did you mean by that? Did you mean that literally?” Shellenberger asked.

Chilling: These Schools Can Change Students‘ Gender Categories Without Parent Consent

A Catholic mom in Northern California enrolled her daughter in a public charter school. During her initial Zoom classes, the girl, an incoming freshman who had not yet stepped foot in the school due to COVID-19, was asked her name and “preferred pronouns.”

She chose a male name and male pronouns. The school then routinely used this information without informing her parents, and then began to socially transition the child—the first in a series of steps culminating in a so-called “sex change.” . . .

And that’s just the tip of the proverbial non-binary iceberg. The gender category “non-binary” now appears on all student information forms. Few parents, reared in a prior generation, realize that “non-binary” means “unlimited gender choices.” The California Department of Education defines “non-binary” as anything beyond the historic “male-female” binary understanding of gender—new terms for a new age, including “transgender,” “non-gender,” “intersex,” “agender,” “gender-queer,” “gender fluid,” “Two Spirit, bigender,” “pangender,” “gender nonconforming,” or “gender variant.” Really.

The California Department of Education says these genders are ever expansive, ever evolving and ever changing, and that children can self-certify or choose their own gender. The Center of Disease Control and Prevention defines “gender nonbinary” as “gender creative,” meaning children can create or make-up their own gender, and these non-conforming imaginary genders are marginalized minorities. . .

The California Teachers Association adopted a policy in January 2020 stating students should be able to access hormone therapy without parent consent, for the sake of “equity.” This is already a reality for foster youth starting at age 12, thanks to Assembly Bill 2119. Also, according to Assembly Bill 1184, minors can bill their parents’ insurance without their parents’ consent for gender-affirming care, which includes hormone therapy or “sex-change” operations. Disturbing: Teacher Caught on Video Yelling at Student for Supporting His Cop Dad With Thin Blue Line Mask

A California substitute teacher was caught on video berating a student over the “Thin Blue Line” face mask the eighth-grader was wearing. The 13-year-old said he wears the Thin Blue Line mask to honor his police officer father.

The intense confrontation happened on Monday at Lyman Gilmore Middle School in Grass Valley, California. That’s where the unnamed substitute teacher got into a shouting match about Lucas Lillar’s Thin Blue Line mask during a math class.

Students in the class recorded video of the teacher arguing with the teen over the face mask.

The teacher is seen in the video telling the student that his Thin Blue Line mask that pays homage to law enforcement is “not American.”

“That’s not the American flag that’s the new confederacy flag,” the teacher loudly proclaims.
