By The Federalist. Minnesota Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar is reportedly orchestrating an illegal widespread vote-harvesting scheme in Minneapolis and exploiting the city’s Somali immigrant community, according to the conservative investigative watch-dog group Project Veritas.

In a 17-minute video expose, the group features Minneapolis City Councilman Jamal Osman’s brother, Libal Mohamed, incriminating himself on Snapchat videos showing ballots piled up in the dashboard of his car.

“Just today we got 300 for Jamal Osman,” Mohamed brags. “I have 300 ballots in my car right now… Numbers don’t lie. You can see my car is full. All of these here are absentee ballots.”

While “Ballot harvesting,” is illegal in most states, Minnesota allows third parties to collect up to three ballots for voting individuals, far fewer than the 300 shown in Mohamed’s car.

Omar Jamal, a whistleblower on the corrupt scheme who spoke to Project Veritas, told the group of Ilhan Omar’s alleged involvement, calling the entire operation an “open secret” in the community. Trump Calls for Investigation Into Rep. Omar Over ‘Ballot Harvesting’ Claims

By New York Post. President Trump has called for an investigation into Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar for alleged “ballot harvesting” in Minnesota.

“This is totally illegal. Hope that the U.S. Attorney in Minnesota has this, and other of her many misdeeds, under serious review??? If not, why not???,” the president tweeted early Monday.

“We will win Minnesota because of her, and law enforcement. Saved Minneapolis & Iron O Range!,” he continued.

The president was referring to a report from Project Veritas that implicates progressive “Squad” member Omar in an alleged cash-for-ballots scheme to gather absentee ballots illegally from Somali immigrants. . .

Ilhan Omar Shifts Tone on 9/11: ‘One of the Most Horrific Terrorist Attacks We Have Lived Through’ (VIDEO)

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) described September 11, 2001, as the “one of the most horrific terrorist attacks that we have lived through” in a video posted on the 19th anniversary of the attacks, over one year after describing 9/11 as a day “some people did something.”

“I mean, I was 18-years-old when that happened,” Omar said, recalling the tragic day. “I was in a classroom in college and I remember rushing home after being dismissed and getting home and seeing my father in complete horror as he sat in front of that TV.”

Her remarks struck a demonstratively different tone than those she offered during a keynote address at a private fundraiser for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) in March 2019. At the time, she urged attendees to “raise hell” and described 9/11 as a day “some people did something.”

“CAIR was founded after 9/11, because they recognize that some people did something, and then all of us were starting to lose access to our civil liberties,” Omar told attendees. WATCH: New Evidence Supports Allegations of Ilhan Omar’s ‘Extensive Spree’ of Felonies

Once again, the media has failed to carry out even the most cursory investigation when it comes to allegations against Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.). But investigative journalist David Steinberg has been piecing together “32 new, verifiable, archived pieces of evidence” that indicate Omar conducted the “most extensive spree of state and federal felonies by an elected congressperson in U.S. history.” . . .

“It’s over,” Steinberg told Glenn. “There’s really nothing left. It’s all … the publicly available documentation that anyone would need to be convinced that, for eight years, [Omar] married her brother to commit immigration fraud. And this marriage fraud also was in the service of education fraud/student loan fraud. And along the line, we have evidence, that she filed at least two years of fraudulent tax returns, possibly eight [years]. We have evidence that she perjured herself eight times during her 2017 divorce from this man. And along the way, of course, we know she was living in public housing. We also know she was likely receiving subsidized child care.

Ilhan Omar Has Paid New Husband’s Consulting Firm $878,000

Rep. Ilhan Omar has continued quietly funneling hundreds of thousands of dollars to her new husband’s consulting firm, including a $189,000 windfall in March — just weeks after they announced they had tied the knot, campaign data shows.

The payments between the Minneapolis Democratic congresswoman and Tim Mynett prompted at least one ethics complaint in 2019 after The Post first revealed allegations — made by Mynett’s then-wife in her divorce filing — that Omar was having an affair with the member of her political consulting team, who was at the time married to another woman. Omar was married to her second husband at the time.

But that doesn’t appear to have stopped the now-married couple, with Mynett’s E Street Group collecting $292,814.99 from his wife’s campaign this year for digital advertising, fundraising consulting and research services, according to the Federal Election Commission filings.

In total, Mynett has received a whopping $878,930.65 from Omar’s campaign since he began working for her in 2018, raising eyebrows among watchdogs and political law experts who say the practice is rife with cronyism.

Jeff Sessions Shuts Down Ilhan Omar in Twitter Spat, Then Asks: ‘How’s Your Brother, by the Way?’

Former Attorney General Jeff Sessions (R) and Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) sparred on social media on Friday after the congresswoman called for disbanding the Minneapolis Police Department. . .

Rep. Omar declared on Twitter, “The Minneapolis Police Department has proven themselves beyond reform. It’s time to disband them and reimagine public safety in Minneapolis.”

Sessions reacted by writing, “Radical Leftists like Ilhan Omar and the rest of ‘the Squad’ are dead wrong. Don’t defund the police. Defund the thought police,” to which Omar responded, “You called the NAACP Un-American and said you thought the Klu Klux Klan were okay until you learned they smoked pot. Maybe sit this one out.”

The Republican from Alabama replied to Omar, “You brushed off the 9/11 attacks as ‘some people did something.’ You’ve celebrated anti-Semitism. You have a habit of rooting for the bad guys, and you should stop unfairly demonizing our brave law enforcement officers. Jail Time on Horizon for Rep. Omar? Will Pay Husband’s Firm $1 Million by Year End

Rep. Ilhan Omar is on track to pay the political firm founded by her new husband more than $1 million by the end of the year, campaign finance filings show.

In the first three months of this year, the Minnesota Democrat’s campaign paid the E Street Group $292,000 for advertising, fundraising, travel and other services, according to a federal campaign finance report filed Wednesday and obtained by the Star Tribune.

At that rate, the company would get $1.16 million from Omar’s campaign in 2020 — more than double the $523,000 it received for the whole of last year.

Ilhan Omar Suggests Sharia Punishment for Critic Who Accuses Her of Muslim Adultery

Rep. Ilhan Omar suggested on Twitter Wednesday that a critic should face Sharia punishment for seeming to accuse her of adultery.

Omar, a Minnesota Democrat and practicing Muslim, had earlier commented on news that President Donald Trump had warned the next two weeks of the coronavirus outbreak would be “very painful” for Americans. . .

One Twitter user replied by invoking the Quran’s prohibition against “fornication/adultery.”

Omar took notice, and fired back with a reference to the Muslim holy book’s stance against accusing a woman of unchastity without sufficient evidence. According to Omar, Muslims are commanded to reject such “testimony” and to flog the offender “with eighty stripes” for being “disobedient to Allaah.”

Somali Man Who Confirmed That Ilhan Omar Married Her Brother Says He Is Living in Fear After Threats From Congresswoman’s Friends

The man who came forward to say on the record that leftist congresswoman Ilhan Omar married her own brother has told DailyMail.com he is now in fear for his life.

A woman close to Omar posted a YouTube video packed with degrading insults about wheelchair-bound Abdihakim Osman and pressed members of her Somali-American clan to go after him.

Osman has made a complaint to police in Minneapolis and repeatedly demanded that YouTube take down the offending video — which was met with silence from the media giant until DailyMail.com asked why it was still on the site. . .

In the video, the woman, Malyun Ali, asked members of Omar’s Majeerteen clan ‘What is wrong with you? . . .

Rep. Ilhan Omar Announces Marriage to Political Strategist

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) announced on Instagram Wednesday night that she has remarried, posting a picture flashing rings with her political strategist, Tim Mynett, with whom she previously denied having an affair. . .

“Got married! From partners in politics to life partners, so blessed,” Omar wrote along with the picture on Instagram, adding, “Alhamdulillah.” . . .

The apparent nuptials happened last week, according to the Daily Mail, which has covered Omar’s relationship history closely. The outlet reported last month that Omar and Mynett were caught carrying on an affair by one of Omar’s previous husbands.

The marriage is reportedly Omar’s fourth, and Mynett is her third husband. The Minnesota Democrat was married twice before to Ahmed Hirsi, with whom she shares three children. In between her marriages to Hirsi, Omar wed Ahmed Elmi, whom watchdog groups allege is actually her brother. . .

Tom Fitton, president of watchdog group Judicial Watch, reacted to the news Wednesday night by tweeting, “Months after @JudicialWatch requests expanded ethics investigation into whether Ilhan Omar campaign funds improperly used for alleged paramour, she reportedly just married this man — further suggesting the payments were shady!”

BOMBSHELL: Somali Leader Claims Ilhan Omar Did Marry Her Brother

‘Squad’ congresswoman Ilhan Omar told friends years ago that the man who went on to become her second husband was in fact her brother, DailyMail.com can confirm.

And now for the first time one of those friends has come forward to reveal exactly how Omar and Ahmed Elmi scandalized the Somali community in Minneapolis.

Abdihakim Osman is the first person to go on record to speak of how Omar said she wanted to get her brother papers so he could stay in the United States, at a time when she was married to her first husband Ahmed Hirsi. . .

‘No one knew there had been a wedding until the media turned up the marriage certificate years later,’ Osman, 40, exclusively told DailyMail.com.
