Okay, I mean what is going on here? As if things can’t get any worse in our schools regarding all this woke nonsense and critical race theory fraud in the curriculum, we have graphic questions about the level of comfortability regarding sexual activity. . .

Students at Campolino High School in California were reportedly given an invasive and inappropriate sex lesson which included questions about their anal sex and masturbation preferences.

In this worksheet, students were asked to rate their comfort level with anal sex. Presumably, these written responses were turned in by each student, so the school now has their anal sex preferences on file.

Disturbing: Mother Scammed in Attempt to Purchase Baby Formula for Daughter With Rare Disease (VIDEO)

A California mother whose 11-year-old daughter has a rare disease that impacts her ability to digest food says she was scammed while trying to purchase baby formula amid the nationwide shortage.

Keely Aguilar’s daughter, Nataliyah, has Bainbridge Roper Syndrome, which per the National Institutes of Health (NIH), is “characterized by developmental delay or intellectual disability, typically in the moderate to severe range, with speech and language delay and/or absent speech.” The NIH indicates that digestive complications may arise as well. . .

In a video posted on social media, Keely explained that due to Nataliyah’s inability to digest food properly, she can only ingest formula that has been “pre-broken down” in a feeding tube through to her intestines. Due to the nature of this process, Nataliyah can not intake formula bought from a grocery store and must source it from elsewhere. . .

As Keely and Nataliyah’s story gained attention through social media and local outlets, many reached out to the Aguilars, offering help with finding and purchasing formulas, ABC 7 noted. However, as Keely claimed, among those who reached out were scammers. “I have been scammed. People are preying on this situation,” she stated.

Keely had been reached out to by a person via Facebook claiming to have formula for sale for $250, ABC 7 reported. “I thought I was doing my due diligence in asking a lot of questions. I asked for pictures, I asked for expiration dates on the cans. Trans Child Molester Sprung by Soros-backed D.A — Booked for Murder in CA!

Convicted transgender child sex molester James “Hannah” Tubbs, who was given a light juvenile sentence by George Soros-backed Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón, has been booked for murder in Kern County to the north.

Tubbs pleaded guilty to choking and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in a bathroom stall in 2014, a crime that shocked Los Angeles at the time. Gascón declined to prosecute Tubbs as an adult because the crime took place just before Tubbs’s 18th birthday. The juvenile sentence meant Tubbs would not have to register as a sex offender. One of Gascón’s criminal justice “reforms” was to stop prosecuting juvenile offenders as adults — a policy he revised somewhat after the Tubbs case.

Separately, Bill Melugin of Fox News reported Tuesday that Tubbs was charged with murder, linked to a 2019 robbery:

Hannah Tubbs, a transgender California inmate convicted of molesting a child, has been charged with murder.

The first-degree murder charge out of Kern County on Tuesday comes after authorities recently charged Tubbs in connection to a 2019 robbery.

Terrifying Pro-Abortion Law Threatens Babies Already Born

There have many critics who have charged that as states such as Colorado and California move to re-create themselves as abortion-tourism destinations, the extreme laws they are adopting in their agendas actually have created the possibility that live babies, after birth, could be killed without penalty.

Now we know that it’s true, based on the legal analysis staff members provided to the pro-abortion majority in the California State Assembly Committee on the Judiciary.

According to a report from the American Center for Law and Justice, that analysis confirmed the threat to children already born.

The bill, according to the staff warnings, “may not be sufficiently clear that ‘perinatal death’ is intended to be the consequence of a pregnancy complication. Thus, the bill could be interpreted to immunize a pregnant person from all criminal penalties for all pregnancy related outcomes, including the death of a newborn for any reason during the ‘perinatal’ period after birth, including a cause of death which is not attributable to pregnancy complications…”

Olivia Summers, an associate counsel with the ACLJ, explained California Assembly Bill 2223 “contains a provision preventing any person from being subject to civil or criminal liability ‘based on actions or omissions with respect to their … alleged pregnancy outcome, including … perinatal death.’ You may recall that the ‘perinatal’ period covers roughly from 28 weeks of pregnancy to 1-4 weeks post birth.” (Read more from “Terrifying Pro-abortion Law Threatens Babies Already Born” HERE)

Woman Survives on Yogurt and Snow While Stranded in Forest for 6 Days

A woman survived on yogurt and snow while she was stranded in a California forest for six days.

Little Valley residents Justin Lonich, 48, and Sheena Gullett, 52, were driving on dirt roads on April 14 when their car reportedly got stuck in a patch of snow, according to a Facebook post from the Lassen County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO).

The pair spent the night in their car until the battery died the next morning. They then proceeded to Highway 44 on foot, according to the post.

The two got separated along the way when Gullett’s boots began falling apart. When Lonich noticed that Gullett was falling behind, he went back to look for her but lost her due to heavy snowfall, the LCSO said. Disgusting: Teacher, Administrators Conspired to Teach Eight-Year-Olds About Gender, Sex

Some parents in Glendale, California, reprimanded a public school board after emails uncovered a third-grade teacher allegedly conspired with district officials to teach eight-year-olds about gender and sexual identity, according to videos from the meeting.

Emails obtained via a parent’s public records request reportedly found that a third-grade teacher in Glendale Unified School District subjected students to videos on LGBTQ ideology and comments about nudity. During an April 19 Board of Education meeting, parents identified the teacher as Tammy Tiber.

Tiber reportedly sent an email to the district’s Teaching and Learning Department after a parent pulled her child from a Zoom session on LGBTQ Pride month.

“Today I talked to my class about LGBTQ pride month and played 2 short videos from YouTube that were geared towards kids,” the email read. “A parent who heard the lesson and discussion made her daughter leave Zoom and texted me asking me when I was done discussing sexual orientation so that she could let her kids back into Zoom. I was planning on doing more lessons tomorrow and Wednesday, but now I’m afraid to.”

California Proposes Ban on Sale of Gas Vehicles by 2035

California regulators unveiled a plan to ban the sale of new gas cars by 2035 on Thursday, the state’s latest effort to combat greenhouse gas emissions.

The plan from the California Air Resources Board calls for 35% of new car sales in the state to be battery or hydrogen-powered by 2026, according to CNBC. The board will vote on the proposal in August.

Man Who Kidnapped 26 Children, Buried Them Alive, Receives Parole After 45 Years

A man who kidnapped and buried a bus full of children and their driver was released for parole Friday, according to spokesperson Joe Orlando of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, CNN reported.

Frederick Newhall Woods, 70, and two co-conspirators kidnapped 26 children and their driver in Chowchilla, a northern California city in Madera County, in 1976, CNN reported. They buried the 27 captives alive in a quarry Woods’ father owned and then demanded $5 million ransom, according to CNN.

The captives dug themselves out and escaped while Woods and Richard and James Schoenfeld slept, CNN reported. Woods, the last of the men still in prison, had his 18th parole hearing Friday at California Men’s Colony, a state prison in San Luis Obispo. He became eligible for parole in 1982, and Richard Schoenfeld was paroled in 2012 and James Schoenfeld was released in 2015, CNN reported. This State Has the Highest Gas Prices in the Nation

California is reporting some of the highest gas prices in the nation, nearing $6.00 a gallon on Tuesday, according to AAA’s data.

As of Tuesday, the national gas price average stood at $4.242, slightly lower than the record high, which the U.S. broke in a series of consecutive days earlier this month. On March 11, for example, the national gas average reached $4.331, rising 49 cents over one week, beating records made during former President Obama’s presidency.

As of Tuesday, a handful of states were reporting an average of over $5.00 per gallon of gas. That includes Hawaii ($5.092) and Nevada ($5.136). But the single state reporting the highest average gas prices in the country continues to be California, clocking in with a $5.866 average. . .

Several Golden State counties are reporting gas prices nearing or over $6.00 per gallon. Those include Humboldt ($5.949), Trinity ($5.987), Napa ($5.927), Marin ($5.921), San Francisco ($5.964), Ventura ($5.974), San Diego ($5.947), Orange ($5.968) San Luis Obispo ($6.031), Inyo ($6.054), and Los Angeles ($6.011). Mom Blames Transgender Agenda for Daughter’s Suicide

A bereaved mother whose daughter died at the age of 19 by stepping in front of a barreling train in Los Angeles is blaming her local school district’s transgender agenda for the death.

Abigail Martinez explained in an interview with the Daily Mail that her daughter was depressed, having been engulfed in confusion over her sexuality and gender for several years.

The school, which had been sued by the Barack Obama administration for allegedly discriminating against a transgender boy, instead of helping with a treatment for depression, referred the girl to LGBT clubs, told her not to talk to her mother, and essentially promoted transgenderism to her, the mother explained.

“I knew that the hormones wouldn’t work,” she said. “She was taken away from my house because they wanted to save her life. My question to all of them is where is my daughter now? Why did they play with her life?”
