CNN Anchor’s Attack on Trump Was So Full of Errors Even One of His Colleagues Is Calling Him out for It

There appears to be some in-fighting at CNN as the network’s “State of the Union” host Jake Tapper called out “Reliable Sources” host Brian Stelter for his abandonment of journalistic standards when reporting on Michael Wolff’s controversial book “Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House.”

As noted by BizPac Review, Stelter recommended Wolff’s controversial book, stating that while “Wolff’s errors are sloppy … many Trump experts say the book ‘rings true overall.’”

However, Tapper, who is far from being pro-Trump, took a jab at Stelter for actively trying to push a book that is rife with factual errors.

“Having many errors but ‘ringing true’ is not a journalistic standard,” Tapper tweeted Saturday.

The CNN host went on to concede that “quotes are quotes. And if facts can be ascertained by further reporting as true, that’s also a service.”

As reported by The Western Journal, Tapper and Farhi took to Twitter to discuss the validity of claims made in Wolff’s book.

Fahri revealed that he was also “very skeptical” of the information found in the book, before asking Tapper if he believes thinks Wolff may have interviewed members of Trump’s family.

The book has been used by many left-leaning reporters, such as Stelter, as supposed proof that Trump is unfit to serve as president.

During a recent segment of “Reliable Sources,” Stelter claimed Trump’s mental stability is now a “global story” due to certain bits of information found within the book, most notably comments made by former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon.

“‘He’s not going to make it,’ said Bannon at the Breitbart Embassy. ‘He’s lost his stuff,’” Wolff writes in the book.

As noted by CNBC, Bannon has since stated that he “regrets” comments he made to Wolff, and added that his support for the Trump administration and its agenda is “unwavering.” (For more from the author of “CNN Anchor’s Attack on Trump Was So Full of Errors Even One of His Colleagues Is Calling Him out for It” please click HERE)

Franklin Graham Responds to CNN Reporter Lighting Marijuana Bong Live on Air

Rev. Franklin Graham responded to CNN’s New Year’s Eve story on marijuana in a post on Facebook.

“I wish this were #fakenews, but CNN seems to now be promoting drug use!” he wrote.

During CNN’s year-end broadcast, reporter Randi Kaye was in Denver, where marijuana is legal for recreational use.

“Their New Year’s Eve ‘coverage’ of pot use in Colorado was disgraceful,” Graham continued. “Their reporter, Randi Kaye, excitedly — and shamelessly — held a joint, lit a bong, oohed over a special gas mask used by stoners, and laughed about not knowing where she was. All while wearing marijuana leaf earrings.”

During the broadcast, Kaye said she was witnessing “New Year’s Eve, Denver-style!” and seemed disoriented, Fox News reported.

“We have a crippling drug epidemic in our nation that is destroying families and lives. I think this reporter and the producers should be fired and CNN should apologize for promoting pot use,” Graham concluded. “If you agree, let CNN know by tagging them in the comments below or commenting on their Facebook page.”

There are currently 19,581 comments on Graham’s post.

Graham was not the only one angered by the coverage as Twitter users expressed similar sentiments.

“CNN is trying to trademark the debauchery as its brand for New Year’s Eve coverage,” Media Research Center President Brent Bozell said, according to Fox. “I mean that quite seriously.”

TheBlaze also covered the pot-themed report on “The Glenn Beck Radio Program.”

“It was very helpful, especially if your kids are watching and they’re not familiar with how to actually take a bong hit,” host Pat Gray said.

According to a 2014 USA Today report, marijuana products are stronger today than they’ve been in the past.

“Marijuana increases the risk of psychosis, in which people lose touch with reality and may experience delusions, hallucinations and paranoia,” Nora Volkow, director of the National Institute on Drug Abuse told USA Today in 2014. “Colorado police have reported two deaths this year related to psychosis-like episodes in pot users.” (For more from the author of “Franklin Graham Responds to CNN Reporter Lighting Marijuana Bong Live on Air” please click HERE)

WATCH: CNN Promotes Using Drugs on Live TV During New Year’s Eve Celebration

CNN’s Randi Kaye promoted drug use on live TV during CNN’s coverage of the New Year’s Eve Celebrations taking place on Sunday across the United States.

Reporting from Colorado, CNN featured Kaye in two separate segments, once on a party bus that showed people using marijuana and another at a “puff, pass and paint party” where she was seen holding a joint, The Hollywood Reported noted.

Kaye held up the joint to the camera at the “puff, pass and paint party” and said “this is for Andy,” referring to Anderson Cooper’s new co-host, Andy Cohen.

CNN Shares Exclusive Footage of Trump Playing Golf, Then Twitter Users Notice the Real Story

CNN’s coverage of President Donald Trump playing golf seemed strange to quite a few viewers.

After promising to “get back to work” after Christmas, Trump went to the golf course — an act which CNN covered in an apparent attempt to question the president’s work ethic.

CNN correspondent Manu Raju tweeted the exclusive content catching Trump in the act, however, Twitter users noticed the president’s golf game wasn’t the only questionable activity taking place.

The video footage looks as though it was taken from the inside of a bush, surprising viewers that the reporter was spying on Trump.

Twitter users pointed out what should have been the real story.

This footage comes after multiple mistakes made by CNN earlier this month.

In early December, Raju used the wrong date when reporting on an email sent to the Trump campaign that inflamed suspicion of possible collusion between the campaign and Russia, which has been accused of providing those documents to WikiLeaks.

In reality, the email was received 10 days later when the documents were publicly available, disproving the earlier presumption.

In another December mistake, CNN used an image of someone who was not White House principal deputy secretary Raj Shah accompanied by a quote from Shah on air. The picture that was used with the quote is another man named Raj Shah, but he serves as the Rockefeller Foundation’s president.

While other news outlets covered the attempted terror attack in New York City earlier this month, CNN ran a story about a New York Times story that claims Trump drinks “a dozen Diet Cokes” every day.

Trump has repeatedly criticized CNN for its alleged biased reporting. (For more from the author of “CNN Shares Exclusive Footage of Trump Playing Golf, Then Twitter Users Notice the Real Story” please click HERE)

CNN Finally Learns Whose White Truck Blocked Cameras From Filming Trump

CNN has finally completed the white truck investigation it started earlier this week after a large white box truck blocked their cameras from filming President Donald Trump playing golf.

A similar looking truck was found in the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office parking lot, CNN White House Producer Noah Gray reported.

The next day, he confirmed that a license plate comparison showed that the truck in the PBSO parking lot was indeed the same one parked in front of the golf course.

Earlier this week CNN complained that a large box truck was used to keep reporters from capturing footage of Trump golfing, The Western Journal reported.

The Secret Service and Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Department both denied using the truck to hide the president’s golf game from CNN’s cameras.

According to Gray, Secret Service spokesperson Cathy Milhoan stated that “The USSS is in the business of protection and investigations not in commissioning vehicles to block the media’s view of the President’s golf swing.”

Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Department spokesperson Therese Barbera also said that the “department did not order a box truck to obstruct CNN’s view of President Donald Trump golfing on Wednesday.”

After the latest discovery, Barbera “reiterated to CNN the truck maneuver was not authorized by management.”

The CNN complaint and the denials from the Secret Service and sheriff’s department were both in response to exclusive footage CNN aired of Trump golfing instead of working right after Christmas.

“This may seem trivial, but it is important to get video of the president as he does these things on a daily basis…the president and the White House have tried to obscure the fact that President Trump golfs on a regular basis,” CNN political reporter Dan Merica said, according to Fox News.

Twitter users did not seem impressed by the latest update on the truck.

In the meantime, someone has created a @WhiteBoxTruck account on Twitter to see if CNN will follow it. (For more from the author of “CNN Finally Learns Whose White Truck Blocked Cameras From Filming Trump” please click HERE)

CNN Quietly Backtracks Another Report Tying Trump Campaign to Russia

CNN has gently walked back a report from earlier this year that faulted Attorney General Jeff Sessions for failing to reveal meetings he had with Russian officials when he applied for his security clearance – a disclosure he wasn’t required to make.

CNN reported last May that Sessions didn’t disclose meetings he had with a Russian ambassador when he was a senator. The mainstream media was all over the story and significant airtime was spent portraying Sessions as shady and dishonest. In addition to embarrassing Sessions, the storyline also fed the narrative that the Trump administration colluded with Russia during the election.

The splashy headline on CNN’s website said, “First on CNN: AG Sessions did not disclose Russia meetings in security clearance form, DOJ says.” CNN’s story claimed the incident was “the latest example of Sessions failing to disclose contacts he had with Russian officials.” Roughly six months later, the network has admitted that the entire report was essentially meaningless.

“A newly released document shows that the FBI told an aide to Attorney General Jeff Sessions that Sessions wasn’t required to disclose foreign contacts that occurred in the course of carrying out his government duties when he was a senator,” CNN’s Evan Perez wrote on Monday.

“The FBI email from March bolsters the explanation by the Justice Department for why Sessions didn’t disclose contacts with the Russian ambassador in his application for a US security clearance,” Perez continued. CNN Blackout on House Democrat Under FBI Investigation

By Peter Hasson. It has been 24 hours since news broke that Pennsylvania Democratic Rep. Bob Brady is under FBI investigation for allegedly paying his primary opponent to drop out of the race, but CNN has published zero articles and devoted zero airtime to the story.

The FBI was granted a search warrant for Brady’s campaign email, [email protected], as part of its investigation into payments Brady’s campaign allegedly made to 2012 primary opponent Jimmie Moore. Two of Brady’s political consultants have already been charged in connection with the investigation.

A search of CNN’s website shows the news outlet has yet to publish an article acknowledging the investigation into the congressman.

And while CNN devoted plenty of coverage to President Trump’s feud with Lavar Ball, the father of UCLA basketball player LiAngelo Ball, the network has yet to even acknowledge the investigation into Brady on-air since the news broke, according to broadcast monitoring service TVEyes.

CNN isn’t the only major network keeping its viewers in the dark about the Brady investigation. MSNBC also has yet to mention the story on-air since it broke. (Read more from “CNN Blackout on House Democrat Under FBI Investigation” HERE)

FBI Investigates Congressman for His Campaign Paying Opponent to Quit

By The Daily Beast. The FBI said it is investigating Rep. Bob Brady (D-PA) for an alleged scheme to pay his primary opponent to drop out of a 2012 race against him and for allegedly lying to investigators.

The revelation came from a search warrant application unsealed in a Pennsylvania federal court on Monday, which was first reported by Seamus Hughes. An FBI agent asked a judge to authorize access to Brady’s personal email account on the belief it holds evidence contradicting an anticipated defense about the campaign payments. The judge approved the warrant and the FBI said it got one CD worth of data from the email account.

Brady’s congressional office in Washington, D.C., could not be reached for comment. Brady has not been charged with a crime.

Jimmie Moore ended his campaign for the Democratic nomination in February 2012 after allegedly receiving $90,000 from the Brady campaign. The FBI said the payments were routed from the Brady campaign to businesses owned by his aides. Then the money was transferred to one of Moore’s aides, who used it to pay for services rendered to the Moore campaign. CNN Caught Creating Fake News Again: Adding Words to Syrian Witness’ Statement to Fit Western Narrative

Although the entirety of the Western corporate media machine is worthy of the name “Fake News,” CNN has become the standard bearer of the title. It seems that the organization is doing everything in its power to earn its position as the tip of the spear in the army of “fake news.” Indeed, it is scarcely possible to keep up with the lies, deceit, and half-truths CNN presents to the general public on a daily basis. Occasionally, however, one instance stands out so much that it cannot be allowed to slip by without being addressed.

Back in 2016, as Aleppo was the scene of a fierce battle between America’s terrorist forces and the Syrian military, CNN broadcasted a report from Jibrin, Syria where it purported to show the sad state of civilians fleeing the war that had come to Aleppo. The clip shows two Syrians – one young boy and an older man – who are telling the reporter about their situation.

The CNN reporter predictably attributes the horrors facing the civilians as a result of the eastern part of Aleppo “being under siege by the Syrian military,” not the fact that terrorists had seized east Aleppo and were fighting to the death to keep it. Still he quotes an older man who paints a less than typical CNN-style portrayal of the “rebels.” The man says, “I wanted to leave with my kids fifteen days ago but the rebels shot at me and said ‘Hey you bastard! Do you want to join the regime?’”

The only thing surprising about the man’s statement was that it was actually aired on CNN.

However, the most interesting aspect of the report is what was attributed to the young boy whom CNN quotes as saying, “We were afraid that we would starve to death. We were also scared because heavy bombs were falling.”

This quote makes the boy seem as if he is worried because of the Syrian military’s bombs. However, the translation is not only inaccurate, the second half is completely fabricated. The boy’s actual statement is “We were afraid that we would starve to death. We were afraid that we would starve to death.” Even to a non-Arabic speaker, one can clearly hear that the boy is merely repeating his first statement a second time. He says nothing about bombs. CNN simply added it to the translation for political and propaganda purposes.

While civilians on the ground were no doubt worried about the bombs of the Syrian military (bombs kill regardless of who drops them) they were even more afraid of living under the unimaginable tyranny of America’s terrorists. Still, CNN has gone much further than simply bending the truth to fit a narrative, it has obviously told a complete and total lie. It has put words in the mouths of its interview subjects and passed it off as the truth. At best, this is a violation of journalistic ethics. More realistic, however, it is an act of willful deceit and an attempt to mold the minds of the general public for political purposes.

At this point, CNN cannot be taken seriously as even a second rate news organization. It is clearly nothing more than a propaganda mouthpiece for State Department and other interests. Unfortunately for CNN, even operating as a propaganda organ, it is only second rate. CNN and MSNBC Claim DACA-Recipients Are ‘Children’

CNN and MSNBC are repeating the false claim that DACA recipients are “children” or “kids,” while actually most are adults.

While DACA recipients were illegally brought to the United States by their parents when they were children, the minimum age to apply for the program is 15 years old. In fact, the majority of the applicants were over the age of 20 based on 2014 data from the US government. Some have estimated that the average age of dreamers is 25 or 26 years old–hardly children.

But those watching CNN and MSNBC might be under the impression that the DACA debate centers on young kids.

Hurricane Survivor Rips CNN for ‘Exploiting’ Flood Victims

The desperation in Houston is heartbreaking and palpable after Hurricane Harvey’s devastation and flooding, and a stunning CNN interview with a flood victim is leaving many viewers in horror at the distressing circumstances there Tuesday.

A Houston mother who fled Hurricane Harvey and rising water in her home managed to reach a shelter Tuesday with her young daughter, a child who appears to be about 9 years old.

When CNN reporter Rosa Flores spotted the mother, Danielle, she asked how the family ended up at the shelter. That’s when Danielle explained that she and her daughter had been waiting for someone to rescue them from their home, but no one showed up. So they braved the floods and managed to get to a nearby gas station, where a rescuer arrived and helped them out.

“We had been there for five days with no food, no lights, and nobody came,” Danielle explained. “We [had to] go through four feet of water to get them food on the first day. Yeah, that’s a lot of s–t.”

Then she unloaded on CNN and Flores, blasting them for exploiting flood victims “during their worst times.” (Read more from “Hurricane Survivor Rips CNN for ‘Exploiting’ Flood Victims” HERE)
