Mom Threatens Lawsuit After Son Receives COVID Vaccine Without Consent

There’s a lawsuit brewing in Jefferson Parish over a teenager who received the COVID-19 vaccine at school without his parent’s consent.

Jennifer Ravain, of Kenner, says her 16-year-old son received the vaccine at East Jefferson High School on Wednesday without her consent.

An Ochsner mobile vaccination clinic rolled in to vaccinate teenagers, but her son was able to sign the consent form himself, underage.

As outlined by the Louisiana Department of Health website, a parent’s signature is required for anyone under 18 years old who wants the shot.

Attorney G. Shelly Maturin, who represents Ravain, called the situation a “nightmare” and “lawless behavior,” and says other underage students got the shot without consent as well. (Read more from “Mom Threatens Lawsuit After Son Receives COVID Vaccine Without Consent” HERE)

Majority of Fully Vaccinated Are Still Wearing Masks, Despite Vaccine ‘Effectiveness’

The majority of those who are considered “fully vaccinated” are still wearing masks the bulk of the time when outside their homes, a Yahoo! News/YouGov survey released this week found.

As the Biden Administration and public health officials continue to push for mass vaccinations, originally pitching them as the way to return to pre-pandemic life, a majority of people, including a majority of the vaccinated, are still wearing masks “always” or “most of the time” when outside their home.

Overall, 56 percent say they do so always or most of the time. Democrats are more likely to say they wear a mask outside their home (78 percent), compared to 55 percent of independents and 35 percent of Republicans.

However, the survey found that fully vaccinated Americans are wearing masks at a higher rate than individuals who are not fully vaccinated. Sixty-five percent of fully vaccinated individuals say they wear a mask outside the home always or most of the time. Only 43 percent of those who are not fully vaccinated say the same. The majority of those, 57 percent, say they never wear a mask or only do so “some of the time.”

That seems to coincide with the fact that the majority of Americans are worried about the effectiveness of vaccines over time, as 52 percent, overall, are “worried,” including 17 percent who are “very” worried. Just over one-third are “not worried.” A majority of the fully vaccinated, 57 percent, say they are worried about declining effectiveness as time goes on. FDA Panel Recommends Children Receive COVID Vaccine

A key Food and Drug Administration advisory committee on Tuesday recommended a lower dose of Pfizer and BioNTech’s Covid-19 vaccine for children ages 5 to 11, a critical step in getting some 28 million more kids in the U.S. protected against the virus as the delta variant spreads.

The endorsement by the agency’s Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee will now be considered by the FDA, which could issue a final decision within days. The vote was nearly unanimous, with 17 members backing it and one abstention.

The agency doesn’t always follow the advice of its independent committee, but it often does. Next week, a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention vaccine advisory group is expected to make its own recommendation. If it issues an endorsement and CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky signs off, shots for young kids could begin immediately.

The Biden administration said it plans to distribute the doses as soon as it’s authorized by the FDA and CDC, which is expected to come early next month. The administration said it’s procured enough vaccine to inoculate all 28 million 5- to 11-year-olds in the U.S., and will distribute it in smaller dosing and with smaller needles to make it easier for pediatricians and pharmacists to administer to kids. A chaotic scene has developed outside the Barclays Center, the home for the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets, where anti-vaccine protesters knocked down security barricades and attempted to break down the doors to the arena.

The protesters are there to show support for the anti-vaccine position of Nets superstar Kyrie Irving, whose refusal to get the Covid-19 vaccine, in defiance of New York City’s vaccine mandate, resulted in the team benching him until he gets the jab.

The Nets are playing the Charlotte Hornets in their home opener Sunday, with tipoff scheduled for 4 pm ET.

Media on the scene tweeted several videos showing the protesters, some of whom were wearing “Stand With Kyrie Irving” shirts or carrying signs, pushing aside or knocking down metal security barricades and swarming towards the arena’s doors.

New Study: COVID Vaccines Associated With Rare Neurological Complications

The BioNTech/Pfizer and Oxford/AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccines are associated with four rare neurological complications, according to the most comprehensive study of the side effects from the two jabs.

Using data from 32m vaccinated adults in England, researchers estimated that an extra 38 people per 10m who received their first Oxford/AstraZeneca shot suffered from Guillain-Barré syndrome, which causes pain and weakness in the limbs and is usually temporary, than would do in the general population.

They found an increased risk of haemorrhagic stroke, a brain bleed, in the 28 days after vaccination with the BioNTech/Pfizer shot, at an estimated 60 extra cases per 10m people. The increased risk was significantly higher in female patients.

A smaller data set from Scotland backed up the association between the AstraZeneca vaccine and Guillain-Barré syndrome, but did not find the same link between the Pfizer shot and haemorrhagic stroke. . .

The data covered people vaccinated from December-May and included 20m vaccinated with AstraZeneca and 12m who received a Pfizer jab, and were compared with 2m people who tested positive for Covid-19. ‘Severe Concerns’: Scientists Sound Alarm to FDA Concerning COVID Vaccine; Calls for Unvaccinated to Be Isolated Increase (VIDEO)

As the U.S. Food and Drug Administration discusses administering COVID-19 vaccines to young children, an independent group of Israeli physicians, lawyers, scientists and researchers is advising the FDA of their “severe concerns” regarding the reliability and legality of official Israeli vaccine data.

The Israeli group, the Israeli Professional Ethics Front, said it recognizes the Jewish state has been seen as “the world laboratory” regarding the safety and efficacy of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. . .

“We believe that the significant failures underlying the Israeli database, which have been brought to our attention by numerous testimonies, impair its reliability and legality to such an extent that it should not be used for making any critical decisions regarding the COVID-19 vaccines,” the letter said.

Ahead of a meeting of expert advisers to the FDA scheduled for Tuesday, the agency released a briefing document from Pfizer and its partner BioNTech in which the companies state their data supporting authorization of their COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5 to 11.

Noam Chomsky: Unvaccinated Should Be ‘Isolated’ From Society

By Breitbart. Famed MIT linguist professor and far-left activist Noam Chomsky believes that while people who refuse vaccines should be forced to inject one, they should still be “isolated” to protect the community.

During an interview with Kurt Gödel, Chomsky said that the topic of vaccine mandates is a “mixed story” that should strike a compromise between individual freedom and community safety, wherein the community forms a “social convention” that pushes the isolation of unvaccinated people:

People who refuse to accept vaccines, I think the right response for them is not to force them to, but rather to insist that they be isolated. If people decide, ‘I am willing to be a danger to the community by refusing to vaccinate,’ they should say then, ‘Well, I also have the decency to isolate myself. I don’t want a vaccine, but I don’t have the right to run around harming people.’ That should be a convention. Enforcing is a different question. It should be understood. And we should try to get it to be understood. If it really reaches the point where they are severely endangering people, then of course you have to do something about it.

For example, Chomsky said that if someone were to refuse the smallpox vaccine and then frequent public places where smallpox could spread, that would be a situation where the community would have to step in and stop that person. Chomsky said that we have not reached that crisis point with the coronavirus pandemic “yet.”

“So I think we should first attempt to establish conventions that will be understandable by people with some moral capacity to try to convince them that it’s your rights to refuse to get a vaccine, but then it is your responsibility to isolate yourself so you don’t harm others,” he concluded.

Sweden Suspends Moderna Vax Indefinitely Due to Correlation With Crippling Heart Conditions

Swedish health officials are extending the pause of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine in young people over continued concerns that the shot causes rare heart inflammation cases. . .

Sweden is one of four Nordic nations that restricted the use of the jab in young people this month, with a fifth, Norway, also discouraging younger males from getting the Moderna shot.

Despite the concerns arising about the vaccine in Europe, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has stood by its authorization of the shots, and even authorized booster shots of the vaccine earlier this week.

The decision came after health officials viewed data that found the shots were causing cases of myocarditis in young people who got the vaccine.

Sweden’s Public Health Agency says that the unpublished data signals ‘an increased risk of side effects such as inflammation of the heart muscle or the pericardium’ – the double-walled sac containing the heart and the roots of the main vessels. COVID 1984: Prime Minister Wants Two Classes of Citizens Based on Vax Status (VIDEO)

New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern admitted she wants to create two classes of citizens based on Chinese coronavirus vaccination status.

During an interview with the NZ Herald on Friday, a reporter asked Ardern if her goal is to create two classes of citizens with New Zealand’s “traffic light” system, which Ardern unveiled Friday morning.

“So you’ve basically said, you probably don’t see it like this, but two different classes of people — if you’re vaccinated or unvaccinated. You have all these rights if you are vaccinated —” NZ Herald‘s deputy political editor Derek Cheng asked Ardern.

“That is what it is, yep,” Ardern replied. . .

New Zealand, which has only reported 28 Chinese coronavirus deaths since the pandemic began, has enforced some of the “tightest pandemic restrictions among OECD nations,” Reuters reported. Despite that fact, the country has been experiencing an outbreak, with nearly 2,500 cases reported out of a population of 5 million. CDC Director: Boosters May Force Change to Definition of ‘Fully Vaccinated’

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky has suggested that the definition of “fully vaccinated” may be subject to change now that booster shots are becoming widely available.

Speaking during a COVID-19 response press briefing on Friday, Walensky was asked by an Associated Press reporter if fully vaccinated status will one day be jeopardized for those who are vaccinated but not boosted.

“Is the administration rethinking the definition of what it means to be fully vaccinated now that these boosters are recommended?” the reporter asked. “Should people who are eligible for a booster now get one by a certain time frame to maintain their fully vaccinated status?”

Walensky responded that it was a great question before elaborating.

“Right now, we don’t have booster eligibility for all people,” she said. “So, we are going to — we have not yet changed the definition of fully vaccinated. We will continue to look at shots. We may need to update our definition of fully vaccinated in the future. Leaked Contracts: Pfizer Shifted Risk to Government, Maximized Profits

Pfizer, the first vaccine maker to receive FDA approval for a COVID shot, has used its power to “shift risk and maximize profits,” according to a consumer advocacy group that obtained secret government contracts.

Public Citizen found that only five of the 73 deals Pfizer has made worldwide for its COVID-19 vaccine have been formally published by governments, and they have “significant redactions,” DailyMail.com reported.

“The contracts offer a rare glimpse into the power one pharmaceutical corporation has gained to silence governments, throttle supply, shift risk and maximize profits in the worst public health crisis in a century,” Public Citizen alleges in its report.

The Manhattan-based pharmaceutical company “consistently place Pfizer’s interests before public health imperatives.”

Public Citizen accuses Pfizer of including secret language blocking donations of its own doses, opposing an intellectual property waiver that could have allowed for the sharing of technology, having ‘unilateral authority for other decisions’ and more.
