Tucker: I Would Vote Against Trump If He Picked Nikki Haley As VP (VIDEO)

Tucker Carlson said he will not vote for Donald Trump in the 2024 general election if he chooses Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley as his running mate.

Carlson first expressed support for Trump 2024 on Roseanne Barr’s podcast in November. He claimed to have “always agreed with Trump’s policies” but admitted that he only became an “active Trump supporter when they raided Mar-a-Lago.”

The former Fox News host’s newfound support for the candidate leading primary and general polls, he promised this week during a live recording of “Timcast IRL” at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest 2023, will be threatened if Trump chooses the wrong running mate.

“Would you vote for Trump if he chose Nikki as VP?” Host Tim Pool asked. . .

“I would not only not vote for that ticket, I would advocate against it as strongly as I could,” Carlson told the AmFest audience, receiving several shocked “wows” from his fellow panelists.

Hillary Clinton Fuels Trump ‘Dictator’ Fears: ‘Take Him at His Word’ (VIDEO)

Twice-failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton fueled fears Monday that former President Donald Trump will act as a “dictator” if he defeats President Joe Biden and takes the White House in January 2025.

“Take him at his word,” Clinton wrote in response to Democrat Sen. Brian Schatz (D-HI), who wrote, “Trump is now repeatedly saying he’s going to be a dictator on day one and I don’t think we should keep asking what he means.”

The hysterical warning from Democrats follows Trump’s tongue-in-cheek response to questions on whether or not he will act as a “dictator” when he gets into office.

“You are promising America tonight. You would never abuse power as retribution against anybody?” Fox News’s Sean Hannity asked Trump, who responded, “Except for day one,” suggesting that he will take executive action to reverse the damage the Biden administration has done, starting with reinstating energy independence and closing the porous southern border.

“I’m going to be — I’m going to be, you know, he keeps — we love those guy. He says, you’re not going to be a dictator, are you? I said, no, no, no, other than day one,” Trump explained.

Poll: Trump Dominance Hits New Level as He Nears 70 Percent Support in GOP Primary

Former President Donald Trump is dominating the Republican primary polls with 69 percent support, up seven points from November, a Fox News survey released Sunday revealed.

The Republican is the clear favorite among GOP voters, with his support having grown by a whopping 26 points since February.

Fewer than one third of Republican primary voters are backing all of Trump’s rivals combined, with 12 percent going to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, nine percent for former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, five percent for businessman Vivek Ramaswamy, two percent for former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, and just one percent for former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson.

Every Trump opponent besides Hutchison has lost support within the last month, the poll found.

Trump is also doing well in a hypothetical general election matchup against President Joe Biden, beating him by four points among survey respondents. (Read more from “Poll: Trump Dominance Hits New Level as He Nears 70 Percent Support in GOP Primary” HERE)

It Was Only a Matter of Time Before These Leaks Occurred Under Joe Biden

. . .This leak was meant to place pressure on the administration to curb its military aid packages to the Jewish state, which is also the only democracy in the Middle East. Civilians die in war. Collateral damage is different than what Hamas does, which is a genocidal targeting of Israelis. Those civilian casualty figures rise exponentially when Hamas terrorists force them to be used as human shields. We all knew a lot of civilians were going to die, but Hamas also didn’t need to commit a terror attack that murdered 1,200 Israelis (via WaPo):

Almost half of the munitions Israel has used in Gaza since the war began have been unguided bombs, a U.S. intelligence assessment has found, a ratio that some arms experts say helps explain the conflict’s enormous civilian death toll. The revelation comes as U.S. and Israeli officials engage in intensifying conversations about the sequencing of military operations in the two-month conflict.

The Israel Defense Forces has fired more than 29,000 air-to-ground munitions into the Palestinian enclave since Oct. 7, and only 55 to 60 percent of them have been precision-guided, according to a new assessment from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. The rest were what are known as “dumb bombs,” said two people familiar with the assessment who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the matter.

The use of so many unguided bombs, first reported by CNN, is a concern among humanitarian groups and others amid growing calls inside and outside the United States for Washington to condition any further military aid to Israel on the immediate reduction of civilian deaths.

The Biden administration has thus far rejected such calls, fearing a backlash by Republicans and political attacks from powerful pro-Israel lobbying organizations. Instead, it has attempted to influence the Israeli government to sharpen the focus of its military campaign using high-level visits, including meetings in Tel Aviv on Thursday between national security adviser Jake Sullivan and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Trump-Bashing Federal Judge Folds, Issues Pause in President’s Case

A Trump-bashing federal judge who is hearing one of the Democrat-launched cases against President Donald Trump has announced a stay in the case.

That means nothing more will happen, no deadlines will pass, until there’s a ruling in an appeal before the U.S. Supreme Court.

WND reported that the pending appeals already have complicated the agenda of partisan special counsel Jack Smith to take Trump to trial in Washington, D.C., on claims he tried to “overturn” the 2020 election.

The results of that election were marred by the $400 plus million that Mark Zuckerberg handed out through foundations to officials who mostly used it to recruit Joe Biden votes.

Further, that was the year the FBI interfered in the election, with its instructions to media corporations to suppress accurate – and devastatingly bad – reporting about the Biden family’s business dealings contained in a laptop abandoned by Hunter Biden. Lawsuits Against Trump Are So Transparently Political They’re Backfiring Badly With Democrats

It turns out that the American people know a scam when they see one — even Democrats. A new I&I/TIPP poll shows indisputably that the lawsuits against Trump are beginning to boomerang in the minds of Democrats. Indeed, they’re not buying the BS that Donald Trump is a “THREAT TO DEMOCRACY!!!!!!”

Donald Trump is currently indicted on 91 obviously orchestrated felony counts, as well as other lawsuits in multiple venues around the U.S. There’s the indictment about legally held documents at Mar-a-Lago, there’s the one about “inciting” an insurrection, and there’s the fraudulent civil lawsuit in New York on which the judge has already ruled the former president is guilty without hearing the evidence. . .

There are lawsuits to keep him off the ballot in Colorado, Michigan, Minnesota, and 17 other states. The president’s lawyers are being sued and forced to fight for their law licenses by Media Matters lawyers using George Soros money. Speaking of racketeering, this continuing criminal enterprise to bury the former president in paper, drain his bank account, purposely timed to be during primary season, and fight to keep him out of office by any means necessary seems… suspicious. . .

[In response to this] the polling organization asked two questions. The first question is, “To what extent do you agree or disagree with the statement: The Democratic Party is using the law to try to prevent Trump from running in the 2024 election.” Secondly, it asked those leaning Republican, “How likely are you to vote for Donald Trump in the Republican presidential primary if he is convicted of any crimes?”

To the first question, 80% of Republicans and a slight majority of independents agreed that the lawsuits are an obvious attempt to keep Trump out of office, or, put another way, tampering with an election. Nearly 50% of Democrats agreed. A plurality, 49%, believe that the lawsuits are an attempt to kill off Trump’s candidacy. Taken together, fully 60% of Americans believe the lawsuits are an empty political ploy. Trump Towers Over Republican Primary Field In Latest Polls

In the lead-up to the Republican primary race, former President Donald Trump is establishing a commanding presence, surpassing his rivals by a significant margin. According to the latest data from Morning Consult, Trump holds an impressive 66 percent support among potential GOP primary voters, dwarfing his competitors. The data, gathered from December 1 to 3 among 3,526 respondents, paints a picture of Trump’s overwhelming dominance in the field.

Trump’s lead is particularly striking, with a 53-point gap over the second-place contender, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who secures just 13 percent support. The survey places former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley in third place with ten percent support, followed by entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy (six percent), former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (three percent support), and former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson (zero percent support). The survey’s margin of error for this portion is ± two percent.

Moreover, the poll delves into the favorability ratings of the candidates, revealing that Trump enjoys a 76 percent favorability among GOP primary voters. In contrast, DeSantis is viewed favorably by 62 percent, Ramaswamy by 54 percent, and Haley by 50 percent. Notably, all candidates share the same unfavorable rating of 23 percent.

The Morning Consult survey aligns with the State-Level Republican Primary survey, showcasing Trump’s dominance in various states, including those crucial to Super Tuesday. A closer look at the chart illustrates Trump’s majority support in key states such as Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Notably, Trump maintains a substantial lead of 37 points over DeSantis in their home state of Florida.

These results coincide with calls from prominent figures within the GOP urging the party to unite behind Trump. Figures such as South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem emphasize the growing support for Trump, citing polls indicating a shift from 43 percent in October to over 50 percent currently.

Supreme Court to Quickly Decide Whether or Not to Hear Trump Immunity Defense in Special Counsel Prosecution

The U.S. Supreme Court will decide in coming weeks whether or not to expedite deciding if former President Donald Trump is immune from prosecution on charges of attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 election, as Special Counsel Jack Smith petitioned the court Monday.

A federal trial court recently ruled in Smith’s favor that Trump is not immune from prosecution, but Smith’s request seeks to prevent a drawn-out Trump appeal that could delay his trial, currently set to begin March 4, 2024.

“It is of paramount public importance that respondent’s claims of immunity be resolved as expeditiously as possible,” Smith wrote in his petition to the Supreme Court.

Trump recently appealed Judge Tanya Chutkan’s immunity ruling, a step that suspended the trial until the question is resolved. By plucking the appeal from the appeals court, the Supreme Court could definitively resolve the question of Trump’s immunity earlier and prevent the beginning of Trump’s trial from slipping.

A federal grand jury in D.C. indicted Trump on four counts on August 1. Trump insists that his actions within the indictment fall within the “outer perimeter” of his official duties as president, and therefore he enjoys absolute immunity. He also argued that having been impeached for his actions on January 6 and then acquitted by the U.S. Senate preclude him from prosecution on double jeopardy grounds. Prosecutors Warn of Prison Sentences for Trump, Top Allies

Fulton County district attorney Fani Willis and her team of prosecutors want prison sentences for Donald Trump and his top allies, previously unreported emails reveal.

The emails, first reported by the Guardian, reveal deepening hostilities between prosecutors and defendants in the monumental Georgia criminal case against Trump and his top allies.

“We have a long road ahead,” Willis wrote in a previously unreported email last month to Trump’s attorneys. “Long after these folks are in jail, we will still be practicing law.”

Willis and her team allege Trump and codefendants violated the racketeering statute as part of efforts to overturn the 2020 election results. A handful of defendants, including Jenna Ellis, Sidney Powell, and Kenneth Chesebro, have flipped on Trump, presumably to avoid long prison sentences of their own.

Trump’s allies argue the case is politically motivated “lawfare,” and Trump maintains he has done nothing wrong. (Read more from “Prosecutors Warn of Prison Sentences for Trump, Top Allies” HERE)

Did Joe Biden Just Admit He’s Only Running in 2024 Because Trump Is?

President Joe Biden told donors in Weston, Massachusetts, Tuesday that if former President Donald Trump were not running for reelection in 2024, he would probably not seek another four years.

Biden suggested in 2019 that he would not run for reelection if he won the 2020 election, but according to his Tuesday remarks, it seems Biden believes he is the only Democrat who can defeat Trump.

“If Trump wasn’t running, I’m not sure I’d be running,” Biden said, adding that Democrats “cannot let him [Trump] win.”

Biden also tried to claim that Trump’s 2024 agenda, such as curtailing the administrative state or cutting red tape to energy independence, is dangerous.

“Trump’s not even hiding the ball anymore. He’s telling us what he’s going to do. He’s making no bones about it,” Biden said, CNN reported. (Read more from “Did Joe Biden Just Admit He’s Only Running in 2024 Because Trump Is?” HERE)
