The Supreme Court order reads:

Consideration of the applications (21A244 and 21A247) for stay presented to Justice Kavanaugh and by him referred to the Court is deferred pending oral argument. The applications are consolidated, and a total of one hour is allotted for oral argument. The applications are set for oral argument on Friday, January 7, 2022.

The mandate, promulgated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), requires that all companies with 100 or more workers mandate COVID-19 vaccination or weekly testing and masking for employees.

By The Federalist. By now, you’ve likely seen or heard the latest coronavirus messaging from the White House, which President Joe Biden is scheduled to talk about again later on Tuesday. The president gave the first doomsday message for the unvaxxed, COVID response chief Jeff Zients repeated it, and chief of staff Ron Klain doubled down on it, so the comments were no slip of the tongue. This is the administration’s official line.

“We are intent on not letting omicron disrupt work and school for the vaccinated. You’ve done the right thing, and we will get through this. For the unvaccinated, you’re looking at a winter of severe illness and death for yourselves, your families, and the hospitals you may soon overwhelm,” Zients said, one day after Biden made nearly identical comments.

This messaging is problematic for a multitude of reasons, not the least of which is its remarkable ability to further harden 50 percent of the country against the so-called “unity” president, who has shaped up to be leagues more divisive than his predecessor.

But buried under the latest “dark winter” threat is an admission from the Biden White House that its detractors have been right about its aims all along. The contrast between the in-group and the out-group isn’t that one is rid of the virus while the other isn’t. The difference is that one has “done the right thing.”

In fact, the message for the vaccinated seems to assume omicron infections as a foregone conclusion. It assures the vaxxed that the administration is there to help make their lives easier, omicron or not, because they’ve done the righteous thing by falling in line with the White House’s vaccine goals. [Guest host Alicia] Menendez said, “If someone in your family is not vaccinated, should you ask them not to show up?”

Fauci said, “Yes, I would do that. Airline CEO Says ‘Idiot’ Anti-Vaxxers Should Not Be Allowed to Fly, Shop for Groceries

The CEO of Ryanair, one of the largest airlines in Europe, said last week that those who have chosen not to get vaccinated against COVID-19 should be banned from various aspects of everyday life.

Michael O’Leary told The Telegraph that authorities should be making life harder for “idiot” anti-vaxxers or those who’ve denied the jab without good cause.

“If you’re not vaccinated, you shouldn’t be allowed in the hospital, you shouldn’t be allowed to fly, you shouldn’t be allowed on the London Underground, and you shouldn’t be allowed in the local supermarket or your pharmacy either,” O’Leary told the paper. Joe Coughs Through Speech as WH Declares Him ‘Asymptomatic’

President Joe Biden coughed throughout his speech on coronavirus, even after White House staff claimed he was asymptomatic after coming into contact with a person who later tested positive for the coronavirus.

The president spoke in a hoarse voice and coughed repeatedly as he spoke about the omicron variant of the coronavirus, urging Americans to get vaccinated.

Biden did not wear a mask while speaking, and walked away from the podium without putting his mask back on, even after asking all Americans to wear masks indoors.

But White House press secretary Jen Psaki said the president did not have coronavirus after coming into contact with a mid-level staffer on Air Force One who tested positive for the virus two days later.

Triple Vaccinated MSNBC Host Announces He Has COVID

CNBC’s Jim Cramer said Monday he’s tested positive for Covid and isolating at home with a mild case.

“I have Covid. I came down with Covid on Thursday night,” Cramer said on “Squawk on the Street.” He added he’s been triple vaccinated: two shots of Moderna and a Moderna booster.

“I know exactly how I got it,” he said. “I was at an event where you had to have PCR [tests].”

“I got it that night from someone who was tested that day,” he said. “The problem is it works so fast. You can’t stop it.

State Lawmakers Asked to Approve Concentration Camps for the Sick

When American mayors, governors and others wanted their populations to submit to COVID-19 lockdown and other orders, they were faced with what they perceived as an obstacle: those individuals who simply would not follow orders.

Now, in the state of New York, a proposal is being prepared for lawmakers to consider that would resolve that dispute.

A plan prefiled for the coming legislature would allow authorities to simply determine who they wanted locked up – and then lock them up.

The idea, cast as a “public health law,” is being prepared for the 2021-2022 legislature.

It would allow the governor or his appointee to decide that anyone who is sick and “may” pose a danger to another, “shall be detained in a medical facility or other appropriate facility or premises designated by the governor or his or her delegee…” (Read more from “State Lawmakers Asked to Approve Concentration Camps for the Sick” HERE)

Will The UK Mandate COVID Vaccines And Become A Two-Tier Society?

Americans may wonder how their Revolutionary nemesis across the pond is faring in the battle between COVID restrictions and civil liberties. Well, the world is being drowned in a rising tide of two-tier medical apartheid — and Britain is no longer exempt.

It began with retired doctor David Lloyd endorsing the United Kingdom following Austria, Germany, and Greece in imposing indefinite lockdowns and punitive fines on people who are not vaccinated against COVID-19. Then “Good Morning Britain”ran a Twitter poll asking viewers if the government should make vaccination mandatory. The poll registered 89 percent of 42,663 votes against and was deleted.

Then Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced at a press conference that vaccine passports would be introduced in response to the Omicron variant (which the U.K. reported its first death with this week). Despite promises that COVID certification will only apply to nightclubs, we’ve seen the scheme expanded to other venues in neighboring nations Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, across Europe, and in New York. . .

Afterwards, academics, journalists, and Baroness Karen Brady appropriated the Soviet’s antisemitic term “refuseniks” to condemn those unwilling to take a COVID vaccine. The apparatuses of state, media, and academia moved in lockstep to normalize the punishment, ostracism, and confiscation of bodily autonomy from the unvaccinated.

As somebody who cannot take any of the offered booster jabs, it terrifies me that health-care workers — whom the British public venerated every Thursday evening during the pandemic — and so-called “libertarian” politicians now support making me a second-class citizen due to my medical condition. This Will Get Under Your Skin: Vaccine Passports in a Very Creepy Place

. . .The vaccination certificate of the future will get under your skin, according to researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

A color pattern with the vaccination dose is injected into the skin and not visible to the naked eye. The color contains quantum dots no larger than a few nanometers.

In December 2019, Robert S. Langer and his team developed and patented a technique whereby transdermal patches could be used to label people with invisible ink to store medical and other information subcutaneously – under the skin. The research “was funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research.”

When the quantum dots are illuminated by UV light, an electron in the quantum dot can be excited to a state of higher energy. In vitro studies, based on cell cultures, on quantum dots suggest that their toxicity may derive from multiple factors including their physicochemical characteristics. . .

The researchers claim the invisible form of the vaccination card is primarily intended for regions where vaccination cards are easily lost and the equipment needed by authorities to read the information encapsulated in the arm is not expensive. Pfizer Moving to 3-Dose Trial for Kids After 2-Shot Vaccine Fails

Pfizer-BioNTech announced Friday its two-shot vaccine didn’t perform adequately in children ages 2 to 5 years old, and it will test a three-dose series for official authorization.

The pharmaceutical companies said they will expand ongoing clinical trials of their COVID-19 vaccine in children to include a third dose for participants as young as 6 months old, NPR reported. . .

The decision, the companies said, was made “following a routine review by the external independent Data Monitoring Committee,” which acts as a watchdog over the clinical trials.

They insisted, however, that no “safety concerns” were identified, and the 3 microgram doses “demonstrated a favorable safety profile in children 6 months to under 5 years of age.”

The FDA has authorized the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine only for emergency use in children aged 5 and older. Adults get 30 micrograms of the Pfizer shot per dose, and children ages 5 to 11 get 10 micrograms. In November, the FDA authorized a third booster dose for all U.S. adults. Biden’s Winter Warning: ‘Severe Illness and Death’ for Unvaccinated

President Biden on Thursday warned of a winter of “severe illness and death” for unvaccinated Americans as coronavirus cases spike across the country.

Biden, in a meeting with medical advisers and Vice President Harris to discuss the pandemic, said the country was in a better position to deal with the omicron variant of COVID-19 because of steps taken to limit travel and increase access to boosters.

“But it’s here now and it’s spreading, and it’s gonna increase,” Biden said of the omicron variant, which experts think is more contagious than previous strains.

“For unvaccinated, we are looking at a winter of severe illness and death… for themselves, their families and the hospitals they’ll soon overwhelm,” Biden continued. “But there’s good news.
