Epstein’s Ghislaine Maxwell’s Troubling Connections to Murkowski REVEALED; All the Places Maxwell Was Rumored to Be Laying Low

Curiously, Jeffrey Epstein’s girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, is connected to Alaska and its troubled Senator, Lisa Murkowski. Alice Rogoff, perhaps Murkowski’s biggest political supporter second only to VECO’s convicted felon, CEO Bill Allen, was a close friend of Maxwell’s. The former publisher of the Anchorage Dispatch News and ex-wife of the Carlyle Group’s billionaire David Rubenstein attended many Alaskan events with Maxwell including the Iditarod. They were involved with Artic Circle events, and Maxwell was reportedly hiding out with one of Murkowski’s close associates just a few months ago.

Why Maxwell was so involved with Alaska and close associates of Alaska’s senior senator is anyone’s guess. And isn’t it strange that the former VECO CEO, Lisa Murkowski’s biggest donor source for years, was also apparently involved in child sex trafficking in Alaska? Many suspect that federal-informant Allen was using the underage girls to compromise Alaska legislators. Multiple state legislators, most (if not all) colleagues and friends of Lisa Murkowski, were ultimately convicted of bribery connected with the Bill Allen corruption scandal.

Maxwell Arrested in New Hampshire Estate

By Fox Business. Ghislaine Maxwell was hiding out in a $1 million New Hampshire estate before authorities arrested her Thursday on charges of trafficking minors for sex and perjury, DailyMail.com reported.

Maxwell, the former girlfriend of Jeffrey Epstein who’s accused of recruiting and grooming underage girls for abuse, was living in a luxurious home called Tuckedaway she bought last year near Bradford, New Hampshire, according to the report. The gated property sits on a hilltop up a steep dirt road.

The home and its secluded 156-acre property sold for $1.07 million in December, according to Zillow. The 4,635-square-foot timber frame home includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms and “is an amazing retreat for the nature lover who also wants total privacy,” according to former listing details.

The 2002-built home includes a large fireplace, cathedral ceiling and an open concept floorplan, according to the defunct listing. It’s got a ground floor master suite. There’s also a separate two-bedroom guest house “with a fabulous barn for hoedowns, square dances and hay rides.”

All the Places Ghislaine Maxwell Was Rumored to Be Laying Low

By New York Post. The reports of Ghislaine Maxwell’s whereabouts have been greatly exaggerated. . .

She was rumored to be shacking up with modeling mogul Jean-Luc Brunel in Brazil, as far off as New Zealand and Israel, and in March filed a legal claim in the US Virgin Islands for a piece of Epstein’s estate.

Rumors swirled that she popped up in Paris last month, and a photo emerged in August of her reportedly at a Los Angeles fast-food joint following Epstein’s arrest in July on federal sex trafficking charges in New York. . .

Britain’s Mirror said in February that a wild new theory suggested that Maxwell was hiding out in a submarine, reporting that she has a license to pilot “submersible vehicles.”

A friend of the socialite’s told Fox News in January that another rumored hideout — a safe house somewhere in the Midwest, guarded by US Special Forces operatives — was bogus. (Read more from “All the Places Ghislaine Maxwell Was Rumored to Be Laying Low” HERE)

Judge Orders Virginia Giuffre’s Lawyers to ‘Destroy’ Their Jeffrey Epstein Files

A federal court in New York City has moved to further restrict access to long-sought-after secret files in the Jeffrey Epstein saga. In a Wednesday order, Senior U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska determined that attorneys for Epstein survivor Virginia Roberts Giuffre had improperly gained access to many of those highly-prized documents.

Preska determined that certain discovery materials covered by a years-old protective order “are not properly in possession” of Giuffre’s current legal team and “thus must be destroyed.” That means that they can’t have copies of the documents in question; it does not mean that all copies of the documents will be deleted from existence. Additionally, the law firm of Cooper & Kirk must provide “an affidavit detailing the steps that it took to destroy the materials.”

The ruling was also a setback for Harvard Law professor emeritus and former Epstein attorney Alan Dershowitz, who has repeatedly sought access to the full tranche of Epstein files and discovery materials. . .

At issue here are two separate legal controversies: (1) a protective order issued in 2015 by Judge Robert W. Sweet in a since-settled defamation case between Giuffre and Epstein’s alleged groomer and girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell; and (2) a more recent series of extant defamation, back-and-forth claims between Giuffre and Dershowitz.

The Giuffre v. Maxwell protective order is the major legal lock-and-key which has long-protected the Epstein files. A process is currently underway for both sides to sift through those documents and eventually make many of them available for public consumption. Why are Authorities Letting Jeffrey Epstein’s Fixer Ghislaine Maxwell Get Away With It?; Mystery Filing to Prevent Alan Dershowitz Access to Secret Epstein Files; Judge Hammers Dershowitz’s Lawyer

By New York Post. Since the death of sex trafficker-rapist-pedophile Jeffrey Epstein last August, the woman who allegedly recruited his many, many underage girls and sexually abused them herself has been in hiding.

[But] Ghislaine Maxwell has hardly been moving cave-to-cave. Most recent reports put the 58-year-old in a luxury apartment in Paris, right off the Champs Elysees. . .

So: where is the urgency? Why hasn’t this depraved criminal suspect, one who by many credible accounts sexually abused minors for years, been arrested yet?

. . .Maxwell is one of the world’s most wanted women, sought by the FBI for questioning. Yet before the lockdown, she was seen swanning around Paris, patronizing high-profile, four-star restaurants and cafés, dropping into art galleries, a scarf tied around her head as if she were Jackie O on Fifth Avenue.

These are the defiant actions of a remorseless woman who knows she is well protected. Her hiding seems almost performative. Maxwell isn’t hunkered down on a private island or on a yacht in international waters. Her whereabouts are well known. (Read more from “Authorities Are Letting Jeffrey Epstein’s Fixer Ghislaine Maxwell Get Away With It” HERE)

(Editor’s note: the reason why they’re letting her get away with it is because she has the world’s rich and powerful on video tape committing lewd acts with children)

Mystery Filing: Don’t Give Alan Dershowitz Access to Secret Jeffrey Epstein Files

By Law and Crime. Someone really doesn’t want celebrity attorney Alan Dershowitz to access the long-sought-after tranche of secret Jeffrey Epstein files. But we don’t know who it is.

An unknown person represented by counsel filed a letter motion with the Southern District of New York (SDNY) on Monday arguing that Dershowitz should not be allowed to bypass the system for release of the Epstein files. That system is the result of a years-long legal battle hashed out between attorneys for Epstein survivor Virginia Roberts Giuffre and Epstein’s alleged groomer Ghislaine Maxwell.

John Doe alleges in the filing:

By [a recently submitted court] letter, Dershowitz sets forth his intent to seek an order compelling Plaintiff Giuffre “and others” to produce “all filings and discovery materials, including third-party discovery,” from Maxwell, including documents governed by the Maxwell Protective Order and sealed materials presently under review by this Court pursuant to the agreed-upon protocol.

Judge Repeatedly Loses Patience With Alan Dershowitz’s Lawyer During Hearing on Jeffrey Epstein Files

By Law and Crime. A federal judge repeatedly lost her patience with an attorney representing Alan Dershowitz during a Tuesday hearing over two separate but related defamation cases concerning Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged global elite-servicing sex trafficking operation.

The specific subject of the hearing was a recent Dershowitz motion to modify a years-old protective order in the settled defamation case between Epstein survivor Virginia Roberts Giuffre and Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s alleged groomer. While the actual controversy between Giuffre and Maxwell ended in 2015, Giuffre and her legal team have fought for years—occasionally alongside attorneys for the media–to unseal the documents in that case.

The process of sealing, unsealing and eventually releasing those documents has been controlled by a protective order issued by the Southern District of New York (SDNY) in 2016. A pitched legal battle has been fought in recent years to have those documents released to the public due to the highly sensitive allegations they likely contain. . .

Giuffre has long alleged that Dershowitz, who previously worked as of Epstein’s lawyers, was one of the men who took part in Epstein’s alleged network of young girls. She also alleges that Dershowitz had sex with her approximately six times. Dershowitz has consistently maintained his innocence and repeatedly called Giuffre a liar. He said they’ve never met. DOJ Demands UK Hand Over Prince Andrew for Questioning

Prince Andrew will launch an extraordinary public fight back Monday after US authorities made a formal request for him to be quizzed over the Epstein affair.

In a dramatic twist last night, it emerged that the US Department of Justice has filed a ‘mutual legal assistance’ (MLA) request for help to the UK Home Office. These requests are used only in criminal cases under a legal treaty with the UK.

Prince Andrew has always categorically denied any wrongdoing over his relationship with billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. But the request from US officials means he could be forced to appear in a UK court as a witness in the case within months.

US officials have previously claimed that Andrew has refused to co-operate with their requests to be questioned over Epstein and their investigation into his sex trafficking network. Submitting an MLA is an audacious move to try to force him to answer questions.

However, the Mail understands that the prince will make his own dramatic move Monday by hitting back forcefully at claims he has failed to engage with the American investigation. (Read more from “DOJ Demands UK Hands Over Prince Andrew for Questioning” HERE)

Report: Jeffrey Epstein Threw Harvey Weinstein out of His House for Abusing ‘Favorite’ Girl; How Jeffrey Epstein Lured Young Women by Introducing Them to Harvey Weinstein With the Promise of Landing Roles

By Washington Examiner. Jeffrey Epstein once “kicked” now fellow convicted sex offender Harvey Weinstein out of his French home for trying to abuse one of his “favorite girls.”

“Weinstein was at Epstein’s apartment in France receiving a massage from one of Epstein’s girls when he attempted to aggressively convert the massage into something sexual,” Brad Edwards, a lawyer for some of Epstein’s accusers, wrote in a new book excerpt obtained by the Sun. “The girl rejected his advances. As the story goes, Harvey then verbally abused her for rejecting him.”

“Little did Harvey know, this was one of Epstein’s favourite girls at the time and Jeffrey viewed the aggressive mistreatment as disrespectful to him,” the lawyer wrote. “Jeffrey then came into the room, got in Harvey’s face, and kicked him out of his house, delivering the message that he was never to come back.” (Read more from “Report: Jeffrey Epstein Threw Harvey Weinstein out of His House for Abusing ‘Favorite’ Girl” HERE)

How Jeffrey Epstein Lured Young Women by Introducing Them to Harvey Weinstein With the Promise of Landing Roles – but Their Friendship Ended When the Hollywood Exec Tried to Assault One of the Billionaire Pedophile’s ‘Favorite Girls’

By Daily Mail. Jeffrey Epstein used his connections to disgraced Hollywood executive Harvey Weinstein to lure young women into his sex trafficking ring with the promise of landing roles.

According to the Daily Beast, Epstein would flout his Hollywood ties to impress women, introducing them to rapist Weinstein and even helped then-21-year-old Chauntae Davies book a small role in a 2005 horror film produced by a Weinstein-owned company.

But the relationship between the two sexual predators soured when Epstein accused Weinstein of attempting to sexually assault one of his ‘favorite girls’.

Davies says she was a massage therapy student in California when she was recruited into Epstein’s trafficking ring in 2001. She claims she was sexually abused by the billionaire before she escaped in 2005.

Her attorney Brad Edwards confirmed that Epstein introduced Davies to Weinstein, which got her an audition for the 2005 horror film Feast and then the role as ‘Drunk Girl’. REPORT: Loaded Gun Discovered in the Jail Jeffrey Epstein Died In

By Daily Caller. Investigators confirmed that a loaded handgun was found in the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in New York City, the same jail that sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in, according to a new report.

After a lockdown lasting a week, a loaded gun was discovered to be smuggled into the jail, according to AP News.

AP further described the discovery of the gun as a “massive breach of protocol” that “raised serious questions about the security practices.”

Jeffrey Epstein, a billionaire who has been convicted of sex crimes, was arrested again in 2019 and later found dead from an apparent suicide in his cell in MCC. (Read more from “REPORT: Loaded Gun Discovered in the Jail Jeffrey Epstein Died In” HERE)

Feds Uncover Stash of Contraband in Manhattan Prison Where Jeffrey Epstein Died

By New York Post. The search of the Manhattan jail where Jeffrey Epstein killed himself last summer turned up a trove of contraband in addition to a smuggled loaded gun that forced a week-long lockdown of the facility, authorities said Friday.

Staff at the Metropolitan Correctional Center recovered homemade weapons, narcotics and cellphones while searching for the gun at the troubled jail, the Bureau of Prisons said in a statement.

“All of these items pose a significant threat to the safety and security of the facility as well as the public,” they said.

Staff found the loaded gun in a housing unit of the jail Thursday after freezing inmates’ legal and family visits for a week. The facility will remain on lockdown as staff conduct follow-up searches for additional contraband. FBI Had Dirt That Could Have ‘Unraveled’ Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘Entire Network’ More Than A Decade Ago

Feds In Florida Knew About The Victim Central To Jeffrey Epstein’s Indictment 11 Years Earlier

By The Blaze. Federal agents in Florida were aware of key allegations of childhood sexual abuse against Jeffrey Epstein over a decade ago, ABC News revealed Thursday.

According to court documents, a woman had come forward with detailed accounts of abuse against Epstein and was set to appear before a grand jury in the original federal investigation against the billionaire hedge fund manager in Florida. But after Epstein secured a favorable deal with prosecutors that resulted in him serving 18 months in county jail, the case was closed and the allegations went unheard — until last year.

Here’s the scoop from ABC News:

A woman whose allegations of childhood sex abuse in New York were central to last year’s indictment of Jeffrey Epstein was questioned by the FBI and subpoenaed for testimony by federal prosecutors in Florida more than a decade ago in connection with the first federal investigation into Epstein’s alleged child sex trafficking, according to court documents and multiple sources familiar with the events.

But the woman, who was 19 at the time of her initial contact with federal agents in 2008, did not appear before a grand jury in West Palm Beach, as the subpoena commanded. Before her testimony could be secured, Epstein cemented a controversial and once-secret non-prosecution agreement with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Miami by pleading guilty to two state prostitution charges for which he was sentenced to 18 months in a county jail … with the deal done, the federal grand jury was suspended, the investigation halted, and the subpoena to the woman, ultimately, withdrawn.

FBI Had Dirt That Could Have ‘Unraveled’ Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘Entire Network’ More Than A Decade Ago

By Law and Crime. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) had dirt on Jeffrey Epstein more than a decade ago–but he was bailed out by federal prosecutors in Florida before authorities had the chance to act on that information. . .

The woman’s identity is currently being shrouded out of respect for privacy but she was identified in 2019 by the Southern District of New York (SDNY) in Epstein’s indictment as “Minor Victim-1.” Spencer Kuvin, an attorney who represented three Epstein victims, told ABC the FBI “could have unraveled the entire network from New York to Paris to New Mexico.”

“In or about 2002, Minor Victim-1 was recruited to engage in sex acts with Epstein and was repeatedly sexually abused by Epstein at the New York Residence over a period of years and was paid hundreds of dollars for each encounter,” the SDNY filing notes. “Epstein also encouraged and enticed Minor Victim-1 to recruit other girls to engage in paid sex acts, which she did. Epstein asked Minor Victim-1 how old she was, and Minor Victim-1 answered truthfully.”

The man whose child sex abuse empire was allegedly enjoyed by several of the world’s most popular and powerful men in art, politics and finance was, of course, pronounced dead by suicide in Aug. 2019 under extremely suspicious circumstances soon after being apprehended by New York authorities. Justice, it seems, had eluded his dozens of victims for the final time. . .

“[Her] experience with Epstein fit within what is now known to have been a common pattern for the abuser,” the lawsuit reads. “He would find vulnerable young girls who needed money and slowly test their boundaries—first asking them to remove their own clothes and massage him and then, over time, he would escalate his conduct, touching them in ways that would become more invasive, violent, and painful. As these children grew to rely financially on Epstein, he would only cause them more and more harm.” (Read more from “FBI Had Dirt That Could Have ‘Unraveled’ Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘Entire Network’ More Than A Decade Ago” HERE)

Prosecutor Accuses Prince Andrew of ‘Groping Girls Right out in the Open’

The attorney general for the U.S. Virgin Islands said it is hard to investigate the alleged sex crimes of Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew because of attempts to silence victims.

In an interview with Vanity Fair last week, the top prosecutor for the island, Denise George, said nondisclosure agreements enforced by the Epstein estate has made her investigation nearly impossible. She added that the agreements are being used to “conceal the criminal activity of Epstein and his associates who are still there.”

One such incident, according to George, includes an allegation that Andrew would openly grope underage girls.

“An employee told me that he saw Prince Andrew on a balcony out at Little St. James groping girls right out in the open,” the prosecutor said. “He said he remembered walking up to him and saying, ‘Good morning, your Highness.’” (Read more from “Prosecutor Accuses Prince Andrew of ‘Groping Girls Right out in the Open'” HERE)

Barclays CEO Jes Staley Under Investigation Over Links With Jeffrey Epstein

By CNN. The American chief executive of Barclays (BCS), Jes Staley, is being investigated by British regulators in connection with his relationship with disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, the bank said on Thursday.

“The relationship between Mr Staley and Mr Epstein was the subject of an enquiry from the Financial Conduct Authority to which the company responded,” Barclays said in a statement.

According to the bank, the FCA subsequently launched an investigation into how Staley had characterized the relationship to Barclays, and how the bank then described it to regulators. The focus of the ongoing investigation is whether that relationship was properly disclosed.

The FCA and another regulator, the Bank of England’s Prudential Regulation Authority, confirmed in a statement that they are investigating the Barclays CEO. They gave no further detail. (Read more from “Barclays CEO Jes Staley Under Investigation Over Links With Jeffrey Epstein” HERE)

“They’re Trying to Protect Their Friends”: U.S. Virgin Islands A.G. Outraged at Epstein Estate’s Efforts to Control the Case

By Vanity Fair. Attorneys for the estate of Jeffrey Epstein are attempting to hide his assets and cover up his crimes, according to the attorney general of the U.S. Virgin Islands.

In an exclusive interview with Vanity Fair, Attorney General Denise George accuses the estate of using nondisclosure agreements with Epstein’s victims and former employees to “conceal the criminal activity of Epstein and his associates who are still there.” Last month, George, who was Miss Virgin Islands in 1977, attended the Howard University School of Law, and returned to spend decades as a successful prosecutor, also placed liens on the estate in order to make sure his victims receive their due.

“If he owns anything else that’s not connected to here, then we will have no jurisdiction,” says George in her office in St. Thomas’s Government Employees’ Retirement System building. “As the investigation continues, we will find that out. But as of now, as far as what is in the estate, it appears that a well-substantial amount is connected to his entities right here in the Virgin Islands.”

The people who worked on Epstein’s island, tended to his various companies such as Southern Trust, drove his boats, piloted his planes, etc., probably know more about Epstein’s activities than anyone else—and all are likely bound by nondisclosure agreements. “An employee told me that he saw Prince Andrew on a balcony out at Little St. James groping girls right out in the open,” George says. “He said he remembered walking up to him and saying, ‘Good morning, your Highness.’” (Read more from “They’re Trying to Protect Their Friends”: U.S. Virgin Islands A.G. Report: Prince Andrew Being ‘Uncooperative’ in Epstein Probe

By Daily Wire. As the British royal family faces intense media scrutiny, Prince Andrew is reportedly being “uncooperative” with investigators regarding his relationship with convicted billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

Since Epstein allegedly committed suicide in his jail cell late last year, the FBI and other law agencies have been seeking to interview the Duke of York, but he has been largely unresponsive.

“U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman told reporters Monday that federal prosecutors have not heard back from Andrew,” reports Fox Business. “Despite their request to interview him, the duke has ‘provided zero cooperation’ in their efforts, Berman said, at a news conference outside Epstein’s New York mansion.” . . .

The news of Prince Andrew’s lack of cooperation directly contradicts his past statements indicating he would cooperate with investigators following Epstein’s death. This past November, the Duke of York even announced he would be stepping back from his public duties.

“It has become clear to me over the last few days that the circumstances relating to my former association with Jeffrey Epstein has become a major disruption to my family’s work,” he continued. “I continue to unequivocally regret my ill-judged association with Jeffrey Epstein.” (Read more from “Report: Prince Andrew Being ‘Uncooperative’ in Epstein Probe” HERE)

Virgin Islands AG says Jeffrey Epstein estate executors have a conflict of interest

By New York Post. The attorney general for the US Virgin Islands said she does not trust the two executors of Jeffrey Epstein’s estate to handle the case because they have a conflict of interest, according to new court papers.

Attorney General Denise George alleged in a Jan. 15 lawsuit that Epstein sexually abused so many underage girls on his private islands Little St. James and Great St. James as recently as last year that he needed a computer database to keep track of them. The AG is seeking forfeitures and penalties including the seizure of his two islands.

Now, George wants to intervene in the dead pedophile’s estate case to make sure her claims are represented and to ensure VI laws are followed especially given, George says, the fact that the executors of the estate have a conflict of interest, according to court documents made public Monday.

George says there is a conflict of interest because the two executors of the financier’s estate, Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, “served as officers or trustees” of companies and Epstein’s trust which are named in her lawsuit.
