Ghislaine Maxwell Charged With Sex Trafficking 14-Year-Old

Federal prosecutors filed two sex-trafficking charges on Monday against Ghislaine Maxwell, an associate to the late Jeffrey Epstein, expanding the criminal case against her with a fourth alleged victim.

The British socialite, aged 59, is now accused of grooming and paying a 14-year-old girl to engage in sexual acts with Epstein, according to the indictment from federal prosecutors in Manhattan.

Prosecutors allege between 2001 and 2004, the then-teenager, identified as “Minor Victim-4,” gave Epstein multiple nude massages in which the two engaged in sexual acts. . .

The superseding indictment said Maxwell “sought to normalize inappropriate and abusive conduct by, among other things, discussing sexual topics in front of minor victim-4 and being present when Minor Victim-4 was nude in the massage room of the Palm Beach residence.”

The documents also claim she encouraged the teenage victim to “recruit other young females to provide sexualized massages to Epstein.” (Read more from “Ghislaine Maxwell Charged With Sex Trafficking 14-Year-Old” HERE)

Judge Denies Ghislaine Maxwell’s Third Bail Request

A federal judge ruled against Ghislaine Maxwell’s third attempt for bail Monday.

Maxwell’s latest proposition, giving up her French and British citizenship, among other things, would not change U.S. District Judge Alison Nathan’s assessment that the British socialite with ties to the late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein is a flight risk.

Maxwell “poses a risk of flight and that there are no combination of conditions that can reasonably assure her appearance,” and noted that she “continues to have substantial international ties, familial and personal connections abroad, substantial financial resources, and experience evading detection,” the judge said, according to the Washington Post. . .

Her first attempt at making bail occurred after she was arrested initially, and the second effort took place in December 2020 when she tried to post a $28.5 million with the assistance of “a handful of close family and friends” but was subsequently rejected by the Manhattan Federal Court. Ghislaine Maxwell’s Brother Says Her Family Had No Idea Where She Was

Ghislaine Maxwell’s brother says that none of the accused sex trafficker’s family members knew where she was before her arrest — nor that she had been married for years.

Complaining that his sister was being unfairly portrayed as a “monstrous creature,” Ian Maxwell told The Sunday Times of London that it was “simply a lie” that the media heiress had been hiding out from cops.

Yet despite insisting she was merely laying low from the press, he admitted that none of his family knew her address or even her phone number — and could only make contact through her lawyers.

He justified her extreme secrecy by saying that “people are able to eavesdrop, to hack.”

“Why not tap a phone? It was a mad bad time,” Ian Maxwell, 64, told the UK paper. (Read more from “Ghislaine Maxwell’s Brother Says Her Family Had No Idea Where She Was” HERE)

Ghislaine Maxwell Claims She Was Abused by Prison Guard

Ghislaine Maxwell was physically abused by a jail guard during a pat down search and is “withering to a shell” behind bars, dropping weight and losing her hair, an attorney for the accused madam said in court papers filed Tuesday.

In the letter to Judge Alison Nathan, Maxwell’s attorney complained about conditions she faces at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, including sleep deprivation, inedible food and the alleged abuse by a jail guard.

The letter states Maxwell is subject to constant searches — about four per day — and surveillance by jail guards, which she claims is to make up for the Bureau of Prisons’ failure to protect her alleged cohort, Jeffrey Epstein, from killing himself in 2019.

“Ms. Maxwell continues to be at the mercy of a revolving group of security officers who are used to guarding hundreds of inmates but now focus their undivided attention exclusively on one respectful, middle-aged female pretrial detainee,” Maxwell’s attorney, Bobbi Sternheim, wrote.

“Recently, out of view of the security camera, Ms. Maxwell was placed in her isolation cell and physically abused during a pat down search. When she asked that the camera be used to capture the occurrence, a guard replied ‘no.’ When Ms. Maxwell recoiled in pain and when she said she would report the mistreatment, she was threatened with disciplinary action,” Sternheim added. Disturbing Court Documents: Ghislaine Maxwell Forced Young Girls to Do Sexual Performances for Jeffrey Epstein

Accused madam Ghislaine Maxwell directed a room full of young girls to “kiss, dance and touch one another in a sexual way” for Jeffrey Epstein’s gratification, according to newly unsealed court documents. The alleged orgy-like performance by underage girls was detailed by an unidentified witness and alleged in 112 court documents that were released late Wednesday.

Shocking new court documents also expose explicit details about the madam and convicted pedophile by Anthony Figueroa, the ex-boyfriend of Virginia Roberts Giuffre, the longtime accuser of Epstein and Maxwell.

Giuffre, who has since settled a lawsuit against Maxwell, was allegedly forced into a threesome after “Jeffrey wanted Virginia to have sex with Ms. Maxwell,” the Daily Mail reported. The pair allegedly used sex toys during the romp, court documents say.

“Ms. Maxwell and Jeffrey would obviously be doing stuff, all three of them together,” Figueroa said, according to court documents. “Like I said, that they would all go out to clubs to pick up girls and try and find them to bring back for Jeffrey. And then she told me about how, like I said, her and Ms. Maxwell and Jeffrey were all intimate together on multiple occasions.”

When Figueroa was asked by authorities about the claim that Giuffre was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew three times at the behest the Maxwell and Epstein, he admitted that he could not “recall,” but added it “could be possible.” He said that he only remembers Giuffre mentioning being forced to have sex with “just Ms. Maxwell and all the other girls.” (Read more from “Disturbing Court Documents: Ghislaine Maxwell Forced Young Girls to Do Sexual Performances for Jeffrey Epstein” HERE)

Judge Again Denies Bail for Epstein Madam

A federal judge on Monday once against denied bail for Ghislaine Maxwell, the alleged madame of deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, deeming the British socialite a serious flight risk.

Judge Alison Nathan said Maxwell poses a serious flight risk due to her wealth and holding citizenship in more than one country.

Maxwell recently requested to be released from her jail cell on a $22.5 million personal recognizance bond and proposed being under constant watch by guard at her New York City home while wearing an electronic tracking device. (Read more from “Judge Again Denies Bail for Epstein Madam” HERE)

Ghislaine Maxwell and Her Husband Offer $28.5 Million Bail Package

Jeffrey Epstein’s accused madam Ghislaine Maxwell has proposed a $28.5 million bail package — that represents all of her and her husband’s assets — in a desperate bid to spring her from federal lockup, according to a new motion unsealed Monday.

The suggested package is “exceptional in its scope and puts at risk everything that Ms. Maxwell has — all of her and her spouse’s assets, her family’s livelihood, and the financial security of her closest friends and family — if she were to flee, which she has no intention of doing,” wrote her lawyer Mark Cohen.

Although her spouse’s name is redacted from the documents, his identity has been widely reported as tech CEO Scott Borgerson.

The package is composed of a $22.5 million bond co-signed by her and her husband, according to the motion that was filed under seal on Dec. 4.

Five additional bonds totaling $5 million will be co-signed by seven of Maxwell’s closest friends and family members whose names were redacted. (Read more from “Ghislaine Maxwell and Her Husband Offer $28.5 Million Bail Package” HERE)

PETA Demands Federal Prison Accommodate Ghislaine Maxwell’s Vegan Diet

Animal-rights activist group PETA is demanding a federal prison accommodate Ghislaine Maxwell’s vegan diet to prevent her from “contributing to suffering.”

PETA sent a letter to the Metropolitan Detention Center on Tuesday demanding the federal prison provide Maxwell, a longtime confidant to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, with plant-based meals—”regardless of the accusations against her.” Maxwell was arrested in July on multiple charges related to sex trafficking and sexual abuse of young girls and is being held in the Brooklyn detention center without bail.

“Regardless of how anyone feels about Ms. Maxwell, no one should be forced to eat the corpse of an animal who felt pain and fear and didn’t want to die,” PETA president Ingrid Newkirk said in a statement.

PETA said its decision to advocate for Maxwell follows multiple reports that the facility has for months failed to provide her with meals suitable to her vegan diet. In the letter, addressed to the detention center’s warden, PETA said that providing vegan meals to Maxwell and other inmates can help end animal suffering. “Although none of us can stop all violence, by providing everyone with vegan meals, you have the power to prevent Ms. Maxwell and other inmates from contributing to suffering,” the organization said. Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell discussed Epstein accuser on phone

Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell chatted on the phone about the Jeffrey Epstein accuser who accused the royal of sleeping with her as a teen, new court documents suggest.

Email correspondence from Jan. 3, 2015, between the British socialite and Andrew emerged in a deposition made public Thursday.

“Let me know when we can talk,” the queen’s embattled son allegedly emailed Maxwell. “Got some specific questions to ask you about Virginia Roberts.”

The exchange between the two close friends was first revealed last year in a BBC “Panorama” documentary.

It also appeared in the 465-page transcript of Maxwell’s deposition from 2016, taken as part of a since-settled defamation case brought against her by Giuffre — but with Andrew’s named redacted. (Read more from “Prince Andrew and Ghislaine Maxwell discussed Epstein accuser on phone” HERE)

Epstein Madam Ghislaine Maxwell’s Deposition Revealed

On Thursday, a court order revealed hundreds of pages of testimony from convicted sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein’s former girlfriend and alleged madam Ghislaine Maxwell. The FBI arrested Maxwell on charges of conspiracy, sex trafficking of minor children, and perjury in July. She is alleged to have been involved in Epstein giving “sexualized massages” to minors that led to rape. Yet the newly uncovered testimony came from a separate defamation lawsuit that Virginia Giuffre, one of Maxwell’s accusers, filed against her. A New York federal judge ordered the documents made public earlier this year, and an appeals court upheld that ruling on Monday.

Under fierce questioning from Giuffre’s lawyers in an April 2016 deposition, Maxwell repeatedly denied having recruited girls for Epstein, Bloomberg News reported.

In the 465-page deposition transcript, Maxwell denied a host of salacious claims, including accusations that she recruited a woman to carry Epstein’s child, that she brought girls to Epstein’s home to give them massages, and that she’d threatened others if they exposed Epstein’s secrets. . .

The deposition includes several pages about men allegedly connected to Epstein, but the court redacted their names.

Giuffre claimed that Maxwell and Epstein made her a sex slave at age 16. The alleged victim sued Maxwell in 2015 for dismissing her allegations as “obvious lies.” Maxwell later settled the case for an undisclosed account.
